இந்நிலையில், ராம்நகர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் நித்யானந்தா தொடர்பான வழக்கு சில நாட்களுக்கு முன்பு விசாரணைக்கு வந்த போது, அவர் ஆஜராகவில்லை. இதனால் அவருக்கு ஜாமீனில் வெளிவரமுடியாத பிடிவாரண்ட் பிறப்பித்து நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.

அதனை எதிர்த்தும் நித்யானந்தா தாக்கல் செய்த மனுவை இன்று தள்ளுபடி செய்த கர்நாடகா உயர்நீதிமன்றம், ராம்நகர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் வரும் 7ம் திகதி ஆஜராகவும் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.

Fresh order soon against TV channel

The Broadcasting Content Complaints Council (BCCC) has withdrawn its order asking a channel to apologise to actress Ranjitha Menon and conveyed to the channel that no apology scroll needs to be run until a revised order is passed.

The BCCC had earlier issued the order following a complaint from the actress that the channel had telecast a programme that had shown her in bad light.

The BCCC, a self-regulatory body of television channels, after receiving a submission from STAR Vijay channel has told it that “our earlier order stands withdrawn and you need not air the said apology scroll from 12 noon on September 9.”

The body, headed by former Delhi High Court Chief Justice A P Shah, said fresh directions for airing the apology scroll would be communicated to them soon “through the revised order.”

The actress had complained against the broadcast of certain video clips in a programme titled ‘Nadanthadu Enna–Kutramum Pinnaniyum’ (what happened--crime and background) telecast on March 21 last year by STAR Vijay.

The Information and Broadcasting Ministry had forwarded the complaint to the BCCC. — PTI

Nithyananda disciples land-grabbing in Trichy, Tamil Nadu - TV9 News

Bidadi Nithyananda Swami’s disciples attempted to forcibly land-grab in Trichy (Tamil Nadu), however their attempt was unsuccessful. In Tamil Nadu, an ex-devotee had donated to Nithyananda 2 acres land in the village of Navalur  Kottapattu near Trichy. Nithyananda and his disciples tried to forcibly “land-grab” the property. But the land is disputed property since there is a case* pending in court re. the ownership of the land. However, yesterday Nithyananda disciples, more than 50 of them, tried to tried forcibly occupy the land. They tried to throw out the land owners from there, however the land owner refused to leave. 

Angry with the land owners, Nithyananda disciple Ms. Jhansi Rani filed a false complaint of molestation against the land owner. Based on Nithyananda disciple’s complaint, the police took the land owners into custody. 

The local villagers of Navalur  Kottapattu were outraged by these developments and stormed the local police station at Trichy. The villagers protested angrily against the harassment and false case against the landowners. When the protests became very strong the police released the land owners from custody. 

The land owners spoke after being released and said, “The property is currently being disputed in court. Acting against the court’s instructions Nithyananda’s disciples tried to forcibly grab the land , instead of waiting for the dispute to be resolved by the court. Nithyananda and his disciples are constantly harassing us and are now misusing the police also by filing such false cases.”

* - Brief background: The land owner and his entire family was deeply devoted to Nithyananda for several years, one of the family member was even a brahmachari of the Nithyananda ashram for many years. The family therefore deeply trusted Nithyananda as a genuine spiritual master and had donated the land in good faith. But after the truth about Nithyananda was exposed, the land owner and his family felt shocked & betrayed by the lies, deception and fraud, lost their faith in Nithyananda. Thereafter they left his mission and asked for the property donated in good faith to be returned. Nithyananda, the so-called “Avatar” and “Paramahamsa”, however refused to return the land, thereby forcing the land owner (ex-devotee) to approach the court for return of the property. 

This is not the first time such untoward incidents have happened, a similar attempt to landgrab and false police complaints to harass the land owners was also done in 2012, by Nithyananda and his disciples.

Similar to this case in Trichy, other ex-donors who donated to Nithyananda in good faith in Salem, Rajapalayam, Hyderabad, and even in USA, are facing similar harassment and false cases because they asked Nithyananda to return the fraudulently obtained gifts!

RS. 1000 FOR NITHYANANDA'S FRAUDULENT BLESSINGS

I will go by the name of Chandru, lest Nithyananda may get after me for expressing certain findings and  truths, given his reputation. I belong to a very backward Barber community. I was fortunate enough to get a university degree in psychology and a Govt. job with the help of my village land lords and scholarships. I have recently retired.

