Medical tests: HC dismisses Nithyananda’s plea

The Karnataka High Court on Wednesday gave the green signal to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) to interrogate Nithyananda of Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam, besides subjecting him to medical tests to find out if he was capable of having sexual intercourse, and to collect his voice sample.
Justice S.N. Satyanarayana passed the order while dismissing Nithyananda’s petition, in which he had questioned the 2012 order passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) of Ramanagaram.
The CID in February 2010 had filed charge sheet against him for offences such as rape, unnatural sex, criminal intimidation, and criminal conspiracy based on a complaint from a devotee.
As the CID, after filing of charge sheet, received complaint from more devotees alleging rape, the investigating officer decided to continue the investigation and sought the court’s direction to Nithyananda to appear before the investigating officer and subject him to medical tests.
The CJM’s court on June 18, 2012 allowed CID’s plea and directed Nithyananda to subject himself to medical tests. However, on Nithyananda’s plea, the High Court stayed the permission granted to the CID by the CJM’s court in Ramanagaram.
While dismissing Nithyananda’s plea, the High Court on Wednesday upheld the order of the CJM’s court and permitted the CID to interrogate him.
Meanwhile, the High Court also dismissed the petitions filed by the other accused in the case — Nithya Bhakthananda, Nithya Sadananda, Ma Nithya Sachitananda, and Nithya Sachitananda, who were said to have aided Nithyananda in committing the alleged crime.

Medical test on Nithya: HC vacates stay

The High Court on Wednesday dismissed a batch of petitions filed by Nithyananda, seeking that the investigations against him be quashed.
Justice S N Satyanarayana observed, “This court cannot interfere in the matters and investigations must continue.”
The court vacated the stay order on the order of the Ramanagar court, dated June 18, 2012, for medical test of Nithyananda in connection with rape charges against him. The Court directed the police to take Nithyananda into custody, if he does not comply with the trial court order for medical test.

Nithyananda must undergo potency test and voice test - Karnataka High Court orders
Justice has prevailed. Hon’ble High Court
of Karnataka has ordered Nithyananda to undergo the medical test and voice test
as ordered by Ramangara Court Magistrate in Jun 2012. Court has ordered that
he should be taken into custody and tests ordered by Ramanagara court be
conducted. Hon’ble court has also dismissed all the petitions filed by
Accused 2, 3, 4, and 5 to quash the chargesheet.
All attempts by the accused to stall the
process for the last 4 years using their lawyers have failed, as the Hon’ble
High Court has seen through their delay tactics. The court on finding their
case to be without any merits has dismissed all 4 petitions by the 5 accused and sent them to face the
trial. The Hon’ble Court has further ordered that proceedings in the lower
court (at Ramanagara) must commence forthwith starting 28/7/2014.

