The third additional sessions court in Ramanagar on Monday granted conditional bail to controversial godman Nithy- ananda and his five disciples.
The judge directed the accused to furnish a surety for Rs one lakh each and posted the matter to November 26.

Meanwhile, the counsel for the CID filed objections to the application filed by the godman’s advocate seeking details of the investigation. The CID contended that it had already furnished sufficient documents. The court adjourned the matter to Nov 11.

ராம்நகரம்: நித்யானந்தா மடத்தின் மடாதிபதி நித்யானந்த சாமி மீது  முன்னாள் பெண் சீடர் ஆர்த்திராவ் கொடுத்த பாலியல் புகார் தொடர்பாக  நித்யானந்த சாமி அவரது 5 சீடர்களுடன் ராம்நகரம் நீதிமன்றத்தில்  ஆஜரானார். விசாரணை நவம்பர் 26ம் தேதிக்கு ஒத்திவைத்தது.  கர்நாடக மாநிலம், ராம்நகரம் மாவட்டம், பிடதியில் உள்ள நித்யானந்தா  ஆஷ்ரமத்தின் மடாதிபதி நித்யானந்தர் மீது கர்நாடகாவில் பல  வழக்குகள் பதிவாகியுள்ளது. கடந்த 2 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு  ஆஷ்ரமத்தின் முன்னாள் பெண் சீடர் ஆர்த்திராவ் கொடுத்த பாலியல்  புகார் தொடர்பாக பிடதி போலீசார் நடத்திய விசாரணையில் தனக்கு  ஆண்மை சக்தி இல்லை என்று கூறியிருந்தார். அதை மறுத்த பிடதி  போலீசார், நித்யாந்தாவுக்கு ஆண்மை பரிசோதனையும், ரத்த  பரிசோதனை நடத்த அனுமதி கோரி ராம்நகரம் மாவட்ட அமர்வு  நீதிமன்றத்தில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்தனர். அதையேற்று பரிசோதனைக்கு  ஒத்துழைக்கும்படி நித்யானந்தாவுக்கு உத்தரவிட்டது. மாவட்ட அமர்வு  நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்பை எதிர்த்து கர்நாடக ஐகோர்ட்டில் மேல்முறையீட்டு  மனு தாக்கல் செய்தார்.

அம்மனு கடந்த ஆகஸ்ட் 16ம் தேதி ஐகோர்ட்டில் விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது.  அதை விசாரணை நடத்திய நீதிமன்றம் இந்த வழக்கை மனுதாரர்  கண்டிப்பாக சந்திக்க வேண்டும். ஆகவே வழக்குகளை ரத்து செய்ய  வேண்டும் என்ற கோரிக்கையை ஏற்க முடியாது. மேலும்  நித்யானந்தாவிடம் ஆண்மை பரிசோதனை செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று  போலீசார் விரும்பினால், அதை செய்யலாம். அதற்கு நித்யானந்தா  ஒத்துழைப்பு கொடுக்க வேண்டும். ஒருவேளை அவர் ஒத்துழைப்பு  கொடுக்க மறுத்தால் கைது செய்து பரிசோதனை செய்ய போலீசாருக்கு  அனுமதி வழங்குவதாக தீர்ப்பில் கூறியது. ஐகோர்ட் தீர்ப்பை எதிர்த்து  உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தில் மேல்முறையீடு செய்தார். அதை விசாரணை  நடத்திய நீதிமன்றம், நித்யானந்தாவின் கோரிக்கையை நிராகரித்ததுடன்,  ஆண்மை பரிசோதனைக்க ஒத்துழைக்க வேண்டும் என்று கடந்த மாதம்  4ம் தேதி உத்தரவிட்டது.

