Bangalore: A former key aide of Nityananda has alleged the self-styled godman was threatening witnesses, including him, and victims of his "sleaze activities".
Nityananda, against whom CID have recently filed a chargesheet for crimes such as rape and unnatural sex, was also "intimidating probable witnesses and victims by threatening to file cases against them", Lenin claimed.
Lenin, who had deposed against Nityananda before the police, alleged that many ex-devotees had realised the "truth about Nityananda and left him after the scandal. Many have thanked me and personally supported me, but because of Nityananda's continuing threats and pressure they are afraid to come out openly and testify".
Lenin accused the self-styled godman of spreading "false propaganda and misinformation" that he was being funded by some Christian groups and television channels to do sting operations.
He claimed he had an audio recording of Nityananda "begging him to return to his ashram and not to report anything to the authorities".
Lenin also charged Nityananda with collecting huge tax free money for his non-profit foundation (Dyanapeetam) and investing it in hedge funds and companies.
The former disciple said he was not exposing Nityananda for any "personal gain" but only to save others from being "trapped in the dangerous cult".
Nityananda was arrested from Himachal Pradesh after TV channels telecast visuals showing him in a compromising position with an actress.

ReplyDeleteOne does not need to disable the logical mind of at least Nithya to get something out of him. Guess you guys knows there is something called a third-degree. Nithya is as such is a coward and afraid of all things that he will be screwed up in it. What the CID needs to do is capture all these heavy weight enlightened guys and make it sure - no bail for 3 months. Give each of them 3rd degree, all truth will roll down - its very difficult to bear. They should be treated like a common criminal. It then makes victims to come forward and give open statements. There is no VIP status for criminals - shame on the Indian Administration and Justice Dept. Why is the court granting a bail when they are certain they are intimidating victims. Just capture all. All please stand up and say - we don't wanna see a justice like Bhopal Gas leak after 24 yrs, we wan it right away.
ReplyDeleteThere's no need for any narcotics test. The truth has been revealed again and again. Nithyananda has told so many lies that one has lost count of them. And I don't believe the narco tests are 100% accurate.
ReplyDeleteThe allegations are serious and the situation worrisome. We can see the cult members getting agitated these days. Their heckling and trespassing in the press conference is just the beginning. If one goes through the press articles, there is no doubt that the cult members have been given a directive to respond to th articles. They are claiming that Vinay Bharadwaj (Vimalananda??) is a pedophile. Things are in a full swing and it get difficult to figure out what happens next.Some things are sure. More nasty things are going to come out. Nithy's reputation is now a few notches above Hitler's. And the local populace is getting restless about what they see as blasphemy towards the deities, scriptures, traditions etc. It is possible that they may storm the Bidadi Ashram and lynch the cult members. The sooner the cult members come out with the truth and repent, the better it is for all of us.

ReplyDeleteI really admire your guts. I hav been a disciple for a while. I have learned many good things through the life bliss meditations. But i have been in deep shock and personal issues because of the news break. Sometimes I think what's wrong with him having sex. But the audio clip of him begging you will really help me and other disciples to get more clarity on his true face. Please upload the audio. And believe me, this will take your stand more strong.
