Nithyananda Men Fight for Control of Vedaranyam Mutt

NAGAPATTINAM: Controversial self-styled Godman Nithyananda is back in the news. This time at coastal Vedaranyam where his disciples have staked claim over a mutt in the heart of the town. Following high drama in the mutt premises on Thursday night over its ownership, the revenue department has launched an inquiry and police personnel have been deployed at the mutt to prevent any untoward incident.

According to sources, the private mutt situated on the North Street of Vedaranyam town, known locally as Ramakrishna Mutt, has been managed by Gnaneswara Nanda (56), of Vedaranyam for the last 13 years. With a large number of temples located in and around Vedaranyam, the mutt, spread across an approximate area of 1,500 sqft, has been serving as a resting place for the pilgrims.

Sources said that a few decades ago, the mutt was attached to Aathmananda Mutt in Salem, which also manages several educational institutions, A few years ago, the controversial spiritual guru Nithyananda had reportedly donated `2 crore to Aathmananda Mutt. On Thursday, claiming that the Aathmananda Mutt had handed over the authority to manage the mutt in Vedaranyam to Nithyananda in return for his `2 crore donation, about seven persons, said to be disciples of Nithyananda, occupied the Ramakrishna Mutt.

Though Nithyananda’s disciples claimed that the mutt was legally handed over to Nithyananda’s organisation, police said that there were no valid documents to support their ownership claims. Following the tug of war between the disciples of the two spiritual gurus, Vedaranyam police have deployed personnel in the mutt premises on Friday.

Meanwhile, Gnaneswara Nanda lodged a complaint with the Vedarayam police to evict the disciples of Nithyananda from the mutt.

Following this, an official inquiry by Nagapattinam RDO has been initiated to ascertain the ownership of the Vedaranyam mutt.

It should be recalled that some three years ago, Nithyananda was in the news when he was anointed the junior seer of a centuries-old mutt in Madurai, leading to loud protests from other spiritual gurus in the State. It eventually led to the intervention of the State government, which warned of taking over control over the Madurai Aadheenam and its assets if Nithyananda is not removed from the position of junior seer.

The mutt manager Gnaneswara Swami has filed a police complaint with local police regarding this. Police is conducting an enquiry into this matter.

காவல்துறையினரும் தாசில்தாரும் மடத்திற்கு விரைந்து வந்து சீடர்களை வெளியேற்ற முயற்சி செய்தனர். பெண் சீடர்களோ மேலிட உத்தரவு வரும் வரை இந்த இடத்திலிருந்து நகர மாட்டோம் என்று ஆங்காரமாக நிற்கின்றனர். ஆண் சீடர்களைப் பேச்சு வார்த்தைக்கு அழைத்திருக்கின்றனர் காவல்துறையினர். இந்தச் சம்பவம் தற்போது சர்ச்சையாகி தீயாகப் பரவ துவங்கியுள்ளது.

TRUE FACTS OF THRUVNANNAMALAI TEMPLE/ASHRAM, AN EYE OPENER FOR DEVOTEES AND GENERAL PUBLIC

Thrunannamalai Temple and Ashram of NITHYA is under Govt. focus and news. Everyone is aware of the fiasco that is being enacted there. Its time people know the true facts and details of the Temple/Ashram of Nithya. Its more important that all the present brainwashed devotees know the real facts and intentions of Nithya. Perhaps this will help them to use their rational mind and come out of the spell of Nithya.

I am assuming the name as Tamilselvan, a long time devotee of Nithya and a local resident. I am coming out of his spell.
Everyone and especially all old devotees are aware that the Temple and Ashram of Nithya in Thrunannamalai was inaguarated on April 19, 2008. Pranapratishta, yagam, Abishekam and pancha Aarathi was performed by none other than Nithya himself. Mulikas, a total of 1008 were offered in the yagam performed by Nithya himself. Navapashanam and yantras was offered and placed under the dieties of SHIVA and PARVATI, lingas and the navagrahas as a sacred ritual of PRANAPRATISHTA. This was done all by Nithya himself. Tamil director cum actor Visu, local MLA's and chairman of Panchayat were the dignitaries invited. I was present and a witness and volunteer to all the proceedings of the function. More than 5000 people attended this function.


