Karnataka Chief Minister, Shri Siddharamiah has ordered investigation of illegal land holdings in Nithyananda's Bangalore ashram (at Bidadi). Out of the 40 acres of agricultural land occupied by the Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam ashram at Bidadi (Bangalore), only 2 acres have been legally converted from agricultural land for commercial purposes. So legally, Nithyananda is authorised to use only those 2 acres of land for all his non-agricultural (ashram) activities, including constructing all his buildings there. However, as documentary evidence has clearly revealed, remaining 38 acres are still agricultural land and is being illegally used by Nithyananda for commercial purposes. The Ramnagar DC had notified Nithyananda's ashram in 2012 about this illegality and demanded a response to this misuse of agricultural land. ಧಾನ್ಯಪೀಠ ಮತ್ತು ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದರ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಅಂತಜಾìಲ ತಾಣ (ಡಬುÉ.ಡಬುÉ.ಡಬುÉ.ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ.ಓಆರ್‌ಜಿ)ದ ಬ್ಯಾನರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಮವಾರ ಹಿಂದು ಧರ್ಮದ ಸನಾತನ ಪೀಠವಾದ ಮಹಾನಿರ್ವಾಣಿ ಪೀಠದ ಮಹಾಮಂಡಲೇಶ್ವರರಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಂತಜಾìಲದಲ್ಲೇ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಮಹಾನಿರ್ವಾಣ ಪೀಠ (ಆಖರ, ಅಖಾಡ ಎಂತಲೂ ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತದೆ)ಕ್ಕೆ 44 ಮಂಡಲೇಶ್ವರರಿದ್ದು, ಉಳಿದ 43 ಮಂಡಲೇಶ್ವರರು ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದರನ್ನು ಮಹಾಮಂಡಲೇಶ್ವರ ಎಂದು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷ ಅಲಹಬಾದಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಮಹಾಕುಂಭ ಮೇಳದ ವೇಳೆಯೇ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದರಿಗೆ ಮಹಾಮಂಡಲೇಶ್ವರ ಪಟ್ಟ ಕಟ್ಟಲಾಗಿದೆ. 

ಮಹಾನಿರ್ವಾಣಿ ಪೀಠ 8ನೇ ಶತಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಆದಿ ಶಂಕರಾಚಾರ್ಯರಿಂದ ಪುನರ್‌ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗೊಂಡಿತು ಎಂಬ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಪೀಠಕ್ಕೆ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ದೇವಾಲಯಗಳು, ಆಶ್ರಮಗಳು ಇವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಹಾನಿರ್ವಾಣಿ ಪೀಠಕ್ಕೆ ಕಪಿಲ ಮುನಿಗಳು ಸಹ ಕಾರಣರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಗಂಗೆಯ ಮಡಿಲಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮಹಾನಿರ್ವಾಣಿ ಪೀಠ ಸನಾತನ ಹಿಂದೂ ಧರ್ಮದ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಪೀಠ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕಪಿಲ, ವ್ಯಾಸ ಮತ್ತು ಶಂಕರಚಾರ್ಯರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದರು ತಮ್ಮ ಫೋಟೋ ಸಹ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿ ಅದನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಜಾಲತಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 

ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ, ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿನ ಆಧೀನಂ ಪೀಠಕ್ಕೆ ಉತ್ತರಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡು ಕೊನೆಗೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿನವರ ವಿರೋಧದಿಂದ ಸ್ಥಾನ ತ್ಯಜಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿ ಬಂದಿತ್ತು. ಮತ್ತೂಮ್ಮೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಲಿಂಗಾಯತ ಮಠವೊಂದನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಲು ಹೋಗಿ ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ವಿರೋಧ ಎದುರಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಈಗ ಉತ್ತರ ಭಾರತದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪೀಠಕ್ಕೆ ತಾವೇ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥ ಎಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದು ಹಲವರ ಹುಬ್ಬೇರಿಸಿದೆ.