In the last 2 years, Nithyananda has become a master of controversies. I was baffled at his never say die attitude. I admired his rustic elocution skills and knowledge base. I got an opportunity to visit his Temple/Ashram near to Shamshabad Airport, Hyderabad, when messages were circulated by his organizers, announcing that he was visiting and personally giving blessings in the KALPATARU programme on November 9, 2012. I was just curious to know and find out for myself the truth behind the Infamous Incarnation and the nature of his organization. I was asked to report at 2.00PM.

I reached Satamrai village, 4 KM before Shamshabad, Hyderabad, a bit early, to find out details of the Temple/Ashram of Nithyananda from the village elders and connected people. I was told that the Temple on a land of about 4.5 acres was built by a wealthy and pious lady whom they addressed as Sujata Amma. Sujata Amma owned about 125 acres of land there, and she dedicated a small part of it to her favorite Goddess Rajarajeshwari, I was told. “She donated or gifted the temple to Nithyananda about 6 years back and that Nithya had promised the lady and her family that he would start a free school for poor children and also a Vedic study center (Veda Patashala). Infact Nithya publicly announced the same during the ceremonial takeover. Though built by her, it was deemed as their village Temple. Nithya has let them down badly. He did nothing, except throwing the existing Brahmin pujari's and replacing them by his Brahmachari's. Their first act was to install a marble statue of Nithya, in the sanctom sanctorium ( Garbagudi) in front of the Diety of DEVI and fill up the whole space with Nithya's photos and books, all for sale. Business was started in all earnestness. The Brahmachari's knew no sloka's nor any mantras. They just kept the place clean, cleaned and dressed the deity's and performed the aarathi both morning and evening. Their job was to promote Nithya as an enlightened master and an Avatar of Shiva. None were familiar with Temple worship. Even now, there is no one with any knowledge of mantras and temple worship. No one visits the temple”, said the villagers.

When the Nithya's sex tape was shown on TV's in 2010, the Temple was attacked by the villagers who wanted to takeover the same. But the donors family including Sujata Amma restrained the villagers and assured them that Nithya has promised to return the Temple. Sadly this never happened. The first thing that Nithya did after coming out of jail was, to take an injunction from the court, restraining the Donor, her family members, the village surpanch and village leaders from entering the Temple by making the usual false allegations of land grabbing against the family members and village leaders. Sujata Amma died last year, a sad lady not being allowed to enter the Temple she built for her DEVI. Many villagers have seen her, parking her car near the main gate of the Temple and paying her respects to her DEVI from the main gate. The village head says that this is the Nithya Rakshasa the world should know and they are unanimous in calling Nithya a sexual pervert and a fraud. Sujata Amma died last year, but not before filing a suit against Nithya and his trust to cancel the gift deed. I was also told that one Shailendra and his wife both staunch devotees of Nithya have been appointed as head of the Temple and are in charge now. They incidentally belong to my community. I was also told that Nithya targets only the rich for donations to further his ambitions. Having heard all this from the villagers, I was apprehensive about attending  the programme. But I forced myself to fulfill the task of understanding Swami Nithya and his ways.

The place is kept clean. The hall in the basement was used for the programme. We were registered, about 20 of us in all, by filling a form which states their address in Canada and which has too many legal clauses (I am enclosing the same)  on a payment of Rs1000.00 and invited for a simple lunch. The first dampner was we were told that Nithya was in Slovakia and he would be available only on a 2 way video connection. They were quick to add, dont worry about that, Swami transforms into a KALABHAIRAVA and his energy will be the same. The Temple head and his wife were assisted by some local devotees. We learned that all instructions are given by a core group under Swami. It seemed that the group in Hyderabad were the second circle leaders of Swamy. As expected, before the programme started, there was a talk in groups about the Divinity of Swami. A story of a snake performing a puja in Bidadi Ashram was recited. We were also told that the very spirit of Swami transforms and he no longer is Swami, instead becomes the KALABHAIRAVA. In this exalted state, He can see your past births, present and future. He has a capacity for Akashic Readings. Only the chosen ones are blessed to get this opportunity. I recall, I was told on the phone, please pay in to our A/C in Kotak Bank as early as possible, we have a capacity for only 45 or 50 and already 40 are booked. But here the hall was half empty and I paid Rs1000.00 to become the chosen one. A rich and wealthy lady devotee by name Ramanasri was in- charge for registrations.