I was part of the team under Sharanagatha Maharaj, which also included Chidambarananda, Alagan and Dorai. In 15 days we were ordered by Nithya to place orders, get the Lingas sculpted and delivered in Thirunannamalai, 1008 in all, (108 bigger size lingas and balance smaller lingas) from Mahabalipuram. We did not sleep for those 15 days. Sharanagataha and Chdambarananda were constantly scolded and abused by Nithya for delays in delivery schedule. Infact Nithya and his personal team visited Thrunannamalai not less than 7 times to supervise and instuct. Nithya and his team stayed at organiser Jaya Kumars’s and donor Sounderrajan’s home. Constant phone calls were received to our agony from Pranananda and Gopika who would pass on the phone to Nithya who would shower abuses on our team. It was a nightmare best forgotten. We consoled ourselves thinking that it was a service to Master and for the larger cause of the Temple. Each small Linga was purchased for Rs2000.00 and the cost of each bigger Linga was Rs6000.00. The orders for bigger Idols of SHIVA (Anandeshwara) and PARVATI (Anandeshwari) were placed earlier and procured for Rs55,000.00. Idol of Nandi was procured for Rs12,000.00. Similarly, the cost of Murgan Idol with Valli Daivanai cost Rs30,000.00. Ganapati Idol for Rs8,000.00 and Navagraha Idols were bought outright at nominal cost. More than 100 artisans were working round the clock and Nithya did not release payment on time. We had a spat with the main Sthapathi. On Sharanagatha’s and Chidambarananda’s personal assurance the Idols were despatched. A total of 12 trucks were loaded with the above idols and despatched to Tirunannamalai.

For sake of authenticity, I will also inform that Nithya wanted to install the 21.00 feet high Navapashana Linga, but sadly the local corporation and HR & CE deptt., objected to the same. In the mean while the construction in-charge volunteer Krishnamurthy and Jaya kumar dug up a huge pit 8.00ft deep of size 40.00x40.00 feet, for foundation to the Linga. This was kept open for a long time and closed up much later when it was realised that Corporation would never permit the same

 Now coming to the marketing part, this was most shocking. We all knew that Nithya was an excellent spiritual and religious marketing man, proclaiming to be an Avatar of Shiva, with his work shops and abilities to mesmerize and convince devotees. But this was too much for us to digest.

A separate Linga donation marketing and focus team was created. Flex, banners, posters and pamphlets were printed and distributed to various centers soliciting devotees to sponsor the lingas by paying Rs50,000.00 for small lingas and Rs1,00,000.00 for bigger lingas. It was assured that the name of the donor will be inscribed on the linga along with his gothra and puja and aarthi will be performed and his sanyas parampara would continue this for ages to come. And you would get rid of all kind of doshas. As long as Son and Moon were existing. Separate counters were placed at ASP and NSP programs and Linga donations were solicited. Ma Yogeshwari was specially made in-charge for the collections. 

The PRO Sevananda a.k.a Palaniappan was also given the task of propagating, inspiring and collecting bookings for Lingas.
The response from the devotee base was overwhelming. The Malaysian organiser and ashramites were the first to book about 80 lingas. Orders from Los Angles were to the tune of 200. There were a few orders from Hyderabad, Bangalore and other centers. All centers from Tamil Nadu contributed. All the lingas were booked in no time. There was no looking back for Nithya. Arrogance started showing up in Nithya. 

Nithya’s Deepam speech was full of hollow emotion. This is not just to criticize him. Its perhaps due to my better understanding of the evil genius in him. Nithya started off by offering gratitude and thanking all the existing brainwashed ashramites, organisers and devotees starting with Pranananda, Atamprabhananda, Bhaktika, Rishi, chandran and many other brainwashed slaves. In your ASP program you clearly explained that everyone seeks attention. You have pandered to this emotion in them. They must have been in tearful joy. Well done Nithya. Your voice was shrill and seemed desperate.

 What happened to you. Humility was never your trait. You were charging Rs25,00,000.00 per day per visit to any outstation city before the scandal brokeout. What a reversal in fortune. We could see the pain you felt at the prospect of losing just 3.00 acres of land with sheds to the Govt. Have you ever thought what must be going through the hearts of Donors who donated Temples and Lands in Rajapalaiam, Trichunapally, Teni, Salem, Hyderabad and Los Angles. You masqueraded as an Avatar gave false promises and defrauded them into donating their property.

 You have misused the God gift that you have, of high IQ, great knowledge base, excellent elocution and mesmeric talk. You have perpetuated a cult, brainwashed your devotees and made them your slaves and are still continuing to do so. Your days seem numbered. The wheels of destiny grinds slowly but truly.
I will end this note, but not before quoting what the Advocate General of Tamil Nadu said in his affidavit filed in the Honorable High Court of Madras. “ Nithyananda is a man of low character. Any prudent person will not accept Nithyananda as the head of a religious institution, even to a secular institution. Where ever Nithyananda goes, he brings social discord and unrest”.
The choice is yours.

நித்யானந்தா என்னும் க்ளோஸ்-அப் விளம்பரக்காரன்

நேற்று பெங்களூர் புத்தகக் கண்காட்சிக்கு சென்றிருந்தேன். கண்காட்சியில் நுழைந்தவுடன் முதல் வரிசையிலேயே நித்யானந்தா ஆசிரமத்துக்காரர்கள் கடை விரித்திருந்தார்கள். கடையில் பார்வையாளர்கள் யாரையும் காணவில்லை. எனக்கென்னமோ நித்யானந்தாவின் படத்தை பார்த்தவுடன் தெறித்து ஓடுகிறார்கள் என்றுதான் தோன்றியது. ஆனால் ஆசிரமத்துக்காரர்கள் நிறைய இருந்தார்கள். அழகான பெண்களும் உண்டு.

