Not any more. With the court’s go-ahead, the CID has chosen July 30 to put the controversial godman through a battery of tests at Victoria Hospital to prove (or disprove) that he is capable of indulging in sex, a CID source said. The doctors will have no restrictions and will be allowed to conduct any test they feel necessary on Nithyananda, another CID source said. “A notice has already been served to Nithyananda to be present on the morning of July 30 at the CID headquarters, from where he will be taken to Victoria Hospital under tight security. If he fails to turn up for the tests, the CID will have no option but to move court to cancel his bail. So, we are sure that he will turn up this time,” the source added. What are the tests a man has to go through to prove he’s impotent? Considering the sensitivity of the case, details pertaining to the panel of doctors who will be carrying out the tests on Nithyananda are kept highly confidential to check any attempts to influence them, sources said. Normally, along with the blood samples, the bone marrow is also tested to assess the hormone levels. 

But in Nithyananda’s case, it could go beyond this and several tests will be conducted over three-four days. These include: Blood test, supplemented with semen analysis, thyroid analysis and the use of erectionstimulating drugs. Nithyananda will first undergo a physical examination which will tell doctors if his sexual organs have been operated on. “Then, they will look at the possibility of erectile dysfunction. Then comes the semen analysis in which semen motility, semen count and semen appearances are tested. The sperm count and quality will throw light on whether the person is impotent. If he meets minimal standards in each of these tests, he will be considered potent,” Dr K Shastri, a city-based physician said. An analysis of the thyroid – a major regulatory hormone – will also throw light on his infertility. “Injecting erection-stimulating drugs is another important way to test if one is potent. An impotent person will never develop an erection even if he is injected with such drugs,” Dr CAshwath, a physician, said. Testosterone, FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone), LH (luteinizing hormone) are some other tests to determine impotence. The results of these tests will be produced in court and will determine the course of investigation into the case filed against him by onetime confidant Lenin Karuppan. “If the tests do not prove his impotence, Nithyananda will be in trouble,” another source added.

Bangalore, July 18: Self-styled godman Swami Nithyananda will undergo potency test on July 30, Crime Branch-CID sources said here.
In 2010, Swami Nithyananda had claimed that he was impotent and unable to perform sexual intercourse with any female.

Nithyananda’s former driver Karuppan had brought out an alleged sex CD of the swami with a Tamil female actor.





Not sure whther the godman is telling the truth or just trying to escape rape charges, the CB-CID has decided to subject him to medical tests.

The state police had  written to the Victoria Hospital top brass to constitute a medical board to examine him.

“We do not want one doctor testing him and later Nithyananda countering it", said a police official.

Meanwhile, the  Ramanagaram court, before which Nithyananda was produced, granted the CID the go-ahead for conducting the medical test.

It also gave the nod for a voice test to know if his voice matched with that in the audio samples submitted by Nithyananda’s detractors.

Nithyananda had submitted a medical report by a private doctor which claims he is impotent.

Meanwhile, the CID has decided not to arrest Nithyananda for conducting these tests. Once the board is formed, they will send him a notice asking him to voluntarily appear for the tests.

“If he fails, then the question of arresting him will arise,” sources said.

Nithyananda’s Misrepresentations and False Allegations Against Aarthi Rao Clarified

Nithyananda has made slanderous attacks on the victim Aarthi Rao (alias Ma Nithyananda Premeshwari Mayi) for speaking out against him, just like he has attacked every person who publicly spoke out against him in the past! Below is a clarification to these allegations shared with the press, which we received recently. Our prayers and support to her and her family, and to all other victims and witnesses.

Nithyananda’s Misrepresentations and False Allegations Against Aarthi Rao Clarified 

Following are facts to clarify the various misrepresentations and false ideas spread by Nithyananda and his supporters about Aarthi Rao.

· Allegation: A US court has given a money judgment against Aarthi Rao for theft of trade secrets, fraud, etc.

Fact: This is a LIE. There is NO SUCH judgment against Aarthi Rao by the US court. This case is still OPEN. This can be verified by anyone from US court website (case no. RIC1105004 filed in Superior Court of California at Riverside County).

By Nithyananda’s own admission his programs teach simple, time-tested techniques taken from various past masters like Patanjali and Osho. Moreover, all their meditation and yoga techniques have been published and widely circulated by the Nithyananda ashram as books, CDs, DVDs and even provided free of cost on their own website. What is this “trade secret” which Nithyananda alleges she has stolen? 