அதைத் தொடர்ந்து பெங்களூரில் உள்ள விக்டோரியா அரசு  மருத்துவமனையில் கடந்த மாதம் 7ம் தேதி நித்யானந்தாவுக்கு  ஆண்மை பரிசோதனையும், அதே நாளில் மடிவாளவில் குரல் சோதனை  நடத்தப்பட்டது. நித்யானந்தாவிடம் நடத்தப்பட்ட பரிசோதனை  அறிக்கையை கடந்த வாரம் டாக்டர்கள் கர்நாடக சி.ஐ.டி. போலீசாரிடம்  ஒப்படைத்தனர். இந்நிலையில் இவ்வழக்கு தொடர்பாக நித்யானந்தா  உள்பட 5 பேரும் அக்டோபர் 27ம் தேதி (நேற்று) நீதிமன்றத்தில்  ஆஜராகும்படி ராம்நகரம் ஜெ.எம்.எப்.சி. நீதிமன்ற நீதிபதி ஹொசகவுடர்  உத்தரவிட்டிருந்தார். அதன்படி, நேற்று காலை 11.30 மணிக்கு  நிதியானந்தா உள்பட அவரது 5 சீடர்கள் நீதிமன்றத்திற்கு வந்தனர்.  சி.ஜெ.எம்.சி. நீதிமன்ற நீதிபதி ஹொசகவுடர் முன் ஆஜராகினர். அதைத்  தொடர்ந்து பல்வேறு புகாரில் போலீசார் தன்னை கைது செய்யாமல்  இருக்க முன்ஜாமீன் வழங்கக்கோரி கடந்த மாதம் நித்யானந்தா தாக்கல்  செய்திருந்த மனு மற்றும் மூல வழக்கு விசாரணையை நவம்பர் 11,26ம்  தேதிக்கு நீதிபதி  ஒத்திவைத்தார்.

ಪ್ರಕರಣಧ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗಾಗಿ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ತನ್ನ ಐವರು ಅನುಯಾಯಿಗಳಾದ ಶಿವವಲ್ಲಭ ನೇನಿ, ಗೋಪಾಲ ಶೀಲಂ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ, ಧನಶೇಖರನ್, ಜಮುನಾರಾಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಗಿಣಿ ಜತೆಗೂಡಿ ಸೋಮವಾರ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಇದೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಡಿ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಐವರು ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು ಅ.15ರಂದು ಇದೇ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಮೀನಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಅಂತೆಯೇ ಸಿಐಡಿ ವಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಕೋರಿ ವಕೀಲರ ಮೂಲಕ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು.

பெண் சீடர் தொடர்ந்த கற்பழிப்பு வழக்கில் ராமநகர் கோர்ட்டில் நித்யானந்தா சாமியார் நேரில் ஆஜரானார். வழக்கு விசாரணையை அடுத்த மாதம் 26–ந் தேதிக்கு நீதிபதி ஒத்திவைத்தார்.

கற்பழிப்பு வழக்கு

பெங்களூர் அருகே பிடதியில் உள்ள தியான பீடத்தில் நித்யானந்தா சாமியார் நடிகை ரஞ்சிதாவுடன் நெருக்கமாக இருப்பது போன்ற வீடியோ காட்சிகள் வெளியாகி பரபரப்பை ஏற்படுத்தியது. மேலும் முன்னாள் சீடரான ஆர்த்திராவ் என்பவர் நித்யானந்தா மீது பிடதி போலீசில் கற்பழிப்பு புகார் கொடுத்தார். அதன்பேரில், பிடதி போலீசார் வழக்கு பதிவு செய்து, விசாரணை நடத்தினார்கள். பின்னர் சி.ஐ.டி. போலீஸ் விசாரணைக்கு வழக்கு மாற்றப்பட்டது.

இதுதொடர்பான வழக்கு விசாரணை ராமநகர் மாவட்ட செசன்சு கோர்ட்டில் நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. இந்த வழக்கில் நித்யானந்தா சாமியாருக்கு ஆண்மை பரிசோதனையும், மடிவாளாவில் குரல் பரிசோதனையும் நடத்தப்பட்டது. அந்த அறிக்கைகளை கடந்த 15–ந் தேதி ராமநகர் செசன்சு கோர்ட்டில் சி.ஐ.டி. போலீசார் தாக்கல் செய்தனர். அன்றைய தினம் வழக்கு விசாரணையை 27–ந் தேதிக்கு நீதிபதி ஒத்தி வைத்தார்.