The on-line workshop started and one Ma Manisha came on the screen. The moment she came on screen there was buzz and some  volunteers  said that was from A.P and was now a confidant and in personal service of Swami and in-charge of workshops. We were given a talk of health and creation of wealth for sangha and were made to sit with strangers and had to share personal secrets and guilt with them. I did some sharing with a young man and confided about my intention of the visit. The young man also confided saying that he was on the same mission and was carrying a spy camera.We were made to do a few meditation practices including breathing exercises. Around 5.00 PM we were introduced to a meditation known as Kundalini Meditation which was exhaustive and blanks your mind. This was followed by instructions to blank your mind  i.e dropping any thought as it arises in the mind ( which they call as unclutching) is practiced. All the meditations and practices prescribed makes your body light and the mind goes blank and dizzy. In short without realizing you have been mentally conditioned to accept the larger than life figure who will be shortly presented before you as an Avatara Pursha or an Incarnation of Shiva or in this case as KALABHAIRAVA. Having studied psychology I can clearly understand that this is subtle practice of a cult. I advice the readers to google search "How to form a cult of you own" and the "Practices of cults". Practices of mental conditioning, intense fasting, sleep deprivation and then introduction of the Master as an Incarnation are all commonly adopted practices by all cults and Nithya is not doing anything new. 

During the dinner break I enquired about the original owners of the Temple. They were not very forthcoming. I however scratched the information that the earlier in-charge, just before the sex scandal broke out, was one Mrs Ragini a.k.a Ma Sachitananda, was a close devotee and secretary of Swami and was closely related to the Donors of the Temple. It has transpired that she was instrumental in inspiring and fooling the Land Lady to gift the Temple to Nithya. She is held in high respect for this act of hers in the Nithya Sangha and by Nithya himself. She now resides in Bidadi Ashram and is a close first circle member.

Instructions were given that we should write out only one personal question and KALABHAIRAVA would answer the same. We could not ask questions on behalf of relations or friends. Ma Manisha a.k.a Madhavi came on the screen again. She informed, please be prepared for Swami in the form of KALABHAIRAVA. Don't get scared, he will be full of energy and possessed by SHIVA himself. We all became a bit tense. We were told Swami in this form will see through you and if any one with a camera or a recording device will be immediately noticed by Swami. My new friend got a bit nervous, but he could do nothing about his spy camera. Finally KALABHAIRAVA jumped on to the screen. And what a joke it was. Here was KALABHAIRAVA, in full make up. He wore a tiger printed garment with a garland of small plastic skulls. He put on a scary make up on his face and stood holding a trishool shivering and shaking as if possessed by some thing. A better act could have been put up by any village drama troup. He started answering questions in the style of a possessed village witch. It was a total let down. It also did not seem like he was in Slovakia which we were told. One of his Brahmachari later confided that Swami is hiding and perhaps in Hyderabad only. I asked why and he said that he is fearing arrest in Tamil Nadu and his position in Karnataka is not tenable due to a recent court order. So much for KALABHAIRAVA. My friend with the spy camera smiled and melted away in the darkness.

Bangalore: Disgraced spiritual guru Nithyananda admits having sex with more than 15 women but does not remember their names.

While last month, Swami Nithyananda and actress Ranjitha categorically denied their role in the alleged sex romp captured on camera, the former confessed before Criminal Investigation Department (CID) sleuths that he did have sex with his disciples, but with consent.

In the interrogation by the CID, the disgraced swami admitted that he had sex with the actress. Initially Nithyananda claimed that he does not get sexually aroused as he is neither man nor woman, but after the CID screened the controversial video for him, he told the investigating officer that it was indeed him in the video.

The self-styled swami said that he was not impotent, but only had an erectile dysfunction, swearing that whatever he told CID officials during the interrogation was only the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

Elaborating on his sexual life at his ashram, he admitted that he had sex with more than 15 other women, but did not remember their names. He admitted that what he did was wrong and that sometimes he chose female devotees to have sex with, and sometimes they were already willing to do so themselves.

Justifying his misdeeds, the disgraced swami said that he had done nothing illegal, although his deeds might be socially and religiously wrong. He said that he might have had sex with many people, but never did he force anyone and all the encounters were voluntary. He also said that he just wanted to come out of the present mess.

At first Nithyananda denied that the Video of him and Ranjitha to be a fake and produced self certified proof that the video is morphed.
He declared in an affidavit that he was incapable of sexual act and was impotent.
Later in an interview to Outlook he stated that he was beyond sex.

Now the Court decided to call his bluff and ordered series of Medical tests for Nithyananda including Audio test and Erection test.

Story:
Controversial godman Swami Nithyananda claims he is impotent. Not sure whether he is telling the truth or just trying to escape allegations of rape, the state’s investigative agency, CID, will subject him to medical tests.

