A Challenge to Nithyananda - Dharmananda

There is a saying in the villages which goes’ the one who robs/grabs whatever he could lay his hands on, will be shouting” thief thief “ while running with the booty just to distract the attention of others from him so that no one recognizes him. This is what is happening in Nithyananda’s issue also.

Nithy has instigated the remaining few devotees who are in the ashram to file an FIR against Lenin Dharmanada, saying that the cd where Nithy and Ranjitha are in a compromising position to be a fake and that the cd has been created by using computer graphics like the movie ‘Avatar’ and that Lenin who is responsible for the release of this cd has to be arrested. These people are creating havoc by giving a complaint to the Bangalore police and also by indulging in protests.

We met Lenin who has played an important role in bringing Nithyananda’s true self to the world and asked him about his response to the complaints against him. Here are his answers which flowed in crystal clear words.

Q: there is a complaint against you from Nithyananda’s side that the cd displaying Nithyananda and Ranjitha in compromising position as fake and that action needs to be taken against you

Lenin Dharmananda: I have travelled around 80 thousand kms with Nithyananda. I was the organizer for 130 centers of his youth foundation and jeevan mukthi book release plan. Not only in India but even the devotees of other countries know that I have travelled with Nithyananda extensively. Therefore they also know that I know more about Nithyananda.

The earlier devotees all know that the cd that I had released is original. Many of them have/are contacting me and says ,’ We all were believing Nithyananda to be the avathar (god). Even an ordinary man will accep his mistake if he is caught committing a mistake. that’s our tamil culture. But Nithyananda whom we believed to be god commits mistakes again and again and casually lies that these cds are fake and that graphics have been used like the movie avathar. when we see all these we wonder as to how did we ever went behind him! we feel so ashamed”. They say this over phone also.

Ok sir. If Nithyananda proves that these cds are fake, I will go where ever he calls me and will stand in front of him. He can bring thousands of people and pelt me with stones and kill me. I am ready. At the same times if it is proved in the court that these cds are original, is Nithyananda ready to accept any punishment? Is he ready for this challenge?

Q Nithyananda’s side says the cd which exposed him to be fake. On what grounds are you saying that these cds are original?

Lenin Dharmananda: I know the truth since I have seen all the original videos recorded. So the CDs are original. I risked my life just to expose Nithyananda who was raping many young women in the name of spirituality. That camera functions only when there is an activity. whenever Nithyananda was with Ranjitha in that room, the camera filmed them. Nithyananda is extremely intelligent in criminal matters. Those who have watched the cd know that at one stage nithyananda points to the camera and says something to Ranjitha. The reason for this was, he had a slight doubt. Ranjitha turns the airpurifier and places it with the camera facing the other way. that’s why the camera stopped the filming of that day’s further activity.

The Bangalore CID police team have confirmed that these cds are completely original. The CIDs have the report that the people in bed in that cd are Nithyananda and Ranjitha. There is news that the CID team has sent the cds to the central government laboratory-New Delhi for verification and have submitted to the court the certificate received from the lab after examination and that the cds are original. What more proof is needed?

Q You are a Christian by name Lenin. Nithyananda side says that you have been instigated to enter into this act by the Christian Vatican head and that you have been paid millions of dollars for this?

Lenin Dharmananda: How can I be called a Christian just because I have the name Lenin? My father is with a communist CBI organization. He is close friend of T.Pandian. If you look at social context I belong to Vanniar Hindu community. Nithyananda is trying to hide his mistakes by saying irrelevant things. It will be proved that he is lying. He is going to be the loser.

Q: There is a complaint against you that you are against Hindu religion and that you are working against Hindu dharma to spoil it?

Lenin Dharmananda: I am a Hindu. Hindu community will be cursed if its represented by scoundrels like Nithyananda. That’s the reason I did what I did. I wanted to expose the fraud who is wearing Saffron robes (kavi) claiming to be the protector Hindu Dharma was indulging in raping women. I did this with the intention that if this fraud is exposed, Hindu Dharma’s impurity will be cleared and its purity will be reclaimed.

Nithyananda got recognition as service organizations for his ahrams/organizations of other countries including USA by claiming that the organization has no profit making intention. But there are companies in his name in USA and in Malaysia. If there is no profit making intention then why has he resistered these properties in his name? How can Nithyananda who has craving for women and money, be a savior of Hindu Dharma? Only his activities are against Hindu Dhrama and are spoiling the name of Hindu Dharma.

