Nithyananda lands in Trouble Suvarna News

Karnataka Chief Minister, Shri Siddharamiah has ordered investigation of illegal land holdings in Nithyananda's Bangalore ashram (at Bidadi). Out of the 40 acres of agricultural land occupied by the Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam ashram at Bidadi (Bangalore), only 2 acres have been legally converted from agricultural land for commercial purposes. So legally, Nithyananda is authorised to use only those 2 acres of land for all his non-agricultural (ashram) activities, including constructing all his buildings there. However, as documentary evidence has clearly revealed, remaining 38 acres are still agricultural land and is being illegally used by Nithyananda for commercial purposes. The Ramnagar DC had notified Nithyananda's ashram in 2012 about this illegality and demanded a response to this misuse of agricultural land. பெங்களூர்: பிடதி ஆசிரமத்திலிருந்து நித்தியானந்தா வெளியேற வேண்டும் என்ற கோரிக்கையுடன் கன்னட அமைப்பு போராட்டத்தில் குதித்துள்ளதால் மறுபடியும் நித்தியானந்தா வெளியேற வேண்டிய சூழல் உருவாகியுள்ளது. பெங்களூர் அருகே உள்ள பிடதியில் நித்யானந்தாவுக்கு ஆசிரமம் உள்ளது. மதுரை மடாதிபதியின் இளைய ஆதினமாக நித்யானந்தா நியமிக்கப்பட்டதால் அவர் மதுரை வந்து பதவி ஏற்றார். ஆனால் அதற்கு கடும் எதிர்ப்புக் கிளம்பியதால் அந்தப் பதவியிலிருந்து நித்தியானந்தாவைத் தூக்கினார் அருணகிரிநாதர். அதன் பிறகு 

திருவண்ணாமைலையிலும், பிடதியிலுமாக கேம்ப் மாறிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார். நேற்று நீண்ட இடைவெளிக்குப் பின்னர் பிடதி ஆசிரமத்திற்கு நித்தியானந்தா வந்தார். அவருடன் வழக்கம் போல ஆதரவாளர்களும் கும்பலாகப் போனார்கள். அங்கு அவர் அருளுரை என்ற பெயரில் தனது ஆதரவாளர்களிடையே பேசினார். இந்த நிலையில் நித்தியானந்தா வந்திருக்கிறார் என்ற தகவல் பரவியதும் கர்நாடக நவநிர்மான் சேனா என்ற அமைப்பைச் சேர்ந்த நூற்றுக்கணக்கானோர் அங்கு திரண்டு வந்து நித்தியானந்தாவே வெளியேறு என்று கூறி போராட்டத்தில் குதித்தனர். மேலும் அங்கிருந்த பேனரில் இருந்த நித்தியானந்தா படத்துக்கும் கரியைப் பூசி குதூகலித்தனர். கடைசியில் போலீஸார் வந்து அனைவரையும் அமைதிப்படுத்தி கலைந்துபோகச்  செய்தார்கள்.

மதுரை: மதுரை ஆதீனம் மடத்தின் புதிய தம்பிரான் திருச்சிற்றம்பலத்திற்கு மொட்டை அடிக்கப்பட்டு, தீட்சை அளிக்கப்பட்டு, காதில் வளையம் மாட்டப்பட்டது. அவர் எப்படி எதிர்க்க முடியும்? அவரைத் தான் நீக்கிவிட்டேனே. அவருக்கும், மடத்திற்கும் சம்பந்தமில்லை. திருவாவடுதுறை ஆதீன மடத்தின் சம்மதத்தோடு, இங்கு திருச்சிற்றம்பலம் வந்துள்ளதால், யாரும் எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவிக்க முடியாது.

In yet another allegation against Swami Nithyananda, who came into the limelight for his alleged sex scandal a few years ago, a 40-year-old businessman and his wife from Thiruchengode filed a cheating complaint against him with the district collector on Wednesday.

T.A.S. Senkothavel, 40, and his wife Suganti, 35, said that they had run the IT firm Janani Infotech Company and were both disciples of the spiritual guru. “We admired his oration and yogic skills and agreed to set up a website for the ashram to lure prospective students for his yoga training course,” Senkothavel said.

Following approval from Nityananda, Senkothavel designed and developed a website promoting the yoga course that was being conducted at the organisation.

“During the time of building the website, they agreed to pay us Rs 4,730 for each membership got through the website. However, we have not got any money from the firm as yet,” the complainant said.
Senkothavel claimed that the ashram owed him approximately Rs 14 lakh for the work they had rendered.

“When we approached the ashram officials, they chased us away and refused to make any payment. Even the police whom we approached asked us not to pursue this case any further and said that they were too big to fight,” Senkothavel said.

“We were also threatened by the goons hired by Nityananda,” he alleged.Namakkal SP Sathyapriya told Deccan Chronicle that they had received the complaint from the Collector and a team headed by a DSP was making preliminary investigations.