· Allegation: She is ABSCONDING and hiding from the law.

Fact: Absolutely Not. She has been lawfully defending herself in the only summon she has received in the USA. She has been facing grave threats to her physical safety since charge sheet was filed with her victim statement. She has reported these threats to the India and US authorities. In addition, now based on lawyer’s advise to seek legal protection she will be filing for AB. Once her safety can be ensured, legally and physically she will make herself available and address the press. 

· Allegation: She is an educated person from BITS Pilani, What took her so many years to complain?

Fact: Unfortunately CULT removes all reason and independent will of its members. As Aarthi reported in the charge sheet and explained in her interviews: exactly this question is what drove her to depression and suicide; but after learning about cults she realized she is a victim of cult brainwashing, which removed her logical thinking. She realized later that it was not just her, but so many other educated devotees including psychologists, doctors, businessmen were brainwashed and exploited to give up their wealth, their services and their life to Nithyananda mission. They all regretted it later. Please see attachments for a case study of an educated woman who was abused in a cult for 20 years before she realized and left. · Allegation: She carries a dangerous disease like HIV and came to ashram only for healing. Her healing request has been recorded on video.

Fact: Nonsense. Neither she has any ailment like HIV AIDS nor she went to ashram for any healing. Nithyananda is challenged to make the alleged healing videos public, it will be confirmed that she never made any such request for healing. She was only interested in social service and spirituality, that’s the only reason she dedicated her life as a volunteer in Nithyananda mission. She will be willing to take any medical test if and when required in the main trial.

· Allegation: She was only a causal visitor to ashram and never been in personal service of Nithyananda.

Fact: RIDICULOUS! Nithyananda gave her the name “Ma Nithyananda Premeshwari Mayi”, and made her one of the few privileged “Mothers”. Only 20 women out of thousands in Nithyananda mission have been given this privilege by Nithyananda. In an email sent to her as recently as Feb 2010 (through personal secretary Ma Gopika), Nithyananda thanked her for all her service and wanted desperately to talk to her. Moreover, according to Nithyananda’s complaint against her in USA - she was not just a volunteer in the mission, she was trained and selected to teach meditation, yoga, conduct satsangs as an organizer in USA and even travelled with Nithyananda! 


Aarthi has enough photo, email and other evidences to prove she was a closely connected and hence Nithyananda’s allegations are false. Please see one example email attached. 

· Allegation: To avoid facing such a (money) judgment Aarthi Rao filed for bankruptcy, but court dismissed it for failure to appear

Fact: NOT TRUE. Aarthi Rao was forced to file for insolvency (bankruptcy) only because she has absolutely no money, she lost nearly 30 lakhs ($60,000) in just 6 months of fighting the false case. Only due to threat to her personal safety, she could not attend the hearing in person.

· Allegation: She is avoiding deposition when US court offered security

Fact: FALSE. The judge said very clearly Aarthi was not avoiding deposition since she was willing to appear by phone due to safety concerns. Unfortunately, the court granted security only within the court premises, but the threat to her safety is outside the court. Because of such serious concerns about her physical safety from Nithyananda’s henchmen who are desperate to silence her (as Ma Gopika, Nithyananda’s personal secretary, has been silenced for last 2 years), she has been unable to physically attend deposition.

· Allegation: She has given same complaint to USA police, which they have investigated and closed as false

Fact: LIE. She has given complaints to more than 5 agencies in USA, including police, prosecutors and FBI. Most are still investigating her complaint (please see evidence attached). Only 1 prosecutor informed her that the matter must be reported to the police for investigation (which she already did). Further he added that since the accused (Nithyananda) is not in USA and because the accused is already being prosecuted for similar charges in India, it is unlikely that the prosecutor’s office will pursue the complaint. Clearly, the complaint was not closed as false, as misrepresented by Nithyananda. 

· Allegation: She is facing serious charges in USA for child abuse.

Fact: Absolutely shocking!! She has no knowledge of such a complaint as she has not been contacted by any US police in this regard (although the same police has her contact information from her own complaint). This must be one more false complaint filed to harass and intimidate her into silence.