Q: you are telling about Nithyananda’s activities in an orderly way. You are also presenting the proof for these activities. But Nithyananda who is out on bail, has started his usual activities in the ashram: he is conducting yagam. he is making plans to get back his old lost image. Are you considering that your efforts have failed because of this?

Lenin Dharmananda: You need to understand one thing. After coming to know that he is caught in the video in close contact with Ranjitha, he contacted me and said ‘ don’t release the cd. Come back to the ashram. I will give you whatever you want”. Even that conversation has been recorded and is with me as proof. I have surrendered that tape also to the police.

I have surrendered to the police, the sex contract documents which were made to sign by the women devotees. I feel, as an individual, my work and protest is over. From now on it’s the work of law and justice. I strongly believe that Nithyananda who was committing crime in the name of spirituality will be punished appropriately. The time will teach Nithyananda that temporary victories are never permanent.

Q: Since you are presenting many proofs against Nithyananda’s criminal activities, it is being said that you are receiving continuous threats from Nithyananda’s side?

Lenin Dharmananda: Yes, it’s true. I am the complainant of Nithyananda’s case. Since I am the important witness, I am being continuously threatened indirectly by Nithyananda who is on bail and his people. I don’t know what their intentions are. If anything happens to me or the people around me, only Nithyananda is completely/ fully responsible.

நித்யானந்தாவின் உண்மை சொரூபத்தை வெளிக் கொண்டு வந்ததில் முக்கியமானவரான லெனின் தர்மானந்தா வை சந்தித்து அவர் மீதான புகார்களுக்கு என்ன பதில் என்று கேட்டோம். பிசிறில்லாத வார்த்தைகளுடன் தங்குதடை யின்றி கொட்டின பதில்கள்.

நித்தியானந்தாவும் ரஞ்சிதாவும் நெருங்கியிருக்கும் வீடியோ காட்சிகள் போலியானவை என்றும் இது வெளிவரக் காரண மான உங்கள் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் புகார் தரப்பட்டு, போராட்டங்கள் நடந்துள்ளதே?

லெனின் தர்மானந்தா : நித்தியானந்தருடன் 80ஆயிரம் கிலோமீட்டர் ஒன்றாக சுற்றுப் பயணம் செய்தவன் நான். அவருடைய இளைஞர் அமைப்பிற்கும் ஜீவன் முக்தி புத்தக வெளியீட்டுத் திட்டத்திற்குமான 130 மையங்களுக்கு நான்தான் ஒருங் கிணைப்பாளன். தமிழகத்தில் மட்டுமல்ல, வெளிமாநிலங்களிலும் அயல்நாடுகளிலும் உள்ள சீடர்களுக்கும் நான் நித்யானந்தருடன் தொடர்ந்து சுற்றியது தெரியும். அதனால் நித்தியானந்தரைப் பற்றிய எல்லா விவரங்களும் எனக்குத் தெரியும் என்பதும் அவர்களுக்கும் தெரியும்.

நான் வெளியிட்டிருப்பது ஒரிஜினல் சி.டிதான் என்பது முன்னாள் சீடர்கள் எல் லோருக்கும் தெரிந்திருக்கிறது.அவர்களில் பலரும் என்னைத் தொடர்புகொண்டு, "நித்யானந்தரை கடவுளின் அவதாரமாக நாங்களெல்லாம் நினைத்துக்கொண்டிருந் தோம். சாதாரண மனிதர்கள்கூட ஒரு தப்பு செய்து சிக்கிக்கொண்டால், தான் செய்தது தப்பு என்பதை ஒப்புக்கொள்வது தமிழ் நாட்டுக்கலாச்சாரம். ஆனால், கடவுளின் அவதாரமாக நினைத்த நித்தியானந்தர் தப்பு மேல் தப்பு செய்துவிட்டு, இதெல்லாம் போலி சி.டி, அவதார் படம் போல கிராஃபிக்ஸ் வேலை என்று எவ்வளவு பெரிய பொய்யை ரொம்ப சர்வசாதா ரணமாகச் சொல்கிறார்! இதையெல்லாம் பார்க்கும்போது இவர் பின்னாலயா நாம் போனோம்னு எங்களுக்கு வெட்கமா இருக்கு'ன்னு போனில் பேசுறாங்க.

