Chennai activist Kalyana Raman alleges Nithyananda is guilty, disputes reports exonerating him

ANI had earlier carried a report with the headline that read as follows: "Medical tests exonerate Nithyananda of rape charge? This update overrides the earlier story. (ANI)

Chennai, Oct.16 (ANI): Reacting to reports appearing in the media that recent medical tests carried out on self-styled god man Nithyananda by a government-run hospital in southern India have shown that he is incapable of committing rape, R. Kalyana Raman, a former Bharatiya Janata Mazdoor Morcha national secretary and media face of the BJP in Tamil Nadu, has rejected the findings of the "so-called tests" and the media report based on them, and claimed that followers of Nithayananda are seeking "attention from the Sangh Pariwar to get a reprieve" for the self-styled god man.

In a rejoinder to the report published by ANI, Mr. R. Kalyana Raman said, "I am fully acquainted with the case of Nithayananda. No right thinking person can let it happen. I remain in the service of this great nation and will fight against injustice, and, I see Nithyananda as criminal in a Sanyasi garb."

In his reaction and response to the earlier report, Mr. Kalyana Raman listed the following facts:

1.Medical test results of Nithyananda have not yet been released by the CID. They have been submitted in sealed cover, and the CID is likely to submit it to the court along with the final charge sheet, which is the normal procedure.

2. According to CID, the medical test report confirms that Nithyananda is capable (i.e. potent). So, the news that tests have found him to be incapable is absolutely false and malicious.

3. The Central Forensic Science Lab has confirmed in 2010 that the video of Nithyananda (seen with Mrs. Ranjitha) is authentic, that it is not morphed. The FSL report confirms that the persons in it are in fact Nithyananda and Ranjitha only.

4.Mr. Kalyana Raman further states that it is important to note that Nithyananda has been circulating four reports, allegedly prepared by the FBI in US, which have found the video to be morphed.

"A careful review of those four reports will show that the original video was never really available to Nithyananda. So, the four agencies have only tested some video found on YouTube. Clearly this is not an authentic reliable forensic report. Secondly, the experts are not FBI, but independent forensic experts who evaluate anything for a fee," he maintained.

5. Nithyananda made all of his victims and close disciples to sign a sex contract.

6. Nithyananda confessed to whistle blower Lenin in 2010 about his sexual acts. The audio confession between Nithyananda and whistle blower Lenin is part of the charge sheet. Several other witness statements in the charge sheet also confirm the same. In 2010, Nithyananda himself confessed to several witnesses that he had relationship with several women.

Press Release by Lenin - Clarifying Nithyananda's False News

Yesterday a very damaging false news has been published by ANI, claiming that Nithyananda's medical test reports confirm that he is impotent, and that the rape charges are false! There are several false, defamatory and misleading statements, which are clarified below.
 

I assume that a reputed and responsible media like ANI will NOT intentionally mislead the public with some vested interest or hidden motive. But it appears from the news article that your office has not verified with the CID re. the (false) informations given by Nithyananda. Here are the facts for your information:

1. Medical test results of Nithyananda have NOT yet been released by the CID. They have been submitted in sealed cover and CID is likely to submit it to the court along with the final charge sheet, which is the normal procedure.

2. According to CID (you can clarify with DGP, CID, 080-22256963) the news that medical test reports have found Nithyananda to be incapable of sexual acts is absolutely false & malicious.
 
3. As per Supreme Court orders, identity of Rape victims must NOT be exposed in media. It is quite shocking to see a reputed media like ANI mentioning the victim's name and blatantly assassinating her character.

It is deplorable to see ANI becoming a tool in the hands of rape accused & publicly attacking a rape victim, at a time when the entire nation is standing against rapes and rape laws have been strengthened to help victims to find speedy justice. In this very Nithyananda case, even the Hon'ble Supreme Court had ordered Nithyananda to stop delaying the case, and instead to go to trial soon and come out clean.

4. Please see attached FSL report. Topmost forensic lab in the country, Central Forensic Science Lab has confirmed in 2010 itself that sex video of Nithyananda is authentic, it is NOT morphed. Nithyananda's alleged US forensic reports are questionable as he does not have the original video.

5. Nithyananda made all the victims and close disciples to sign a sex-contract. Please see attached sex-contract (Non-Disclosure Agreement), refer underlined sections in pages 8, 9 and also pages 4 & 5.