பாலியல் வழக்கில் நித்தியானந்தாவிடம் ஆண்மை பரிசோதனை நடத்த கர்நாடக உயர் நீதிமன்றம் அனுமதி வழங்கி உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.
கர்நாடக மாநிலம் பிடதியில் அமைந்துள்ள நித்தியானந்தா தியானபீடத்தில் நடிகை ரஞ்சிதாபுடன் ஆபாசமாக நடந்து கொண்டதாக பாலியல் வழக்கு பதிவுசெய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இந்த வழக்கு தொடர்பாக நித்தியானந்தாவிடம் ஆண்மை பரிசோதனை செய்ய அனுமதி வழங்கி ராமநகரம் மாவட்ட நீதிமன்றம் ஏற்கெனவே தீர்ப்பு வழங்கியிருந்தது.
இந்த வழக்கு தொடர்பாக ராமநகரம் மாவட்ட நீதிமன்றம் அளித்திருந்த தீர்ப்புகளுக்கு எதிராக நித்தியானந்தா தாக்கல் செய்திருந்த 4 மனுக்களைவிசாரித்த கர்நாடக உயர்நீதிமன்றம் ஆண்மை பரிசோதனை, மருத்துவப் பரிசோதனை செய்ய, சிஐடி விசாரணை நடத்த இடைக்கால தடைவிதித்திருந்தது.
இந்நிலையில், நித்தியானந்தா தாக்கல் செய்த 4 மனுக்கள் மீதான விசாரணை கர்நாடக உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் நீதிபதி சத்தியநாராயணா முன்னிலையில் விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது.
அப்போது ஆண்மை பரிசோதனை, மருத்துவப் பரிசோதனை நடத்துவதற்கு விதித்திருந்த இடைக்கால தடையை நீக்கி நித்தியானந்தாவின் 4 மனுக்களையும் உயர் நீதிமன்றம் தள்ளுபடி செய்து உத்தரவிட்டது.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜು.16: ಸ್ವಯಂ ಘೋಷಿತ ದೇವ ಮಾನವ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ ಅವರ ಪುರುಷತ್ವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಇದ್ದ ತಡೆಯಾಜ್ಞೆಯನ್ನು ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಬುಧವಾರ ತೆರವುಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಅವರು ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ಕೇಸಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಸಿಐಡಿಯಿಂದ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ, ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಬೇಕಿದೆ. ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಆಶ್ರಮವಾಸಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಆರತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಇನ್ನಿತರು ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ದೂರನ್ನು ಆಧಾರವಾಗಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಸಿಐಡಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಸಿಆರ್ ಪಿಸಿ 53(ಎ) ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನ್ಯಾ. ವಿ ಜಗನ್ನಾಥನ್ ಅವರಿರುವ ನ್ಯಾಯಪೀಠ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಆದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಸಿಐಡಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಯನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಬಿಡದಿ ಧ್ಯಾನಪೀಠದ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಯನ್ನು ಪುರುಷತ್ವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ, ಧ್ವನಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇತರರನ್ನು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಲು ರಾಮನಗರದ ಮ್ಯಾಜಿಸ್ಟ್ರೇಟ್ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ. ಜು.28ರಿಂದ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಬಹುದು. ಆರೋಪಿಯನ್ನು ಕಸ್ಟಡಿಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಲೈಂಗಿಕ ಕಿರುಕುಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಆರೋಪಗಳ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪುರುಷತ್ವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸುವಂತೆ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದ ರಾಮನಗರ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ಬಿಡದಿಯ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ ಸೋಮವಾರ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು. [ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ 'ಗುರು' ಪೂರ್ಣಿಮೆಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿ] ಬಿಡದಿ ಧ್ಯಾನದ ಮಠದ ಭಕ್ತಾದಿಗಳು ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಲೈಂಗಿಕ ಕಿರುಕುಳ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ತಮ್ಮ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಆರೋಪಗಳನ್ನು ತಳ್ಳಿ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ, ತಮಗೆ ಲೈಂಗಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿಸ್ತಾರವಾಗಿ ಅಮೆರಿಕ ವೈದ್ಯರು ನೀಡಿರುವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಆಶ್ರಮ ವೆಬ್ ತಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ, ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಯನ್ನು ಪುರುಷತ್ವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸುವಂತೆ ರಾಮನಗರ ಜೆಎಂಎಫ್ಸಿ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಜೂನ್ 12., 2012ರಂದು ಆದೇಶಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಇದನ್ನು ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ ಪರ ವಕೀಲರಾದ ಸಿವಿ ನಾಗೇಶ್ ಅವರು, ಜೆಎಂಎಫ್ಸಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಆದೇಶ ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಕೋರಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ, ತಡೆಯಾಜ್ಞೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿತ್ತು. ಈಗ ಪುರುಷತ್ವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸುವಂತೆ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಏಕಸದಸ್ಯ ಪೀಠ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ.

[ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ 'ಗುರು' ಪೂರ್ಣಿಮೆಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿ] ಬಿಡದಿ ಧ್ಯಾನದ ಮಠದ ಭಕ್ತಾದಿಗಳು ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಲೈಂಗಿಕ ಕಿರುಕುಳ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ತಮ್ಮ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಆರೋಪಗಳನ್ನು ತಳ್ಳಿ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ, ತಮಗೆ ಲೈಂಗಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿಸ್ತಾರವಾಗಿ ಅಮೆರಿಕ ವೈದ್ಯರು ನೀಡಿರುವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಆಶ್ರಮ ವೆಬ್ ತಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ, ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಯನ್ನು ಪುರುಷತ್ವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸುವಂತೆ ರಾಮನಗರ ಜೆಎಂಎಫ್ಸಿ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಜೂನ್ 12., 2012ರಂದು ಆದೇಶಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಇದನ್ನು ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ ಪರ ವಕೀಲರಾದ ಸಿವಿ ನಾಗೇಶ್ ಅವರು, ಜೆಎಂಎಫ್ಸಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಆದೇಶ ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಕೋರಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ, ತಡೆಯಾಜ್ಞೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿತ್ತು. ಈಗ ಪುರುಷತ್ವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸುವಂತೆ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಏಕಸದಸ್ಯ ಪೀಠ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ.