அதன்படி, ராமநகர் மாவட்ட செசன்சு கோர்ட்டு நீதிபதி ஒசகவுடர் முன்னிலையில் இந்த வழக்கு மீண்டும் விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது. நித்யானந்தா சாமியார் தனது சீடர்களுடனும்,  காலை கோர்ட்டுக்கு வந்து நீதிபதி முன் ஆஜரானார். இதையடுத்து வழக்கு விசாரணையை அடுத்த மாதம் (நவம்பர்) 26–ந் தேதிக்கு நீதிபதி  ஒத்திவைத்தார்.

மேலும், பெண் சீடர் ஆர்த்திராவ் தொடர்ந்த வழக்கில் போலீசார் கைது செய்யாமல் இருக்க ஜாமீன் கேட்டு நித்யானந்தா தரப்பில் தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டு இருந்த மனு மீதான விசாரணையையும் நவம்பர் 26–ந் தேதிக்கு நீதிபதி தள்ளிவைத்தார். இதைத்தொடர்ந்து, கோர்ட்டில் இருந்து நித்யானந்தா சாமியார் தனது சீடர்களுடன் புறப்பட்டு சென்றார்.

VICTORY IN USA AGAINST NITHYANANDA’S INTIMIDATION AND HARASSMENT!

US court dismisses 3 frivolous cases filed by Nithyananda Swami and his agents against victim AarthiRao in Michigan, USA. The dismissal of the complaints filed in Michigan by Nithyananda’s followers is the most recent victory against witness intimidation and harassment. The complaints filed by Nithyananda, his followers and organizations, were regarding defamation, privacy violation, etc, demanding compensation to the tune of more than Rs. 120 crores!

Quoting from the submissions made to the US court:

“Plaintiff has initiated criminal charges against Ms. Rao in India based on the same allegations that she made in this case. Believing that the best defense is a good offense, Nithyananda and his followers have aggressively attacked Ms. Rao in an effort to discredit her. Not only have the pending criminal action and this civil action been started by the plaintiff, but Nithyananda and his assistant have filed a suit (13-93-NZ) in this Court based on the same events, and Nithyananda's foundation has also filed a complaint in this Court (13-157-NZ) based on the same events. The Life Bliss Foundation, which is tied to Nithyananda, also brought suit against Ms. Rao in California (RIC 1105004) on bogus charges of misappropriation of trade secrets. Ms. Rao was forced to abandon that suit due to a lack of financial resources.

Not content to have the Indian courts sort out this drama, Nithyananda and his followers are now attempting to use the United States court system to harass Ms. Rao. Three separate civilcomplaints have been filed against Ms. Rao in Michigan. The factual allegations in the threecomplaints are strikingly similar, and none of them allege any actions in Michigan. This aggressive use of the Michigan court system to deal with what are plainly Indian concerns must stop.”

After considering all the arguments, the Hon’ble David S. Swartz of 22^nd Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw, Michigan, USA dismissed all pending cases against AarthiRao filed by Nithyananda, his followers and various Nithyananda organizations .

It has also come to lightthat amalicious attempt was made to mislead the Hon’ble Michigan Court and obtain default/ex-party judgments against AarthiRao, without her knowledge, to the tune ofRs. 120 crores. Even though Nithyananda and his group were very well aware that AarthiRao was in India during Oct 2012 (as she was appearing live in local TV programs at that time to answer some of the allegations made against her), all court summons and notices were sent only to her USA address and the US court was misled to believe that she was properly informed (when in fact she had absolutely no idea of the complaint nor about the summons, till the last minute). Further misrepresenting that AarthiRao was ignoring the summons, the court was moved to give a default judgment (i.e. without properly hearing her side) for compensation of more than Rs. 120 crores. 

AarthiRao is the victim and prime witness in the charge sheet CC No. 204/2010, filed by Karnataka CID in Nov 2010 against Nithyananda and his 5 secretaries. Over the past 2½ years, after the charge sheet was filed in 2010, at least 13 criminal and civil cases have been filed in retaliation by Nithyananda, directly or through his followers and organizations, against AarthiRaoin India and USA. What could be Nithyananda's motive behind filing so many false/frivolous complaints in so many courts, and pressing for default judgments? Is it to harass AarthiRao legally & financially by forcing her to appear in so many different courts? Is it to use these cases to pressurize her into silence, in exchange for some peace of mind? Or is it merely to collect as many judgments against her from as many courts as possible (without a proper trial where all the facts can be examined by the court), 