Similar false case has been used to arrest victim Vinay Bharadwaj when he was talking to KA CID. In the (false) civil complaint filed against her, Nithyananda’s organization 1st claimed she molested some children, and later amended it to molesting some unknown woman. US lawyers were surprised and puzzled to see such unrelated criminal allegations in a civil complaint. But to Aarthi it was a clear threat that she will face some kind of molestation case and suffer the same fate as Vinay Bharadwaj, if she continued to speak out against Nithyananda. 

Nithyananda, using his supporters, is clearly misusing the court systems both in India and in USA to harass, intimidate and also to bring down her credibility as a key prosecution witness in the criminal trial in India. These are clear examples of brutal witness intimidation (through his clever manipulations).

Nithyananda’s ex-disciple rubbishes his claims

Through a CD, Nithyananda’s former disciple Arathi Rao has denied the allegations the swami has levelled against her. She said he is spreading rumours about her.

As Arathi has gone into a hiding, her father Sethumadhav Rao held a press conference in the city on Friday and distributed the CD containing her message. In her message, Arathi has stated that she is not suffering from herpes 2—a sexually transmitted disease—and Nithyananda was spreading such rumours only to keep her quiet. She said she was willing to undergo a medical test.

She said she cannot step out as there is a threat to her life from Nithyananda. Nevertheless, she said, she would not be cowed down and fight till her last breath.

Her father said Nithyananda has accused her of blackmailing him (that she would make public an “explosive” CD of his) and making a huge amount of money by disseminating his techniques through her private yoga classes.

Veena of Spandana, an NGO that is supporting Arathi, said the organisation would soon file a PIL in the high court regarding huge donations that Nithyananda had been receiving for his offshore ashrams. Further, she said an American newspaper had reported about the swami’s links with Sri Lanka’s banned militant outfit, LTTE. She said all these angles should be investigated.

Nithyananda threatens mutts with legal action

MADURAI: The nomination of self-styled godman Nithyananda as the 293rd pontiff of the centuries-old Madurai adheenam is snowballing into a war between various mutts in Tamil Nadu.

A day after religious heads met at Dharmapuram adheenam in Mayiladuthurai and adopted a resolution demanding the removal of Nithyananda as the 293rd pontiff, the controversial godman shot back with a warning of legal action against the Dharmapuram adheenam.

Nithyananda, who held a hurriedly organised press conference at the Madurai mutt premises on Wednesday, said the mutt heads who passed a resolution at Dharmapuram adheenam did not give him an opportunity to explain his nomination as pontiff before demanding his removal.

"They have not sought the self-explanation from Madurai adheenam or me in person before passing the resolution. Let them give an opportunity to explain ourselves and if they are not convinced I am ready to resign the appointment," he said.

As the recent resolution passed by other adheenams has deeply hurt the sentiments of Nithyananda and his disciples, they have decided to approach the court with various sections on criminal conspiracy, defamation and promoting enmity between groups.

"The sentiments of the disciples are hurt by the attitude of other adheenams and they have decided to approach the court. We are giving 10 days' time to repeal their resolutions, else the disciples of Dhyana Peetam in Bidadi near Bangalore have decided to stage a hunger fast in front of the Dharmapuram adheenam. They have also decided to send 1,000 letters signed with blood demanding legal action against the religious heads, who passed the resolution," Nithyananda said.

Nithyananda also contented that the caste controversy raised by other adheenams was not right. "Without understanding the original caste background, the adheenams are making it an issue," he quipped. He also mentioned the protests against him by a few outfits as the handiwork of adheenams which did not approve his appointment.

"Henceforth, they will be responsible if some untoward incident happens due to these protests," he mentioned. Nithyananda also assured that in no way, he will cause any damage to the properties of Madurai adheenam but will aspire to increase the property values. He also mentioned that he had disclosed the asset values of Nithyananda Dhyana Peetam in Bangalore and will disclose the asset value of Madurai adheenam as well.

Madurai adheenam 292nd pontiff Arunagirinatha Desikar said, "As many as seven pontiffs of Madurai adheenam have been from the Nithyananda's caste. So it is not an issue in choosing him as my successor."

Protest against godman grows strident

CHENNAI: The protests against the anointment of controversial godman Nithyananda as head of the Madurai Adheenam, a Shaivaite mutt, gained momentum on Monday with Hindu outfits threatening to approach the court for a solution. Several Hindu outfits and other mutts across the state are planning a joint campaign. The 1,500-year-old adheenam has more than 1,000 acres of land and other properties under its control.