சரிங்க சார்.. இந்த சி.டி போலி என நித்யானந்தர் நிரூபிக்கட்டும். அவர் எங்கே கூப்பிடுகிறாரோ அங்கே வந்து நிற்கிறேன். எத்தனை ஆயிரம் பேரை வேண்டுமானா லும் அவர் கூட்டிக்கிட்டு வந்து என்னைக் கல்லால் அடித்துக் கொல்லட்டும் நான் தயார். அதே நேரத்தில், இந்த சி.டி. ஒரி ஜினல் என்பது கோர்ட்டில் நிரூபண மானால், எந்த தண்ட னையாக இருந்தாலும் நித்தியானந்தா ஏற்கத் தயாரா? சவாலுக்கு அவர் ரெடியா?

எந்த சி.டியால் நித்யானந்தா அம்பலப்பட்டாரோ அதை அவர் தரப்பு போலி என்கிறது. நீங்கள் எந்த அடிப்படையில் அந்த சி.டி ஒரிஜினல் என்கிறீர்கள்?

லெனின் தர்மானந்தா : அந்தக் காட்சிகளை ரகசியமாக எடுத்தவன் நான்தான் என்பதால் அது ஒரிஜினல் என்பது எனக்குத் தெரியும். ஆன்மீகத்தின் பெயரில் பல பெண்களை கற்பிழக்கச் செய்த நபரை உலகுக்கு அடையாளம் காட்டவேண்டும் என்பதற்காக உயிரைப் பணயம் வைத்து அந்த முயற்சியில் இறங்கினேன். ஏர் ப்யூரிஃபயர் கேமராவை அவரது அறையில் செட் பண்ணினேன். அது ஆள்நடமாட்டம் உள்ள நேரத்தில் மட்டும்தான் இயங்கும். எப்போதெல்லாம் நித்தியானந்தர் ரஞ்சிதாவுடன் அந்த அறையில் இருந்தாரோ அப்போது அது படம் பிடித்தது.நித்தியானந்தர் கிரிமினல்தனமான விஷயங்களில் பயங்கர புத்திசாலி. அந்த சி.டியைப் பார்த்தவர்களுக்குத் தெரியும். ஒரு கட்டத்தில், கேமரா செட் பண்ணியிருந்த இடத்தைக் காட்டி ரஞ்சிதாவிடம் ஏதோ சொல்வார். அவருக்கு லேசாக டவுட் வந்ததுதான் இதற்கு காரணம். ரஞ்சிதாவோ அந்த ஏர் ப்யூரிஃபயரை திருப்பி வைத்துவிடுவார். அன்றைய வீடியோவில் அதற்கு மேல் காட்சிகள் இருக்காது.

பெங்களூரில் இந்த வழக்குகளை விசாரித்துவரும் சி.ஐ.டி. போலீசார் இது முழுக்க முழுக்க ஒரிஜினல் என்பதை உறுதி செய்துவிட்டார்கள். நித்தியானந்தரும் ரஞ்சிதாவும் படுக்கையில் இருப்பது உண்மைதான் என்றும் ரிப்போர்ட் அவர்களிடம் இருக் கிறது. அவர்கள் இதன் ஒரிஜினல்தன்மையை அறிவதற்காக டெல்லியில் உள்ள மத்திய அரசின் தடயஅறிவியல் துறையினரிடம் ஒப்படைத்து, ஆய்வு செய்து.. ஒரிஜினல்தான் என சர்டிபிகேட் வாங்கி கோர்ட்டில் கொடுத்திருப்பதாக தகவல்கள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன. இதற்கு மேல் என்ன ஆதாரம் வேண்டும்?

லெனின் தர்மானந்தா : லெனின் என்று பெயர் இருந்தால் கிறிஸ்தவரா? என் அப்பா ஒரு கம்யூனிஸ்ட். சி.பி.ஐ. இயக்கத்தில் இருக்கிறார். தோழர் தா.பாண்டியனுக்கு மிகவும் நெருக்கமானவர். சமுதாய ரீதியாகப் பார்த்தால் நான் வன்னி யர் ஜாதியைச் சேர்ந்த இந்து. நித்தியானந்தர் தன் தவறை ஒப்புக்கொள்ளாமல் அதை மறைப்பதற்காக எதையெதையோ சொல்லிப் பார்க்கிறார். அவர் சொல்வதெல்லாம் பொய் என்பது நிரூபணமாகும். அவர் தோற்றுத் தான் போவார்.





இந்து மதத்திற்கு எதி ராகவும் அதன் பெயரைக் கெடுப்பதற்காகவும்தான் நீங்கள் இப்படி செயல்பட்டிருப்பதாக வும் குற்றம்சாட்டுகிறார்களே?