காலச்சுவடு, உயிர்மை, கிழக்கு என்று சுற்றிவிட்டு கடைசியாக நித்தியிடம் வந்தேன். கடை ஜொலித்தது. சீரியல் செட் கட்டி, பெரிய புகைப்படங்களில் க்ளோஸ் அப் விளம்பரக்காரனைப் போல சிரித்துக் கொண்டிருந்தார் சுவாமிகள். எனக்கு நித்தியைப் பார்க்கும் போதெல்லாம் “எவ்வளவு அடிச்சாலும் தாங்குறான் ரொம்பப நல்லவன்ன்ன்ன்” என்ற டயலாக் ஞாபகத்திற்கு வந்துவிடுகிறது. நித்தியின் கதையை தமிழில் படமாக எடுத்தால் அதில் வடிவேலுவை நடிக்க வைக்க வேண்டும். அந்த பாடி லேங்குவேஜ்ஜில் வடிவேலு மட்டுமே பட்டையைக் கிளப்புவார்.

கடைக்கு அருகில் சென்றதும் அழகான பெண் தான் அருகில் வந்தாள்.

“கன்னடமா” என்றாள். ஆமாம் என்று சொல்லியிருந்தால் அவளே என்னிடம் பேசியிருக்கக் கூடும்.

“இல்லை, தமிழ்” என்று சொல்லிவிட்டேன். வேறு ஒரு பெண்ணைக் கோர்த்துவிட்டாள். கோர்த்துவிடப்பட்டவள் சேலத்துப் பெண். சேலம் வைசியா கல்லூரியில் படித்தாளாம்.

“நீங்க என்னவா இருக்கீங்க” என்றேன்.  

“சந்நியாசி ஆகிவிட்டேன். எம்.எஸ்.சி பயோ கெமிஸ்ட்ரி முடிச்சிருக்கேன்” என்றாள். அவள் படிப்பைப் பற்றி நான் கேட்கவில்லை. அவளாகவே சொன்னவிதத்தில் கர்வம் இருந்தது. சந்நியாசிகளுக்கு கர்வம் இருக்கக் கூடாது என்று சாமியார் சொல்லித்தரவில்லை போலிருக்கிறது.

‘ஜீவன்முக்தி’ என்ற ஒரு புத்தகத்தை கொடுத்து “சாமிகள் சொன்னது, சொல்லிக் கொண்டிருப்பது, சொல்லவிரும்புவது என சகலமும் இருக்கிறது” என்றாள். ரஞ்சிதா என்ற பெயர் என் தொண்டைக்குள் முட்டிக் கொண்டிருந்தது. அடக்கி வைத்திருந்தேன்.

“முந்நூறு ரூபாய்தான். வாங்கிப்படியுங்கள்” என்றாள். 

பெங்களூரில் ஒரு பயிற்சி வகுப்பு நடக்கிறதாம். சுவாமிகளே நடத்துகிறார் என்றாள். என்ன வகுப்பு என்று கேட்கவில்லை. பயிற்சிக்கட்டணம், தங்கும் வசதி பற்றிய தகவல்களை அடுக்கிக் கொண்டிருந்தாள். அசுவராசியமாக கேட்டுக் கொண்டிருந்தேன்.

“சுவாமிகளின் சத்சங் கேட்டிருக்கீங்களா?” என்றாள்

“ம்ம்” என்றேன்

“யூடியூப்பில் சுவாமியை பார்த்திருக்கீங்களா?” இந்த கேள்வியை எதிர்பார்த்து கிடந்தவன் போல அவள் கேட்டவுடன் மிகுந்த உற்சாகமாகிவிட்டேன்.  

“ஊரே பார்த்துச்சே” என்றுதான் சொல்ல விரும்பினேன். ஆனால் “ம்ம்ம்..பார்த்திருக்கேன்” என்றேன்.

“என்ன லேங்குவேஜ்ல பார்த்தீங்க” 

இவள் வேண்டுமென்றே கேட்கிறாள் போலிருக்கிறது. இனியும் இதை கட் செய்யாவிட்டால் என்னை பைத்தியகாரனாக்கிவிடுவாள்.

சில கேரக்டர்கள் நாம் கலாய்ப்பதற்கென்றே பிறப்பெடுத்து வந்திருக்கின்றன. நித்யானந்தா  அப்படியான ஒரு கேரக்டர். சான்ஸ் கிடைக்கும் போதெல்லாம் ஓட்டிவிட வேண்டும்.

“சின்னவீடு” படத்தில் வரும்  ‘நாகிரதனா...மியூஸிக்தான் பேக்ரவுண்டல் ஓடுச்சு” என்று சொல்லிவிட்டு நகர்ந்துவிட்டேன். அவளுக்கு புரிந்திருக்குமா என்று தெரியவில்லை. இணையத்தில் ‘நக்கீரன்’ பதிவேற்றிய க்ளிப்பிங்ஸை பார்த்த அத்தனை பேருக்கும் புரியக்கூடும்.

