NITHYANANDA RAPE CASE TRIAL STARTS 29th AUGUST 2016 AT RAMNAGAR

The Trial proceedings in the Nithyananda Rape Case (Sessions case no.: SC No. 86/2014) is all set to continue in Ramanagar Sessions Court starting 29.8.2016. Nithyananda’s secretary & co-accused Bhaktananda @ Gopal Sheelum Reddy had managed to stay the Trial proceedings with a Stay order from the High Court in Criminal Petition no. 938/2016. 

On 21.7.2016 Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka disposed the criminal petition and Stay order and thereby cleared the way for the Trial in the Nithyananda Rape Case to proceed. Following the standard procedure, Rape Accused Nithyananda and his 5 secretaries/co-accused are expected to appear in Ramanagar Sessions Court since Trial proceedings in SC No. 86/2014 will resume after a short Stay order by the High Court in April this year. 

Interestingly, the Nithyananda Cult is at its deceptive best, spreading lies & false information by claiming that the rape case against Nithyananda has been quashed by the High Court recently.  

For the layman who is interested in knowing the facts and to help one see through the mountain of lies and false propaganda of Nithyananda cult, here are all the facts about the recent developments. 

1. Rape Case against Nithyananda is NOT QUASHED. Trial proceedings are continuing in Ramnagar Sessions Court in Sessions Case SC No. 86/2014. Next hearing in Ramanagara is on 29.8.2016. 

a) Whistleblower** Lenin @ Dharmananda filed a complaint in Mar 2010 (Crime No. 141/2010 at Bidadi Police Station) against Nithyananda about his rape & other illegal activities inside the ashram. 

b) After thorough investigation and based on statements of 2 victims and several ex-devotees and several clinching crucial evidence such as sex-contracts (Non-Disclosure Agreements), phone confession of Nithyananda to Lenin, etc. Karnataka CID filed 1000 page Chargesheet (CC No. 204/2010) in Nov 2010. 

c) Subsequently, in Sep 2014 Supreme Court ordered Nithyananda to cooperate & appear for medical examination (potency test, as required by law) and also to give voice samples. Voice test was for Forensic validation of his extra-judicial confession over phone to Lenin about his sexual relations with many women. 

d) Medical examination results proved conclusively that Nithyananda’s ridiculous claims of “6 year old child” were the biggest joke, as the doctors found him to be a NORMAL ADULT, i.e. like any other normal man, NOT like a 6 year old child!! Likewise forensic voice tests confirmed that it was indeed Nithyananda who confessed to Lenin about his sexual relations and begged Lenin to forgive him and to just remain silent about the whole thing! 

e) In 2014 Supreme Court also ordered the accused to stop further delays in this case and for Trial Court to conclude the trial soon. After this, the case was transferred to the Sessions Judge Ramanagara (as per standard procedure/requirement) and got numbered as Sessions Case SC No. 86/2014.

f) Since then, Accused had been filing one petition or the other to delay the Trial proceedings. But High Court has cleared the way for the trial to resume now, after disposing of petition Crl.P 938/2016 on 21.7.2016, which was filed by Accused no. 2 Bhaktananda @ Gopal Sheelum Reddy. 

2. Another (different) complaint about harassment & intimidation by Nithyananda disciples during Lenin’s press meet in Dec 2010 has been quashed recently by High Court. This has NO EFFECT on the rape case trial. 

• After Rape case charge sheet was filed by Karnataka CID against Nithyananda and is secretaries, in Dec 2010 Lenin came out in the public for the first time and gave a press meet in Bangalore Press Club to answer the many questions that media and public had about the case and about Lenin. Lenin also revealed during his press meet that Nithyananda and his followers were continuously threatening and harassing the victims and witnesses in the case, including himself.

• During Lenin’s Dec 2010 press meet, 20-30 fanatic disciples and ashram-mates of Nithyananda, on the instigation of the cult leader Nithyananda, suddenly landed up at the Press Club, tried to storm in and disrupt the press meet, and also to intimidate the whistleblower Lenin. 

• Police protection had to be called in immediately for Lenin’s protection. Several policemen arrived immediately and brought the situation under control. 

• The entire incident was widely reported by all the media since it happened during a press meet. 

• Subsequently, Lenin gave a complaint regarding intimidation and harassment during his press meet in Crime No. 75/2010, at the Vidhan Soudha police station. 

