சென்னை : நித்தியானந்தா சாமியார் தொடர்பான, "சிடி' குறித்து, ஒளிபரப்பு உள்ளடக்க புகாரை விசாரிக்கும் கவுன்சில் (பி.சி.சி.சி.,) அளித்த தீர்ப்பை எதிர்த்து, மேல்முறையீடு செய்யப் போவதாக, முன்னாள் சீடர் லெனின் கருப்பன் கூறியுள்ளார். Summary:

BCCC (Broadcast Content Complaints Council) has issued an order regarding the Nithyananda scandal CD. The order questioned the authenticity of the video. The case against Nithyananda is currently pending in court, and the forensic report from FSL Delhi finds the video to be authentic. Under the circumstance, it is very unfortunate and I will be appealing to the BCCC reconsider this order, says Lenin Karuppan.

Recent Developments in Nithyananda Case

In a press meet today, Lenin addressed the media in Chennai to discuss the recent developments in the Nithyananda Case. See below for videos of the press meet and a brief summary of its content.






 

I thank all the media for coming here today. In a democracy you are rightly called as the fourth pillar. You have been playing a vital role in exposing many scandals - economic, political, social - and safeguarding the common man.

A few days ago news was published that a popular TV channel has been ordered by BCCC - a voluntary regulatory body controlling media, to apologize for telecasting “morphed video” of Nithyananda. As whistle blower in the case against Nithyananda, I submitted the original video to the police. I have personal knowledge of it and if I don’t speak now, the truth will be distorted.

I believe the BCCC was not presented with all facts and evidence. Hence I have appealed to BCCC to kindly look into this matter along with available evidence including Forensic Reports of the original video. The Council can also directly contact FSL Delhi or Karnataka CID for further details regarding the charge sheet and evidences. If required, I am also willing to appear before the Council and provide all necessary information and documents. It is unfortunate that the BCCC order can be misused by Nithyananda and his team for false propaganda. Already the news circulating in the past few days is misleading the public into believing that the video is morphed, which is far from the truth. As the case is still pending in Karnataka court, this could seriously distort the truth and even misguide the Hon’ble court. If Nithyananda is really innocent, I challenge him to prove it in a trial without any further delays.

AUDIO CONFESSION ABOUT THE VIDEO: Nithyananda himself pleaded with me to remain silent about the video and confessed that “its consensual sex between two adults and it is not legally wrong”. Interestingly, it means at that time he was an adult and not a 6-year old, as subsequently claimed! An audio recording of this confession is also part of the evidence in the Charge Sheet (click her to see audio recording transcription from the Charge Sheet). It is no wonder that Nithyananda has been stalling the voice test and his medical test for the past 3 years.

LATEST CLAIMS OF IMPOTENCE: Recently he claimed (in his website) that a doctor in USA has certified him to be impotent. Nithyananda has not visited USA in past 3 years! Clearly the doctor in USA did not conduct any tests on Nithyananda in USA. His statements are purely based on some reports given to him by Nithyananda, claiming it to be his test. But whose blood test report was actually sent?? And if you believe these test reports and doctor certificates, then why has he been avoiding for 3 years the simple medical test ordered by the Karnataka court? What is he afraid of?

HARASSMENT AND INTIMIDATION: After the charge sheet, several false cases against me the whisltblower, the victims and also targeting other key witnesses. Review the Timeline, it is clear every single case is filed in retaliation, either directly by Nithyananda or indirectly thru his blind followers. Cases are also filed against more than 50 media & even social activists who raised their voice against him. The Courts and legal process is being abused to threaten and intimidate everyone into silence. Responsible media is doing great work by continuing to expose the fraud in public interest.

MISUSING HINDUISM, BLOT ON REAL HINDU SAINTS: He claims to be a great Hindu saint working for the revival of Hinduism. Isn’t it surprising there are many complaints of “land grab” against him in Tamil Nadu, filed by ordinary Hindus? He claims he is establishing Hindu temples across the world. Everyone has seen how he destroyed his own Hindu temple in his Tiruvannamalai ashram, after receiving HR&CE notice. Suddenly a holy temple became “just a warehouse for stone statues” - the same stone statues for which daily puja, abishekam, arati, etc, was performed, and collected lakhs in donations from innocent trusting Hindus! Is this the conduct of a real Hindu saint? Or is he misusing Hinduism to communalize the issues? As Narendra Modiji said very aptly, it is nothing but a blot on Hinduism.

I assure you that I have no vested interest, but I act only in public interest, as I am myself an ardent devotee of Ramakrishna Paramahamsa. I have great respect for genuine sanyasis, great saints and gnanis like Ramana, Ramakrishna, Swamy Vivekananda, whose lives were open book which inspires millions all over the world.

