Bangalore, Sept 15: Officials at the Victoria Hospital are likely to hand over the potency test results of self styled godman Swami Nithyananda to the CID today or early Tuesday morning. Officials said that the reports are likely to be readied by Monday and the same will be handed over to CID department for futher investigation.
However, reports suggest that four doctors, who were involved in the test are hesitant to sign the report. This comes after a legal notice was served to the hospital by Nithyananda's advocate for subjecting Nithyananda to such tests.
The doctors are hesitant as they do not want to land in any controversy. The advocate alleged that Nithyananda was treated badly at the hospital and that he was forced to watch a blue film as a routine of the test conducted when it he was assured that such tests won't be conducted. Nithyanandahas been accused of raping his former disciple at his ashram. According to the complainant, Nithyananda repeatedly raped her during her five-year stay at the godman's ashram.
