சென்னை: தம்மைப் பற்றி முன்னாள் சீடர்கள் ஆர்த்தி ராவ், லெனின் கருப்பன் ஆகியோர் கருத்து தெரிவிக்க தடை கோரி நித்தியானந்தா தாக்கல் செய்த மனுவை சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றம் தள்ளுபடி செய்துள்ளது.
சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் நித்தியானந்தா தாக்கல் செய்த மனுவில், என்மீது கர்நாடகாவில் குற்ற வழக்குகள் தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன. அந்த வழக்கில் குற்றப்பத்திரிகையும் தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஆர்த்தி ராவும், நித்தியதர்மானந்தா என்ற லெனின் கருப்பனும் அந்த வழக்கில் அரசுத் தரப்பு சாட்சிகளாக உள்ளனர். ஆனால் ஆர்த்தி ராவ் தவறான உள்நோக்கத்தோடு என்னைப் பற்றி தவறான மற்றும் அவதூறான கருத்துகளை பத்திரிகை மற்றும் டி.வி.களுக்கு அளித்து வருகிறார். ஆர்த்தி ராவ், அவரது தந்தை சேதுமாதவன், லெனின் கருப்பன் ஆகியோர் என்னையும், எனது பக்தர்களைப் பற்றி வழக்கில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ள குற்றச்சாட்டுகள் அடிப்படையில் நேரடியாகவோ, மறைமுகமாகவோ, கருத்துகள், பேட்டிகள், அறிக்கைகள் அளிக்கக்கூடாது என்று உத்தரவிடக் கோரியிருந்தார்.
சுத்தமான கையோடு இருக்கனும்...
இந்த வழக்கை விசாரித்த நீதிபதி கே.சந்துரு, தம்மைப் பற்றி மற்றவர்களை பேசக்கூடாது என்று தீர்வு கேட்டு நீதிமன்றத்துக்கு வருகிறவர்கள் சுத்தமான கையோடு இருக்க வேண்டும். தம்மைப் பற்றி மற்றவர்கள் குறை கூறுவதை தடுப்பதற்கும், அவர்களை வாயடைப்பதற்கும் நீதிமன்றத்தை ஒரு கருவியாக பயன்படுத்தக்கூடாது. தீர்வு கேட்டு நீதிமன்றத்துக்கு வருகிறவர் நல்லெண்ணத்தில் வரவேண்டும். 2010-ம் ஆண்டில் நித்தியானந்தா மீது குற்றப்பத்திரிகை தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்ட பிறகும், அவர் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட விவகாரம் அக்குவேறு ஆணிவேறாக இந்தியா முழுவதும் அலசி ஆராயப்பட்டுவிட்டது. அவரது விவகாரத்தை மறைப்பதற்கு ஒன்றுமில்லை. நித்தியானந்தாவின் கேள்விகளுக்குத்தான் பதிலளித்தேன் என்றும், அவரை அவதூறு செய்யும் நோக்கம் எனக்கில்லை என்றும் ஆர்த்தி ராவ் கூறியிருக்கிறார். எனவே, நித்தியானந்தாவின் மனு தள்ளுபடி செய்யப்படுகிறது என்றார் அவர்.

HC dismisses Nithyananda's application

Chennai: The Madras High Court today dismissed controversial ‘godman’ Nithyananda’s application to restrain certain people from making any public statements on a case filed before a court in Karnataka involving him.

Nithyananda sought to restrain his former disciples Lenin Karuppan, Aarthi Rao and her father Sethumadhavan from making statements, conducting any panel discussions or interviews, allegations, reports, clippings, visuals either by direct or indirect reference to him and his devotees in the case.

According to Nithyananda, a criminal case was registered against him before the cheif judicial magistrate court of Ramanagara in Karnataka, for which a charge sheet was filed in 2010, and Rao and Karruppan are the prosecution witnesses.
He submitted that Rao with a “malicious intention” started giving fake and defamation and visual touching upon the allegation in the charge sheet.

In his order, Justice K Chandru said, “The person who comes to the court seeking for equitable relief like an injunction must come with clean hands. He can’t make the court as a tool to prevent his adversaries or make them silent, when he can be active by posting in the social media.”

The respondents have stated that they have not given any particular interview and had only responded to questions posted in the website. ”While so the petitioner has posted 107 questions to Rao. There is nothing wrong in Rao replying to questions. The applicant can’t claim any right to privacy because he is in public domain and his right to privacy is very limited,” the judge said.

Nithyananda himself even after filing this suit have used the media both print and visual as well as social networking sites and posted several questions for Rao who answered and he has been liberally giving interviews.

“A person who comes to the court seeking relief also has to behave himself and not violate principle of liberty for which the relief is sought for, from this court,” the judge said.
“The charge sheet has been field in 2010 and since then the issue has been discussed threadbare in variosu media to the length and breadth of the country. There is nothing further to be discussed,” he said.
The respondents only stated that they have only responded to questions to defend themselves when such questions were asked and not with a view to defame the applicant, the judge said, dismissing Nithyananda’s application.