I pray that the Governments should take strong and swift action to bring out the truth. First and foremost tax-free status given should be withdrawn with effect from March 2010 till he is proved innocent by a court of law and absolved of all criminal complaints. Next the finances, largely contributed by innocent trusting public, should be managed by a govt. or court appointed panel of trustees and not allowed to be misused by him.

I appeal to media to continue to support truth so that public can be alerted and saved from becoming victims of fraud in the name of Hinduism.

Nithyananda News by Nakkeeran is Truth, Court rules - நித்யானந்தா பற்றி நக்கீரன் செய்திகள் அனைத்தும் உண்மை - நீதிமன்றம் தீர்ப்பு !

In a huge victory for truth and the right of media to publish truths in service of the public, a court in Chennai has ruled that news about Nithyananda published by Nakeeran magazine (since 2010) is truth!! The key points in this judgment (as also the Tamil article below) are summarized here:

• Nithyananda's defamation case against Nakkeeran fails to establish any motive for defaming him. 

• Nithy's image was already damaged by the video telecasts on Mar 2nd (2010), as per complaint of Nithyananda's ashram manager. Subsequently many other magazines published many news about him. So Nakkeeran did not do anything additional to bring down his image or defame him.

• Nithy claims himself to be an avatar of God (as published in his own book) - therefore nothing about him can be private as he is accountable to the public. And hence it is the duty of the media to make public know about such a person.

• Ashram has itself submitted to the court, the FSL (Forensic Science Lab, premiere Forensic lab of the country) lab report and forensic expert Dr. Chandra Shekar's reports confirming that video is authentic and not morphed. From their own submissions it is clear that Nakkeeran only published the truth. 

• Judge has noted that plaintiffs (Nithy's ashram) have themselves admitted that devotees have signed NDA (sex contracts) - which has been published by Nakkeeran and hence no false representation was made.

              நக்கீரன் மீண்டும் ஒரு முறை நீதியின் துணையுடன், பத்திரிகை சுதந்திரத்தையும் கருத்துரிமை யையும் நிலைநாட்டியிருக்கிறது. இந்த முறை நடந்த சட்டப்போர் என்பது அரசியல்வாதிகளுடனோ,  அல்ல ஆன்மிகப் போலியுடன்.

நித்யானந்தா சாமியாரின் போலித்தன்மையை ஆரம்பத்திலேயே அம்பலப்படுத்தியது நக்கீரன்தான். 2008-ம் ஆண்டிலேயே நித்தி கல்லூரி மாணவிகளை கட்டிப்பிடித்து போலித்தனமாக ஆசிர்வாதம் செய்யும் கீழ்த்தரமான நடவடிக்கையை நக்கீரன் அம்பலப்படுத்தியிருந்ததால் அவரைப் பற்றி தொடர்ந்து புலனாய்வு செய்து, ஆன்மிகத்தின் பேரில் தன்னை கடவுளின் அவதாரம் என கூறிக் கொண்டு பொது மக்களிடமிருந்து லட்சக்கணக் கான தொகையை வசூல் செய்து பிரசங்கம் என்ற பெயரில் மோசடி செய்வதையும், இளம் பெண் களிடம் ஒப்பந்தம் போட்டு செக்ஸ் வைத்திருந்த தையும், பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களின் பேட்டி, புகைப்படங்கள் மற்றும் ஆவணங்களுடன் 2010 மார்ச் மாதத்தில் நக்கீரன் வெளியிட்டது.

சென்னை மாநகர உரிமையியல் 19-வது கூடுதல் நீதிமன்றத்தில் நடைபெற்ற விசாரணையின்போது வழக் கறிஞர்கள் பி.டி.பெருமாள், எல்.சிவகுமார், வி.வர்கீஸ் ஆகியோர் நமக்காக வழக்கில் ஆஜராகி வாதம் செய்து வந்தார்கள். விசாரணையின் போது நமது தரப்பில், நக்கீரன் செய்தி உண்மையானது எனவும், உள்நோக்கமற் றது எனவும், நித்தி மற்றும் நித்தியின் மடத்திற்கு ஏற் கனவே நற்பெயரோ, மதிப்போ, மரியாதையோ இல்லை எனவும் நக்கீரன் செய்தியால் நித்திக்கும் அவரது மடத்திற்கும் எந்தவித இழப்போ நஷ்டமோ ஏற்பட வில்லை எனவும் நிரூபிக்கும் வண்ணம் 3 சாட்சிகளும் 38 ஆவணங்களும் நீதிமன்றத்தில் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட்டன.

