Nithyananda is expected to reach Kumbh mela township today (Feb 4) and stay at the holy place for ten days. His followers have erected a huge pandal. What attracted the attention of the people to the pandal and subsequent campaign against the swamy was the 8-ft statue of his installed at the pandal. His followers were doing daily puja to the huge statue of his and holding meditation sessions. But these holy rituals do not seem to have any difference to the public mood. A section of pilgrims have met distirct administration and sought to put restrictions of Nithyananda. They are enraged by the fact that a person like Nithyananda coyuld be coming to the holy place considering charges against him. The pilgrims have also expressed their anger about the activities in the Nithyananda pandal.

Bangalore, Jun 10 (DHNS): Setting to rest all speculations, the Hyderabad-based Central Forensics Science Laboratory (CFSL) has authenticated that the Nithyananda sex video involving Tamil actress Ranjitha is authentic.
According to details of the analysis that were sent four days ago to the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID), which is investigating the case, the video, which was clandestinely recorded by a former Nithyananda devotee inside the godman’s bedroom in his Bidadi ashram near here, is genuine.
The CID will present this fact before the Karnataka High Court on Thursday when Nithyananda’s bail application comes up for hearing. The CFSL analysis nails the godman and his devotees’ claims that the video was fake and that it had been doctored and morphed. Immediately after the scandal broke out on March 2, Nithyananda had claimed that some of his senior devotees had sent a copy of the video for analysis to London - a step which was never taken.
On Wednesday, the Ramanagara sessions court extended the judicial custody of Nithyananda and a senior devotee Gopal Sheelum Reddy, alias Bhaktananda, till June 23. Chief Judicial Magistrate Pushpavathi agreed with the Public Prosecutor Lokesh who sought an extension in the self-styled godman’s custody on the ground that the police needed time to interrogate him further.
Theory refused
The judge refused to buy the theory of defence counsel Vaidvyas who opposed an extension. The two were arrested while in hiding in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, on April 21.
CID sources said on conditions of anonymity that now that the CFSL analysis was available, it would go in for matching of individual picture profiles of Nithyananda and Ranjitha to conclusively establish that the persons seen featured in the video are indeed the godman and the actress who continues to elude the CID.
Police sources believe that an “elaborate charade” was being enacted by the actress, who is believed to be in hiding abroad, to avoid being examined by the CID sleuths. “But we will ensure that Ranjitha is examined. If need be investigators will visit her in Chennai if that is the location she wishes to be examined,” an official said.

The videotape that exposed controversial spiritual guru Nithyananda Swami’s alleged sexcapades leading to a criminal case against him by the Chennai police and subsequently the Bidadi police and Karnataka’s Criminal Investigation Department is “genuine” and “untampered”, said highly placed official sources.
The videotape was sent for forensic verification by the CID, which is investigating the case.
The forensic experts have certified that the tape is “original, unedited and untampered. It has not been morphed,” said the source. Now the agency has asked the forensic experts for the video-authentification of the tape to rule out any possible doubt, of a Nithyananda look-alike in the tape.
The video allegedly shot by Nithyananda’s former devotee Lenin Karuppan in his ashram in Bidadi had the tainted guru with the Tamil actress Ranjitha in a compromising position.
The originality of the tape was questioned by his ashram – the Dhyanapeetham – and Nithyananda all through remained evasive when questioned if the man in the video footage was him. He however, on occasions reportedly identified the lady in the tape as Ranjitha but she had denied it.
This is the first evidence the CID has gathered against the jailed swami but even this does not strengthen the case against Nithyananda because till now not even one victim has deposed before the CID against him. -