The sleuths are taking no chances. They have written to the Victoria Hospital top brass to constitute a medical board to examine him. “We do not want one doctor testing him and later Nithyananda countering it. We are waiting for the hospital’s reply,” said a source.

Nod for audio test

The Ramanagaram court, before which Nithyananda was produced, granted the CID the go-ahead for conducting the medical test. It also gave the nod for a voice test to know if his voice matched with that in the audio samples submitted by Nithyananda’s detractors.

Sources said Nithyananda has submitted a medical report by a private doctor which claims he is impotent. Meanwhile, the CID has decided not to arrest Nithyananda for conducting these tests. Once the board is formed, they will send him a notice asking him to voluntarily appear for the tests. “If he fails, then the question of arresting him will arise,” sources said.

So, we asked a few doctors in the city, without mentioning that the person in question was Nithyananda, and here’s the light they threw on this rarely-discussed topic:

Normally, along with the blood samples, the bone marrow is also tested to assess the hormonal levels. But in Nithyananda’s case, it could go beyond this and several tests will be conducted over three-four days. These include: Blood test, supplemented with semen analysis, thyroid analysis and the use of erection-stimulating drugs.

Nithyananda will first undergo a physical examination which will tell doctors if his sexual organs have been operated on.

“Then, they will look at the possibility of erectile dysfunction. Then comes the semen analysis in which semen motility, semen count and semen appearances are tested. The sperm count and quality will throw light on whether the person is impotent. If he meets minimal standards in each of these tests, he will be considered potent,” Dr K Shastri, a city-based physician said.

An analysis of the thyroid – a major regulatory hormone – will also throw light on his infertility. According to Dr Priya Chinnappa, endocrinologist, “Low levels of T4 hormones result in a low sperm count.”

“Injecting erection-stimulating drugs is another important way to test if one is potent. An impotent person will never develop an erection even if he is injected with such drugs. However, this is not related to fertility. Men with a low sperm count will be able to get an erection with these drugs,” Dr C Ashwath, a physician, said.

Testosterone, FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone), LH (luteinizing hormone) are some other tests to determine impotence.

The results of these tests will be produced in court and will determine the course of investigation into the case filed against him by one-time confidant Lenin Karuppan.

“If the tests do not prove his impotence, Nithyananda will be in trouble,” another source added.

Steps sought to oust controversial godman Nithyananda

MADURAI: An orator and an advocate have filed a petition in the high court bench here seeking a directive to the HR&CE Board Commissioner to permit them to file a suit in a subordinate court for removal of controversial godman Nithyananda as head of the Madurai Adheenam.
In their petition, Nellai Kannan and advocate V P Ganesan said Nithyananda was not qualified to become junior head of the adheenam, which was in existence for over 1,500 years and had a great tradition. His appointment had come as 'a bolt from the blue' for the Vallala community, who are Saivites and emotionally attached to the mutt, they said.

They contended that Nithyananda had not followed any of the steps required traditionally to head the mutt, one of which was to acquire a certain type of 'sainthood.' On attaining this status, he should visit all Shiva temples and be made 'Kattalai Thambiran' (personal assistant to the priest) after the latter felt he had acquired sufficient knowledge in Saiva tenets.

He would later be given blessings with mantras and adorn Vedic beads and renounce all worldly connections. He would then be given a 'Spatika Lingam' which he should worship daily.
Pointing out that only a Kattalai Thambiran should be made junior pontiff, they said the Madurai Adheenam could have got someone from other adheenams and not Nithyananda, against whom there was a pending case in California over alleged misappropriation of funds and cheating.
The petitioners said one leading an immoral life or in a manner likely to bring the office of the head of the adheenam into disrepute could be removed from the post as per the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act. Nithayananda was absent from the mutt for three months when he faced criminal cases and was arrested in Bangalore, they said. After claiming to be head of the Bidadi Mutt near Bangalore, he could not assume charge of the Madurai Adheenam, they said.

 Madurai: A petition has been filed in Madras High Court seeking removal of controversial godman Nithyananda as the head of Madurai Adheenam, the oldest Saivite Mutt in south India.

The petition filed by an advocate and an orator at the Madurai bench of the high court, seeks a directive to the HR&CE Board Commissioner to permit them to file a suit in a subordinate court for the removal of Nithyananda as head ogf the Mutt.

In their petition, orator Nellai Kannan and advocate V P Ganesan, said Nithyananda was not qualified to become junior head of the Adheenam, which was in existence for over 1,500 years and had a great tradition.