குறிப்பாக, தன்னை கடவுளின் அவதாரம் என்று நித்தி தன்னைப் பற்றிய புத்தகத்தில் குறிப்பிட்டிருப்பதை நீதிமன்றத்தின் பார்வைக்கு வைத்து, அவர் பொதுமனிதர் என்பதால், ஒரு பொது மனிதரைப் பற்றிய விபரங்களை பொதுமக்களுக்கு தெரிவிப்பது பத்திரிகையின் கடமை என்பதையும் நம் தரப்பு வாதத்தில் எடுத்து வைத்தோம். அத்துடன் பொதுவான சட்டவிதிப்படி தன்னைப் பற்றி செய்தி பிரசுரிக்கக்கூடாது என செய்தி வருவதற்கு முன்பே எவரும் தடை கேட்டு வழக்குத் தொடர முடியாது என வாதிட்ட துடன், பத்திரிகை சுதந்திரம் மற்றும் பத்திரிகையின் கடமை குறித்து நக்கீரன் ஏற்கனவே ஆட்டோ சங்கர் வழக்கில் உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தில் பெற்றுள்ள வரலாற்று முக்கியத்துவம் வாய்ந்த தீர்ப்பையும் [(1994) 6 Supreme Court Cases 632 R.Rajagopal @ R.R.Gopal Vs State of Tamilnadu] நீதிமன்றத்தின் முன் வைத்தோம்.

செய்தி வெளியானபிறகு பாதிப்பு ஏற்பட்டதாக நித்யானந்தா கருதினால், அவர் தனிப்பட்ட முறையில்தான் வழக்கு தொடர முடியும், தியான பீட டிரஸ்ட் சார்பில் இந்த வழக்கை தொடர சதானந்தாவிற்கு எந்த அதிகாரமும் வழங்கப்படவில்லை என்பதையும் ஆவணங்களுடன் மேற்கோள் காட்டி வாதாடினார் நமது வழக்கறிஞர் பி.டி.பெருமாள்.

நித்யானந்தா-ரஞ்சிதா ஆகியோரின் நெருக்கமான படுக்கையறைக் காட்சிகள் முதலில் 2-3-2010 அன்று இரவு டி.வி. மீடியாக்களில் வெளியானது. அச்செய்தி, புகைப்படங்களுடன் 3.3.2010 அன்று நக்கீரனில் வெளியானது. அதைத் தொடர்ந்து லெனின் கருப்பன் கொடுத்த புகாரின் பேரில் நித்தி கைது செய்யப்பட்டு சிறையிலடைக்கப் பட்டார். மேலும் பல புகார்கள் நித்தி மீது சுமத்தப்பட்ட நிலையில் பெண்களிடம் ஒப்பந்தம் போட்டு செக்ஸ் வைத்துக் கொண்ட நித்தியின் நடவடிக்கைகள் போலித்தனமானது, சட்ட விரோதமானது, மத உணர்வுக்கு எதிரானது என்பதை பொதுமக்களுக்கு அம்பலப்படுத்தும் நல்லெண்ணத்தின் அடிப்படையில் நித்தி சம்பந்தப்பட்ட குற்றச்செய்திகள் அனைத்தையும் நக்கீரன் தனது அடுத்தடுத்த இதழ்களில் வெளிக் கொண்டு வந்தது.

டி.வியில் நித்யானந்தா-ரஞ்சிதா பற்றிய காட்சிகள் வெளியானபோதே, நித்தியின் பெயருக்கும் புகழுக்கும் களங்கம் ஏற்பட்டு ஆசிரம சொத்துக்கள் அடித்து நொறுக்கப்பட்டதாக அந்த ஆசிரம மேலாளர் ஆத்ம பிரபானந்தா போலீஸ் கமிஷனரிடம் கொடுத்த புகாரில் கூறியிருக்கிறார். எனவே, 2010 மார்ச் 2-ந் தேதி இரவே நித்தியின் புகழ் களங்கப்பட்டுவிட்டது என்பதை அவரது ஆசிரமமே ஒப்புக்கொள்ளும் நிலையில், மார்ச் 3-ந் தேதி நக்கீரன் வெளியிட்ட செய்தியால்தான் நித்தியின் புகழ் களங்க மடைந்தது என வழக்குத் தொடுத்திருப்பது பொருத்தமற்றது எனவும் நமது வழக்கறிஞர் பி.டி.பெருமாள் வாதாடினார்.