6. Nithyananda confessed to whistle blower Lenin in 2010 about his sexual acts. See attached Audio confession between Nithyananda& whistle blower Lenin. In 2010, Nithyananda himself confessed to several witnesses that he had relationship with several women.

ANI has done great disservice not only to the victims in the case, but has tremendously misled the trusting public to repose faith in a fake Godman, a rape accused, a cult leader, even before tile court has examined the case in detail in a trial and even before Court can give a just verdict.

It is absolutely essential and expected that as a responsible media you immediately withdraw the article with completely false & misleading information. Further ANI is obligated to the public to clarify the facts with accurate information from the real source such as CID and based on actual documents in the chargesheet.

Please do the needful without further delay to undo the great damage done to the public and to Hindus.

Bengaluru: Controversial self-styled godman Nithyananda, along with five other accused, appeared before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court (CJMC), Ramnagara on Wednesday. The case came up for hearing around 11.30 am and went on till around 12.45 p.m. It was adjourned to October 27.

It was the 3rd Additional Sessions Court Ramanagara that was hearing the case, but as presiding officer Manjula was on leave, the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court Ramanagara was directed to hear the case and a special public prosecutor was appointed. “As the case was called, the accused, Nithyananda, and five others filed bail petitions. As the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court was an in-charge court, the case was adjourned to October 27 for objections to be filed by the prosecution,” said Mr K. Gopal Rao, Senior Assistant Public Prosecutor, CJM Court.

Though Nithyananda agreed to a potency test following a Supreme Court order, the godman refused to take the very injection that was crucial to determine the potency of an individual. He claimed to the doctors in Victoria Hospital that he would suffer a cardiac arrest if he was injected with the drug.

He was also adamant in not taking the injection as it was not mentioned in the court order. The interim potency test reports and voice test results were handed over by the medical team from Victoria Hospital and the Forensic Sciences Laboratory in Madiwala to the CID officials recently.

An NRI filed a rape complaint against Nithyananda in 2010, alleging that she was repeatedly sexually assaulted over five years in Nithyananda’s ashram and was threatened with dire consequences if she revealed it to anyone.

Then Karnataka Chief Minister D.V. Sadananda Gowda in June 2012 had ordered the arrest of Nithyananda after several of his followers appeared on vernacular Kannada TV news channels and accused the godman of exploiting them sexually. Cases of rape and unnatural sex were registered against Nithyananda and five others at the Bidadi police station.

               Medical test reports have been handed over to the CID. The reports have clearly proved that he is potent & capable. He did not cooperate fully for the medical tests, but initial tests for which Nithyananda had consented have already proved him to be capable of sexual acts.  Nithyananda through his PR team is giving false news and spreading it through the media.

              Once the final charge sheet is filed, the real medical test reports will be known. Then the whole world will know the truth. Truth will surely win in the court, no matter how much false news and false propaganda the cult team does. Lets wait & watch the rape trial.

Today, 15/10/2014 the 1st hearing for Nithyananda rape case began in the trial court at Ramnagar. In Nov 2010 Karnataka CID had filed charge sheet against Nithyananda for rape and against his 5 secretaries for abetment & consiracy. Charge sheets are filed based on 2 victim statements and a total of 136 witnesses. Nithyananda & his secretaries had filed petition in the High Court to quash the charge sheet. Nithyananda had also refused to cooperate with the police for his medical test and voice test. 

The Hon'ble Hgh Court of Karnataka dismissed all their petitions on 16/7/2014 and ordered Nithyananda to subject himself to the medical test & voice test. The Hon;ble juge had also noted the long delay of 4 years while the case wa still pending without trial.

Nithyananda and his cult team appealed to the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India for reject the High Court order. But on 3/9/2014, the Hon'ble Supreme Court upheld the High Court order and confirmed once again that Nithyananda must cooperate with the investigation, he must subject himself to medical & voice tests. That all accused must face trial and come out clean soon!

Based on the High Court order, on 8/9/2014, Nithyananda was subjected to medical & voice test. Amidst high drama, Nithyananda refused to consent for most important test and it has been reported that he also did not cooperate with the voice test, intentionally disguising his voice during the tests!

Despite all their efforts to delay & derail the case against Nithyananda, a special prosecutor has been appointed (4th prosecutor) and on 27/8/2014 the case was committed to proceed to trial in the Sessions court from 15/10 onwards.