His appointment had come as 'a bolt from the blue' for the Vallala community, who are Saivites and emotionally attached to the Mutt, they said.

They contended that Nithyananda had not followed any of the steps required traditionally to head the Mutt,one of which was to acquire a certain type of 'sainthood.'On attaining this status,he should visit all Shiva temples and be made 'Kattalai Thambiran' (personal assistant to the priest) after the latter felt he had acquired sufficient knowledge in Saiva tenets.

He would later be given blessings with mantras and adorn vedic beads and renounce all worldly connections.He would then be given a 'Spatika Lingam (linga made of precious stone) which he should worship daily.

Pointing out that only a Kattalai Thambiran should be made the junior pontiff, they said the Madurai Adheenam could have got someone from other Adheenams and not Nithyananda, against whom there was a pending case in Califorinia on alleged misappropriation of funds and cheating.

The petitioners said one leading an immoral life or in a manner likely to bring the office of the Head of the Adhennam into contempt could be removed from the post as per the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act. Nithayananda was absent from the Mutt for three months when he faced criminal cases and arrested in Bangalore, they said.

After claiming to be head of Bidadi Mutt near bangalore,he could not assume charge of Madurai adheenam, they said.

Even at Madurai Adheenam, he had not followed tradition of keeping women devotees "at a respectable distance" from the premises and allowed them inside, they said.

Its not easy being Lenin. With 13 cases lodged against him in various courts of the country, allegedly at controversial godman Nithyananda’s behest, Lenin Karuppan aka Sri Nithya Dharmanada who is reported to have shot sleazy videos of the swami, allegedly in compromising positions with Tamil actress Ranjitha and later exposed it in March 2010, says that “he will not retire until the truth prevails.”

He clarifies that his original name was ‘K Lenin’ and not ‘Lenin Karuppan’ as reported in media. “As my father was a supporter of the Communist movement, he named me Lenin. When I took brahmacharya at Nithyananda’s ashram in Bangalore, I was renamed as Sri Nithya Dharmananda and till date, I have been using the same name for official purposes,” explains Lenin. He accuses friend turned foe Nithyananda of starting a sectarian conspiracy: “Nithyananda is trying to portray me as a Christian. He is alleging that I am funded by Christian organisations to fight against him, which is untrue. Many cases under different sections like 120 (b), 182, 292, 342, 354 to name a few (which include attempt to rape, privacy violation, obscene video expose etc) have been filed against me in Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. Complainants include Nithyananda’s supporters and aides like actress Ranjitha, Athma Prabhananda, Ma Pushpa alias Nithya Supriyananda to name a few. Facing a life threat from Nithyananda, I have lodged a complaint with the Tamil Nadu police.”

He claims to be inspired by teachings of Ramakrishna and Vivekananda and that he always had the urge to take up spiritualism full time and therefore, involved himself as a volunteer at camps conducted by Nithyananda during 2004. It was the first time, he came into contact with the Godman. “Between 2004 and 2006, I participated in various camps in Chennai and was inspired to join the Bidadi Ashram. Later, I gave up my business and sold my flat worth about `21 lakhs, settled my dues and gave everything I had to the ashram,” Lenin said.

Lenin says he is being hunted by Nithyananda for taking up arms against him. “I am made to run from state to state for no fault of mine. Fearing police and media intervention, I am not given accommodation anywhere by house owners or hotels,” he lamented and pleaded for support.

Challenging Nithyananda to undergo the narco analysis test, Lenin said “ I am ready for Narco analysis. The police have summoned Nithyananda several times to undergo these tests. Why is he hesitant to undergo such a test ?”

On the other hand, Nithyananda says that they are forced to battle the constant harassment posed on him, his disciples and the Ashram. “All others, so far arrested in connection with blackmailing and threatening charges have now confessed their crimes to the CID. It is now the turn of Lenin to be brought to book, and face the law for his crimes,” says the controversial godman.

Nithya exports idols illegally: Lenin

Former follower of Nithyananda, Lenin Karuppan, who shook the godman’s spiritual empire by releasing CDs containing alleged sex acts of the swami with an actress, has come out with a fresh set of allegations.

He told the media on Saturday Nithyananda is involved in illegal export of ancient idols made out of pancha loha which are sold for crores of rupees in the international market. But the authorities, who have been informed about such illegal activities, are not taking any action. Mr Karuppan said he was facing a threat to his life after exposing Nithynananda’s immoral activities. “Thirteen cases have been registered against me across the country. I am facing a threat and I have informed the TN government about it.”