நக்கீரன் அம்பலப்படுத்திய நித்தியின் லீலைகள், செக்ஸ் மோசடிகள், அனைத்தும் அதன்பின், 2011-ல் பல்வேறு இதழ்களிலும், செய்தித்தாள்களிலும் வந்திருப்பதையும் சுட்டிக்காட்டி அந்த இதழ்களையும் நீதிமன்றத்தில் சமர்ப்பித்ததோடு, நித்தியின் முன்னாள் பக்தர் ஒருவர் ""சரசம் சல்லாபம் சாமியார்'' என நித்தியைப் பற்றியும், ஆசிரமத்தைப் பற்றியும் ஒரு பத்திரிகையில் 30 வார தொடராக எழுதியதையும் நீதிமன்றத்தில் தாக்கல் செய்து அந்தப் பத்திரிகைகளின் மீதெல்லாம் வழக்குப் போடாத நித்தி நக்கீரனை மட்டும் தேர்வு செய்து தடை கேட்கும் இந்த வழக்கு ஏற்புடையதல்ல எனவும் வாதாடினார்.

நித்தி-ரஞ்சி சம்பந்தப்பட்ட வீடியோ உண்மையானதுதான் என தடயவியல் நிபுணர் சந்திரசேகர் அளித்த அறிக்கை, டில்லி தடய அறிவியல் கூடம் அளித்துள்ள அறிக்கை இவற்றை வாதி ஆசிரமமே நீதிமன்றத்தில் அவர்கள் தரப்பு ஆவணங்களாக தாக்கல் செய்திருப்பதை நீதிமன்ற பார்வைக்கு கொண்டு வந்தனர் நமது வழக்கறிஞர்கள். மேலும், 2-3-2010-ல் நித்தி ஆசிரமம் பொதுமக்களால் சூறையாடப்பட்டு நித்தியும் அவரது கூட்டாளிகளும் அவமரியாதைப்படுத்தப் பட்ட செய்திகள் அடங்கிய சி.டி.யும், நீதிமன்றங்கள் மற்றும் காவல்நிலையங்களில் நித்தி தரப்பு கூறும் பொய் பித்தலாட்டங்களை நிரூபிக்கும் ஆவணங்கள் என அனைத்தையும் நீதிமன்றத்தில் சமர்ப்பித்து நமது வழக்கறிஞர் பி.டி.பெருமாள் வாதாடினார்.

இருதரப்பு சாட்சியங்களையும், ஆவணங்களை யும் மற்றும் வாதங்களையும் பரிசீலித்த, சென்னை மாநகர உரிமையியல் 19-வது கூடுதல் நீதிபதி திருமதி.அ.கயல்விழி அவர்கள் முக்கியத்துவம் வாய்ந்த நீண்ட தீர்ப்பை வழங்கினார். "ஆசிரமத்திற்கும், நக்கீரனுக்கும் எவ்விதமான முன் தொடர்பும் இல்லை என்பதோடு எந்தவித உள்நோக்கமும் இல்லை என ஆசிரம தரப்பு சாட்சி ஒத்துக் கொள்வ தாலும் இச்செய்தி உள்நோக்கத்துடன் பிரசுரிக்கப்பட்ட செய்தி அல்ல.

அவதூறு வழக்கு சம்பந்தப்பட்ட சட்ட நுணுக்கங்களை ஆராயும்போது, வாதியான ஆசிரமம் முதலில் இந்த செய்திகள் அவதூறானது என்று அறிவிக்க (விளம்புகை) கோரியிருக்க வேண்டும், தடை (உறுத்துகட்டளை) கோர இயலாது. தடை விதிக்க சட்டத்தில் இடம் இல்லை.

மேலும் நித்யானந்தா-ரஞ்சிதா தொடர்பான சி.டி. உண்மையானது தான் மார்பிங் செய்யப்பட்டது அல்ல என சான்றளிக்கப்பட்ட தடய அறிவியல் அறிக்கைகளை நீதிமன்றத்தில் ஆவணங் களாக வாதி ஆசிரமத் தரப்பு தாக்கல் செய்ததன் மூலம், தங்கள் பத்திரிகையில் உண்மைச் செய்திகளையே வெளியிடுவ தாக கூறும் நக்கீரன் தரப்பு வாதத்திற்கு ஆசிரம தரப்பு துணை நின்று, அதனை ஒத்துக்கொள்வதாக இந்நீதிமன்றம் கருதுகிறது.