Aarthi Rao responds to Nithyananda's Latest Allegations

     It is known that Swami Nithyananda, the self styled godman is facing criminal charges of Rape in CC No. 204/2010, in which Aarthi Rao is a victim and key witness. In retaliation Nithyananda has filed several criminal cases against Aarthi Rao and the whistle blower Lenin, through his blind followers. In the criminal rape case Nithyananda has to undergo required medical exam, for which he had received eight summons from Karnataka CB CID and finally a court order from Ramanagar court. However Nithyananda has cleverly evaded all demands for his medical tests, while claiming to be like a 6-year old child, incapable of sex. But in the meantime he is trying to confuse the public and humiliate & intimidate the victim Aarthi Rao through several tactics. 

Most recently, Nithyananda has published some documents, claiming them to be Aarthi Rao’s medical records from USA. Nithyananda alleges that the documents prove that Aarthi suffers from Sexually Transmitted Diseases while a test proves Nithyananda doesn’t suffer from the same disease, and therefore Nithyananda is innocent! Nithyananda’s lies and fraudulent manipulation is exposed once again if the documents are examined closely.

Fake Court Order Exposed – No Basis for Medical Record: 

Nithyananda claims to have obtained Aarthi’s medical records from USA through a court order in Michigan, USA. Here are some basic facts about medical records in USA:

·         Aarthi Rao’s Medical Report in the USA would be subject to very strict confidentiality laws of USA. 

·         Hence, as per US laws, no one can obtain it without her consent. Not even her husband can get it without her consent.

·         Even when it is demanded through a court order, US laws require that she must be informed about such a petition (about releasing her medical records). 

This is the legal procedure followed very strictly in the USA. Let us look at the so-called court order Nithyananda obtained, which he claims was used to get Aarthi’s medical records.

1.       No defendant: The court notice shows that there is no defendant named (i.e. Aarthi Rao), and the opposite party has not been informed. 

·         As per the instructions on the same document, incomplete form is not valid.

·         Aarthi Rao  never received any summon for a petition by Nithyananda regarding  her medical records. (her contact information is already available with Ann Arbour police) 

2.       No judge signature: The court order is NOT signed by the Judge!

3.       Incorrect court seal: The hearing is claimed to have taken place in Washtenaw County Trial court and signed by the Trial Court judge. But the seal in the “Subpoena” is from Michigan Supreme Court!

4.       No legal basis for USA court order: Nithyananda’s petition claims it was in connection with a complaint filed by Aarthi with Ann Arbor police. 

Aarthi Rao’s complaint with Ann Arbor police is only for life threat. Police has NO NEED for her Medical Records to Investigate a life threat complaint.

There are several such serious questions about the so-called court order, which is clearly fake, therefore the medical records cannot be authentic. This once again brings out the cunning mischief of Nithyanada and his henchmen, who will face the consequences for this! Aarthi’s lawyer has issued defamation notices and will take further action for such unethical and illegal actions of Nithyananda and his group.

Nithyananda’s Bogus Medical Test Exposed:

Now coming to  Nithyananda’s one-page Medical Test report, he claims this 1 page report proves his sexual history of celibacy. But there are several questions arising from the following critical observations, clearly pointing out the lack of authenticity of his test result. 

1.       Whose blood sample was actually tested? Basic identification details are missing or wrong on the test report!

Name (Nithyanandji Swami) doesn’t match legal name (Sri Nithyananda Swami in passport)

date of birth shown (02-09-1978) doesn’t match legal date of birth (13-03-1977 in passport) or even his publicized DOB 1-1-1978!

No address provided

No father’s name provided 

2.  Why no Hospital Stamp or Seal on the report?

3.  Report shows ONLY Herpes result. Why no test results for  other 8-9 Sexually Transmitted Diseases?

4.   Test taken only on September 2012. Where is the complete medical history from 2004 – 2012? What about Nithyananda’s tests and treatments for STDs in 2004-2012.

Many more questions are to be answered by Nithyananda re. the authenticity of the so-called medical reports of Nithyananda and Aarthi Rao. But the single most important question whether Nithyananda is innocent cannot be answered by medical reports of Aarthi Rao or any other victim. It can only be established conclusively by Nithyananda proving that he is impotent and therefore incapable of the sexual acts alleged.

நித்தியானந்தாவுக்கும் ஆர்த்தி ராவுக்கும் இடையில் நடக்கும் பனிப்போர் உச்ச கட்டத்தை எட்டி இருக்கிறது. நித்தி மீது ஆர்த்தி பகிரங்கமாகவே புகார்களை வாசித்துக் கொண்டிருக்க.. பதிலுக்கு நித்தி தரப்பில் இருந்தும் ஆர்த்தி மீது புகார்கள் பாய்கின்றன.

கடந்த ஒரு வாரமாக திருவண் ணாமலை ஆசிரமத்தில் தங்கி இருக் கிறார் நித்தியானந்தா. அப்போது, ஆர்த்தி ராவ் சம்பந்தமான சில தகவல்களை வெளியிட்டு இருக்கிறார். அதுபற்றி நித்தி யானந்தாவின் ஆசிரம வட் டாரத்தில் விசாரித்தோம்.