Defending the appointment, the present pontiff of the mutt, Arunagirinatha Desikar, said on Sunday that "a divine voice" had prompted him to name Nithyananda, who was caught in a sleaze tape controversy two years ago, as his successor. The Hindu Makkal Katchi is planning to bring together like-minded groups and heads of other adheenams on May 10 in Madurai for a meeting. The Hindu leaders will also address a public meeting the same day.

"We are planning to move vacation bench of the Madras high court against the appointment, which is against all traditional procedures. Appointing a controversial person as head of the Madurai Adheenam is a disgrace to all other adheenams," said Arjun Sampath, general secretary of the Hindu Makkal Katchi, a breakaway group of the Hindu Munanni.

There are around 18 adheenams across the state, many of which control Shiva temples. Though the state-run Hindu religious and charitable endowments (HR&CE) department is the custodian of these temples, the heads of mutts are the traditional trustees and take care of the day-to-day administration and rituals.

"A big chunk of the income from these temples, including hundi collections, also goes to the adheenams," said Tamil research scholar T M Selvaganapathy. "Their main activities include administration of temples under their control, managing schools and colleges run by the mutts and publishing religious books and periodicals."

The Madurai mutt is the oldest among the adheenams. Contrary to popular belief, Shaivaite saint Thirugnana Sambandar (8th century) did not establish this adheenam, said temple research scholar Ooran Adigal. "Sambandar was invited for a debate against Jainism and he won the debate. He stayed on at the mutt and it came to be called Sambandar Adheenam," he said.

The major problem faced by many adheenams is finding appropriate successors. "Earlier, there used to be many tambirans (junior pontiffs) in each adheenam. But now, not many are ready to become a pontiff, renouncing worldly pleasures. That is the reason why the present Madurai pontiff has chosen a controversial person to head the organization. But the proper procedure is to train juniors and hand over charge to them when the pontiff is not able to carry out his duties due to ill-health or other reasons," said Ooran Adigal.

While the state government does not have full control over the mutts, they have to submit audited accounts to the HR&CE commissioner every year. "Under the HR&CE Act, the state gets a share of the temple incomes and oversees administration. We cannot interfere in the appointment of heads of these adheenams as they are governed by their own rules and regulations," said a senior state official.

Nithyananda gave a press meet in Chennai on 15th March, and claimed he has forensic reports that claim the video is edited. A nationally renowned Forensic Expert, Padma Bhushan Prof. Dr. P. Chandra Sekharan states very clearly that he examined the video and found no editing or morphing in it.

Dr. Chandra Sekharan is a renowned forensic expert, who was consulted in a criminal case regarding a movie allegedly involving "Miss Jammu Kashmir". In that case, alleged porn movie had received conflicting opinions from 2 different forensic labs. To resolve the confusion, Dr. Chandra Sekharan was consulted and he confirmed that the video was doctored. Based on his video authentication as a forensic expert, she was acquitted.

Dr. Chandra Sekharan categorically denies any editing, altering or morphing of the scandal video and confirms it is authentic, contrary to Nithyananda's claims. He also further stated (in another interview) that "the videos that Nithyananda gave for testing in the US may have been edited, certainly the video tested by US experts and the CID are not the same".

Edward J Primeau’s Report on Nithyananda tape is farfetched

The noted Indian Forensic Expert Padma Bhushan Prof Dr P Chandra Sekharan has commented that “the expert opinion of the American Audio Forensic Expert Edward J Primeau on Nithyananda tape is farfetched” in as much as he could not have had access to the original tape. The original video in tape was made by Nithyananda’s driver Lenin Karuppan aka Dharmananda. This tape only can technically be called original or genuine. All the other copies made out in compact discs (CD) are only duplicates and many multi generated CDs were prepared from the first generation CD. “The electronic gadgets the experts use to examine these CDs will certainly show signs of editing and other inherent defects of reproduction” says Prof Sekharan.

Edward was right in saying that the video he had examined (obviously in CDs) are not genuine and authentic. But he has exceeded his limit and passed judgement by saying that ‘the video to be excluded from any factual relevance to the events that appear to be happening’. Wherefrom then the events appear? From wilderness! An expert cannot make inferences. In fact according to Edward’s very own words, I quote “Many times the video evidence being submitted in litigation is good as a standalone exhibit and a video forensic expert is not needed. It is mostly the defense that is guilty of wasting money and complicating a case”. It is indeed very sure that the ‘American Expert as well as our CFSL have examined two different evidence materials and not the same one in this case’ asserts Prof Sekharan

கருநாடக மாநிலக் காவல் துறை தயாரித்துள்ள குற்றப் பத்திரிகையில் நான் கிருஷ்ணனாம், நீ என்னோட கோபிகையாம்! என்ற வசனத்தை தம் பக்தைகளிடம் அடிக்கடி சொல்லக் கூடியவர் இந்த நித்யானந்தா! என்று குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது என்றால், இந்த வார்த்தைகளுக்குள் வழிந்தோடும் ஆபாசம் என்ன என்பது வெளிப்படை!.

