All 6 accused in Nithyananda case appeared in Ramnagar Chief Judicial Magistrate court today and the case was committed to the Sessions court for trial proceedings to begin shortly. All accused executed committal surety (a guarantee that they will appear at the Sessions court for further proceedings and trial). The application by the accused raising various objections to the committal (on flimsy grounds) was rejected by the Chief Judicial Magistrate.