• As soon as the investigation started into Lenin’s Vidhan Soudha complaint the accused (Nithyananda and his fanatic brainwashed cult followers) ran to the high court with a petition to quash Lenin’s complaint. 

• On 2nd Aug 2016, the High Court of Karnataka quashed this Dec 2010 complaint of Lenin regarding the intimidation and harassment during his press meet in Crime No. 75/2010, at the Vidhan Soudha police station by the cult. 

PLEASE NOTE: ONLY the Complaint in Cr. No 75/2010 at Vidhan Soudha Police Station (which was regarding press meet disruption, harassment & intimidation by Nithyananda followers ) has been quashed by the High Court recently. 

THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE NITHYANANDA RAPE CASE TRIAL. Quashing of this press meet complaint has no effect on the rape case against Nithyananda. 

RAPE CASE AGAINST NITHYANANDA FILED BY KARNATAKA CID IS NOT DISMISSED, TRIAL CONTINUES AND NEXT HEARING IN RAMANAGAR IS ON 29.8.2016. 

THE CULT IS INTENTIONALLY SPREADING FALSE NEWS, RUMOURS AND DECEPTIVE HALF INFORMATION TO CONFUSE THE COMMON MAN AND MISLEAD THEM INTO WRONGLY BELIEVING THAT THE COURT HAS FOUND NITHYANANDA INNOCENT OF RAPE CHARGES /DISMISSED THE RAPE CASE AGAINST HIM. 

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE AND VERY FAR FROM THE TRUTH. Do not be fooled by the lies spread by the cult. Know the facts and use your god given intelligence to decide for yourself. 

There is no doubt that Nithyananda will be found guilty of rape in a trial, because the truth cannot be silenced!

** Whistleblower Lenin was one of the closest inner circle disciples of Nithyananda & long time Brahmachari of his ashram before the 2010 scandal. After the scandal, in an attempt to discredit and defame him, Nithyananda conveniently called him a driver, said he was just a casual visitor to the ashram. Absolute lies, which is very typical of such cults.

Update Regarding Nithyananda Case

 

Recently Karnataka High Court has passed an order that 32 witness statements, Nithyananda's medical test (obtained by Nithyananda himself from a private hospital) and victim's email , if these are in the investigation diary they may be considered by the Trial court. This is the actual news, as reported by many media.However, the cult as usual misrepresents information and is spreading lies in online media to confuse the public and harass the victims & others.

High Court direction to trial court in Nithyananda case

In a temporary relief to Nithyananda Swamy of Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam of Bidadi, near Bengaluru, the High Court of Karnataka on Thursday directed the trial court in Ramangaram district to summon medical records, statements of 32 witnesses, and the statements of actress Ranjitha in an alleged rape case against him.

Justice H. Billappa passed the order while setting aside the January 28, 2016 order of the trial court, which had rejected the plea for summoning these statements as the prosecution has not made them part of the charge sheet.

In his petition, Nithyananda had contended that the trial court erred in not summoning the statements, certain medical records, his own statements given to the investigation officer, and also the emails of a former woman devotee of the ashram who had made allegation of rape against him.

The petitioner pointed out, "Though these documents were part of the investigation, they were not submitted to the court along with the charge sheet as the prosecutor had given an opinion stating that they would not support the prosecution’s case against him". Nithyananda, the petitioner and some other accused persons, who had filed an application before the trial court seeking their discharge from the case, had requested the court to summon the documents and statements that supports some of their claims.

Hear this audio confession to know the truth about Nithyananda, where he clearly states it is between 2 adults and there is nothing 'legally' wrong with it!!! So this is the kind of "Sanyasa" and "Brahmacharya" this so-called Swami teaches the world!! Nithyananda Men Fight for Control of Vedaranyam Mutt

NAGAPATTINAM: Controversial self-styled Godman Nithyananda is back in the news. This time at coastal Vedaranyam where his disciples have staked claim over a mutt in the heart of the town. Following high drama in the mutt premises on Thursday night over its ownership, the revenue department has launched an inquiry and police personnel have been deployed at the mutt to prevent any untoward incident.

According to sources, the private mutt situated on the North Street of Vedaranyam town, known locally as Ramakrishna Mutt, has been managed by Gnaneswara Nanda (56), of Vedaranyam for the last 13 years. With a large number of temples located in and around Vedaranyam, the mutt, spread across an approximate area of 1,500 sqft, has been serving as a resting place for the pilgrims.