நித்யானந்தா தான் செய்யும் காம வெறியாட்ட ஆபாசங்களை சட்ட ரீதியாக ஆக்கிட செய்திருக்கும் ஏற்பாடு இந்த ஆசாமி எவ்வளவுப் பெரிய ஆபத்தானவர், ஆபாசக்காரர் என்பதற்கான ஆதாரமாகும்.

தன் பக்தைகளிடம் இந்த வகையில் ஒப்பந்தம் போட்டுக் கையொப்பம் வாங்கி வைத்து விடுவார். பாலுறவு மூலம் மோட்சத்தை அடைய முடியும் என்று அந்த ஒப்பந்தத்தில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இது போன்ற ஆபாசமான தகவல்கள் 430 பக்கங்களைக் கொண்ட அந்தக் குற்றப் பத்திரிகையில் இடம் பெற்றிருக்கின்றன.

இப்பொழுதுகூட ஜாமீனில்தான் வெளியில் வந்துள்ளார். வழக்கு பெங்களூரில் நீதிமன்றத்தில் நடந்து கொண்டிருக்கும் இக்கால கட்டத்தில் வழக்கைப் பாதிக்கும் வகையிலும், சாட்சிகள்மீது தனது செல்வாக்கைத் திணிக்கும் தன்மையிலும் பேட்டி கொடுத்திருப்பது சட்டப் பார்வையில் சரியானதுதானா?

ஜாமீனை ரத்துசெய்து மீண்டும் அவரை சிறையில் தள்ளுவதற்கு சட்ட ரீதியாகவே வாய்ப்பு இருக்கிறது. நீதிமன்றத்தில் தாக்கல் செய்யப் பட்டுள்ள வீடியோ போலியானதல்ல என்று அறிவியல் ரீதியாக சோதிக்கப்பட்டு, அதிகாரப் பூர்வமாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இதனை கருநாடக மாநிலக் காவல்துறையும், அட்வகேட் ஜெனரலும்கூட கூறியுள்ள நிலையில் அது போலியானது என்று சாதிக்கப் பார்க்கிறார் நித்யானந்தா. பெங்களூரில் நீதிமன்றத்தில் அதனை நிரூபித்து வெளியில் வர வேண்டியது தானே சம்பந்தம் இல்லாமல் சென்னைக்கு வந்து ஆர்ப்பரிப்பானேன்?

ஆண்டவனுடன் அவர் பேசும் (?) ஆன்மீக சக்தி எங்கே போயிற்று? எதற்காகக் காவல்துறையிடம் புகார் கொடுக்கிறார்?

18 மாதங்களுக்குப் பிறகு நித்யானந்தா சென்னைக்கு வந்து செய்தியாளர்களைச் சந்தித்து இருப்பதும், குறிப்பிட்ட ஊடகங்கள்மீது காவல் துறையிடம் புகார் கொடுத்திருப்பதும் ஊடகங்களை அச்சுறுத்தும் வகையில் பேசி இருப்பதும் எதன் அடிப்படையில்?

தமிழ்நாட்டில் ஏற்பட்டு இருக்கும் ஆட்சி மாற்றம் தங்களுக்கு சாதகமாக இருக்கும் கை கொடுக்கும் என்ற தைரியத்தில்தான் இது நடந்திருக்கிறது என்ற கருத்து நிலவுகிறது. இந்த நிலை தமிழக அரசுக்குப் பெருமை சேர்ப்பதாகாது மாறாகக் கெட்ட பெயரை ஏற்படுத்தக் கூடியதுமாகும். அரசியல் கண் கொண்டு பார்க்கப்படக் கூடிய பிரச்சினையும் இது அல்ல என்பதைச் சுட்டிக் காட்ட விரும்புகிறோம்.