கர்நாடகத்தை விட்டு நித்யானந்தா வெளியேற வேண்டும்: கன்னட அமைப்புகள் ஆர்ப்பாட்டம்
சர்ச்சைக்குரிய சாமியார் நித்யானந்தா கர்நாடகத்தை விட்டு வெளியேற வலியுறுத்தி, பெங்களூர் அருகே பிடதியில் உள்ள அவரது ஆசிரமம் முன், கன்னட அமைப்பினர் சனிக்கிழமை ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் நடத்தினர். பெங்களூர் அருகே, ராம்நகர் மாவட்டம், பிடதியில் 'தியான பீடம்' என்ற பெயரில் நித்யானந்தாவின் ஆசிரமம் உள்ளது.
இங்கு சனிக்கிழமை குரு பூர்ணிமா சிறப்பு பூஜை நடைபெறுவதாக அறிவிக்கப் பட்டிருந்தது. இதற்கு கன்னட அமைப்புகள் எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவித்தன. பெங்களூர் - மைசூர் நெடுஞ்சாலையில் சுமார் 25 கி.மீ. தூரம் வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்த பிளெக்ஸ் பேனர்களை கன்னட அமைப்பினர் வெள்ளிக்கிழமை தீயிட்டு கொளுத்தினர்.
கன்னட அமைப்புகளின் எதிர்ப்பை மீறி சனிக்கிழமை அதிகாலை 4 மணிக்கு பிடதி ஆசிரமத்தில் குரு பூர்ணிமா பூஜை தொடங்கியது. இதில் கர்நாடகம் மட்டுமன்றி, அண்டை மாநிலங்கள், வெளி நாடுகளில் இருந்தும் ஆயிரக் கணக்கானோர் பங்கேற்றனர்.
இதனிடையே கன்னட சலுவளி கட்சி, கன்னட நவநிர்மாண் சேனை, கன்னட ரக்ஷன வேதிகே உள்ளிட்ட அமைப்புகளை சேர்ந்த 100-க்கும் மேற்பட்டோர் பிடதி பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் இருந்து நித்யானந்தாவின் ஆசிரமம் நோக்கி ஊர்வலமாக சென்றனர். பின்னர் ஆசிரமத்துக்குள் நுழைய முயன்ற அவர்களை போலீஸார் தடுத்து நிறுத்தினர்.
இதையடுத்து அனைவரும் ஆசிரமம் முன் அமர்ந்து ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் செய்தனர். நித்யானந்தா பேனர்களை அவமரி யாதை செய்தும், தீயிட்டு கொளுத்தியும் அவர்கள் போராட்டம் நடத்தினர். இதைத் தொடர்ந்து கன்னட சலுவளி கட்சியின் மாநில தலைவர் மது கவுடா கூறும்போது, ஆபாச வீடியோவில் சிக்கி சிறைக்குச் சென்ற போலி சாமியார் நித்யானந்தா, இந்து மதத்தின் பெயரால் மக்களை ஏமாற்றி வருகிறார்.
ஆசிரமம் நடத்துவதாக கூறி கோடிக்கணக்கில் பணம் வசூலித்து பல குடும்ப பெண் களின் வாழ்க்கையை சீரழித்து வருகிறார். அவர் மீதுள்ள வழக்குகளை உடனடியாக விசாரித்து அவரை சிறையில் அடைக்க வேண்டும். அவரது ஆசிரமத்துக்கு கர்நாடக அரசு உடனே சீல் வைக்கவேண்டும்.
நித்யானந்தா கர்நாடகத்தை விட்டு வெளியேற வேண்டும். இல்லாவிட்டால் நாங்கள் அவரை துரத்துவோம்” என்றார்.இந்தப் போராட்டம் காரணமாக சனிக்கிழமை மாலை பிடதியில் நடைபெற இருந்த நித்யானந்தாவின் ரத ஊர்வலத்துக்கு போலீஸார் அனுமதி மறுத்துவிட்டனர்.

நித்யானந்தா போஸ்டர்களை கிழித்து எறிந்த கன்னட அமைப்புகள்
நித்யானந்தாவின் ஆசிரமத்தில் சனிக்கிழமை நடைபெறவுள்ள குரு பூர்ணிமா பூஜையையொட்டி பெங்களூர்-மைசூர் தேசிய நெடுஞ்சாலையில் வரவேற்பு போஸ்டர்கள், பிளெக்ஸ் பேனர்கள் வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்தன. இதனை வெள்ளிக்கிழமை கன்னட சலுவளி கட்சியினர் கிழித்து எறிந்தனர்.
சர்ச்சைக்குரிய சாமியார் நித்யானந்தாவின் 'தியான பீடம்' ஆசிரமம் பெங்களூரை அடுத்த பிடதியில் உள்ளது. 2010-ம் ஆண்டு நித்யானந்தா, நடிகை ரஞ்சிதாவுடன் படுக்கை யறையில் உள்ளது போன்ற வீடியோ ஊடகங்களில் வெளியாகி, பெரும் பரபரப்பை ஏற்படுத்தியது. அதைத் தொடர்ந்து பிடதியில் உள்ள அவரது ஆசிரமத்தை பல்வேறு கன்னட அமைப்பினர் அடித்து நொறுக்கி தீயிட்டு கொளுத்தினர்.
நித்யானந்தா மீது பல்வேறு புகார்கள் குவிந்ததால் கைது செய்யப்பட்டு சிறையில் அடைக்கப்பட்டார். ஜாமீனில் வெளிவந்திருக்கும் அவர், பிடதி ஆசிரமத்தில் நடத்தும் ஒவ்வொரு நிகழ்ச்சிக்கும் கன்னட அமைப்புகள் எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவிக் கின்றன. மேலும் நித்யானந்தா உடனடியாக கர்நாடகாவை விட்டு வெளியேற வேண்டும் என போராடி வருகின்றன.
குரு பூர்ணிமா பூஜை
இந்நிலையில் பிடதி ஆசிரமத்தில் சனிக்கிழமை குரு பூர்ணிமா பூஜை நடைபெற இருக்கிறது.இதனையொட்டி அவரின் சீடர்கள் வெள்ளிக்கிழமை பெங்களூர்-மைசூர் தேசிய நெடுஞ்சாலையில் சுமார் 25 கி.மீ. தூரத்திற்கு பக்தர்களை வரவேற்கும் போஸ்டர்களையும் பிளெக்ஸ் பேனர்களையும் வைத்துள்ளனர். பிடதி ஆசிரமத்திற்கு செல்லும் வழியில் நித்யானந்தாவின் பிரம்மாண்ட கட் அவுட்டையும் வைத்துள்ளனர். இதனைக் கண்டு ஆத்திரமடைந்த கன்னட சலுவளி கட்சி தொண்டர்கள் வெள்ளிக்கிழமை அந்த போஸ்டர்களை கிழித்தெறிந்தனர்.
சம்பவ இடத்திற்கு வந்த அக்கட்சியின் மாநில தலைவர் மது கவுடாவும் தொண்டர்களுடன் சேர்ந்து சாலையின் இரு பக்கங்களிலும் வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்த நித்யானந்தாவின் பிளெக்ஸ் பேனர்களை கிழித்தார். நித்யானந்தாவிற்கு எதிராக ஆபாச கோஷங்களை எழுப்பிய கன்னட அமைப்பினர், பேனர்களை தீயிட்டும் கொளுத்தினர்.