Madurai Adheenam & Nithyananda’s petition dismissed

The principal sub court here on Saturday dismissed the petition filed by Madurai adheenam

Arunagirinatha Desikar, in his plea, had also requested the court to dismiss the case filed by the Department of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR and CE), seeking his removal from the Madurai adheenam.

Stating that HR and CE department’s earlier plea filed in 1984 to remove him from the mutt was dismissed in 2001, he said that the case before the principal sub court here should be dismissed.

Principal sub-judge K. Guruviah, however, noted that the HR and CE department had filed a petition to revive the case. Therefore, he dismissed Arunagirinatha Desikar’s petition. The judge also declined to issue directions to the sub-registrar of Madurai South to cancel the registration of the Trust formed in collaboration with Nithyananda.

Nithyananda, in an impleading petition, sought to name the HR and CE Commissioner and Madurai South sub-registrar as respondents in the Adheenam’s case. It was also dismissed on Saturday.

The HR and CE department has accused the Madurai adheenam of trying to amass the mutt’s wealth by bidding to sell the properties for a cheap price. Arunagirinathar did not get permission from the department before forming a trust with Nithyananda, said HR and CE Commissioner P. Dhanapal in a petition, through which he also sought Arunagirinathar’s removal as the Madurai Adheenam. The HR and CE department’s case has been adjourned to Monday.

மதுரை: மதுரை ஆதீன மடத்தை அரசு ஏற்கும் வழக்குக்கு தடை கேட்ட அருணகிரிநாதரின் மனுவை நீதிமன்றம் தள்ளுபடி செய்தது. மேலும், அறநிலையத் துறையையும், மதுரை தெற்கு சார்பதிவாளரையும் எதிர் மனுதாரராக சேர்க்க வேண்டும் என நித்தியானந்தா தாக்கல் செய்த மனுவையும் நீதிபதி தள்ளுபடி செய்து உத்தரவிட்டார். 
 
மதுரை ஆதீன மடம் நிர்வாகத்தை அரசிடம் ஒப்படைக்க உத்தரவிடக் கோரி, இந்து சமய அறநிலையத் துறை ஆணையர் தனபால் மதுரை முதன்மை சார்பு நீதிமன்றத்தில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்துள்ளார். மேலும், இந்த மனு மீதான விசாரணை முடியும் வரை, ஆதீன மடம் நிர்வாகம் தொடர்பாக அருணகிரிநாதரும், நித்தியானந்தாவும் சேர்ந்து ஏற்படுத்திய அறக்கட்டளைக்கு தடை விதிக்க வேண்டும். ஆதீன மட சொத்துக்களில் அருணகிரிநாதர் மற்றும் அவரது ஆட்களால் வில்லங்கம் ஏற்படுத்த கூடாது என இடைக்கால உத்தரவிட வேண்டும் என்றும் மனுவில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டிருந்தது.இந்த மனு விசாரணைக்கு வந்தபோது அருணகிரிநாதர் சார்பில், ஒரு மனு தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டிருந்தது.

அந்த மனுவில், ‘ஆதீன மடத்தை அரசு ஏற்பது தொடர்பாக 1994ல் சப்-கோர்ட்டில் அரசு மனு தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டது. அந்த மனு 2001ல் தள்ளுபடியானது. அந்த உத்தரவை மறு சீராய்வு செய்யக்கோரி அரசு சார்பில் அதே கோர்ட்டில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்நிலையில், அதே கோரிக்கைக்காக இந்த மனுவை அறநிலையத்துறை ஆணையர் தாக்கல் செய்துள்ளார். கீழ் கோர்ட்டில் அரசு தாக்கல் செய்த சீராய்வு மனு விசாரணை முடியும் வரையில் தற்போது அறநிலையத்துறை தாக்கல் செய்துள்ள மனுவை விசாரிக்க தடை விதிக்க வேண்டும்“ என கூறப்பட்டிருந்தது. இந்த மனுவை நீதிபதி குருவையா விசாரித்து தீர்ப்புக்காக ஒத்திவைத்திருந்தார்.இந்நிலையில், அருணகிரிநாதர் தாக்கல் செய்த மனுவை தள்ளுபடி செய்து நீதிபதி நேற்று உத்தரவிட்டார். அந்த உத்தரவில், “கீழ்கோர்ட்டில் அரசு தாக்கல் செய்துள்ள மனு இன்னும் விசாரணைக்கு எடுத்து கொள்ளப்படவில்லை. இந்த சூழ்நிலையில், இந்த மனு விசாரணைக்கு தடை விதிக்க அருணகிரிநாதர் உரிமை கோர முடியாது“ என குறிப்பிட்டிருந்தார்.இதே கோர்ட்டில் அருணகிரிநாதர் மற்றொரு மனுவும் தாக்கல் செய்திருந்தார். அந்த மனுவில் கூறியிருந்ததாவது:  இளைய ஆதீனமாக நியமிக்கப்பட்ட நித்தியானந்தா, அந்த பொறுப்பில் இருந்து நீக்கப்பட்டார். அவர் இளைய ஆதீனமா இருந்தபோது நானும், அவரும் சேர்ந்து ஆதீன சொத்துக்களை நிர்வகிக்க அறக்கட்டளை ஒன்றை ஏற்படுத்தினோம்.