He said the Forensic Sciences Laboratory has confirmed that the CD he released is genuine. The CD’s contents were disputed by Nithyananda, saying it contained morphed images. “Hundreds of devotees of Nithyananda are mute spectators to his illegal and immoral activities. I quit my business which was earning me Rs 50 lakh per month and sought peace at the Nithyananda Ashram. Later I was disillusioned and wanted to expose Nithyananda as he is not a saint,” he said.

He urged Nithyananda to undergo tests to prove his claim that he has the body of a five-year-old boy. “He is not ready for any tests. This proves that he is lying,” he said. “I am a Hindu, but Nithyananda has been misleading the media, saying I am a Christian. After joining his ashram, Nithya renamed me as Shri Nithya Dharmananda,” he said.

After 102 days in judicial custody, Lenin challenges Nityananda to face trial Chennai

After spending 102 days in jail, Lenin Karuppan, the former associate of controversial Swami Nithyananda on Saturday challenged the godman to face trial and alleged the sex scandal videos were not morphed.

Addressing a press conference here, four days after his release, Lenin alleged he has been receiving threat to his life and challenged the godman to face trial.

Armed with a forensic copy, he claimed the videos were not morphed and said he is willing to provide the Madurai Adheenam with evidence against Nithyananda.

He also revealed that the memory card submitted to the police had clips lasting for 25 hours. He alleged 50 clips were deleted which also had clips of two other women. However, he did not reveal who the women were.

When the case came up for hearing before a Madras High Court bench today, the government advocate said police had registered a case under relevant sections against Nithyanandha and two others on a complaint by petitioner M Solaikannan of the Hindu Makkal Katchi.

Mr Solaikannnan said he had filed the petition as police had not acted on his complaint to test the nature of the water given to the devotees and to take necessary action.

The self-proclaimed godman had shifted base to Madurai recently after his Bangalore ashram was sealed earlier this month. 

He first ran into trouble in 2010 when a sex tape allegedly of him with an actress aired on local channels. He was arrested on charges that include unnatural sex and was later given bail. More recently, an American woman said he had sexually exploited her for several years at his ashram.

Meanwhile, security has been tightened around the near 1500-year-old Madurai Adheenam following a bomb threat.

Police said the letter, written in Tamil, was received by the authorities at the religious centre on Thursday and it threatened that a bomb would go off on June 27.

The authorities handed over the letter, signed by one Parisutham, to the police.

மனித சக்திக்கு மேற்பட்ட சக்தி தன்னிடம் இருப்பதாக எவன் கூறினாலும், அவன் எவ்வளவுதான் உயர் நிலையில் இருந்தாலும் சரி, அது பித்தலாட்டம், மோச வார்த்தை என்பதை மனதில் உறுதியாக வைத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள் (விடுதலை 20.5.1948) என்றார் பகுத்தறிவுப் பகலவனாம் தந்தை பெரியார்.

குறிப்பாக சாமியார்களை இந்த அளவுகோல் பார்வையில் பார்த்தால், அவர்களின் பேச்சுகள், நடவடிக்கைகள் செப்படி வித்தைகள் என்பவையெல்லாம் போலியானவை. திட்டமிட்ட வகையில் மோசடியாக அரங்கேற்றப்பட்டவை என்பதை எளிதிற் விளங்கிக் கொள்ளலாம்.

பல நாள் திருடன் ஒரு நாள் அகப்பட நேரும் என்பதையும் அன்றாட தகவல்கள் நிரூபித்துக் கொண்டு தானிருக்கின்றன.

மக்கள் மத்தியில் பரம்பரைப் பரம்பரையாக ஊறிக் கிடக்கும் பக்தி என்னும் திரை அவர்களின் கண்களை மறைக்கின்ற காரணத்தால், உண்மைகள் வெளிச்சத்துக்கு வந்த பிறகும்கூட, அந்தச் சாமியார்களைப் புறக்கணிக்கும் துணிவு முழுமையாக வரவில்லை.

இந்தப் பாமரத்தனமான பக்தர்களின் கோழைத் தனம்தான் நித்யானந்தா போன்றவர்களுக்கு மறுபடியும் தலையை வெளியுலகுக்குக் காட்டக் கூடிய துணிச்சலைத் தருகிறது.