நக்கீரனில் வெளியான செய்திகள் மூலம் ஆசிரமத்திற்கோ, நித்யானந்தாவிற்கோ எந்தவித இழப்போ நஷ்டமோ ஏற்படவில்லை என்று நக்கீரன் சாட்சிகள் கூறுகின்றனர். இவற்றை மறுத்து நிரூபிக்கும் வகையில் ஆசிரம தரப்பினர் பிரதிவாதி நக்கீரன் சாட்சிகளை குறுக்கு விசா ரணை செய்யவில்லை, எதிர் ஆவணம் எதையும் தாக்கல் செய்யவுமில்லை. இந்நிலையில், ஆசிரமத்தை பற்றியும் நித்யானந்தா பற்றியும் உண்மைச் செய்திகளை  நல்லெண்ண நோக்கத்தோடு நக்கீரன் பிரசுரித்திருப்பதை சாட்சிய ஆவணங்கள் வாயிலாக இந்த நீதிமன்றம் அறிகின்ற வகையில், நித்யானந்தாவிற்கு எதிராக தீய எண்ண அடிப்படையில் எந்த செய்திகளையும் நக்கீரன் பிர சுரிக்கவில்லை என்றும் நக்கீரனில் வந்த உண்மை செய்தியினால் நித்யானந்தாவின் நன்மதிப்பிற்கு இழப்பு எதுவும் ஏற் படவில்லை என்றும், நக்கீரனில் பிரசுர மானது நல்லெண்ண அடிப்படையி லானது என்றும் இந்த வழக்கு நிலைக் கத்தக்கதல்ல என்றும் தியானபீட ஆசிரமம் கோரியது தடை பரிகாரம் மட்டுமே, அந்தப் பரிகாரமும் கிடைக்கத் தக்கதல்ல என தீர்மானித்து இந்த வழக்கு தள்ளுபடி செய்யப்படுகிறது' எனத் தீர்ப்பளித்தார்.

Pro-Kannada activists protest Nithyananda plan to take over mutt

Pro-Kannada activists on Sunday staged a protest in front of controversial self-styled godman Nithyananda's ashram, against his proposed move to take over a mutt in Bagalkot district, police said.

They said 30 activists of Karnataka Navanirmana Vedike protested in front of the ashram, burnt tyres and shouted slogans against Nithyananda and his proposed plan to take over the mutt. All of them were taken into preventive custody.

The activists also demanded that Nithyananda, who is facing various criminal cases, including rape, leave Karnataka. Nithyananda is facing a CID probe into charges of rape and criminal intimidation levelled against him in 2010 after some TV channels telecast purported video footage of the self styled godman in a compromising position with an actress.

The godman is already embroiled in some criminal cases, including rape and physical assault. His ashram was raided in June 2011 by police in the wake of a US-based woman alleging she was sexually abused by him over a five year period.

On October 19 last year, he was sacked by the senior pontiff as his successor of a 1,500-year old Saivaite mutt in Madurai, an appointment which had attracted widespread condemnation from various quarters including the Tamil Nadu Government.

Setback for Nithyananda: HC restores show-cause notice

CHENNAI: Spelling trouble for godman Nithyananda, a division bench of the Madras high court has stayed a single judge order quashing the state government's show-cause notice to take over his ashram at Tiruvannamalai. 

A bench comprising Justice Elipe Dharma Rao and Justice M Venugopal stayed the single judge order dated January 30, on a writ appeal filed by the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR&CE) department, and issued notices on Thursday. 

On October 11, 2012, the department issued a show-cause notice asking the administrators of Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam why the ashram should not be taken over in view of violation of trust conditions and other issues such as collection of donations from devotees. 

Assailing the notice, the ashram approached the high court saying it was not a Hindu religious institution, as it taught yoga and meditation, besides having Buddha idols inside the premises. 

On January 30, Justice Chandru allowed the petition of the dhyanapeetam manager Nithya Prananada, saying, "The fact that some Hindu idols were found in the trust would not make it a Hindu institution, since for its consecration, no agamas were followed. The mere presence of the flagpost does not make it a Hindu religious institution." 

In its appeal, the department said the single judge should not have entertained the petition as it was only a show-cause notice calling for explanation from the ashram authorities. It said, "Taking advantage of the order, the ashram may continue to perform activities of religious nature and conduct rituals". 

The department has to remain a mute spectator to the illegalities at the ashram, it said, adding that following the footsteps of Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam, there is every chance that other similar institutions throughout the state will flout rules and the department will not be able to take action against them, the appeal said.