Bangalore, May 1: The walls are closing in on Swami Nithyananda as the much-awaited report from the Hyderbad forensic lab has established that the man seen in the sex tape was in deed the godman from Karnataka.
The Karanataka Criminal Investigation Department (CID), which is probing into the criminal cases slapped against Nithyananda following the leak of a sex tape, has been waiting for the confirmation from the forensic science laboratory in Hyderabad to nail the Swamiji, who has been denying all the charges.
As per inputs, the forensic lab has confirmed the authenticity of the sleaze tape showing the Nithyanada's sexual romp allegedly with Tamil actress Ranjitha.
This report puts an end to the tiring arguments of the godman that his image was morphed into the tape and that he was a victim of a conspiracy.
As many as 30 sex tapes showing the godman indulging in sexual activity with at least five women were submitted to the CID by Nithyananda's associate Lenin Kurupan, who plotted the whole thing to expose Nithyanada's activities.
Now, the CID is trying to get hold of Ranjitha for interrogation. Two months after the sleaze tape hit the media, the actress on Apr 30 claimed that she is not the woman in the sex tape and has slapped legal notices on Google and Youtube seeking removal of the videos.
Since Nithyananda's police custody ended on Friday, Apr 30, a court in Ramanagara in Bangalore sent the godman to judicial custody till May 12.

BENGALURU: The forensic science laboratory in Hyderabad has nailed godman Nithyananda Swami, saying the image in the sex video was his and not morphed as being alleged by the arrested spirtual guru.
Criminal Investigations Department officials has sent the video showing him in company with Tamil actress Ranjitha to FSL to verify if the images were real.
Nithyananda has told the investigators that he was a victim of blackmail and duplicity and that the images were morphed to ruin his image.
But the FSL report has confirmed that it was Nithyananda in the controversial video where he is seen in a compromising position with Ranjitha.
Nithyananda, who has been stonewalling the probe by faking illness and remaining silent, is in police custody till April 30.
The CID is trying to secure Ranjitha for interrogation. The actress went untraceable after the tape made it to the press, last month. An interrogation with the actress is expected to throw more light on the issues that surrounds the controversial god man. The CID is in possesion of some sleazy tapes involving Nithyananda. They contain footage of Nithyananda with some more women.
" If the court thinks I have done any wrong, it can hang me,” Nithhananda told the court which remanded him to custody till Friday.
The CID has sought medical tests to determine his sex.
New York: Disgraced self-styled godman Swami Nityananda violated the rules of tantra by "using so many people for one's pleasure", Art of Living Foundation head Sri Sri Ravi Shankar said Monday.
A Foundation statement quoted him as saying in Cincinnati in the US that Swami Nityananda, now in custody, "has violated UNAIDS guidelines as well as the rules of tantra.”
"Only a house holder is entitled for tantric sex. Claiming to be a monk and using so many people for one's pleasure is unpardonable," Ravi Shankar said.
"He should have had one partner and announced himself as a tantric guru. It has caused damage to the faith of people in the institution and traumatised many."
Several criminal cases relating to obscenity, criminal intimidation, rape and hurting religious sentiments have been slapped against the 32-year-old Swami Nityananda.
Now in police custody in Karnataka, he was on the run since March 3 after television channels showed footage of him in bed with two women.
Self-styled godman Nithyananda was for long involved in several kinds of perversions, including tantra sex and viewing of pornography with select male and female ashramites at his Bidadi ashram.
Deccan Herald is in possession of a document, described as a “confidential, non-disclosure agreement”, signed between one Ma Nithyasadhananda, alias D Jamunarani, and a female ashramite whose identity is not being revealed for legal reasons.
Copies of this document are now in the possession of the Karnataka CID which is investigating criminal cases, including rape and unnatural sex, against Nithyananda. The ashramite signed this document on September 3, 2005.
According to the 10-page document, “Volunteer understands that the Program may involve the learning and practice of ancient tantric secrets associated with male and female ecstasy, including the use of sexual energy for increased intimacy/spiritual connection, pleasure, harmony, and freedom”.
Details
The document says: “Volunteer understands that these activities (tantra sex) could be physically and mentally challenging, and may involve nudity, access to visual images, graphic visual depictions, and descriptions of nudity and sexual activity, close physical proximity and intimacy, verbal and written descriptions and audio sounds of a sexually oriented, and erotic nature, etc.”
It is understood that no less than 25 such documents were signed by various male and female ashramites as agreements between them and Nithyananda. The document continues that “By reading and signing the addendum, Volunteer irrevocably acknowledges that he/she is voluntarily giving his unconditional acceptance of such activities and discharges the Leader (Nithyananda) and the Foundation, and anyone else not specifically mentioned here but directly or indirectly involved in the organization, management, or conduct of any such programs from any liability, direct or indirect, arising from such activities”.
Nithyananda has not denied the existence of such a document(s). The agreement is not a legal document in that it was not signed on by the two persons as part of an affidavit or on stamp paper that could have some legal sanctity.
But the document says: “Volunteer also waives any and all rights that he/she may have to bring any law suit or claims against the Leader or Foundation or anyone else not specifically mentioned here, but directly or indirectly involved in the management and conduct of the program”.
‘Forbidden by law’
Former devotee Lenin Karuppan, who exposed Nithyananda’s sexcapades, has alleged that devotees were subjected to sexual and other forms of physical and verbal abuse by the godman.
Speaking to Deccan Herald senior advocate M T Nanaiah said, “such a document constitutes an agreement between two parties” but “tantra, and especially tantra sex, is forbidden by law. These acts are outside the purview of law and therefore illegal”.
More reports have appeared in the media exposing perversions of Paramahamsa Nithyananda Swamiji, founder of Dhyanapeetham, with one of its establishments in Bidadi near Banaglore.
He was in the habit of viewing pornography with select male and female inmates of his Ashram in Bidadi, reports said.
A document, copies of which are learnt to be in the possession of State CID, is said to contain description of incidents of rape and unnatural sex involving the self-styled Godman. An ashramite with undisclosed identity is said to have signed the document as far back as 2005.
The 10-page document is reported to quote the ashramite saying: “Volunteer understands that the programme may involve the learning and practice of ancient tantric secrets associated with male and female ecstasy, including use of sexual energy for increased intimacy, spiritual connection, pleasure, harmony and freedom.”
It further quotes the ashramite saying: “Volunteer understands that these activities (tantra sex) could be physically and mentally challenging, and may involve nudity, close physical proximity and intimacy and audio sounds of sexually oriented, erotic nature”.
Tantra sex was forbidden by law and illegal, senior advocate M.T. Nanaiah was quoted in the report as saying.