இதனிடையே மது கவுடா செய்தியாளர்களிடம் பேசுகை யில், “ஆபாச வீடியோவில் சிக்கிய நித்யானந்தா இன்னமும் சாமியார் எனக்கூறி மக்களை ஏமாற்றுவதை பொறுத்துக்கொள்ள முடியாது. ஜாமீனில் வெளிவந்திருக்கும் அவர் பிடதியில் எவ்வித ஆன்மீக நிகழ்ச்சியிலும் ஈடுபட கூடாது. பொதுமக்களை திரட்டக் கூடாது என ராம்நகர் மாவட்ட அமர்வு நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. இருப்பினும் சட்டத்தை மதிக்காமல் நித்யானந்தா தொடர்ந்து மக்களை ஏமாற்றி வருகிறார். தமிழ்நாட்டில் இருந்து வந்து கர்நாடக மக்களை ஏமாற்றும் நித்யானந்தாவை கூடிய விரைவில் இந்த மண்ணை விட்டு துரத்துவோம். எங்களது எதிர்ப்பையும் மீறி போலி சாமியார் நித்யானந்தா சனிக்கிழமை பூஜையில் ஈடுபட்டால், ஆசிரமத்தை முற்றுகையிட்டு போராட்டம் நடத்துவோம்''என்றார்.

இந்நிலையில் பிடதி ஆசிரமத்தை தொடர்பு கொண்டு விசாரித்த போது, ‘‘பிடதி ஆசிரமத்தில் இதுவரை தொடர்ந்து 12 ஆண்டுகள் குரு பூர்ணிமா விழா நடத்தி இருக்கிறோம். எங்களுடைய சுவாமிஜி ஒரு முறை ஒரு நிகழ்ச்சியை அறிவித்து விட்டார் என்றால், யார் தடுத்தாலும் அதை நிறுத்த முடியாது.
காலை 9 மணியில் இருந்து இரவு 10 மணி வரை சுவாமிஜி பக்தர்களுக்கு தரிசனம் கொடுப்பார். இது நேரலையாக 143 (??????????)நாடுகளில் உள்ள பக்தர்களுக்கு தடங்கலின்றி ஒளிபரப்பாகும்'' என்றனர்.

நாமக்கல்லில் உள்ள மாதேஸ்வரன் என்பவரது வீட்டுக்கு, நேற்று காலை, 11 மணிக்கு நித்தியானந்தர், அவரது சீடர்களுடன் சென்றார். அங்கு நடந்த 15 நிமிட பூஜையில் பங்கேற்று விட்டு அங்கிருந்து கிளம்பினார்.

நித்யானந்தா– ரஞ்சிதா திருப்பதியில் சாமி தரிசனம்

தமிழ், தெலுங்கு, கன்னடம், மலையாளம் உள்ளிட்ட மொழிகளில் ஏராளமான படங்களில் நடித்தவர் நடிகை ரஞ்சிதா.
இவர் சாமியார் நித்யானந்தாவுடன் படுக்கை அறையில் இருப்பது போன்ற வீடியோ காட்சிகள் கடந்த சில ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு வெளியாகி பரபரப்பை ஏற்படுத்தியது.
இதைத்தொடர்ந்து இருவருக்கும் எதிராக போராட்டங்கள் நடத்தப்பட்டது. நித்யானந்தாவின் ஆசிரமங்கள் தாக்கப்பட்டன. கர்நாடக போலீசார் அவரை கைது செய்து சிறையில் அடைத்தனர். பின்னர் ஜாமீனில் வெளியே வந்தார்.
இதற்கிடையே தனக்கும், நித்யானந்தாவுக்கும் இடையே குரு– பக்தை உறவு மட்டுமே இருப்பதாகவும், சிலர் தேவையில்லாமல் அவதூறு கிளப்பி வருவதாகவும் ரஞ்சிதா கூறினார்.
கடந்த டிசம்பர் மாதம் சாமியார் நித்யானந்தாவின் பிறந்தநாளில் அவரிடம் முறைப்படி தீட்சிதை பெற்று ரஞ்சிதா சன்னியாசியானார்.
இந்த நிலையில் சாமியார் நித்யானந்தா, நடிகை ரஞ்சிதா உள்ளிட்ட சீடர்களுடன் திருப்பதியில் இன்று காலை சாமி கும்பிட்டார்.
அவர் தங்க நகைகளை கழுத்தில் அணிந்து இருந்தார். அங்குள்ள பக்தர்கள் அவரை கண்டு கொள்ளவில்லை. அவர்களுக்கு ஆசீர்வாதம் வழங்கிவிட்டு நித்யானந்தா அங்கிருந்து புறப்பட்டு சென்றார்.

