Disgraced godman Nithyananda, whose secretly filmed sex romp with a Tamil actress was hit television screens in March this year, appears to be in deep trouble again with a woman hailing from Tamil Nadu filing a criminal complaint, charging him with sexual abuse and cheating.
This is the second complaint against Nithyananda, who was released on bail on June 11 after the state Criminal Investigation Department (CID) found no evidence to pursue the cases that were filed on the basis of the charges brought against him by a former devotee Lenin Karuppan.
It was Karuppan who used secretly-installed cameras in the godman’s bedroom to record his sexual dalliance with Tamil actress Ranjitha. Based on Karuppan’s complaints a series of cases, including rape, unnatural sex, criminal intimidation and hurting the religious sentiments of people, were filed against the godman who was arrested in Solon, Himachal Pradesh, on April 21.
The second complaint, filed a few days back with CID sleuths here, is damning because this is the first time a woman has dared to come forward and slap charges against Nithyananda who had his devotees -- male and female -- sign a non-disclosure agreement in which they agreed to participate in tantra sex and watch pornography, among other things.
CID sources said that the complaint, which contains a detailed account of how Nithyananda allegedly sexually abused and exploited the woman and cheated her in the name of meditation, would be presented in the trial court when a charge sheet will be filed against him.
The sources said that immediately after receiving the complaint, sleuths began investigations and there is likelihood of the godman being arrested a second time.

We can not back down from the naysayers who want to sling mud
simply because we are not going to cower and are willing to stand
up for what is right. Yes with every video i make more and more
of these bully types come out of the woodwork but Truth can't take
a back seat to lies. If enough step forward the fraud and madness
will have to be seen for what it is... Will make another video asking
for others to step forward and honor the truth of the situation
rather than cowering and accepting the spin and ill-usory tales of
fantasy that is coming out of Nithyanandas delusion.

When a 'woman' can step forward to take such a strong bold step, lets hope now the affected 'men' will also step out of the shadows and speak up, and let the truth be known to the world!! Its time for the truth to surface despite all of Nithys attempts to silence the victims! Good work by the CID in finally uncovering this!

Please be aware that there are many, many threats being made to those who dare to speak out against N, to those who are demanding their money back, and to those who are informing others of serious facts about N's crimes. In order to get away from this man, some individuals have had to hire lawyers to help them disentangle from N's orgs. Behind that phony smile is a very sinister, menacing and dangerous man.
ReplyDeleteN is a master manipulator who has instilled fear in many. He continually sets everyone up by drilling his kutarka and vitarka interpretation into everyone over and over and over so that people become fearful of questioning or doubting him. He uses the story of Krsna and Arjuna and the green crow as an example of surrendering one's senses to the master to manipulate people into swallowing whatever comes out of his mouth regardless of how much cognitive dissonance is required. I pray that he is stopped soon.

ReplyDeleteThanks, Lenin, for breaking the good news and keeping the fight for justice and Truth alive and growing. Momentum has turned. Nithyananda (Ravana) is trapped and in retreat. He is desperate and his website shows it. Dasara is just around the corner, and we all know how that will end. Nithyananda has reason to be very worried. This is the end for him. Justice and a new day shall begin soon.

Things are taking a turn for the worse for Elyasekaran@Rajasekaran and his goons/org. His actions are his own follies, which he continues to repeat time and time again.
ReplyDeleteHe instigates his dump disciples to go after Lenin the 'Dharma'only to expose his own undharmic behaviour. Yet, todate we have fools bowing and believing that he is a master; they are unable to see the phony in him because they have no faith in themselves. One should not blame a phony for claiming glories instead punish those who repeatedly follow these so-called gurus despite having been exposed with undenying facts, along with his own follies.
Nithy is not only a master manipulator but, an unsidiuos criminal who puts on a facade as an spiritual master, who does not respect the law and believes he is above the law. Despite being warned not to preach spirituality by the court amongst others, he continues to ignore the law and do as he pleases.
I hope the court takes a serious view of his past actions, of not only hurting religious sentiments, sexual misconducts, spiritual deception, tax evasion, etc. most of which tantamounts to Criminal Breach of Trust and disrespect of the Court; throw him in the slammer and shut the Bidadi Ashram and all of his operating facilities in other countries. Not only that his trust funds and accounts should be confiscated by the court and funds applied towards the well-being of the poor.