so that the judiciary, authorities and public in India can be misled to believe that she is guilty of several crimes in various courts, thereby discrediting her as a victim/witness during Nithyananda’s trial in India. It’s probably all of these. Remember Nithyananda's notorious press meets in Jun 2012, where he claimed that AarthiRao was convicted of fraud by a California court; but in reality there is no such judgment even as of May 2013. This clearly brings out their malafide intentions.It is not surprising that his organization and his secretaryGopal Reddy Sheelum (@ NithyaBhaktananda) were found guilty of fraud by a California court after trial for two years.

Needless to say, such continuing harassment can devastate any individual financially and mentally;butAarthiRao continues to bravely stand and fight for the truth and the social cause of exposing a fraud!

Dhyanapeetam told to maintain status quo

CHENNAI

The Madras High Court has ordered maintenance of status quo in respect to Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam in Tiruvannamalai. Justice K Chandru ordered status quo while passing interim orders on a writ petition from controversial godman Nithyananda, seeking to quash an order dated October 11 this year of the assistant commissioner, HR&CE, Tiruvannamalai.
This order proposed to bring the Peetam under the purview of the HR&CE and asked the Peetam to submit explanation as to why action should not be initiated against it under the HR&CE Act.
Justice K Chandru, before whom the writ petition and an application arising out of the petition, came up on Monday, ordered maintenance of status quo by both the parties.
The HR&CE application sought to restrain the Peetam from changing the nature and character of the institution.
The Peetam contended that it would not come under the provisions of the HE&CE Act, as it was not a temple of worship. It was only a religious public charity trust, it claimed.

Nithyananda raises objections to Madurai Adheenam suit

In an unexpected move, Nithyananda has raised objections to the original suit filed by the Madurai Adheenam before the Principal Sub-Court, seeking its help to dissolve a trust he created in collaboration with Nithyananda.

On Saturday, when the case was posted before judge Guruvaiyah, Nithyananda’s counsel raised objections to Arunagirinathar’s case.

The Madurai Adheenam filed the suit after the sub-registrar of Madurai South refused to cancel the trust’s deed. In an interim prayer, the Adheenam also requested the court to restrain Nithyananda and his followers from entering the mutt.

On Thursday, the judge directed the State to file a counter affidavit and posted the case for Saturday for disposal. Nithyananda’s lawyers said they required time to file a counter affidavit to the original suit. Following this, the judge adjourned the case to Tuesday for further hearing.

Addressing reporters, Arunagirinathar’s lawyers said that they would decide on the next move after seeing the nature of objections raised by Nithyananda in his counter affidavit.

மதுரை ஆதீன மடத்திற்குள் நித்தியானந்தாவும், அவரது ஆட்களும் நுழைய தடை விதிக்கக்கோரி மதுரை ஆதீனம் அருணகிரிநாதர், மதுரை சார்பு நீதிமன்றத்தில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்துள்ளார்.

RS. 1000 FOR NITHYANANDA'S FRAUDULENT BLESSINGS

I will go by the name of Chandru, lest Nithyananda may get after me for expressing certain findings and  truths, given his reputation. I belong to a very backward Barber community. I was fortunate enough to get a university degree in psychology and a Govt. job with the help of my village land lords and scholarships. I have recently retired.

In the last 2 years, Nithyananda has become a master of controversies. I was baffled at his never say die attitude. I admired his rustic elocution skills and knowledge base. I got an opportunity to visit his Temple/Ashram near to Shamshabad Airport, Hyderabad, when messages were circulated by his organizers, announcing that he was visiting and personally giving blessings in the KALPATARU programme on November 9, 2012. I was just curious to know and find out for myself the truth behind the Infamous Incarnation and the nature of his organization. I was asked to report at 2.00PM.