She went on to act in several B grade films before delivering the Malayalam hit Kinnarathumbikal. She became a popular Malayalam actress and her films were dubbed in several languages. She is reportedly working on an autobiography which is said to include her liaisons with film personalities and politicians.

For the lay, Nithyananda's transcendental lies
It took A Rajasekharan, alias Paramahamsa Nithyananda, the man masquerading as a spiritual leader and healer of mental and physical afflictions, nearly two weeks to come out and claim that he was in a ‘trance’ when he was filmed having sex with a Tamil actress. Obviously, Nithyananda, who claims to have experienced ‘truth’ and ‘enlightenment’, is not anywhere near speaking the truth.
The ‘paramahamsa’ does not even have the courage to own up to the fact that he gave in to a moment of human weakness (it is another matter that it was not simply a momentary lapse of ascetic strength; that was his wont and the sine qua non of his so-called spiritual movement). How do we describe such a man? A fraud? A confidence trickster? A villainous manipulator? A sociopath on the loose?

What Nithyananda has attempted to do through his statements aired via his own website or a couple of television news channels is to sway the flagging support among his youthful followers. The efforts to clear himself by replying to inspired questions put by a researcher of little academic recognition, the use of spurious cultic language (‘deep silent meditation’) and other forms of half-baked comments exposed an essentially flawed and devious mind incapable of taking on the truth. But these, according to sociological studies of the 1950s, also indicated that as a cult leader Nithyananda tried to change his devotees’ and television viewers’ belief systems via ‘sensory overload’ and subverting their ability to reason.

Even if it is assumed that some of the studies used over-generalised stereotypes of deception on the part of cult leaders, there is no denying the fact that Nithyananda is now employing a stratagem to trick people into believing that he committed no wrong. He has persuasion techniques, but part-admitting to have been ‘served’ by Ranjitha and lying on his state of consciousness will not go a long way to establish his credibility among the people at large. In many ways, Nithyananda has been found out. The videos ensured that first and then his statements left no doubt in the minds of the people that the man they watched on the television screen was an inveterate liar.

He tried to sell them expensive, the cost of which he is now paying by way of social revile.
It is best left to scholars of theology, religion and cults to ascertain what Nithyananda’s organisation, which sociologists would agree was formed to satisfy the personal interests of its leader and a few others, attempted to propagate was impairing and destructive. Nithyananda is no Moses trying to deliver his fringe flock to freedom. His seven-year movement, if it can be described as one at all, is an experiment with a self-deceiving, illusory conception of an alternative way of life that was not altruistic in the sense that it was not directed at ameliorating the lot of the poor, the marginalised, the disempowered and the wretched of society.