ஜெகத் குரு என்று சொல்லப்படுகிற சங்கராச் சாரியாரையே கைது செய்து சிறையில் அடைத்த துணிச்சலுக்குச் சொந்தக்காரராகக் கருதப் படுபவர் முதல் அமைச்சர் ஜெயலலிதா.

அதே நிலைப்பாட்டில் நித்யானந்தா விவகாரத்திலும் நடந்து கொள்ளக் கடமைப்பட்டுள்ளார். பெண்களை மய்யமாக வைத்து குற்றம் சுமத்தப் பட்டுள்ள ஒருவரின் விஷயத்தில் பெண்ணாக இருக்கக் கூடிய முதல் அமைச்சர் கூடுதல் கவனத்துடன் கடமை ஆற்ற வேண்டும் என்பது பெரும்பாலான நாட்டு மக்களின் எதிர்பார்ப்பாகும்.

ஒழுக்கக்கேட்டுக்குத் துணைப் போக கூடாது. எல்லாவற்றிலும் அரசியல் பார்வை என்பது எதிர் விளைவைத்தான் ஏற்படுத்தும்.

இந்த வகையில் நித்யானந்தா மீதான வழக்கு விசாரணையைத் துரிதப்படுத்தித் தீர்ப்பு வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்பதை வலியுறுத்தியும், வழக்கு நிலுவையில் இருக்கும் பொழுது விசாரணையைப் பாதிக்கும் வகையிலும், சாட்சிகளை அச்சுறுத்தும் தலைமையிலும் சென்னைக்கு வந்து பகிரங்கமாக பேட்டியளித் தது கண்டிப்பாக நீதிமன்ற அவமதிப்பு செயல் என்பதால் ஜாமீனை ரத்து செய்து மீண்டும் அவரை சிறைக்கு அனுப்ப வேண்டும் என்று வலியுறுத்தியும் திராவிடர் கழக மகளிரணி மற்றும் இளைஞரணி சார்பில் வரும் 23ஆம் தேதி அன்று மாவட்ட தலைநகரங்களில் திராவிடர் கழகம் ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் ஒன்றை நடத்தும் என்று அறிவிக் கப்படுகிறது.

கழகத் தோழர்கள் மக்கள் மத்தியில் இந்தப் பிரச்சினையைக் கொண்டு சேர்க்கும் வகை யிலும், கருநாடக அரசு மற்றும் தமிழ்நாடு அரசுகளின் கவனத்தை ஈர்க்கும் வகையிலும் இந்த ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தை எழுச்சியுடன் நடத்துமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள். இவ்வாறு கி.வீரமணி கூறியுள்ளார்.

Nithyananda’s sleazy video ‘authentic’

Forensic experts have confirmed that an amorous video allegedly showing Paramahamsa Nityananda alias Rajasekharan with a woman is “authentic” and there is no evidence of tinkering or fabrication, as claimed by the tainted godman.

Official sources told The Tribune that Forensic Science Laboratoy, Delhi, had done authentication test on two memory chips carrying the lewd video and found it genuine. DIG, CID, Bangalore, Charan Reddy told The Tribune that the case was at a sensitive stage and declined to comment, saying he had not received the report yet.

The recorder was hidden in his private room and captured the bits of his colourful life during three days, December 23 to December 25, 2009. Police sources said they had sent two chips and a DVD, which was basically a duplicate of the content of the chips, and the report has nailed the swami’s lie that it was fabricated.

CP Singh, a leading forensic expert in audio-visual field and working with FSL, Delhi, was asked to probe the swami’s visuals because of his proven expertise. With it being clear that the video was authentic, the next logical step would be the police asking the forensic experts to check if it was indeed Nithyananda in the video.

The DIG said they were first interested about the authenticity of the video and would check the veracity of swami’s presence once they got the report. Though circumtantial evidence, including the fact the recording occurred in his private room, leaves not much room for doubts about the identity of the man, sources said.

After being on run for weeks, the self-styled godman was arrested from a Himachal Pradesh village, 50 km off Shimla, on April 21.

Nithyananda Ranjitha Case – Lenin Gets Anticipatory Bail

Lenin (Dharmananda) has been granted anticipatory bail in a private complaint filed by Actress Ranjitha in Karnataka. Ranjitha had filed a private complaint with several false allegations against the whistleblower Lenin (Dharmananda) on 30^th Dec 2010. Later, the Ramanagar Magistrate took cognizance of the offenses, although the allegations of attempted rape and molestation were not taken cognizance.