அதை மதுரை தெற்கு சார்பதிவாளர் அலுவலகத்தில் பதிவு செய்துள்ளோம். தற்போது நித்தியானந்தா நீக்கப்பட் டுள்ள நிலையில், அந்த அறக்கட்டளையும் கலைக்கப்பட்டு விட்டது. இதனால் அறக்கட்டளைக்கான பதிவை ரத்து செய்ய தெற்கு சார்பதிவாளரிடம் மனு அளித்தோம். அவர் அந்த மனு மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கவில்லை. எனவே அந்த அறக்கட்டளை பதிவை ரத்து செய்ய தெற்கு சார்பதிவாளருக்கு உத்தரவிட வேண்டும். நித்தியானந்தாவும், அவரது ஆட்களும் மதுரை ஆதீன மடத்திற்குள் நுழைய தடைவிதிக்க வேண்டும்.இவ்வாறு அதில் கூறப்பட்டிருந்தது.நித்யானந்தா மனு: இந்த மனு ஏற்கனவே விசாரணைக்கு வந்தபோது, இந்த மனுவில் அறநிலையத்துறையையும், மதுரை தெற்கு சார்பதிவாளரையும் எதிர் மனுதாரராக சேர்க்க வேண்டும் என நித்தியானந்தா சார்பில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டது. நித்தியானந்தா தாக்கல் செய்த மனுவை தள்ளுபடி செய்து நீதிபதி குருவையா நேற்று உத்தரவிட்டார். பின்னர், அறநிலையத்துறை ஆணையர் மற்றும் அருணகிரிநாதர் ஆகியோர் தாக்கல் செய்த மனுக்கள் மீதான விசாரணையை வரும் 17ம் தேதிக்கு நீதிபதிக்கு தள்ளி வைத்தார்.

Seer’s case adjourned

The Principal Sub-Judge here has posted the case filed by the Department of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR and CE) seeking the removal of the incumbent Madurai adheenam on Saturday for final orders.

Originally HR and CE Commissioner, P. Dhanapal, had filed a petition seeking removal of Arunagirinatha Gurugnanasambanda Desikar from being the head of Madurai adheenam for violating provisions of Tamil Nadu HR and CE Act.

According to the Commissioner, Mr. Arunagirinatha Desikar sold two properties belonging to the mutt at a lower cost in the year 1995. Besides, he formed a trust along with Nithyananda without obtaining approval from the HR and CE department, as mandated by Tamil Nadu HR and CE Act.

Therefore, Mr. Arunagirinatha Desikar should be removed from being Madurai adheenam and HR and CE department should be allowed to take charge of the mutt until appointment of a new head, it was prayed. Principal Sub-Judge K. Guruviyah, on Thursday heard the arguments of both the sides and posted the case for Saturday.

Meanwhile, the judge also adjourned to Saturday Arunagirinatha Desikar’s original suit to restrain Nithayananda and his followers from entering the 1500-year-old Saivaite mutt and to direct the sub-registrar of Madurai South to cancel the registration of the trust he formed in collaboration with Nithyananda.

The case was adjourned after HR and CE department’s counsel sought for time to file counter affidavit. Nithyananda had also impleaded himself in the case

மதுரை: மதுரை ஆதீனம் அருணகிரி நாதரை நீக்கிவிட்டு மடத்தை இந்து அறநிலையத்துறை வசம் ஒப்படைக்கக் கோரிய மனு மீதான தீர்ப்பு மதுரை மாவட்ட கோர்ட்டில் சனிக்கிழமை வெளியாக உள்ளது. மதுரை ஆதின மடத்திற்குள் நித்யானந்தா நுழைந்ததில் இருந்தே சர்ச்சைகள் ஆரம்பித்து விட்டன. திடீரென்று ‘மதுரை ஆதினம் அறக்கட்டளை' தொடங்கப்பட்ட உடன் தமிழக இந்து சமய அறநிலையத்துறையின் சார்பில் மதுரை மாவட்ட முதன்மை சார்பு நீதிமன்றத்தில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டது. அறநிலையத்துறை ஆணையர் தனபால் தாக்கல் செய்த அந்த மனுவில், ஆதீன மடத்தின் சொத்துக்களை அபகரிக்கும் நோக்கத்தில்தான் ‘‘மதுரை ஆதீனம் அறக்கட்டளை'' தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்து அறநிலையத் துறைக்கு தகவல் தெரிவிக்காமல் ஆதீனம் தரப்பில் இந்த நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அத்துடன் மடத்திற்கு சொந்தமான 2 சொத்துக்களை குறைந்த விலைக்கு விற்பனை செய்துள்ளனர். எனவே மதுரை ஆதீனம் அருணகிரிநாதரை அந்த பொறுப்பில் இருந்து நீக்கிவிட்டு, அடுத்த ஆதீனம் நியமிக்கப்படும்வரை மடத்தின் பொறுப்புகளை இந்து அறநிலையத் துறையிடம் ஒப்படைக்க வேண்டும்'' என்று கூறப்பட்டு இருந்தது. ஆதினம் தொடர்பான வழக்குகள் உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் நிலுவையில் இருப்பதால், இந்த மனு மீதான விசாரணைக்கு தடை விதிக்க வேண்டும் என்று ஆதீனம் தரப்பில் பதில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டது. இதற்கு பதில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்த அரசு தரப்பு, இந்து அறநிலையத்துறை சார்பில் உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் எந்த மனுவும் தாக்கல் செய்யப்படவில்லை என்று தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டு இருந்தது. 