Protests against Swami Nithyananda go on in Hubli

Tension gripped towns including Mahalingpur, Mudhol, Jamkhandi and Badami in Bagalkot district on Wednesday in the wake of the alleged takeover of the Mahalingeshwara mutt by the controversial Swami Nithyananda of Bidadi. Thousands of devotees from all over Karnataka and Maharashtra rushed to the mutt and condemned the take over by Nithyananda. Allaying the fears of his devotees, Shivayogi Rajendra Swami assured that he would not hand over the mutt to Nithyananda. However, this assurance failed to convince devotees, who continued to protest. Devotees like Prabhu Hatti, Yellappa Bhavikatti and Mallanagouda Budihal warned the swami not to do any further transactions without their  consent. Meanwhile, a group of protesters foiled an escape attempt of the swami by stopping his car as he tried to leave the mutt premises. A board was installed at the entrance of the mutt warning people of a fine of `25,000 if they attempted to meet the swami. Devotees of the mutt are worried that the followers of Nithyananda may try and sneak into the mutt to meet the swami. Further, reports claim that a few followers of Nithyananda, who had come to Mahalingpur to meet the swami, had returned, scared by the protests. Plaint against Nithya Bidadi police have received a complaint against Nithyananda, accusing him of trying to ‘buy’ the Mahalingeshwara mutt. Bangalore: Godman Nithyananda in controversy, yet again

March 6: It seems that controversies and self-styled godman Nithyananda share a good rapport with each other. He has landed in an another controversy, yet again. 

This time the swami made headlines with his statement where he claimed that he would become the in-charge of Mahalingeshwara Mutt in Jamakhandi, Bagalkot in Karnataka. However, sources from the century-old mutt refused to accept such reports calling it a mere "rumour".Shivayogi Rajendra Swamiji, the head of the mutt which was established in the 11th century, slammed Nithyananda for spreading such "rumours". 

The controversial swami Nithyananda earlier was sacked as the successor of the mutt head of Madurai Aadheenam, a 1500-year-old Saivite mutt. His appointment as junior pontiff of the mutt invited criticism from across the country including Tamil Nadu government. Putting an end to all controversies, Madurai Aadheenam chief Sri Arunagirinathar, the 292nd head of mutt, on Oct 19 announced Nithyananda's removal from the post. Arunagirinathar, who had faced tremendous criticism over his decision of appointing the self-styled controversial godman as his successor, seems to have learnt a lesson from deeds. 

Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment department on Thursday moved a court seeking removal of Arunagirinathar himself for violating the tradition of the mutt. This move compelled Madurai Aadheenam chief to sack Nithyananda. However, while informing about his latest decision, Arunagirinathar was quoted as saying, "You know better. I have sought police help because I feel my life is threatened due to the stay of the disciples of Nithyananda (in the mutt here)." 