Sources said that a few decades ago, the mutt was attached to Aathmananda Mutt in Salem, which also manages several educational institutions, A few years ago, the controversial spiritual guru Nithyananda had reportedly donated `2 crore to Aathmananda Mutt. On Thursday, claiming that the Aathmananda Mutt had handed over the authority to manage the mutt in Vedaranyam to Nithyananda in return for his `2 crore donation, about seven persons, said to be disciples of Nithyananda, occupied the Ramakrishna Mutt.

Though Nithyananda’s disciples claimed that the mutt was legally handed over to Nithyananda’s organisation, police said that there were no valid documents to support their ownership claims. Following the tug of war between the disciples of the two spiritual gurus, Vedaranyam police have deployed personnel in the mutt premises on Friday.

Meanwhile, Gnaneswara Nanda lodged a complaint with the Vedarayam police to evict the disciples of Nithyananda from the mutt.

Following this, an official inquiry by Nagapattinam RDO has been initiated to ascertain the ownership of the Vedaranyam mutt.

It should be recalled that some three years ago, Nithyananda was in the news when he was anointed the junior seer of a centuries-old mutt in Madurai, leading to loud protests from other spiritual gurus in the State. It eventually led to the intervention of the State government, which warned of taking over control over the Madurai Aadheenam and its assets if Nithyananda is not removed from the position of junior seer.

காவல்துறையினரும் தாசில்தாரும் மடத்திற்கு விரைந்து வந்து சீடர்களை வெளியேற்ற முயற்சி செய்தனர். பெண் சீடர்களோ மேலிட உத்தரவு வரும் வரை இந்த இடத்திலிருந்து நகர மாட்டோம் என்று ஆங்காரமாக நிற்கின்றனர். ஆண் சீடர்களைப் பேச்சு வார்த்தைக்கு அழைத்திருக்கின்றனர் காவல்துறையினர். இந்தச் சம்பவம் தற்போது சர்ச்சையாகி தீயாகப் பரவ துவங்கியுள்ளது.

It's now Gulabi Gang's turn to protest against Nithyananda

Several groups took to the streets of Varanasi on Monday to protest against a program conducted by Nithyananda, the self-styled godman accused of rape. Nithyananda is currently conducting a 21-day program called "Inner Awakening" the city.

The groups are demanding that he should not be allowed to conduct satsangs and other programs in the holy city. Among the groups that are protesting are Gulabi Gang (women’s activists who fight against injustice and atrocities against women), All India Student Association (AISA), students of Benaras Hindu University and Kashi Vidhyapeet, Progressive Writers Association, Lok Chetana organization and Nirmal India Party.

Various forms of protest could be seen in the city ranging from signature campaigns appealing to the Chief Minister and local authorities to stop Nithyananda’s programs in Varanasi to a Satyagraha march. Angry women protestors were also found attacking Nithyanada’s hoardings and flex posters with chappals and sticks.

The Sub-Divisional Magistrate Tribuvan Vishwakarma has assured the protestors that Nithyanada will be ordered to leave Varanasi within four days.

वाराणसी. सेक्स स्कैंडल में फंस चुके महामंडलेश्वर स्वामी नित्यानंद ने कैंटोमेंट स्थित होटल में गुरुवार से 'कल्‍पतरू दर्शक' नाम से कार्यक्रम शुरू किया। सात से 27 मई तक चलने वाले इस कार्यक्रम का विरोध शुरू हो गया है। महिलाओं ने शास्त्री घाट के पास सड़कों पर उतरकर जोरदार प्रदर्शन किया। वहीं, साझा संस्कृति मंच के लोगों ने हाथों में बैनर-पोस्टर लेकर 'नित्यानंद मुर्दाबाद, नित्यानंद बाबा वापस जाओ और काशी की संस्कृति को बचाओ' जैसे नारे लगाए। सूचना पर वहां पहुंचे एसीएम ने उनका ज्ञापन लिया।

नित्यानंद के विरोध में काशी हिंदू विश्वविद्यालय (बीएचयू) के स्टूडेंट्स भी आगे आ गए हैं। उनके कार्यक्रम के खिलाफ कैंपस में गुपचुप तरीके से सिग्नेचर कैंपेन चलाया जा रहा है। संस्था द्वारा सीएम और स्थानीय अधिकारियों को कार्यक्रम पर पाबंदी लगाने के लिए मेल पर सूचना दी गई है।

 