இந்தநிலையில் வழக்கு நீதிபதி குருவையா முன்பாக வியாழக்கிழமை விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது. அப்போது மதுரை ஆதீனம் தரப்பு வக்கீல்களும், அரசு வக்கீல் தமிழ்ச்செல்வமும் அவர்கள் தரப்பு வாதங்களை எடுத்துக்கூறினர். அவற்றை பதிவு செய்து கொண்ட நீதிபதி, மதுரை ஆதீனத்தை நீக்கிவிட்டு மடத்தின் பொறுப்புகளை ஒப்படைக்கும்படி கோரி இந்து அறநிலையத்துறை தாக்கல் செய்த மனு மீதான உத்தரவை சனிக்கிழமை ஒத்திவைத்தார். 

அறக்கட்டளை கலைப்பு இதற்கிடையே மதுரை ஆதீனம் அருணகிரிநாதர் தரப்பில் அதே கோர்ட்டில் ஒரு மனு தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டது. அதில் அவர்கள் உருவாக்கிய மதுரை ஆதீனம் அறக்கட்டளை கலைக்கப்பட்டுவிட்டது. அதனை மதுரை தெற்கு சார்-பதிவாளர் அலுவலகத்தில் பதிவு செய்திருந்தோம். தற்போது அறக்கட்டளை கலைக்கப்பட்ட நிலையில் அந்த பதிவை ரத்து செய்யும்படி சார் பதிவாளருக்கு உத்தரவிட வேண்டும். மேலும் இளைய ஆதீனமாக நியமிக்கப்பட்ட நித்தியானந்தா அந்த பொறுப்பில் இருந்து நீக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார். எனவே அவரும், அவரது தரப்பினரும் மதுரை ஆதீனத்திற்குள் நுழைய தடை விதிக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் கூறப்பட்டு இருந்தது. இந்த மனுவில் சார் பதிவாளரும், நித்தியானந்தாவும் மட்டும் எதிர்தரப்பாக சேர்க்கப்பட்டு இருந்தனர். மனு விசாரணைக்கு வந்தபோது, நித்தியானந்தா தரப்பில் ஆஜரான வக்கீல், இந்த மனுவில் இந்து அறநிலையத்துறையையும் ஒரு எதிர்தரப்பாக சேர்க்க உத்தரவிட வேண்டும் என்று கேட்டு மனு தாக்கல் செய்தார். இதுதொடர்பாக அரசு வக்கீல் பதில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்ய உத்தரவிட்ட நீதிபதி, விசாரணையை சனிக்கிழமை ஒத்திவைத்தார்

மதுரை : மதுரை ஆதீன மடத்துக்குள் நித்யானந்தா மீண்டும் நுழைவதைத் தடுக்கவே புதிதாக தம்பிரான் நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக தகவல்கள் வெளியாகியுள்ளன.
மதுரை ஆதீனத்தின் இளைய ஆதீனமாக பாலியல் புகாரில் சிக்கிய நித்யானந்தா கடந்த ஏப்ரலில் நியமிக்கப்பட்டதை எதிர்த்து பல்வேறு போராட்டங்கள் நடந்தன. ஐகோர்ட்டில் தொடரப்பட்ட வழக்கில் தமிழக அரசும் நித்யானந்தா தகுதி இல்லாதவர் எனக் கூறியது. இதைத் தொடர்ந்து அக்டோபர் மாதம் நித்யானந்தாவை ஆதீனம் நீக்கினார்.

இதன் பிறகு இளைய ஆதீனப் பதவி காலியாக உள்ளது. இந்நிலையில் நீக்கப்பட்ட நித்யானந்தாவும் அவரது சீடர்களும் மீண்டும் ஆதீன மடத்திற்குள் நுழைய தடை விதிக்க வேண்டுமென மதுரை மாவட்ட நீதிமன்றத்தில் ஆதீனம் அருணகிரிநாதர் வழக்கு தொடர்ந்தார். இதில் நித்யானந்தா எதிர்மனு தாக்கல் செய்துள் ளார். அந்த மனு இன்று விசாரணைக்கு வர உள்ளது.