மதுரை: மதுரை சோலையழகுபுரத்தை சேர்ந்தவர் சோலை கண்ணன். இந்து மக்கள் கட்சியின் மாவட்டத் தலைவர். இவர் நேற்று காலை போலீஸ் கமிஷனர் சஞ்சய் மாத்தூரிடம் அளித்த புகார் மனு: மதுரை ஆதீனம் அருணகிரிநாதர் கடந்த 33 ஆண்டுகளில் சுமார் ரூ.750 கோடி வரை கையாடல் செய்து மடத்துக்கு வர வேண்டிய வருமானத்தை அபகரித்துள்ளார். தற்போது மடத்தில் உள்ள உதவியாளர் வைஷ்ணவி, அருணகிரிநாதருடன் சேர்ந்து மோசடி செய்து வருகிறார்.மடத்துக்கு முன்னோர்கள் கொடுத்த ஆபரணங்களை வைஷ்ணவி தனது சொந்த உபயோகத்துக்குப் பயன்படுத்தி வருகிறார். ஆதீன மடத்தைச் சுற்றியுள்ள 200 கடைகளில் ரூ.3 ஆயிரம் முதல் ரூ.10 ஆயிரம் வரை வாடகைக்கு விட்டதில் மாதம் ரூ.10 லட்சம் வரை வருமானம் கிடைக்கிறது.

இந்த 33 ஆண்டுகளில் இதுவரை பல நூறு கோடி வருமானத்தைப் பெற்றுள்ளார். மதுரை மாவட்ட நீதிமன்ற அனுமதி பெறாமல் சொத்துகளை வாங்கவோ, விற்கவோ கூடாது என தடை உத்தரவு உள்ளது. அதையும் மீறி கோவையில் ரூ.55 லட்சத்துக்கு அருணகிரி நாதர் என்ற பெயரில் ஆதீனம் சொத்து வாங்கியுள்ளார்.

மதுரை மத்திய கூட்டுறவு வங்கியில் 26-10-2012 அன்று ஒரே நாளில் இரு தவணையாக வைஷ்ணவி னீ50 லட்சம் எடுத்துள்ளார். அதிலும் மோசடி நடந்துள்ளது. இதனால், அருணகிரி நாதரை மடாதிபதி பதவியிலிருந்து நீக்கக் கோரி அறநிலையத்துறை ஆணையரிடம் புகார் கொடுத்தேன். மனு மீது விசாரணை நடந்து வருகிறது. எனவே, இவர்கள் மீது உரிய நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும். இவ்வாறு மனுவில் கூறியுள்ளார். மனு குறித்து துணை கமிஷனர் தமிழ்ச்சந்திரன் விசாரிக்க போலீஸ் கமிஷனர் சஞ்சய் மாத்தூர் உத்தரவிட்டார்.

Madurai Law college students protest outside Aatheenam mutt Students of the Madurai Law College, alleging that the Madurai Aatheenam Mutt is being held under the control of Vaishnavi and family, were involved in protests outside the mutt. This created tensions in the locality, following which police were posted in large numbers to prevent mishap. There have been interesting news and hot controversy ever since the announcement that Nithyananda would be nominated as the junior Aatheenam of the Maduari aatheenam mutt. Nithyananda was removed from the post, after the mutt received flak from various organizations condemning the nomination. Meanwhile, protests have broken out alleging that the mutt is held under the control of Vaishnavi and family. A complaint of the allegation has been registered with the Madurai commissioner’s office by the Hindu People’s party. Following the complaint, the students demanding for the mutt be taken over and run by the government were involved in siege and protest outside the mutt. This created heightened tensions in the locality. Notice served on Nithyananda gurukul

The office of Deputy Commissioner, Ramanagaram district, was buzzing with activity on Tuesday. As many as 89 students of the gurukul in Nithyananda ashram, accompanied by their parents, attended counselling at the office.

The counselling was held after the DC’s office, Child Protection Cell, District Child Welfare Committee and Department of Women and Child Welfare, Ramanagaram district, issued a notice to the gurukul. It is said that the gurukul, a residential school, does not have the requisite permission from either the Education or Women and Child Welfare departments. The school is also not affiliated to any board, either State or central. It has also been said that the school was violating all norms and had failed to apply for registration. Kannada was not being taught there.

After issuing the notice, the DC’s office had directed the school authorities to ensure that all students and their parents attend the counselling. During counselling, it emerged that of the 108 students, 19 had been transferred to other schools in the neighbouring States. Of the 89 remaining students, 88 and their parents attended. A report of the counselling will be sent to the head office in Bangalore.

During the counselling session, there was an altercation between Nithyananda supporters and the media personnel.

