Help get justice for Nithyananda victim & whistleblower - Vinay Bharadwaj

The Karnataka State Human Right Commission has recently made a very important observation: “It appears that there is a conspiracy to take revenge on all those who dared to expose the Swami (Nithyananda)”

Mr. Vinay Bharadwaj, is the 1^st whistleblower, a prime witness & sex abuse victim of Nithyananda, but he has paid a big price by getting trapped in Nithyananda’s criminal conspiracy - a false child molestation case foisted in USA by Nithyananda and his group. Media has played a great role in the past in championing the cause of victims. It is an invaluable service by the Media as also its responsibility to help protect the innocents. Please help this innocent man get justice.

Why the conspiracy of false child molestation case?

Vinay is really the 1^st whistle blower against Nithyananda, and he tried to expose Nithyananda’s sex abuse and cult activities in 2009, much before the scandal (in March 2010)! He is himself a victim of Nithyananda’s abuse, named as a victim in the FIR against Nithyananda in Mar 2010, and he is very important witness in the KA CID chargesheet (CC 204/2010) against Nithyananda. This is the real reason why Vinay is in prison now! He was directly threatened and intimidated by Nithyananda and his secretary Gopal Reddy (@ Bhakta Swami) - refer the 2011 email from Vinay re. his severe intimidation, which is part of KA CID Charge sheet CC 204/2010 (attached).

Shocking admissions by the alleged victim (a minor girl) to the US prosecutor, before Vinay’s trial, reveal the conspiracy to silence Vinay. Alleged victim said in an interview to the Prosecutor…

"I would lie for Swamiji."

"I'm the most sensitive about Swamiji. I would do anything to stop Vinay from saying bad things about Swamiji."

She explains that anything Swamiji wants her to do for him is good for her.

About whistleblower Vinay:

Vinay Bharadwaj was “Swami Nithya Vimalananda” until 2009, when he was in-charge of Nithyananda’s Seattle operations as a brahmachari. He hails from a respectable family in Mysore, is a brilliant young man, an IIT-ian and the only son of retired parents. After completing his post graduation (Masters degree) with scholarship from the reputed Rice University in USA, he worked in Microsoft Corporation in Seattle, USA, where he unfortunately met Nithyananda. Soon under Nithyananda’s spell and influence, he gave up his lucrative job at Microsoft, broke all contact with his aged parents in India, took sanyas and dedicated his life to serving people through Nithyananda’s organization. But to his shock, he realized that Nithyananda was misusing his position as a spiritual leader and Hindu guru to abuse many women and men. In 2009 when he tried to expose Nithyananda’s abuse and cult-like behavior, he was immediately thrown out of Nithyananda ashram after being severely intimidated by Nithyananda and his secretaries Swami Bhaktananda (alias Gopal Reddy Sheelum, accused no. 2 in KA CID charge sheet) and others to be silent or face false criminal and civil cases in USA. As threatened, they got him wrongfully convicted in a false case and sent him to prison for nearly 5 years in USA.

With no help or support to fight the false criminal case in USA, Vinay’s aged retired parents in India have been running from pillar to post in India, to get their only son released from his wrongful conviction in USA. They need your support.