தன்னிடம் இருந்து இளைய ஆதீனப் பதவி பறிக்கப்பட்டாலும், அந்த இடத்திற்கு தனது நெருங்கிய சீடரான சொரூபனாந்தாவை நியமிக்கும்படி ஆதீனம் அருணகிரிநாதரிடம் ஏற்கனவே நித்யானந்தா வலியுறுத்தி வந்தார். அதை ஆதீனம் ஏற்கவில்லை. நித்யானந்தாவோ அவரது சீடர்களோ எந்த ரூபத்திலும் ஆதீன மடத்தில் மீண்டும் நுழைய அனுமதிக்க கூடாது என்பதில் ஆதீனம் உறுதியாக உள்ளார். இதையடுத்து அவரது முயற்சியைத் தடுக்க அனைத்து நடவடிக்கைகளையும் எடுத்து வருகிறார்.

உடனடியாக இளைய ஆதீனம் என்று நியமனம் செய்தால் ஏதாவது சிக்கல் ஏற்படும் எனக் கருதி, அதற்குப் பதிலாக புதிதாக தம்புரான் (திருக்கூட்டத்துக்கு அடியவர்) பதவி உருவாக்கி, அதில் திருச்சிற்றம்பலம் சுவாமி நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார். இவர் திருவாடுதுறை ஆதீனத்தில் தம்பிரானாக இருந்தவர். 32 வயதான இவர் திருநெல்வேலி தியாகராஜ நகரைச் சேர்ந்தவர். திருமணம் ஆகாதவர். சைவப் பிள்ளை சமுதாயத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவர்.

“நித்யானந்தா நீக்கப்பட்டு விட்டதால், தம்பிரானாக நியமிக்கப்பட் டுள்ள திருச்சிற்றம்பலசுவாமி இளைய ஆதீனமாக ஆக்கப்படுவாரா? என்று ஆதீனத்திடம் கேட்டதற்கு, “ தம்பிரான் அடுத்து இளைய ஆதீனமா? என்பது சிவபெருமான் முடிவுபடி நடக்கும். தம்பிரான் நியமனத்திற்கு பல்வேறு ஆதீனங்கள், பக்த அமைப்பினர் என்னுடன் தொடர்பு கொண்டு வரவேற்பு தெரிவித்தனர். தம்பிரானுக்கு விரைவில் மந்த்ரகாசாயம் தீட்சை அளிக்கப்பட்டு முறையான சடங்குகள் நடத்தப்படும். அப்போது ஆதீன சம்பிரதாயப்பபடி தம்பிரான் தன் முடி, தாடியை அகற்றிக் கொள்வார். நித்யானந்தா குறித்து பேசுவதற்கு இனிமேல் எதுவும் இல்லை“ என்றார்.

Madurai adheenam gets new ‘thambiran’

MADURAI: Senior pontiff of Madurai Adheenam Arunagirinatha Desikar has appointed a new "thambiran" (chief disciple) for the mutt.

Desikar announced the appointment and introduced Thiruchitrambala Thambiran (36) to reporters at the mutt premises on Sunday. He was earlier serving as thambiran of the Thiruvavaduthurai Aadheenam. He hails from Palayamkottai in Tirunelveli district and has done a diploma in dairy management.

It is a pre-requisite that a person who is appointed as junior pontiff should be a Thambiran in the particular mutt. In fact, the sudden announcement of Nithyananda as junior pontiff in April this year, bypassing such norms, had raised a hue and cry among Hindu outfits and other mutts in the state. Eventually, Nithyananda was removed from the position after the Madurai Adheenam faced the threat of being taken over by the state government.

However, Desikar did not commit as to whether Tiruchitrambala Thambiran would be made his junior pontiff in place of Nithyananda.

Interacting with media persons here, Desikar said Thiruchitrambala Thambiran expressed his desire to serve in the Madurai Aadheenam after the demise of Thiruvavaduthurai Aadheenam, Sivaprakasa Desiga Paramachariar Swamigal recently and he was not willing to remain back in the Aadheenam anymore. "Based on his request, he has been made the Thambiran of Madurai Adheenam", he said. When asked about the prospects of him being made the next pontiff, Desikar said, "It is the will of Lord Shiva and Parvathy".

Madurai Mutt was in the midst of controversy, after Arunagirinathar coroneted tainted god man Nithyananda as the junior Pontiff of the mutt on June 5, last. After strong protests from various Hindu outfits and Pontiffs of other Saivite mutts over appointment of Nithyananda, who was facing several sexual abuse charges, Tamilnadu government moved a lower court in Madurai to remove Arunagirinathar from the Pontiff post and to take over the administration of the mutt. Nithayananda files injunction

Nithyananda has filed an injunction petition at the Principal Sub-Court here seeking to implead Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR and CE) department in an original suit filed by the Madurai Adheenam.