I reached Satamrai village, 4 KM before Shamshabad, Hyderabad, a bit early, to find out details of the Temple/Ashram of Nithyananda from the village elders and connected people. I was told that the Temple on a land of about 4.5 acres was built by a wealthy and pious lady whom they addressed as Sujata Amma. Sujata Amma owned about 125 acres of land there, and she dedicated a small part of it to her favorite Goddess Rajarajeshwari, I was told. “She donated or gifted the temple to Nithyananda about 6 years back and that Nithya had promised the lady and her family that he would start a free school for poor children and also a Vedic study center (Veda Patashala). Infact Nithya publicly announced the same during the ceremonial takeover. Though built by her, it was deemed as their village Temple. Nithya has let them down badly. He did nothing, except throwing the existing Brahmin pujari's and replacing them by his Brahmachari's. Their first act was to install a marble statue of Nithya, in the sanctom sanctorium ( Garbagudi) in front of the Diety of DEVI and fill up the whole space with Nithya's photos and books, all for sale. Business was started in all earnestness. The Brahmachari's knew no sloka's nor any mantras. They just kept the place clean, cleaned and dressed the deity's and performed the aarathi both morning and evening. Their job was to promote Nithya as an enlightened master and an Avatar of Shiva. None were familiar with Temple worship. Even now, there is no one with any knowledge of mantras and temple worship. No one visits the temple”, said the villagers.

When the Nithya's sex tape was shown on TV's in 2010, the Temple was attacked by the villagers who wanted to takeover the same. But the donors family including Sujata Amma restrained the villagers and assured them that Nithya has promised to return the Temple. Sadly this never happened. The first thing that Nithya did after coming out of jail was, to take an injunction from the court, restraining the Donor, her family members, the village surpanch and village leaders from entering the Temple by making the usual false allegations of land grabbing against the family members and village leaders. Sujata Amma died last year, a sad lady not being allowed to enter the Temple she built for her DEVI. Many villagers have seen her, parking her car near the main gate of the Temple and paying her respects to her DEVI from the main gate. The village head says that this is the Nithya Rakshasa the world should know and they are unanimous in calling Nithya a sexual pervert and a fraud. Sujata Amma died last year, but not before filing a suit against Nithya and his trust to cancel the gift deed. I was also told that one Shailendra and his wife both staunch devotees of Nithya have been appointed as head of the Temple and are in charge now. They incidentally belong to my community. I was also told that Nithya targets only the rich for donations to further his ambitions. Having heard all this from the villagers, I was apprehensive about attending  the programme. But I forced myself to fulfill the task of understanding Swami Nithya and his ways.

The place is kept clean. The hall in the basement was used for the programme. We were registered, about 20 of us in all, by filling a form which states their address in Canada and which has too many legal clauses (I am enclosing the same)  on a payment of Rs1000.00 and invited for a simple lunch. The first dampner was we were told that Nithya was in Slovakia and he would be available only on a 2 way video connection. They were quick to add, dont worry about that, Swami transforms into a KALABHAIRAVA and his energy will be the same. The Temple head and his wife were assisted by some local devotees. We learned that all instructions are given by a core group under Swami. It seemed that the group in Hyderabad were the second circle leaders of Swamy. As expected, before the programme started, there was a talk in groups about the Divinity of Swami. A story of a snake performing a puja in Bidadi Ashram was recited. We were also told that the very spirit of Swami transforms and he no longer is Swami, instead becomes the KALABHAIRAVA. In this exalted state, He can see your past births, present and future. He has a capacity for Akashic Readings. Only the chosen ones are blessed to get this opportunity. I recall, I was told on the phone, please pay in to our A/C in Kotak Bank as early as possible, we have a capacity for only 45 or 50 and already 40 are booked. But here the hall was half empty and I paid Rs1000.00 to become the chosen one. A rich and wealthy lady devotee by name Ramanasri was in- charge for registrations.