To his countless thousands of followers across India and around the world, Nithyananda Swami was nothing less than a true guru - a genuine holy man who could lead people to spiritual happiness. A message from the young leader posted on the website of his organisation, Dhyanapeetam, or Knowledge Centre, says: "Be blissful".
But then a video emerged that appeared to show the leader getting a little too blissful with two shapely south Indian women.
His followers were furious and his ashram in the city of Bangalore was attacked by crowds angry that the guru's pursuits appeared to include the carnal as well as the sacred.
The handsome 32-year-old has claimed there is a plot against him and said the video, which shows him frolicking with the women and was widely broadcast on Indian television, is "a mix of conspiracy, graphics and rumours".
Now, however, he has decided to stand down as the head of his organisation, and instead lead a "life of spiritual seclusion for an indefinite time".
"In view of this, and to enable the Dhyanapeetam to function with such amended agenda as may be necessary, I am resigning as the head of the Dhyanapeetam and from all the trusts associated with it," he said. "Whenever, if required, I will return and talk about all that had happened as an independent witness to my conduct with a clean heart and pure soul, and also in a less prejudiced atmosphere. I thank you all. Be blissful!"
Yet the matter may not go away so easily. Police have launched an investigation to determine whether the spiritual leader had "outraged" the feelings of his followers.
The case has already come before the courts. The guru, who has also established ashrams in the US and Europe, sought to quash the initial police investigation. He filed a petition accusing his former driver and purported disciple, Karuppa Lenin, of seeking to defame and damage the organisation by making false claims against him.
By the standards of other material readily available on the internet, the video featuring the religious leader is not especially spicy. Indeed, at one point, a woman seeking to rub the guru's feet appears to struggle to get his attention because he seems more interested in watching television.
Yet the allegations about a man who claims big-name movie stars and politicians among his followers have shocked and upset thousands of people, coming amid a flurry of incidents involving religious leaders. Police last month arrested one guru for running a brothel involving air stewardesses and college students, and charged another with kidnapping a minor.
In a recent interview with the Times of India, Nithyananda Swami insisted that he had been in a "state of Samadhi", or trance, when the footage had been recorded late last year. He claimed the actress was a volunteer at the ashram and had been looking after him because he was unwell.
"There's a lot of misinterpretation, manipulation and morphing. Now, we are working to find out which part was recorded and which was manipulated," he said. "When that video was taken, I was in a state of trance. My personal life has been misrepresented and my privacy has been invaded. The media has even taken pictures of me when I am changing my clothes after a bath. This has been done to defame me."