On November 24, Nithyananda had raised objections to the Adheenam’s suit and sought time to file an injunction petition. On Wednesday, his advocates filed the injunction petition stating that the Department of HR and CE should be included as one of the respondents in the Adheenam’s suit.

Madurai Adheenam Arunagirinathar had originally filed the suit seeking directions to the sub-registrar of Madurai South to cancel the deed of a trust he had formed in collaboration with Nithyananda.

Interim prayer

In an interim prayer, he said Nithyananda and his followers should be restrained from entering the mutt.The case has been adjourned to December 7 following Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments department’s request to file a counter affidavit.

Nithyananda raises objections to Madurai Adheenam suit

In an unexpected move, Nithyananda has raised objections to the original suit filed by the Madurai Adheenam before the Principal Sub-Court, seeking its help to dissolve a trust he created in collaboration with Nithyananda.

On Saturday, when the case was posted before judge Guruvaiyah, Nithyananda’s counsel raised objections to Arunagirinathar’s case.

The Madurai Adheenam filed the suit after the sub-registrar of Madurai South refused to cancel the trust’s deed. In an interim prayer, the Adheenam also requested the court to restrain Nithyananda and his followers from entering the mutt.

On Thursday, the judge directed the State to file a counter affidavit and posted the case for Saturday for disposal. Nithyananda’s lawyers said they required time to file a counter affidavit to the original suit. Following this, the judge adjourned the case to Tuesday for further hearing.

Addressing reporters, Arunagirinathar’s lawyers said that they would decide on the next move after seeing the nature of objections raised by Nithyananda in his counter affidavit.

மதுரை: மதுரை ஆதீன மடத்திற்குள் நித்தியானந்தா நுழைய தடை விதிக்கக் கோரி அருணகிரிநாதர் தொடர்ந்துள்ள வழக்கில் பதிலளிக்குமாறு நித்தியானந்தாவுக்கு மதுரை நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.
மதுரை ஆதீன மடத்திற்குள் நித்தியானந்தாவும், அவரது ஆட்களும் நுழைய தடை விதிக்கக்கோரி மதுரை ஆதீனம் அருணகிரிநாதர், மதுரை சார்பு நீதிமன்றத்தில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்துள்ளார்.
அதில், ஆதீன மடத்தின் 293வது இளைய ஆதீனமாக நித்யானந்தா நியமிக்கப்பட்டார். ஆதீன மடத்தை நிர்வகிக்க நானும், அவரும் சேர்ந்து ஒரு அறக்கட்டளை உருவாக்கினோம். அதனை மதுரை தெற்கு சார்பதிவாளர் அலுவலகத்தில் பதிவு செய்தோம். இந்நிலையில், இளைய ஆதீனம் பதவியிலிருந்து நித்தியானந்தா நீக்கப்பட்டார். அந்த அறக்கட்டளை கலைக்கப்பட்டது.

மேலும் இந்த வழக்கில் முதல் முறையாக நித்தியானந்தா சார்பில் ஒரு வக்கீல் ஆஜரானார். அவர், அருணகிரிநாதர் மனுவுக்கு பதிலளிக்க நித்தியானந்தாவுக்கு அவகாசம் தர வேண்டும் என கேட்டார். அதையேற்று, அரசும், நித்தியானந்தாவும் பதிலளிக்க உத்தரவிட்டு, அடுத்த விசாரணையை நவம்பர் 27க்கு நீதிபதி ஒத்திவைத்தார்

A generous soul Sujata Reddy donated to Nithyananda a beautiful & sprawling 5 acre Rajarajeshwari temple in Hyderabad. Bangalore: Disgraced spiritual guru Nithyananda admits having sex with more than 15 women but does not remember their names.

While last month, Swami Nithyananda and actress Ranjitha categorically denied their role in the alleged sex romp captured on camera, the former confessed before Criminal Investigation Department (CID) sleuths that he did have sex with his disciples, but with consent.

In the interrogation by the CID, the disgraced swami admitted that he had sex with the actress. Initially Nithyananda claimed that he does not get sexually aroused as he is neither man nor woman, but after the CID screened the controversial video for him, he told the investigating officer that it was indeed him in the video.

The self-styled swami said that he was not impotent, but only had an erectile dysfunction, swearing that whatever he told CID officials during the interrogation was only the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

Elaborating on his sexual life at his ashram, he admitted that he had sex with more than 15 other women, but did not remember their names. He admitted that what he did was wrong and that sometimes he chose female devotees to have sex with, and sometimes they were already willing to do so themselves.

Justifying his misdeeds, the disgraced swami said that he had done nothing illegal, although his deeds might be socially and religiously wrong. He said that he might have had sex with many people, but never did he force anyone and all the encounters were voluntary. He also said that he just wanted to come out of the present mess.