The head of the Madurai mutt was opposed as Nithyanada has been embroiled with controversies including rape and abduction charges. The self-styled godman hogged limelight worldwide for the first time when a video allegedly featuring him along with a South Indian actress in a compromising position went viral on the internet and TV. பெங்களூர்: சர்ச்சை நாயகன் நித்தியானந்தா மீண்டும் ஒரு மட சர்ச்சையில் சிக்கியுள்ளார். மதுரை ஆதீனத்திற்குள் இளைய ஆதீனமாக புகுந்து பின்னர் வெளியேற்றப்பட்ட அவர் தற்போது கர்நாடக மடம் ஒன்றைக் கைப்பற்றக் கிளம்பியுள்ளதாக சர்ச்சை வெடித்துள்ளது. இதையடுத்து அவருக்கு எதிராக லிங்காயத்து சமூக மக்கள் போராட்டத்தில் குதித்துள்ளனர். தனக்கென ஒரு தனி மடம் அமைத்து டிவிகளில் உரை நிகழ்த்திக் கொண்டிருந்த நித்தியானந்தா, நடிகையுடன் அந்தரங்கமாக இருந்ததாக வீடியோவில் சிக்கி பெரும் சர்ச்சைக்குள்ளானார். இதுதொடர்பாக பல்வேறு வழக்குகளும் பாய்ந்தன. நித்தியானந்தா கர்நாடகாவிலிருந்து தப்பி ஓடினார். பின்னர் கைது செய்யப்பட்டு சிறையில் அடைக்கப்பட்டார். தற்போது அவர் பெயிலில் வெளியே வந்து நடமாடிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார். இடையில் மதுரை ஆதீனத்தின் நட்பைப் பெற்று மதுரை ஆதீன மடத்தின் இளைய ஆதீனமாக அறிவிக்கச் செய்து அனைவரையும் அதிர வைத்தார். ஆனால் இந்தப் பதவி நீண்ட நாட்களுக்கு நீடிக்கவில்லை. அரசுத் தரப்பிலிருந்து நெருக்கடி வந்ததும், நித்தியானந்தாவை பொறுப்பிலிருந்து நீக்கி விட்டார் மதுரை ஆதீனம் அருணகிரிநாதர். இதையடுத்து தற்போது அமைதி காத்து வரும் நித்தியானந்தா, கர்நாடகத்தில் உள்ள ஒரு லிங்காயத்து சமூகத்தின் மடத்திற்கு மடாதிபதியாக முயற்சிப்பதாக பரபரப்புச் செய்திகள் வெளியாகியுள்ளன. கர்நாடக மாநிலம் பாகல்கோட் மாவட்டம், ஜமகண்டி என்ற இடத்தில் உள்ள மகாலிங்கேஸ்வரா மடம். 100 ஆண்டு பழமையான மடம் இது. இந்த மடத்தின் மடாதிபதி பொறுப்புக்கு வர முயற்சிக்கிறார் நித்தியானந்தா என்பதுதான் பரபரப்புச் செய்தியின் சுருக்கம். இந்த மடத்தின் மடாதிபதியாக தற்போது சிவயோகி ராஜேந்திர சுவாமிஜி என்பவர் இருக்கிறார். இவர் சமீபத்தில் பிடதி ஆசிரமத்திற்குப் போனதாகவும், அங்கு நித்தியானந்தாவுடன் முக்கியப் பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தியதாகவும், அப்போது மகாலிங்கேஸ்வரா மடத்தின் தலைவராக நித்தியானந்தாவை நியமிக்க முடிவெடுக்கப்பட்டதாகவும் செய்திகள் வெளியாகியுள்ளன. இதையடுத்து கர்நாடகத்தில் பரபரப்பு ஏற்பட்டது. பாகல்கோட்டில் போராட்டங்கள் வெடித்தன. மடம் உள்ள பகுதியில் கடையடைப்பு நடத்தப்பட்டது. மக்கள் போராட்டங்களில் குதித்தனர். நித்தியானந்தாவை மடத்துக்குள்ளும், ஊருக்குள்ளும் விட மாட்டோம் என்று மிரட்டினர். அதேபோல லிங்காயாத்து மடாதிபதிகள் பலரும் ராஜேந்திர சுவாமிஜியை போனில் தொடர்பு கொண்டு கடுமையாக கண்டனம் தெரிவித்ததாக தெரிகிறது. இதையடுத்து இந்த விவகாரம் தொடர்பாக ராஜேந்திர சுவாமிஜி கருத்து தெரிவித்தார். அவர் கூறுகையில், இது வெறும் வதந்தியே. அப்படிப்பட்ட எண்ணம் ஏதும் எனக்கு இல்லை. நித்தியானந்தாதான் இதுபோன்ற வதந்தியைப் பரப்புகிறார் என்றார். அதேபோல நித்தியானந்தாவும் இந்த செய்தியை மறுத்துள்ளார். உண்மை என்னவோ தெரியவில்லை..!

நித்தியானந்தாவிற்கு கவுரவ பட்டம் அளித்ததற்கு எதிர்ப்பு!

அலகாபாத், பிப். 15 - கும்பமேளாவுக்குப் போன நித்தியானந்தா, அங்கே சாதுக்களிடையே சண்டையை மூட்டி விட்டு வந்திருக்கிறார். கும்பமேளா என்பது ஆன்மீகத் திருவிழாவாக இருந்தாலும் இந்து மதத்தைக் காக்க தற்கொலைப்படையாக செயல்படும் அகாடாக்களில் இடம்பெற்றுள்ள சாதுக்களின் சங்கமமாகவே இருந்து வருகிறது. 

இம்முறை கும்பமேளாவில் சர்ச்சைக்குரிய நித்தியானந்தாவும் கலந்து கொண்டார். அவர் சாரட் வண்டியில் போய் புனித நீராடியதன் பின்னணி இப்பொழுது அம்பலத்துக்கு வந்துள்ளது. அகாடாக்களில் முக்கியமானது நிர்வாண சாதுக்களின் அமைப்பான மஹாநிர்வாணி என்பது. இந்த அகாடா சார்பில் நித்தியானந்தாவுக்கு மஹா மண்டலேஸ்வர் என்ற கவுரவ பட்டம் வழங்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது. இந்தப் பட்டத்துடன்தான் சாரட் வண்டியில் வெள்ளி சிம்மாசனத்துடன் போய் புனித நீராடியிருக்கிறார் நித்தியானந்தா. 