கருநாடக மாநிலக் காவல் துறை தயாரித்துள்ள குற்றப் பத்திரிகையில் நான் கிருஷ்ணனாம், நீ என்னோட கோபிகையாம்! என்ற வசனத்தை தம் பக்தைகளிடம் அடிக்கடி சொல்லக் கூடியவர் இந்த நித்யானந்தா! என்று குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது என்றால், இந்த வார்த்தைகளுக்குள் வழிந்தோடும் ஆபாசம் என்ன என்பது வெளிப்படை!.

நித்யானந்தா தான் செய்யும் காம வெறியாட்ட ஆபாசங்களை சட்ட ரீதியாக ஆக்கிட செய்திருக்கும் ஏற்பாடு இந்த ஆசாமி எவ்வளவுப் பெரிய ஆபத்தானவர், ஆபாசக்காரர் என்பதற்கான ஆதாரமாகும்.

தன் பக்தைகளிடம் இந்த வகையில் ஒப்பந்தம் போட்டுக் கையொப்பம் வாங்கி வைத்து விடுவார். பாலுறவு மூலம் மோட்சத்தை அடைய முடியும் என்று அந்த ஒப்பந்தத்தில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இது போன்ற ஆபாசமான தகவல்கள் 430 பக்கங்களைக் கொண்ட அந்தக் குற்றப் பத்திரிகையில் இடம் பெற்றிருக்கின்றன.

குறிப்பிட்ட நடிகையுடன் சாமியார் நடத்திய சல்லாபங்கள் ஊடகங்களின் மூலம் வெளிச்சத்துக்கு வந்த நிலையில்தான், அவரது நீண்ட கால ஆபாச லீலைகள் மக்கள் மத்தியில் அம்பலமானது. பக்தர்களே அவரது ஆசிரமங்களையும், உடைமைகளையும் அடித்து நொறுக்கினர்.

தன்மீது திட்டமிட்ட வகையில் பழி சுமத்தப்பட்டு இருக்கிறது என்று இப்பொழுது சென்னைக்கு வந்து செய்தியாளர்களிடம் பேட்டி கொடுக்கும் இந்த சாமியார், ஏன் வட மாநிலங்களில் அப்பொழுது ஓடி ஒளிந்தார்?

ஜாமீனில் வெளிவந்து வழக்கு பாதிக்கும் வகையில் பேட்டி கொடுக்கலாமா?

இப்பொழுதுகூட ஜாமீனில்தான் வெளியில் வந்துள்ளார். வழக்கு பெங்களூரில் நீதிமன்றத்தில் நடந்து கொண்டிருக்கும் இக்கால கட்டத்தில் வழக்கைப் பாதிக்கும் வகையிலும், சாட்சிகள்மீது தனது செல்வாக்கைத் திணிக்கும் தன்மையிலும் பேட்டி கொடுத்திருப்பது சட்டப் பார்வையில் சரியானதுதானா?

ஜாமீனை ரத்துசெய்து மீண்டும் அவரை சிறையில் தள்ளுவதற்கு சட்ட ரீதியாகவே வாய்ப்பு இருக்கிறது. நீதிமன்றத்தில் தாக்கல் செய்யப் பட்டுள்ள வீடியோ போலியானதல்ல என்று அறிவியல் ரீதியாக சோதிக்கப்பட்டு, அதிகாரப் பூர்வமாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இதனை கருநாடக மாநிலக் காவல்துறையும், அட்வகேட் ஜெனரலும்கூட கூறியுள்ள நிலையில் அது போலியானது என்று சாதிக்கப் பார்க்கிறார் நித்யானந்தா. பெங்களூரில் நீதிமன்றத்தில் அதனை நிரூபித்து வெளியில் வர வேண்டியது தானே சம்பந்தம் இல்லாமல் சென்னைக்கு வந்து ஆர்ப்பரிப்பானேன்?

ஆண்டவனுடன் அவர் பேசும் (?) ஆன்மீக சக்தி எங்கே போயிற்று? எதற்காகக் காவல்துறையிடம் புகார் கொடுக்கிறார்?

18 மாதங்களுக்குப் பிறகு நித்யானந்தா சென்னைக்கு வந்து செய்தியாளர்களைச் சந்தித்து இருப்பதும், குறிப்பிட்ட ஊடகங்கள்மீது காவல் துறையிடம் புகார் கொடுத்திருப்பதும் ஊடகங்களை அச்சுறுத்தும் வகையில் பேசி இருப்பதும் எதன் அடிப்படையில்?