Today, as the Hon'ble Sessions judge, Justice Manjula is on leave, the case had come before the CJM Hosagowdar.

Nithyananda Building Golden Temple to Save His Illegal Ashram Land - Samaya News

Samaya News exposes one more sham by fraud godman Nithyananda Swami. Nithyananda has instructed his disciples to construct a new golden Shiva temple in his Bidadi ashram, under the Banyan tree in the ashram. The temple will be built on 24 acres of land!! But the strange thing is - only 2 acres of the 24 acres is legally valid land. The remaining 22 acres of his ashram land is under scrutiny from the Govt for blatant land law violations! 22 acres of agricultural land, which is strictly meant ot be used only for agricultural purposes has been illegally used by Nithyananda for commercial business activity (in the guide of Hindu sprituality). Nithyananda is earning crores each month by misusing these agricultural lands to conduct his expensive programs for the rich, NRIs and foreigners.

Karnataka Law requires that agricultural land MUST NOT be used for any other purpose, unless prior permission is obtained after applying for the land conversion. Nithyananda does not have any such permission. The Disctrit Commissioner has refused to grant him such permission and denied his application. The DC's office already gave a report in 2012 that all the buildings (including the Gurukul) are illegal and must be demolished. Despite all these existing violation, Nithyananda continues to make a mockery of the law & the Government by now starting new temple construction  in the entire 24 acres.

It is clear that there is a master plan to use this new Golden Shiva temple as a means to somehow convert the 22 acres (currently having illegal constructions). It is one more example of Nithyananda misusing Hinduism & Hindu temples to fool the govt. and  to save his ashram land from being taken over or demolished.

Nithyananda Urine Test Reveals DRUGS, His Medical Test and Voice Test Fraud Exposed!

ETV Kannada News exposes yet another fraud committed by so-called Godman Nithyananda on his medical test and voice test, with a clear motive to cheat the test and escape from the law. Nithyananda's urine test reports have been delivered to the CID. The reports indicate that Nithyananda must have taken some drugs before his tests. Although doctors instructed him to coe on an empty stomach for his tests, it appears that Nithyananda may have taken some ayurvedic medicine to alter the results of the tests.

Voice test results have also been handed over to the CID. Nithyananda was given a page to read a few times during the voice test. But it seems he manipulated his voice and recorded the same thing once reading like a child, another time in high pitched voice and again in regular male voice. Clearly, he seems to have done everything possible to confuse the investigators and forensic experts, so that they will not find a match between his phone confession (recorded) to whistle blower Lenin and the recently recorded voice samples.

It is clear from these that Nithyananda is doing everything possible to delay & derail the case and the investigations, rather than cooperating with investigation & proving himself innocent in court through a trial!

Nithyananda's Gurukul is unsafe for children, reports Karnataka Child Welfare Commission.Government of Karnataka must take strong action against it, not only because it is illegal, but also because it is a danger to the society as Nithyananda is creating an army of brainwashed children who worship him as GOD and will do anything for him. Swami Nithyananda's Voice Test Reports Sent To CID - TV9

Forensic Science Labs have handed over the results of Nithyananda's voice test. It has been given in a sealed cover to the CID. Now the CID will proceed with further action and submit these test results to the court as part of their investigations.

The voice test was required to forensically authenticate a phone conversatin between Nithyananda and the whistle blower Lenin Karuppan in 2010. In that conversation Nithyananda has confessed that he had relationship with women, but there is nothing legally wrong because they (himself & the woman) are 2 adults. He also justified his actions by claiming that Swami Vivekananda had similar relationship with Sister Nivedita, Ramakrishna Paramahamsa had relationship with Sarada devi, Many great masters in the past had similar relationships with women, so there is nothing wrong in it, and he is also just like them. Finally he begs Lenin to remain silent about his sexual acts, he says he is working very hard to silence the whole thing, before it becomes a big issue!

I asked why not Nithyananda meet the boy’s parents and say a few words to console them, but Dhanasekhar told me that it is not necessary, I should console the parents and manage it myself! Then after we left, Nithyananda and his secretary Dhanasekaran repeatedly called and instructed that the family should burn the body instead of burying it. After 1 week again Nithyananda and Dhanasekaran called and followed up they told me to monitor the family and watch who they talk to or what they are saying.