Women Complaint Against Swami Nithyananda

NITHYANANDA FACES FRESH COMPLAINT OF FRAUD AND RACKETEERING IN USA

1 more complaint has been filed against Nithyananda in USA for FRAUD AND DECEIT, RACKETEERING, CIVIL CONSPIRACY and UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES, cheating the US government and donors by misusing the charitable, tax-exempt 501(c) status. The complaint (Case no. EDCV13-363-JGB, filed on 27^th Feb 2013 at the US District Court, Central District of California) has been filed by several ex-donors against Nithyananda, his secretaries and his organizations, allege that Nithyananda and his secretaries blatantly misrepresented Nithyananda as a Brahmachari, sanyasi living a simple life, and misrepresented the organizations as charitable institutions benefitting the society and extracted crores of rupees from them. But in reality Nithyananda’s intentions were to cheat the public, devotees and the US government by misusing his position as the leader of these organizations and charitable tax-exempt (501(c)) status of his organizations to privately benefit from it (refer pg 50 of complaint). The ex-donors have demanded the return of around $800,000 (around Rs. 4.5 crores) collected from them through fraud and deceit. However, the court could award 3 times that amount (almost Rs. 14 crores) as compensation, if the racketeering charges are confirmed in a trial.

The defendants named in the complaint are: (i) Nithyananda (Accused 1 in India), (ii) Gopal Reddy Sheelum @ Nithya Bhaktananda (Accused 2 in India) – already declared FRAUD by US Court in July 2012 in another case 5:11-CV-01304 SVW (SPx), Popatlal Savla vs Nithyananda Foundation (iii) Siva Vallabhaneni @ Nithya Sachitananda (Accused 3 in India), (iv) Nithyananda Foundation – also declared FRAUD by US Court in July 2012 in case no. 5:11-CV-01304 SVW (SPx), Popatlal Savla vs Nithyananda Foundation, (v) Life Bliss Foundation in Montclair (Los Angeles), California (vi) Nithyananda Dhyanapaatem Temple and Cultural Center (NDTCC) in Montclair (Los Angeles), California and (vii) Dhyanapeetam Charitable Trust in Bidadi, India

In July 2012, in the same California court, a jury reviewed all evidence and found Nithyananda Foundation and Gopal Reddy Sheelum guilty of committing fraud against another ex-donor Mr. Popatlal Savla and ordered them to return the $1.5 Million (~ Rs 8 crore) that was fraudulently obtained from him (see link below for judgment from that case). But the details of the allegations (which are explained below) and evidence presented in this latest complaint shockingly exposes well planned efforts and criminal intent of Nithyananda and his secretaries Gopal Reddy Sheelum (@Bhaktananda, A2) and Siva Vallabhaneni (@ Sachitananda, A3) to cheat the public and government.

The allegations in the complaint and other sections of interest are briefly explained below:

·  Fraud and Deceit (Refer complaint, Pg 17, 25, 28, 29, 37, 39-40, 47, 50-51)

Publicly and privately Nithyananda over emphasized that he lived a very simple life and he was a Brahmachari Sanyasi (Pg 17). He intentionally misrepresented his organizations as charitable tax-exempt (501(c) status) institutions exclusively for charitable activities for the benefit of the society. But in fact it was benefitting Nithyananda his secretaries, and other individuals, as large amounts collected in US were transferred to Nithyananda’s bank account. (Pg 28, 37)

· Nithyananda confessed about Sex with many and video being authentic: (refer Pg 25)

Nithynanda personally confessed to donors in March 2010 about video being true (not morphed as he alleged later), that he had sex with many persons, that the sex-contract (i.e. NDA or  Non-Disclosure Agreements) were being used for many years (atleast since 2005). Nithyananda also admitted that he misrepresented his organization as being charitable entities, because most of the money collected in USA through his organizations was sent to Nithyananda. (Refer Pg 25 for more details). Nithyananda and his secretaries have also confirmed about existence of the NDA (Non-Diclosure Agreement, better known as “sex contract”).  (refer Pg 40)

· Financial fraud by Nithyananda organizations: (refer Pg 28, 29, 47)