தமிழ்நாட்டில் ஏற்பட்டு இருக்கும் ஆட்சி மாற்றம் தங்களுக்கு சாதகமாக இருக்கும் கை கொடுக்கும் என்ற தைரியத்தில்தான் இது நடந்திருக்கிறது என்ற கருத்து நிலவுகிறது. இந்த நிலை தமிழக அரசுக்குப் பெருமை சேர்ப்பதாகாது மாறாகக் கெட்ட பெயரை ஏற்படுத்தக் கூடியதுமாகும். அரசியல் கண் கொண்டு பார்க்கப்படக் கூடிய பிரச்சினையும் இது அல்ல என்பதைச் சுட்டிக் காட்ட விரும்புகிறோம்.

ஜெகத் குரு என்று சொல்லப்படுகிற சங்கராச் சாரியாரையே கைது செய்து சிறையில் அடைத்த துணிச்சலுக்குச் சொந்தக்காரராகக் கருதப் படுபவர் முதல் அமைச்சர் ஜெயலலிதா.

அதே நிலைப்பாட்டில் நித்யானந்தா விவகாரத்திலும் நடந்து கொள்ளக் கடமைப்பட்டுள்ளார். பெண்களை மய்யமாக வைத்து குற்றம் சுமத்தப் பட்டுள்ள ஒருவரின் விஷயத்தில் பெண்ணாக இருக்கக் கூடிய முதல் அமைச்சர் கூடுதல் கவனத்துடன் கடமை ஆற்ற வேண்டும் என்பது பெரும்பாலான நாட்டு மக்களின் எதிர்பார்ப்பாகும்.

ஒழுக்கக்கேட்டுக்குத் துணைப் போக கூடாது. எல்லாவற்றிலும் அரசியல் பார்வை என்பது எதிர் விளைவைத்தான் ஏற்படுத்தும்.

இந்த வகையில் நித்யானந்தா மீதான வழக்கு விசாரணையைத் துரிதப்படுத்தித் தீர்ப்பு வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்பதை வலியுறுத்தியும், வழக்கு நிலுவையில் இருக்கும் பொழுது விசாரணையைப் பாதிக்கும் வகையிலும், சாட்சிகளை அச்சுறுத்தும் தலைமையிலும் சென்னைக்கு வந்து பகிரங்கமாக பேட்டியளித் தது கண்டிப்பாக நீதிமன்ற அவமதிப்பு செயல் என்பதால் ஜாமீனை ரத்து செய்து மீண்டும் அவரை சிறைக்கு அனுப்ப வேண்டும் என்று வலியுறுத்தியும் திராவிடர் கழக மகளிரணி மற்றும் இளைஞரணி சார்பில் வரும் 23ஆம் தேதி அன்று மாவட்ட தலைநகரங்களில் திராவிடர் கழகம் ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் ஒன்றை நடத்தும் என்று அறிவிக் கப்படுகிறது.

கழகத் தோழர்கள் மக்கள் மத்தியில் இந்தப் பிரச்சினையைக் கொண்டு சேர்க்கும் வகை யிலும், கருநாடக அரசு மற்றும் தமிழ்நாடு அரசுகளின் கவனத்தை ஈர்க்கும் வகையிலும் இந்த ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தை எழுச்சியுடன் நடத்துமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள். இவ்வாறு கி.வீரமணி கூறியுள்ளார்.

Nithyananda Ranjitha Case – Lenin Gets Anticipatory Bail

Lenin (Dharmananda) has been granted anticipatory bail in a private complaint filed by Actress Ranjitha in Karnataka. Ranjitha had filed a private complaint with several false allegations against the whistleblower Lenin (Dharmananda) on 30^th Dec 2010. Later, the Ramanagar Magistrate took cognizance of the offenses, although the allegations of attempted rape and molestation were not taken cognizance.

Meanwhile, Lenin (Dharmananda) approached the Ramanagara Sessions Court for an anticipatory bail. Lenin’s advocate Mr. Christopher argued strongly for granting Anticipatory Bail, in light of the several false criminal complaints filed against the whistleblower, ever since he filed a complaint against Nithyananda in Mar 2010. After hearing all arguments, the honorable Justice Rudramuni has passed an order granting Anticipatory Bail for Lenin (Dharmananda).

Since the Nithyananda scandal came to light in Mar 2010, several serious false allegations have been filed against the whistleblower Lenin (Dharmananda) and several other key witnesses in Karnataka and Tamilnadu. Ranjitha has filed the same complaint in Chennai with the Commissioner of Police. Nithyananda ashram manager Sri Nithya Atmapraba has also filed a complaint against Lenin and other witnesses in Chennai. According to the official website of Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam, there is one more complaint filed in Varanasi against the key witnesses.