Meanwhile, Lenin (Dharmananda) approached the Ramanagara Sessions Court for an anticipatory bail. Lenin’s advocate Mr. Christopher argued strongly for granting Anticipatory Bail, in light of the several false criminal complaints filed against the whistleblower, ever since he filed a complaint against Nithyananda in Mar 2010. After hearing all arguments, the honorable Justice Rudramuni has passed an order granting Anticipatory Bail for Lenin (Dharmananda).

Since the Nithyananda scandal came to light in Mar 2010, several serious false allegations have been filed against the whistleblower Lenin (Dharmananda) and several other key witnesses in Karnataka and Tamilnadu. Ranjitha has filed the same complaint in Chennai with the Commissioner of Police. Nithyananda ashram manager Sri Nithya Atmapraba has also filed a complaint against Lenin and other witnesses in Chennai. According to the official website of Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam, there is one more complaint filed in Varanasi against the key witnesses.

RANJITHA; COMPLAINT PROCEEDINGS STAYED

Proceedings stayed
The High Court on Thursday stayed further court proceedings against Lenin Karuppan, the complainant in the sex scandal involving self-styled godman Nithyananda.

A lower court in Ramanagara had taken cognisance of offence against Lenin and others, based on the private compliant filed by actor Ranjitha, accusing the former car driver of Nithyananda, and his two associates, of extortion and acts intended to insult the modesty of women.

The three accused, as per the private compliant by the actor, are charged under the Section 354, 384, 506 and 509 of the IPC. Lenin had approached the high court challenging the action of the Ramanagara court.

நித்யானந்தாவை மக்கள் புறக்கணிக்க வேண்டும்

சேலம் : தவறான அறிவுரைகள் வழங்கி வரும் நித்யானந்தாவை பொதுமக்கள் புறக்கணிக்க வேண்டும் என பெரியார் தி.க. தலைவர் கொளத்தூர் மணி வலியுறுத்தியுள்ளார். இதுகுறித்து அவர் நேற்று சேலத்தில் நிருபர்களிடம் கூறியதாவது: பெரியார் திராவிடர் கழகம் சார்பில் நாளை கல்வி உரிமை மீட்பு மாநாடு சேலத்தில் நடைபெற உள்ளது.

குதிப்பதுதான் குண்டலினியா?

திருவண்ணாமலையில் ராஜசேகரன் என்ற ஒரு இளைஞன். சிறு வயதிலேயே வீட்டை விட்டு ஓடி காவிகளுடன் அலைந்து திரிந்தான். அந்தக் காவிகளின் எல்லாப் பழக்கங்களும் தொற்றிக்கொண்டு நான்தான் ரமணரின் அவதாரம் என்று கூறிக்கொண்டு நித்யானந்தா என்று புதுப்பெயர் சூடிக்கொண்டான்; ஆசிரமம் அமைத்தான். சாமியார் தொழில்தான் எப்போதும் நல்லாக் கல்லாக் கட்டும் தொழில் ஆயிற்றே. கல்லாப் பெட்டி நிரம்பியது. பக்தி வியாபாரம் படு ஜோர். காலத்திற்குத் தகுந்தவாறு நவீனத் தொழில் நுட்பங்களைக் கையாண்டு பக்த கோடிகளைச் சேர்த்துக் கொண்டார். பேச்சில் வல்லவராகப் பேசப்பட்டார். அப்படிப் பேச இவரே பணம் கொடுத்து பலரையும் கிளப்பிவிட்டார். புத்தகங்கள் போட்டார். பல எழுத்து வியாபாரிகள் பணம் பெற்றுக்கொண்டு எழுதிக் கொடுத்ததையெல்லாம் இவரது பெயரிலேயே வெளியிட்டுக் கொண்டார். கதவைத் திற காற்று வரும் என்று முன்னணி ஏட்டில் தொடரும் வந்தது.

ஒரு மார்க்கெட் இழந்த நடிகை ஆசிரமத்தில் அடைக்கலமானார். அவரே சாமியாருக்குப் பணிவிடைகள் செய்தார். இது நித்யானந்தாவே  சொல்லிய வாக்குமூலம். ஆசிரமத்துக்குள் சிக்கல் உருவாக சாமியாரின் அந்தரங்கம் சி. டி.யில் பதிவாகி இந்தியத் தொலைக்காட்சி வரலாற்றில் முதல்முறையாக ஒளிபரப்பானது. நக்கீரன் பத்திரிகையில் நித்யானந்தாவின் உண்மை முகத்தை அவரது சீடர் லெனின் கருப்பன் என்ற தர்மானந்தா வெளிக்கொணர்ந்தார்.