பெங்களூரு: 'பிடதி ஆசிரமம் சார்பில் நடத்தப்படும், குருக்கள் பள்ளியில், நித்யானந்தா பாதங்களை கழுவி, பாத பூஜை செய்ய வேண்டும்' என, மாணவர்கள் கட்டாயப்படுத்தப்பட்டதாக புகார் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதனால், "மாணவர்களை தன் முன், ஆஜர்படுத்த வேண்டும்' என, ராம் நகர் மாவட்ட கலெக்டர் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார்.
பெங்களூரில் உள்ள, பிடதி, நித்யானந்தா ஆசிரமம் சார்பில், "ஸ்கூல் ஆப் தாட்ஸ்' என்ற குருக்கள் பள்ளி நடத்தப்படுகிறது. இந்த பள்ளியில், 80 மாணவர்கள் படிக்கின்றனர். கல்வித் துறையின், பாட முறைகள் இங்கு இல்லை. நித்யானந்தா எழுதிய, "உலக சரித்திரம்' என்ற நூலை மையமாகக் கொண்டு, பாடம் நடத்தப்படுகிறது. கடந்த, 2010ல், நித்யானந்தா மீது பாலியல் புகார் எழுந்த பின், இப்பள்ளியில் படித்த மாணவர்களுக்கு, மற்ற பள்ளிகளில், அட்மிஷன் கிடைக்கவில்லை. நித்யானந்தா ஆசிரமம் சார்பில், மலேசியாவில் நடத்தப்படும், குருக்கள் பள்ளியை, நல்ல முறையில் நிர்வகிக்க, பெண் சீடர் ஒருவரை, 2005ல், நித்யானந்தா அனுப்பினார். அந்தப் பெண் சீடரின் மகன், பிடதி ஆசிரம குருக்கள் பள்ளியில் படித்து வந்தான். அந்தச் சிறுவன், திடீரென விஷம் குடித்ததால், மருத்துவமனையில் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டான். அதனால், மலேசியாவிலிருந்து திரும்பும்படி, அவனின் தாயாருக்கு தகவல் அனுப்பப்பட்டது. அந்தப் பெண் சீடரும் பெங்களூரு திரும்பி, மருத்துவமனையில் விசாரித்த போது, மகன் விஷம் குடித்ததை அறிந்தார். இதையடுத்து, போலீசில் புகார் செய்தார். அந்தப் புகாரில், "பிடதி ஆசிரமத்தில், என் மகனை கொடுமை செய்துள்ளனர். அதனால் தான், அவன் விஷம் குடித்துள்ளான். இந்த விவகாரத்தை, ஆசிரம நிர்வாகிகள் மறைக்க முற்படுகின்றனர்' என, தெரிவித்திருந்தார்.
இந்நிலையில், இந்த விவகாரம் தொடர்பாக, கர்நாடகா, குழந்தைகள் நல ஆணைய அதிகாரிகள் கூறியதாவது: நித்யானந்தா ஆசிரம பள்ளியில் படிக்கும் மாணவர்களுக்கு, காவி உடை கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அனைத்து வேலைகளையும் அவர்களே செய்ய வேண்டும்; அடிமை போன்று நடத்தப்படுகின்றனர். நித்யானந்தாவின் காலைக் கழுவி, மாணவர்கள், அவ்வப்போது பாத பூஜை செய்ய வேண்டும். பள்ளியை நடத்த, கர்நாடகா அரசிடமோ, குழந்தைகள் நலத்துறையிடமோ, பிடதி ஆசிரமம் அனுமதி பெறவில்லை. அங்கு படிக்கும் பல மாணவர்கள், தற்கொலைக்கு முற்பட்டுள்ளனர். பள்ளியை நீண்ட நாள் நடத்த முடியாது என்று தெரிந்ததும், லண்டனில் நடத்த, நித்யானந்தா, அனுமதி கேட்டுள்ளார். ஜூனில், குழந்தைகள் நலத்துறையினர், பள்ளியை பார்வையிடச் சென்றபோது, தரக்குறைவான வார்த்தைகளால் திட்டி, பிடதி ஆசிரம ஊழியர்கள் உள்ளே அனுமதிக்கவில்லை. பள்ளி மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுப்பது பற்றி, அரசு ஆலோசித்து வருகிறது. இவ்வாறு குழந்தைகள் நல ஆணைய அதிகாரிகள் தெரிவித்தனர். இதற்கிடையில், சில மாணவர்களின் பெற்றோர், ராம் நகர் மாவட்ட கலெக்டரிடம், புகார் ஒன்றை அளித்துள்ளனர். அதில், "பிடதி ஆசிரமத்தில், எங்கள் குழந்தைகளை அடிமை போன்று நடத்துகின்றனர்; கொடுமைப்படுத்துகின்றனர். அவர்களை மீட்டுத் தர வேண்டும்' என, தெரிவித்துள்ளனர். இதையடுத்து, "குருக்கள் பள்ளி மாணவர்களை, தன் முன் ஆஜர்படுத்த வேண்டும்' என, பிடதி ஆசிரமத்துக்கு, ராம் நகர் மாவட்ட கலெக்டர் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார்.

TRUE FACTS OF THRUVNANNAMALAI TEMPLE/ASHRAM, AN EYE OPENER FOR DEVOTEES AND GENERAL PUBLIC
Thrunannamalai Temple and Ashram of NITHYA is under Govt. focus and
news. Everyone is aware of the fiasco that is being enacted there. Its
time people know the true facts and details of the Temple/Ashram of
Nithya. Its more important that all the present brainwashed devotees
know the real facts and intentions of Nithya. Perhaps this will help
them to use their rational mind and come out of the spell of Nithya.

