Bangalore, Jan 12 (PTI) K Lenin, former driver of self-styled godman Nityananda, today moved the Karnataka High Court against a complaint filed against him by one of the devotees of the swami.
Lenin prayed for squashing the complaint and granting an interim stay. The case will come up for hearing on January 15.
Anjula Jackson, in her complaint, had claimed that Lenin committed various offences under provisions of the Indian Penal Code when making the purported sleaze video allegedly involving Nityananda and an actress that kicked up a storm when aired on television.
Lenin, she said, had violated the Indecent Representation of Women Act and the Information Technology Act and had also trespassed into private property when shooting the video.

Lenin has done good to society by exposing the video which has been confirmed by the premier laboratories as authentic. We should appreciate him for this service.

ReplyDeleteI am one of his ex lady diciples in the LBE last year and was totally prepared to join this henious,sick cult thinking that Nithyananda is someone divine.But the divine sakti pevailed and saved me though your courage, by come out with the video.I do not have words to share my GRATITUDE.