विरोध में उतरे लोग

साझा संस्कृति मंच के प्रमुख वल्लभ पांडेय ने बताया कि सात मई से 27 मई तक तथाकथित महामंडलेश्वर का कार्यक्रम हो रहा है। इसका प्रचार-प्रसार किया जा रहा है। पूरे शहर में फ्लेक्स और बैनर टंगे हुए हैं। इसमें किसी स्थानीय संस्था, संगठन या व्यक्ति का नाम पता नहीं दिया गया है। ढोंगी संन्यासी पर पूर्व में यौनशोषण के आरोप लग चुके हैं और अनेक मामलों में विवादित भी रहा है। ऐसे पाखंडियों का काशी में विरोध और बहिष्कार जरूरी है।

 

धार्मिक कार्य नहीं करने दिया जाएगा

डॉ. आनंद तिवारी का कहना है सेक्स स्कैंडल में फंसे बाबा को बनारस में धार्मिक कार्य नहीं करने दिया जाएगा। इस मुद्दे को लेकर स्थानीय लोग जल्द ही डीएम से मुलाकात करेंगे। आइसा की स्थानीय नेता शिखा ने बताया कि बुधवार को नित्यानंद के खिलाफ विद्यापीठ और बीएचयू में सिग्नेचर कैंपेन चलाया गया था। स्थानीय स्तर पर इसका विरोध भी शुरू हो गया है।

सेक्स स्कैंडल में फंसे स्वामी नित्यानंद के खि‍लाफ गुलाबी गैंग ने किया प्रदर्शन

वाराणसी. सेक्स स्कैंडल में फंस चुके महामंडलेश्वर नित्यानंद बाबा के कार्यक्रम के विरोध में मंगलवार को गुलाबी गैंग की 100 महिलाएं हाथों में डंडा लेकर सड़कों पर उतर गईं। इस दौरान कार्यक्रम स्थल के बाहर उन्होंने लाठी-डंडा लेकर प्रदर्शन किया और वहां लगे होर्डिंग और पोस्टरों को चप्पल-डंडे से पीटकर गिरा दिया। सूचना मिलते ही भारी मात्रा में पहुंची फोर्स ने उन्हें रोक दिया। एससीएम त्रिभुवन विश्वकर्मा ने गुलाबी गैंग को आश्वासन दिया कि चार दिनों में बाबा का कार्यक्रम बंद करा दिया जाएगा।

महोबा और बांदा की रहने वाली गुलाबी गैंग से जुड़ी महिलाएं गैंग की राष्ट्रीय कमांडर सुमन सिंह चौहान के साथ गंगा स्नान और काशी दर्शन के लिए पहुंची थीं। इस दौरान उन्हें पता चला कि कैंटोमेंट स्थित एक होटल में लड़कियों और महिलाओं को तीन हजार रुपए में नित्यानंद स्वामी कल्पतरू दर्शन दे रहे हैं। इसके बाद कुछ महिलाएं बाबा का दर्शन करने होटल पहुंचीं तो उन्हें भगा दिया गया। इसके बाद 100 से ज्यादा महिलाएं हाथों में लाठी-डंडा लेकर होटल पहुंच गईं और प्रदर्शन करने लगीं।

काशी दर्शन करने पहुंची थी गैंग की महिलाएं

गुलाबी गैंग की राष्ट्रीय लीडर सुमन सिंह चौहान ने बताया कि वे सभी लोग काशी दर्शन के लिए आए थे। इस दौरान उन्होंने देखा कि पूरे शहर में नित्यानंद बाबा के पोस्टर लगे हैं और वे सात से 27 मई तक कल्पतरू दर्शन दे रहे हैं। इसके बाद वह बुजुर्ग महिलाओं को लेकर बाबा से मिलने होटल पहुंचीं तो उन्हें भगा दिया गया। वहां 20-30 साल की लड़कियों और महिलाओं को तीन हजार रुपए में कमरे में ले जाया जा रहा है।

बाबा पर चल रहा है रेप केस

गुलाबी गैंग की सदस्य मुन्नी ने बताया कि नित्यानंद अपनी शिष्या तमिल एक्ट्रेस के साथ यौन संबंधों में फंसा है। उसका एसएमएस पूरी दुनिया देख चुकी है। उसके खिलाफ कर्नाटक में रेप का केस चल रहा है। उसकी सुनवाई दो जून 2015 को है। बाबा अपने को नपुंसक कहता है। उसे धार्मिक नगरी से भगाया जाए नहीं तो गुलाबी गैंग उसे धक्के मारकर काशी से बाहर कर देगी। काशी विश्वनाथ की नगरी में दुराचारी बाबा लोगों को बेवकूफ बना रहा है।