I am assuming the name as Tamilselvan, a long time devotee of Nithya and a local resident. I am coming out of his spell.
Everyone and especially all old devotees are aware that the Temple and Ashram of Nithya in Thrunannamalai was inaguarated on April 19, 2008. Pranapratishta, yagam, Abishekam and pancha Aarathi was performed by none other than Nithya himself. Mulikas, a total of 1008 were offered in the yagam performed by Nithya himself. Navapashanam and yantras was offered and placed under the dieties of SHIVA and PARVATI, lingas and the navagrahas as a sacred ritual of PRANAPRATISHTA. This was done all by Nithya himself. Tamil director cum actor Visu, local MLA's and chairman of Panchayat were the dignitaries invited. I was present and a witness and volunteer to all the proceedings of the function. More than 5000 people attended this function.
I was part of the team under Sharanagatha Maharaj, which also included Chidambarananda, Alagan and Dorai. In 15 days we were ordered by Nithya to place orders, get the Lingas sculpted and delivered in Thirunannamalai, 1008 in all, (108 bigger size lingas and balance smaller lingas) from Mahabalipuram. We did not sleep for those 15 days. Sharanagataha and Chdambarananda were constantly scolded and abused by Nithya for delays in delivery schedule. Infact Nithya and his personal team visited Thrunannamalai not less than 7 times to supervise and instuct. Nithya and his team stayed at organiser Jaya Kumars’s and donor Sounderrajan’s home. Constant phone calls were received to our agony from Pranananda and Gopika who would pass on the phone to Nithya who would shower abuses on our team. It was a nightmare best forgotten. We consoled ourselves thinking that it was a service to Master and for the larger cause of the Temple. Each small Linga was purchased for Rs2000.00 and the cost of each bigger Linga was Rs6000.00. The orders for bigger Idols of SHIVA (Anandeshwara) and PARVATI (Anandeshwari) were placed earlier and procured for Rs55,000.00. Idol of Nandi was procured for Rs12,000.00. Similarly, the cost of Murgan Idol with Valli Daivanai cost Rs30,000.00. Ganapati Idol for Rs8,000.00 and Navagraha Idols were bought outright at nominal cost. More than 100 artisans were working round the clock and Nithya did not release payment on time. We had a spat with the main Sthapathi. On Sharanagatha’s and Chidambarananda’s personal assurance the Idols were despatched. A total of 12 trucks were loaded with the above idols and despatched to Tirunannamalai.

For sake of authenticity, I will also inform that Nithya wanted to install the 21.00 feet high Navapashana Linga, but sadly the local corporation and HR & CE deptt., objected to the same. In the mean while the construction in-charge volunteer Krishnamurthy and Jaya kumar dug up a huge pit 8.00ft deep of size 40.00x40.00 feet, for foundation to the Linga. This was kept open for a long time and closed up much later when it was realised that Corporation would never permit the same
Now coming to the marketing part, this was most shocking. We all knew that Nithya was an excellent spiritual and religious marketing man, proclaiming to be an Avatar of Shiva, with his work shops and abilities to mesmerize and convince devotees. But this was too much for us to digest.

A separate Linga donation marketing and focus team was created. Flex, banners, posters and pamphlets were printed and distributed to various centers soliciting devotees to sponsor the lingas by paying Rs50,000.00 for small lingas and Rs1,00,000.00 for bigger lingas. It was assured that the name of the donor will be inscribed on the linga along with his gothra and puja and aarthi will be performed and his sanyas parampara would continue this for ages to come. And you would get rid of all kind of doshas. As long as Son and Moon were existing. Separate counters were placed at ASP and NSP programs and Linga donations were solicited. Ma Yogeshwari was specially made in-charge for the collections.
The PRO Sevananda a.k.a Palaniappan was also given the task of propagating, inspiring and collecting bookings for Lingas.
The response from the devotee base was overwhelming. The Malaysian organiser and ashramites were the first to book about 80 lingas. Orders from Los Angles were to the tune of 200. There were a few orders from Hyderabad, Bangalore and other centers. All centers from Tamil Nadu contributed. All the lingas were booked in no time. There was no looking back for Nithya. Arrogance started showing up in Nithya.
Nithya’s Deepam speech was full of hollow emotion. This is not just to criticize him. Its perhaps due to my better understanding of the evil genius in him. Nithya started off by offering gratitude and thanking all the existing brainwashed ashramites, organisers and devotees starting with Pranananda, Atamprabhananda, Bhaktika, Rishi, chandran and many other brainwashed slaves. In your ASP program you clearly explained that everyone seeks attention. You have pandered to this emotion in them. They must have been in tearful joy. Well done Nithya. Your voice was shrill and seemed desperate.
What happened to you. Humility was never your trait. You were charging Rs25,00,000.00 per day per visit to any outstation city before the scandal brokeout. What a reversal in fortune. We could see the pain you felt at the prospect of losing just 3.00 acres of land with sheds to the Govt. Have you ever thought what must be going through the hearts of Donors who donated Temples and Lands in Rajapalaiam, Trichunapally, Teni, Salem, Hyderabad and Los Angles. You masqueraded as an Avatar gave false promises and defrauded them into donating their property.

You have misused the God gift that you have, of high IQ, great knowledge base, excellent elocution and mesmeric talk. You have perpetuated a cult, brainwashed your devotees and made them your slaves and are still continuing to do so. Your days seem numbered. The wheels of destiny grinds slowly but truly.
I will end this note, but not before quoting what the Advocate General of Tamil Nadu said in his affidavit filed in the Honorable High Court of Madras. “ Nithyananda is a man of low character. Any prudent person will not accept Nithyananda as the head of a religious institution, even to a secular institution. Where ever Nithyananda goes, he brings social discord and unrest”.
The choice is yours.

We consoled ourselves thinking that it was a service to Master and for the larger cause of the Temple. Each small Linga was purchased for Rs2000.00 and the cost of each bigger Linga was Rs6000.00. The orders for bigger Idols of SHIVA (Anandeshwara) and PARVATI (Anandeshwari) were placed earlier and procured for Rs55,000.00. Idol of Nandi was procured for Rs12,000.00. Similarly, the cost of Murgan Idol with Valli Daivanai cost Rs30,000.00. Ganapati Idol for Rs8,000.00 and Navagraha Idols were bought outright at nominal cost. More than 100 artisans were working round the clock and Nithya did not release payment on time. We had a spat with the main Sthapathi. On Sharanagatha’s and Chidambarananda’s personal assurance the Idols were despatched. A total of 12 trucks were loaded with the above idols and despatched to Tirunannamalai.