லெனின் தர்மானந்தா : நான் ஒரு இந்து. இந்த மதம் இப்படிப்பட்ட அயோக்கியர் களிடம் சிக்கினால் இழிவுதான் மிஞ்சும் என்பதால்தான் இந்த காரியத்தில் இறங்கினேன். காவி உடை போட்டுக்கொண்டு , இந்து மதத்தின் பாதுகாவலன் என்று சொல்லிக்கொண்டு பெண்களின் கற்பைச் சூறையாடும் அயோக்கியத்தனம் அம்பலமானால்தான் இந்து மதத்தில் உள்ள கசடுகள் நீங்கி,அதன் புனிதம் காக்கப்படும் என்று இதைச் செய்தேன். லாப நோக்கமில்லாத நிறுவனங்களை நடத்துவதாகச் சொல்லித்தான் அமெரிக்க உள்ளிட்ட வெளிநாடுகளில் தன்னுடைய ஆசிரமத்திற்கு அங்கீகாரம் வாங்கியிருக்கிறார் நித்தியானந்தர். ஆனால் அவ ருடைய பெயரிலேயே அமெரிக் காவில் 5 கம்பெனிகளும், மலேசியாவில் 1 கம்பெனியும் இருக்கிறது. லாப நோக்கமில்லை என்றால் தன் பெயரில் எதற்கு சொத்துகளைப் பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும்? பெண்ணாசையும் பொன்னாசையும் கொண்டு அலையும் நித்யானந்தர் எப்படி இந்து மதத்தின் பாதுகாவலராக இருப்பார்? அவருடைய செயல்கள்தான் இந்து மதத்திற்கு எதிராகவும் அதன் பெயரைக் கெடுக்கும் விதத்திலும் உள்ளன.

லெனின் தர்மானந்தா : ஒன்றை நீங்க புரிஞ்சுக்கணும். ரஞ்சிதாவுடன் நெருக்கமாக உள்ள வீடியோ காட்சிகளை எடுத்துவிட்டோம் என்று தெரிந்ததும் நித்தியானந்தர் என்னைத் தொடர்பு கொண்டு, அந்த சி.டியை ரிலீஸ் பண்ணிடாதே.. நீ ஆசிரமத்துக்கு வா. நீ என்ன கேட்டாலும் தர்றேன்னு பேசினார். அந்தப் பேச்சும் என்கிட்டே ஆதாரப் பூர்வமா இருக்கு. அதையும் நான் போலீஸ்கிட்டே ஒப்படைச்சிருக்கேன். ஆசிரமத்தில் சேரும் பெண் களிடம் செக்ஸ் ஒப்பந்தம் போட்டது தொடர் பாகவும் பல ஆவணங்களை தந்துள்ளேன். ஒரு தனி மனிதனாக என்னுடைய வேலையும் போராட்டமும் முடிந்துவிட்டது என்றே நினைக்கிறேன். இனிமேல் சட்டமும் நீதியும் சரியாக செயல்பட்டு, ஆன்மீகப் போர்வையில் மோசடிகள் பல செய்த நித்யானந்தருக்கு கடுமையான தண்டனை வாங்கித்தரும் என உறுதியாக நம்புகிறேன். தற்காலிக வெற்றிகள் ஒரு போதும் நிரந்தரமாகாது என்பதை நித்தியானந்தருக்கு காலம் எடுத்துச் சொல்லும்.

நீங்கள் முன்வைக்கும் ஆதாரபூர்வமான குற்றச்சாட்டுகளால், நித்யானந்தர் தரப்பிலிருந்து தொடர் அச்சுறுத்தல்களும் மற்ற வகையான மிரட்டல்களும் வருவதாகச் சொல்லப் படுகிறதே?

லெனின் தர்மானந்தா : உண்மைதான். நித்யானந்தர் தொடர்பான முக்கிய வழக்குகளின் புகார்தாரர் நான்தான். அந்த வழக்குகளின் முக்கிய சாட்சியான என்னை, பெயிலில் வெளிவந்திருக்கும் நித்யானந்தரும் அவரது ஆட்களும் மறைமுகமாக மிரட்டிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள். அவர்களின் நோக்கம் என்னவென்று தெரியவில்லை. எனக்கோ, என்னுடன் இருப்பவர்களுக்கோ ஏதாவது நடந் தால் அதற்கு முழுப் பொறுப்பும் நித்யானந்தா தான்