शहर के सूर्या होटल में प्रवचन देने आए स्वामी नित्यानंद को 12 मई को "गुलाबी गैंग" के विरोध का सामना करना पड़ा। उत्तर प्रदेश के बांदा जिले से आईं गुलाबी गैंग की महिलाओं ने काशी की लोक चेतना संस्था और निर्मल इण्डिया पार्टी के साथ शहर के मिंट हाउस से स्वामी के कार्यक्रम स्थल सूर्या होटल तक सत्याग्रह यात्रा निकाली। नित्यानंद के पोस्टर पर उन्होंने कालिख पोत रखी थी। उनका कहना था कि जो महिलाओं का सम्मान नहीं कर सकता और जिसके ऊपर बलात्कार का केस चल रहा हो वह धर्म की नगरी में सत्संग कैसे कर सकता है।

इस संबंध में लोकतांत्रिक जन संगठन गुलाबी गैंग की राष्ट्रीय कमांडर सुमन सिंह चौहान ने बताया, "हमने अखबारों में पढ़ा कि यहां काशी में एक ढोंगी बाबा आया हुआ है जो खुद को भगवान बताकर 3 हज़ार रूपये में लोगों को दर्शन दे रहा है। यह ढोंगी बाबा किशोरियों को फंसाकर बलात्कार करता है और इस पर बलात्कार का मुकदमा भी चल रहा है। ऐसे में हम धर्म नगरी काशी में इसका कोई कार्यक्रम नहीं होने देंगी।"

वहीं मौके पर पहुंचे एसडीएम त्रिभुवन विश्वकर्मा ने जानकारी दी कि स्वामी नित्यानंद ने अपने ज्ञान प्रवाह के लिए 7 से 22 मई का समय प्रशासन से लिया है। हम 22 मई से पहले स्वामी नित्यानंद के खिलाफ कोई एक्शन नहीं से सकते।

गुलाबी गैंग महिला उत्पीड़न और महिलाओं पर होने वाले अत्याचार के खिलाफ काम करता है। बांदा से गंगा स्नान करने आईं गुलाबी गैंग की महिलाओं ने गुलाबी छड़ी के साथ सूर्या होटल पर जमकर स्वामी नित्यानंद को अपशब्द कहे। बता दें कि नित्यानंद द्वारा अपने शिष्यों के साथ यौन शोषण करने के मामले का खुलासा हुआ था। उसके बाद दक्षिण भारतीय फिल्म अभिनेत्री के साथ सेक्स स्कैंडल में फंसे स्वामी के खिलाफ गुलाबी गैंग ने इसे आंदोलन के तौर पर लिया था।

वाराणसी। सेक्स सकैंडल में फंसे महामंडलेश्वर नित्यानंद बाबा के विरोध में मंगलवार को अचानक महिलाएं सड़क पर उतर आईं। चर्चित गुलाबी गैंग के बैनर तले दर्जनों महिलाए कैंटोमेंट एरिया में एक होटल के बाहर जमा हो गईं। इसी होटल में बाबा का कार्यक्रम प्रस्तावित है।

हाथों में डंडा थामें कई महिलाओं ने वहां लगे बाबा के होर्डिंगस और पोस्टरों पर हमला बोल दिया। देखते ही देखते वहां लगे बाबा के पोस्टरों और होर्डिंग पर चप्पलों की बौछार शुरू कर दी। मौके पर अफरातफरी के हालात बन गए। सूचना मिलते ही एसीएम तृतीय त्रिभुवन शर्मा मौके पर पहुंचे।

शर्मा ने महिलाओं बातचीत की तथा उन्हें समझाया। उन्होंने महिलाओं को आश्वासन दिया कि चार दिन के भीतर बाबा का कार्यक्रम बंद करा दिया जाएगा। मालूम हो कि इससे पूर्व महोबा और बांदा जनपद से गुलाबी गैंग से जुड़ी महिलाएं राष्ट्रीय कमांडर सुमन सिंह चौहान के साथ गंगा स्नान और काशी दर्शन के लिए पहुंची थीं।