For sake of authenticity, I will also inform that Nithya wanted to install the 21.00 feet high Navapashana Linga, but sadly the local corporation and HR & CE deptt., objected to the same. In the mean while the construction in-charge volunteer Krishnamurthy and Jaya kumar dug up a huge pit 8.00ft deep of size 40.00x40.00 feet, for foundation to the Linga. This was kept open for a long time and closed up much later when it was realised that Corporation would never permit the same
Now coming to the marketing part, this was most shocking. We all knew that Nithya was an excellent spiritual and religious marketing man, proclaiming to be an Avatar of Shiva, with his work shops and abilities to mesmerize and convince devotees. But this was too much for us to digest.

A separate Linga donation marketing and focus team was created. Flex, banners, posters and pamphlets were printed and distributed to various centers soliciting devotees to sponsor the lingas by paying Rs50,000.00 for small lingas and Rs1,00,000.00 for bigger lingas. It was assured that the name of the donor will be inscribed on the linga along with his gothra and puja and aarthi will be performed and his sanyas parampara would continue this for ages to come. And you would get rid of all kind of doshas. As long as Son and Moon were existing. Separate counters were placed at ASP and NSP programs and Linga donations were solicited. Ma Yogeshwari was specially made in-charge for the collections.
The PRO Sevananda a.k.a Palaniappan was also given the task of propagating, inspiring and collecting bookings for Lingas.
The response from the devotee base was overwhelming. The Malaysian organiser and ashramites were the first to book about 80 lingas. Orders from Los Angles were to the tune of 200. There were a few orders from Hyderabad, Bangalore and other centers. All centers from Tamil Nadu contributed. All the lingas were booked in no time. There was no looking back for Nithya. Arrogance started showing up in Nithya.
Nithya’s Deepam speech was full of hollow emotion. This is not just to criticize him. Its perhaps due to my better understanding of the evil genius in him. Nithya started off by offering gratitude and thanking all the existing brainwashed ashramites, organisers and devotees starting with Pranananda, Atamprabhananda, Bhaktika, Rishi, chandran and many other brainwashed slaves. In your ASP program you clearly explained that everyone seeks attention. You have pandered to this emotion in them. They must have been in tearful joy. Well done Nithya. Your voice was shrill and seemed desperate.
What happened to you. Humility was never your trait. You were charging Rs25,00,000.00 per day per visit to any outstation city before the scandal brokeout. What a reversal in fortune. We could see the pain you felt at the prospect of losing just 3.00 acres of land with sheds to the Govt. Have you ever thought what must be going through the hearts of Donors who donated Temples and Lands in Rajapalaiam, Trichunapally, Teni, Salem, Hyderabad and Los Angles. You masqueraded as an Avatar gave false promises and defrauded them into donating their property.

You have misused the God gift that you have, of high IQ, great knowledge base, excellent elocution and mesmeric talk. You have perpetuated a cult, brainwashed your devotees and made them your slaves and are still continuing to do so. Your days seem numbered. The wheels of destiny grinds slowly but truly.
I will end this note, but not before quoting what the Advocate General of Tamil Nadu said in his affidavit filed in the Honorable High Court of Madras. “ Nithyananda is a man of low character. Any prudent person will not accept Nithyananda as the head of a religious institution, even to a secular institution. Where ever Nithyananda goes, he brings social discord and unrest”.

Madurai Adheenam & Nithyananda’s petition dismissed
The principal sub court here on Saturday dismissed the
petition filed by Madurai adheenam
Arunagirinatha
Desikar, in his plea, had also requested the court to dismiss the case
filed by the Department of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR
and CE), seeking his removal from the Madurai adheenam.
Stating
that HR and CE department’s earlier plea filed in 1984 to remove him
from the mutt was dismissed in 2001, he said that the case before the
principal sub court here should be dismissed.
Principal
sub-judge K. Guruviah, however, noted that the HR and CE department had
filed a petition to revive the case. Therefore, he dismissed
Arunagirinatha Desikar’s petition. The judge also declined to issue
directions to the sub-registrar of Madurai South to cancel the
registration of the Trust formed in collaboration with Nithyananda.
Nithyananda,
in an impleading petition, sought to name the HR and CE Commissioner
and Madurai South sub-registrar as respondents in the Adheenam’s case.
It was also dismissed on Saturday.
The HR and CE
department has accused the Madurai adheenam of trying to amass the
mutt’s wealth by bidding to sell the properties for a cheap price.
Arunagirinathar did not get permission from the department before
forming a trust with Nithyananda, said HR and CE Commissioner P.
Dhanapal in a petition, through which he also sought Arunagirinathar’s
removal as the Madurai Adheenam. The HR and CE department’s case has
been adjourned to Monday.