ஆனால் மஹா மண்டலேஸ்வர் என்ற பட்டம் கொடுத்ததற்கு பிற அகாடாக்கள் கடும் எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவித்துள்ளன. ஏனெனில் இந்த மஹா மண்டலேஸ்வர் என்ற பட்டம் பொதுவாக 13 அகாடாக்களுக்குமான தலைவர் பதவிக்குரியது. அப்படிப் பட்ட பட்டத்தை ஒரு சர்ச்சைக்குரிய சாமியாருக்கு கொடுப்பதா என்பதுதான் பிற அகாடாக்களின் கேள்வி. ஆனால் நிர்வாண சாதுக்கள் அமைப்போ, தென்னிந்திய சாதுக்களுக்கும் வட இந்திய சாதுக்களுக்கும் இடையேயான உறவை பலப்படுத்தவே மஹா மண்டலேஸ்வர் பட்டம் கொடுக்கப்பட்டதாகவும் இப்பட்டம் கொடுக்கப்பட்டதாலேயே அகாடாக்களின் தலைவராகி விடமாட்டார் என்றும் விளக்கம் கொடுத்திருக்கிறது.

மதுரை ஆதீனத்திற்கு எதிராக, மதுரை முதன்மை சப்-கோர்ட்டில், நித்யானந்தா

தரப்பிலிருந்து 2 வழக்குகள் தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டது.மதுரை ஆதீன சொத்துக்களை

அபகரிக்க, நித்யானந்தாவும், அருணகிரிநாதரும் முயற்சிக்கின்றனர்; ஆதீன

சொத்துக்களை அரசிடம் ஒப்படைக்க வேண்டும், என இந்து அறநிலையத்துறை ஆணையர்,

மதுரை முதன்மை சப்-கோர்ட்டில் மனு செய்திருந்தார்.இதற்கு ஆதீனம் தரப்பில்,

நித்யானந்தா நீக்கம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார். அவரோடு சேர்ந்து பதிவு செய்த

மதுரை ஆதீனம் அறக்கட்டளை பதிவை ரத்து செய்ய உத்தரவிடவேண்டும்; மடத்திற்குள்

நித்யானந்தா நுழைய தடை விதிக்க வேண்டும், என

தெரிவித்திருந்தார்.நித்யானந்தா, தன்னை நீக்கம் செய்யும் உரிமை

ஆதீனத்திற்கு இல்லை, என கூறியிருந்தார். இது தொடர்பாக 3 வழக்குகள் ஒரே

கோர்ட்டில் நடந்து வருகின்றன.இந்நிலையில், நேற்று நித்யானந்தா தரப்பில்

மேலும் 2 வழக்குகள் தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டது. இதில்,என்னை இளைய ஆதீனமாக

நியமித்த பின், பொறுப்பில் இருந்து நீக்கியதாக அறிவிக்க அதிகாரம் இல்லை.

இளைய ஆதீனம் என்ற முறையில் பூஜை செய்ய தடை விதிக்கிறார். என்னை மடத்தில்

நுழைய அனுமதிக்க வேண்டும், என ஒரு வழக்கு தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டது.மற்றொரு

வழக்கில், தம்பிரானாக திருச்சிற்றம்பலத்தை நியமிக்கும் உரிமை ஆதீனத்திற்கு

இல்லை. அதை செல்லாது என அறிவிக்க வேண்டும், என தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது.நீதிபதி

குருவையா வழக்கை பிப்., 15க்கு தள்ளிவைத்தார்.

Court Rejects Nithyananda's Petition: Green signal given to film "Satyananda"

A local court today showed green signal to the release of Kannada film "Sathyananda" which was stayed last year after self-styled godman Nithyananda alleged that the film was defamatory to him. 

 The 15th Additional City Civil judge Master R K N M S Mahaswamiji gave the go-ahead, subject to the condition that the title would be changed and certain portions of the film would be deleted before its release.

 The trial of the defamation suit filed by Nithyananda against the film will commence from March 26. 
Nithyananda has sought for Rs 3.5 crore along with exemplary damages from producer and director Madan Patel. 

 Sources close to Nithyananda indicated he would file an appeal in the High Court challenging the order.

Court Order on 'Sathyananda' IndiaGlitz [Saturday, February 02, 2013

The controversy leading to 'Sathyananda' Kannada and Telugu film by Madan Patel came up before the city civil court on Friday in Bangalore. The city civil court has instructed for change in the title and omission of a few scenes in 'Satyananda' film. The order has come up after hearing the complaint filed by Sri Nithyananda Swamy advocates. The order to change the title 'Sathyananda' and scenes related to Nithyananda Swamy have to be cut off.  The controversy related to this film in the court battle since 2011. The legal cell of Swami Nithyananda strongly objected to the film screening and filed a defamation case to the tune of Rs.5 crores. The stay order was also brought for the release of the film till the court verdict. Madan Patel questioned this at High Court of Karnataka. On the advice of High Court of Karnataka the city civil court viewed the film and passed order suggesting title change and omission of a few scenes that has direct remark on Swami Nithyananda.