यह सूचना पाते ही वहा गुलाबी गैंग की सदस्य वहा पुहंच गई और वहां लगे बाबा के होर्डिंग और पोस्टरों को चप्पल-डंडे से पीटकर गिरा दिया। इस दौरान गुलाबी गैंग की कार्रवाई देखने के लिए लोगों की भीड़ जुटी रही।

गुलाबी गैंग की सदस्य मुन्नी देवी का कहना है कि नित्यानंद अपनी शिष्या तमिल अभिनेत्री के साथ यौन संबंधों में फंसा है। उसका एसएमएस सारी दुनिया देख चुकी है। कर्नाटक में भी उसके खिलाफ रेप केस चल रहा है। आने वाले 2 जून को केस की सुनवाई है। खुद को बाबा नपुंसक बताता है, ऐसे बाबा को धार्मिक नगरी से प्रशासन ने नहीं निकाला तो गुलाबी गैंग उसे काशी से बाहर कर देगी। ये दुराचाी बाबा लोगों को मुर्ख बना रहा है।

नित्यानंद के 20 दिवसीय सत्संग कार्यक्रम का शहर में विरोध

यौन शोषण के आरोपी तथाकथित महामंडलेश्वर नित्यानंद का 20 दिवसीय प्रवचन कार्यक्रम गुरुवार से शहर के होटल में शुरू हो रहा है जिसके विरोध में शहर के कई सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं ने आम लोगों के साथ मिलकर सामाजिक संस्था ‘सांझा संस्कृति मंच’ के तत्वाधान में वाराणसी के वरुणा पुल स्थित शास्त्री घाट पर एक सभा की।

सभा में सांझा संस्कृति मंच के संयोजक वल्लभाचार्य पाण्डेय ने कहा, 'ऐसे कुंठित और कुख्यात लोगों द्वारा संतों की गरिमा और प्रतिष्ठा धूमिल की जा रही है। काशी में यह बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जा सकता। इस व्यक्ति पर महिलाओं का यौन शोषण करने के आरोप लगे हुए हैं और इसे अन्य मामलों में भी लिप्त पाया गया है। ऐसे समाज विरोधी तत्वों द्वारा धार्मिक और सांकृतिक नगरी काशी में प्रवचन कार्यक्रम किया जाना यहां की गरिमा के विरूद्ध है।'
 

इस अवसर पर समाज सेवी डॉ. आनंद प्रकाश तिवारी ने कहा, 'सांस्कृतिक और धार्मिक नगरी काशी में इतने लंबे समय के लिए कार्यक्रम का आयोजन कथित सन्यासी द्वारा अपने कुकर्मों पर पर्दा डालने और काशी से मान्यता लेने का एक कुत्सित प्रयास है जिसका काशी में विरोध आवश्यक है। धन के बल पर आयोजित किए जाने वाले इस तरह के कार्यक्रमों से संत समाज और विभिन्न धर्माचार्यों की भी गरिमा प्रभावित होती है। इस कार्यक्रम का काशी की जनता पुरज़ोर विरोध करेगी, अगर प्रशासन से सहयोग नहीं मिलता, तो हमें सीधी कार्यवाही के लिए बाध्य होना पड़ेगा।'

सभा के बाद उपस्थित लोगों ने एक सांकेतिक विरोध मार्च भी निकाला जो शास्त्री घाट से जिला मुख्यालय तक पहुंचा। इसके बाद जिलाधिकारी को संबोधित एक ज्ञापन अपर नगर मजिस्ट्रेट (द्वितीय) को सौंपा गया जिसके माध्यम से प्रशासन से मांग की गई कि काशी की सांस्कृतिक और धार्मिक गरिमा के विपरीत आयोजित हो रहे उक्त कार्यक्रम पर तत्काल रोक लगे। साथ ही शहर भर में लगाए गए पोस्टर, बैनर, फ्लेक्स पूरी तरह से हटाए जाएं।

कार्यक्रम में प्रमुख रूप से डॉ. आनंद प्रकाश तिवारी, राम जनम भाई, दिलीप कुमार दिली, गिरसंत यादव, किरण गुप्ता, प्रदीप सिंह, राजेश श्रीवास्तव, विवेकानंद, कमलेश यादव, आकांक्षा सिंह, गीता, निर्मला, विकास, ऊषा देवी, किमी वर्मा, उर्मिला दुबे, कमलेश चौहान, धीरज मौर्या, राजकुमार पटेल आदि शामिल रहे।