ஒரு ஆணுக்கு ஒரு பெண் துணை தேவைதான். அதனை உலகம் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளும். ஆனால், பிரமச்சரியம் பற்றிப் பேசியவர் அப்படி இருக்கலாமா என இந்து மதத்தினரே கேள்வி எழுப்பினர். நித்யானந்தா மீது பாலியல் குற்றச்சாட்டுகள் எழ இவரது பிடதி ஆசிரமம் கருநாடகாவில் இருப்பதால் வழக்குப் பதிவானது. சில நாள் வட மாநிலங்களில் ஓடி ஒளிந்து பின் கைது செய்யப்பட்டு சாமியார் கம்பி எண்ணினார். அவருடன் இருந்த நடிகை ரஞ்சிதாவோ தலைமறைவானார். வழக்கில் ஜாமீன் பெற்று ஆசிரமம் திரும்பியவருக்கு தமிழகத்தில் ஆட்சி மாற்றம் ஏற்பட்ட தைரியம் இங்கு பேட்டி கொடுக்கும் அளவுக்கு வந்தது.

கடந்த ஜூலை 13 அன்று எல்லா பத்திரிகையாளர்களையும் அழைத்து, தனது தரப்பு கருத்துகளைச் சொல்லிய நித்யானந்தா அந்த சி.டி.யில் இருப்பது நான் இல்லை; அது முழுக்க போலியானது; என்னிடம் பணம் பெற பேரம் பேசப்பட்டது; இதையெல்லாம் காவல்துறையிடம் புகாராக அளித்துள்ளேன் என்று கூறினார். இவ்வளவு பேசியவர் நமது உண்மை நிருபரின் எந்தக் கேள்விக்கும் விடை அளிக்கவில்லை. இன்னும் சிலர் கேட்ட தனது சொத்து விவரம் குறித்த கேள்விக்கும் விடை சொல்லவில்லை. ஆதாரத்தைத் தருகிறேன் என்று கூறியவர் அதனைத் தராமலேயே பேட்டியை முடித்தார். நித்யானந்தா ரஞ்சிதாவுடன் உள்ள வீடியோவை உலகமே பார்த்துவிட்டது. youtube இணைய தளத்தில் ஒரு பகுதியை மட்டுமே பல லட்சம் பேர் பார்த்துள்ளனர். டெல்லியில் உள்ள Forensic Science Laboratory, Govt. of NCT of Delhi ஆய்வு மய்யம் அந்த வீடியோவில் இருப்பது நித்யானந்தாவும் ரஞ்சிதாவும்தான் என்று சான்றிதழும் அளித்துவிட்டது. ஆனால், அப்பட்டமாகப் பொய் கூறும் இவர், இழந்த மதிப்பை - மரியாதையைத் திரும்ப மீட்க குண்டலினி யாகம் செய்யப்போவதாக அந்தப் பேட்டியின் போது கூறினார்.  அதன்படியே ஜூலை 15 அன்று அந்த நாடகத்தை தனது பிடதி ஆசிரமத்தில் அரங்கேற்றினார்.

பக்தர்களைக் கூட்டிவைத்துக் கொண்டு குண்டலினி யாகம் என்று கூறி மந்திரங்கள் ஜெபித்து கையை உயர்த்தி சைகை காட்டினார். ஏற்கெனவே பயிற்றுவிக்கப்பட்ட சிலர் கால்களை மடக்கி உட்கார்ந்தவாறே குதித்தனர். தவளை போலத் தவ்வினார்கள். இதுதான் குண்டலினி சக்தி என்பதுபோல நித்யானந்தாவும் சிரித்தபடியே உஷ்..உஷ்.. என்றார். ஆனால், சர்வசக்தி உள்ளதாகவும், தமக்கு எல்லா யோகாசனங்களும் தெரியும் என்றும் புற்று நோயையே குணப்படுத்தும் ஆற்றல் பெற்ற வித்தைகள் தெரியும் என்றும் பேட்டியில் பீற்றிக்கொண்ட நித்யானந்தா குண்டலினியைச் செய்துகாட்டவில்லை.