The All India Akhara Parishad, an apex body of saints and sadhus that represents India’s all-important 13 Akharas, has decided to launch a campaign to “identify” and “throw out religious gurus” who “cheat and dupe people” in the garb of spirituality.
Parishad president Mahant Gyan Das told Deccan Herald that saints and sadhus at the ongoing Mahakumbh were concerned at the recent exposure of some “fake godmen” and “fake religious gurus” as their deeds have “tarnished the image of the age-old Sanatana Dharma”.
The Mela administration’s decision to cancel Nithyananda’s application stems from a raging deliberation among Hindu saints who, Dhanik said, “are furious” with the Bidadi godman for his alleged sexual activities with a woman.
“The saints told the Mela administration in no uncertain terms to reject and cancel his application,” Dhanik said. The saints, according to Mela administration officials, have also taken the position that Nithyananda’s entry to future Kumbh congregations be barred.
The officials said “the sentiments expressed by the saints indicated Nithyananda has been ex-communicated by them”.

Guruprasad (Kannada film director) condemns Swami Nithyananda Mata fame director Guruprasad has condemned Paramahamasa Nithyananda Swamiji by saying that despite having alleged affair with Tamil actress Ranjitha, he continues to deny the fact. He said if he thought he was pure, then he should hand over all his alleged property to the government and re-establish his personality as a samyasi by sacrificing all worldly things.
Three years ago, the director had predicted this kind of alleged act in his blockbuster movie Mata, which featured comedy king Jaggesh in lead. The movie deals with the purity of crimson cloth (Khavi dress). It depicts the illegal activities that happen in today's Ashrams.
In an interview to Kannada news channel TV9 on Wednesday evening, Guruprasad said, “Although whole world has seen Swamiji's video footage, he denies it by saying it has been morphed. If he is clear and he has not allegedly made any property. Then he should give up all his belongings to government. He should give up his worldly desires and reestablish himself as a real Swamiji."
Guruprasad also slammed at the devotee of Nithyananda by calling them 'foolish'. He said, “Despite seeing him involving in sexual act with actress Ranjitha at his Bidadi Ashram, they still believe him as their Guru. They don't think that he is a great actor. They still support him, adore him as a godman."
The director said that there are hundreds of Swamijis like Shivakuamrji those who are serving the society. The people like Nithyananda are creating bad impression about them. He further said, "Finally, I would like to suggest his devotees they should wake and stop supporting him. For Swamiji, I would suggest his drama is enough and he should shed his mask and come out with clean hands.”

This is a great opportunity for all to unite against the common enemy in all religions - those who exploit others in the name of religion - especially women and children. Nithyananda has tantric powers and those close to him have seen them first hand. His spiritual teachings are rock solid. On one hand, he is a powerful entity, on another hand, his only mission is to cheat others of their hard earned money and amass as much power, fame and wealth as he can“ a very dangerous combination. I have also seen the abuses, mistreatments and pure evil he is capable of. All he cares about is 1 thing -HIMSELF. I am sure the "Master Liar and Manipulator" Nithyananda will escape the clutches of law and be extremely dangerous to humanity in general and impossible to trap again. If he is not brought to justice now along with his "MAHA LIARS and THUGS" ACHARAYAS (at least some of them) and they made to pay a price for their misdeeds, we will invent the most dangerous and violent cult in existence. Nithyananda is a danger to his own spiritual progress. In my opinion, he should be kept in confinement and be asked to provide all the spiritual knowledge and service to humanity FOR FREE for the rest of his days.