Nithyananda organization cannot account for more than $2 million, they have no records of how they spent $3.6 million!!! Based on evidence in previous trial (in Popatlal Savla vs. Nithyananda Foundation), an expert testified that Nithyananda entities have 2 sets of books, and worst of all, the books (financial records) were cooked to make $2 million profit turn into $2 million loss. More details in pg 28,29, 47

· Civil Conspiracy (refer Pg 29-33)

Nithyananda and his secretaries have elaborately planned to destroy evidence and strip all the assets of entities in Nithyananda organizations, to avoid paying if they face lawsuits. Nithyananda and his secretaries specifically discussed that many people have expressed about sexual abuse incidents happening to them, and so they were concerned about potential lawsuits. (Pg 31). Details of plans and email discussions are in pg 29-33 & Exhibit F

·  Racketeering (pg 16)

Nithyananda and his secretaries Gopal (Bhaktananda) and Siva (Sachitananda) operated the assets of the charitable organizations as their own personal ATM and piggy bank. Large sums of money moved from USA to India through Nithyananda’s brother’s company called “Nithyananda Import Export”.

While Nithyananda claims to have no connections whatsoever with Nithyananda Foundation or his other organizations, the complaint infact goes to say that Nithyananda controlled the organizations to such a great degree that Nithyananda and his Organizations are one and the same, there is no separation between them (Refer pg 13-15)

This latest complaint against Nithyananda, which is similar to a class action lawsuit, was filed by 6 ex-donors on 28^th Feb 2013. Interestingly, around the same time 3 years ago (on 2^nd Mar 2010), truth about Nithyananda came to light!

நித்திக்குப் பாதுகாப்பாகத் துப்பாக்கி ஏந்திய இரு கமாண்டோக்களும் உடன் வந்தது அங்கு வந்திருந்த சாதுக்களுக்கு ஆச்சர்யத்தை ஏற்படுத்தியது. யார் இந்த வி.ஐ.பி. சாது என்று அக்கம் பக்கத்தில் விசாரித்துக் கொண்டனர்.

நித்தி வட்டாரங்களில் விசாரித்தபோது, தனியார் பாதுகாப்பு ஏஜென்சி ஒன்றுக்கு பணம் கொடுத்து பெறப்பட்ட பாதுகாப்பு என்றார்கள். இதற்கு அந்த மாநில அரசிடம் முன்கூட்டியே அனுமதி பெற்றிருக்கிறார்கள். பாதுகாப்பு ஏஜென்சியின் யூனிபார்மில் இல்லாமல், கமாண்டோ பாணியில் உடையணிந்து பாதுகாப்பு கொடுக்க வேண்டும் என்பது, நித்தி விடுத்த கோரிக்கையாம்! 'Karnataka government puppet in Nithyananda's hands'

Nithyananda is facing criminal charges, including rape, in Karnataka where his ashram near Bangalore was recently embroiled in a controversy after a US-based woman and some others alleged sexual exploitation, a charge he has denied. (File/EPS  
Stating that the state government has turned a blind eye to the alleged misdeeds of tainted godman Nithyananda, actor and Kannada film producer Madan Patel charged that the government was acting like a puppet in the hands of the self-styled godman.

Speaking at a news conference here on Saturday, Patel lashed out at the state police for not taking action against Nithyananda despite FIRs filed against him.
He also  suspected that the Karnataka State Women’s Commission may be supporting the godman.
“That explains why they are not coming out opposing of his misdeeds,” he said.
According to him, the Commission’s  chairperson C Manjula should be replaced with someone else who is proactive in fighting against the injustice Nithyananda has meted out to women,” said Patel.
‘Police have ignored Arathi Rao’s Case’
He added that the police have ignored the defamation case filed by Arathi Rao, the witness in the case, against Nithyananda, a private Kannada news channel and 17 others at the Hennur Police station on October 13.
“When the Tamil Nadu government has taken stern action against Nithyananda, there is no reason why our government should not,” said Veena, a member of the Spandana Association on the occasion.

ಸತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಚಲನಚಿತ್ರದ ತೆಲುಗು ಆವತರಣಿಕೆ ಆಗಿರುವ 'ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಸತ್ಯಾನಂದ' ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದ ಅಂಧ್ರದ ಸೆನ್ಸಾರ್‌ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸೆನ್ಸಾರ್‌ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ನಾಗರಾಜು ಅವರು ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದನ ಪರ ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸಿ ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸೆನ್ಸಾರ್‌ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ನೀಡಲು ಅಡ್ಡಿಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಶನಿವಾರ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದನಿಂದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳಂಕ. ಇದೀಗ ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿನಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಬಿಡದಿ ಆಶ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು ಅವಿತುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಣ್ಣು ಮುಚ್ಚಿ ಕುಳಿತಿದೆ. ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಗೊತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ಅವನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾರು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳದಿರುವುದು ಎಷ್ಟರ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸರಿ ಎಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಿಡಿ ಕಾರಿದರು,
ಬಳಿಕ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸ್ಪಂದನ ಜನಪರ ಸಂಘಟನೆ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆ ವೀಣಾ, ಕಾನೂನನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಅನುಕೂಲಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಸ್ಸೀಮನಾದ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದರು.
ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಆರತಿ ರಾವ್‌ ಅವರು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದನಿಂದ ತನಗಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅನ್ಯಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದನ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಅಸಮಾಧಾನ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕನ್ನಡ ಸೇನೆ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಆನಂದ್‌ ಕುಮಾರ್‌, ಖ್ಯಾತ ವಾಸ್ತು ತಜ್ಞ ಹರೀಶ್‌ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇತರರು ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದರು.

  Vennilaavin Arangetram: The movie recreates the scandal involving Ranjitha and Nithyananda

  Muthukumar who earlier directed 'Thodakkam' has launched his next, titled 'Vennilaavin Arangetram'.
  The movie tackles a controversial subject - a sex worker from a red light area who narrates her story and exposes the celebrities who shared her bed with her.
  She specifically dwells on her sexual experiences with a godman at an ashram.
  A source from the production unit said that the director shot the hot bedroom scene in a manner similar to the infamous videotape involving actress Ranjitha and godman Nithyananda, which hit the headlines a few years ago. Even the set resembles the room which was shown in the scandalous video.
  Transgender Moorthy from Kodambakkam essayed the role of a fake godman and Samasthi, a new girl, has acted as Ranjitha.
  Veteran actress Seetha appears in a key role and yesteryear sex bomb Shakeela also plays an important character. Let’s hope the said conflict-ridden scenes survive the scissors.

நித்யானந்தா-நடிகை ரஞ்சிதா கதையை மையமாக வைத்து கன்னடத்தில் ஏற்கனவே சத்யானந்தா என்ற பெயரில் படம் தயாரானது. இதில் நித்யானந்தா ஆசிரம நடவடிக்கைகள் டி.வி.யில் வெளியாகி பரபரப்பான படுக்கை அறை காட்சிகள், வழக்குகள் போன்றவை இடம் பெற்று இருந்தன. இந்த படத்தை எதிர்த்து நித்யானந்தா கோர்ட்டில் வழக்கு தொடர்ந்து தடை பெற்றார்.

தற்போது தமிழிலும் நித்யானந்தா, ரஞ்சிதா பற்றிய படம் தயாராகிறது. இப்படத்துக்கு வெண்ணிலாவின் அரங்கேற்றம் என பெயர் வைத்துள்ளனர். ஆர்.முத்துக்குமார் இயக்குகிறார். இதில் புதுமுகங்கள் தினேஷ் நாயகனாகவும், சமஸ்தி, மிதுனாவாலியா ஆகியோர் நாயகிகளாகவும் நடிக்கின்றனர். நடிகைகள் சீதா, ஷகிலாவும் முக்கிய கேரக்டரில் வருகின்றனர். நித்யானந்தா, ரஞ்சிதா கேரக்டரில் நடிப்பவர்கள் படுக்கை அறையில் அருகருகே இருப்பது போன்றும் கால்களை பிடித்து விடுவது போன்றும் காட்சிகள் எடுக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளன.

நித்யானந்தா வேடத்தில் கோடம்பாக்கம் பகுதியை சேர்ந்த மூர்த்தி என்ற திருநங்கை நடித்துள்ளார். ரஞ்சிதா கேரக்டரில் சமஸ்தி நடித்துள்ளார். நித்யானந்தா பற்றிய கன்னட படம் போலவே இந்த படமும் சர்ச்சையை ஏற்படுத்தும் என எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது. டிசம்பரில் இப்படத்தை ரிலீஸ் செய்ய திட்டமிட்டு உள்ளனர்.