The on-line workshop started and one Ma Manisha came on the screen. The moment she came on screen there was buzz and some  volunteers  said that was from A.P and was now a confidant and in personal service of Swami and in-charge of workshops. We were given a talk of health and creation of wealth for sangha and were made to sit with strangers and had to share personal secrets and guilt with them. I did some sharing with a young man and confided about my intention of the visit. The young man also confided saying that he was on the same mission and was carrying a spy camera.We were made to do a few meditation practices including breathing exercises. Around 5.00 PM we were introduced to a meditation known as Kundalini Meditation which was exhaustive and blanks your mind. This was followed by instructions to blank your mind  i.e dropping any thought as it arises in the mind ( which they call as unclutching) is practiced. All the meditations and practices prescribed makes your body light and the mind goes blank and dizzy. In short without realizing you have been mentally conditioned to accept the larger than life figure who will be shortly presented before you as an Avatara Pursha or an Incarnation of Shiva or in this case as KALABHAIRAVA. Having studied psychology I can clearly understand that this is subtle practice of a cult. I advice the readers to google search "How to form a cult of you own" and the "Practices of cults". Practices of mental conditioning, intense fasting, sleep deprivation and then introduction of the Master as an Incarnation are all commonly adopted practices by all cults and Nithya is not doing anything new. 

During the dinner break I enquired about the original owners of the Temple. They were not very forthcoming. I however scratched the information that the earlier in-charge, just before the sex scandal broke out, was one Mrs Ragini a.k.a Ma Sachitananda, was a close devotee and secretary of Swami and was closely related to the Donors of the Temple. It has transpired that she was instrumental in inspiring and fooling the Land Lady to gift the Temple to Nithya. She is held in high respect for this act of hers in the Nithya Sangha and by Nithya himself. She now resides in Bidadi Ashram and is a close first circle member.

Instructions were given that we should write out only one personal question and KALABHAIRAVA would answer the same. We could not ask questions on behalf of relations or friends. Ma Manisha a.k.a Madhavi came on the screen again. She informed, please be prepared for Swami in the form of KALABHAIRAVA. Don't get scared, he will be full of energy and possessed by SHIVA himself. We all became a bit tense. We were told Swami in this form will see through you and if any one with a camera or a recording device will be immediately noticed by Swami. My new friend got a bit nervous, but he could do nothing about his spy camera. Finally KALABHAIRAVA jumped on to the screen. And what a joke it was. Here was KALABHAIRAVA, in full make up. He wore a tiger printed garment with a garland of small plastic skulls. He put on a scary make up on his face and stood holding a trishool shivering and shaking as if possessed by some thing. A better act could have been put up by any village drama troup. He started answering questions in the style of a possessed village witch. It was a total let down. It also did not seem like he was in Slovakia which we were told. One of his Brahmachari later confided that Swami is hiding and perhaps in Hyderabad only. I asked why and he said that he is fearing arrest in Tamil Nadu and his position in Karnataka is not tenable due to a recent court order. So much for KALABHAIRAVA. My friend with the spy camera smiled and melted away in the darkness.

இவ்வளவு நாட்களும், ஆசிரமத்திற்குள் லிங்கங்களை வைத்துதான் பூஜைகள் செய்யப்பட்டன. பொதுமக்கள் வழிபட வருவதும், இந்த லிங்கங்களைதான். இப்போது அவை அங்கு இல்லை.

A generous soul Sujata Reddy donated to Nithyananda a beautiful & sprawling 5 acre Rajarajeshwari temple in Hyderabad. Not only land but she also donated to Nithyananda around 50 lakhs cash for running the temple, with the condition that the temple will be used for spreading Vedic traditions, starting a veda patashala, etc. Nithyananda promised to do all that, but instead turned it soon into a business proposition that earns him money. After the sex sanda in 2010, the donor Mrs. Sujata Reddy was shocked and disappointed, so she requested Nithyananda lto return the temple. A generous soul Sujata Reddy donated to Nithyananda a beautiful & sprawling 5 acre Rajarajeshwari temple in Hyderabad. Not only land but she also donated to Nithyananda around 50 lakhs cash for running the temple, with the condition that the temple will be used for spreading Vedic traditions, starting a veda patashala, etc. Nithyananda promised to do all that, but instead turned it soon into a business proposition that earns him money. After the sex sanda in 2010, the donor Mrs. Sujata Reddy was shocked and disappointed, so she requested Nithyananda lto return the temple. In March 2010 Nithyananda returned the 50 lacks cash she had donoated, with a promise to return the temple soon. But later, he not only refused to return the temple, but also brought an injunction (court order) to prevent Sujata Reddy or any of her family members from even entering the temple. The donor died in grief that she coud not even enter the temple she had built with so much love and devotion. Now her son is continuing to fight the case in court to cancel the gift deed to Nithyananda.