”ஆர்த்தி ராவ் செய்த  தவறான காரியங்களுக்கு எங்களிடம் ஆதாரங்கள் கிடைத்துள்ளன. 2004-ம் ஆண்டு அமெரிக்காவில் உள்ள யுனிவர்சிட்டி ஆஃப் மிக்சிக்கன் மருத்துவமனையில் பால்வினை நோய் களுக்காக ஆர்த்தி ராவ் சிகிச்சை எடுத்திருக்கிறார். அந்த மருத்துவமனையின் கேஸ் ஹிஸ்டரி இப்போது எங்களுக்குக் கிடைத்திருக்கிறது. அதில் எய்ட்ஸை விடக் கொடிய Herpes Genetalia, Genital Herpes , Herpes Genetalia in Women என்ற மூன்று நோய்கள் ஆர்த்திக்கு இருப்பதை அந்த மருத்துவமனை உறுதி செய்திருக்கிறது.
ஆர்த்தி சொல்வதைப் போல, நித்தியானந்தா பாதுகாப்பற்ற முறையில் உறவு கொண்டிருந்தால், அவருக்கும் அந்த நோய்கள் தொற்றி இருக்க வேண்டும் அல்லவா? கடந்த செப்டம்பர் மாதம் நித்தியானந்தருக்கு எடுக்கப்பட்ட மருத்துவப் பரிசோதனையில் அவருக்கு அப்படி எந்த நோயும் இல்லை என்று ரிப்போர்ட் சொல்கிறது.

ஆர்த்தி ராவ் தனது குற்றப்பத்திரிகையில்,
2005-ம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் முதல் தேதி சேலத்தில் உள்ள ஆசிரமத்தில் தன்னை ஓரல் செக்ஸுக்கு நித்தியானந்தா கட்டாயப்படுத்தினார் என்று குறிப்பிட்டிருக்கிறார். அந்தத் தேதியில் சுவாமி, பிடதி ஆசிரமத்தில் தியான முகாம் நடத்தியதற்கு வீடியோ ஆதாரங்களே இருக்கின்றன. நித்தியானந்தா தன்னைக் கற்பழித்ததாக தேதி வாரியாக ஆர்த்தி குறிப்பிட்டிருப்பது அத் தனையும் இன்டர்நெட்டில் சுவாமியின் புரோகிராம் தேதிகளை வைத்துத்தான். ஆனால், நித்தியானந்தாவின் புரோகிராம் மாற்றப்பட்டது ஆர்த்திக்குத் தெரியாது.
2009-ம் ஆண்டு லெனின் கருப்பனுடன் ஆர்த்தி உடலுறவு கொண்டதைக் கண்ணால் பார்த்த சாட்சியங்கள் இருக்கின்றனர். 2010-ம் ஆண்டு ஆர்த்தி மருத்துவப் பரிசோதனைக்காகச் சென்றபோது, ‘எனக்கு ஒரு புதிய துணைவர் கிடைத்திருக்கிறார். அவரும் ஹெச்.ஐ.வி. நோயாளி. அவருடன் வாய் வழியாகவும், உடலுறவும் வைத்துக்கொண்டேன்’ என்று குறிப்பிட்டு இருக்கிறார். அந்த ஹெச்.ஐ.வி. நோயாளி லெனின் கருப்பனாக இருக்குமோ என்று எங்களுக்குச் சந்தேகமாக இருக்கிறது” என்று சொல் கிறார்கள்.
நித்தியானந்தா தரப்பு கூறும் குற்றச்சாட்டுக்களுக்கு ஆர்த்தி ராவ் என்ன பதில் சொல்கிறார்? ”குற்றப் பத்திரிகையில் நான் குறிப்பிட்டிருக்கும் தேதியில் நித்தியானந்தா எங்கே இருந்தார் என்று போலீஸ் விசாரிக்கட்டும். சேலத்துக்குப் போயிருந்தபோது யார் வீட்ல தங்கி இருந்தோம், அப்போது நித்தியானந்தாவுடன் ரூம்ல யார் தங்கினாங்கன்னு அந்த வீட்டுக்காரங்களே சாட்சி சொல்லி இருக்காங்க.
‘தனக்கு எந்த நோயும் இல்லை. நான் யார்கூடவும் உறவு வைத்துக் கொள்ளவில்லை’ என்று அவரோட மெடிக்கல் ரிப்போர்ட்டை வெளியிட்டு இருக்கார். அந்த ரிப்போர்ட்ல அவரோட பேர் ‘நித்யானந்த்ஜி’ன்னு இருக்கு. பிறந்த தேதியும் தப்பா இருக்கு. அப்பா பேரே கிடையாது. யாரோ ஒரு ஆளோட ரத்தத்தைக் கொடுத்து போலியாக ஒரு ரிப்போர்ட் வாங்கிட்டு வந்திருக்காங்க.
அதேபோல, என்னோட மெடிக்கல் ஹிஸ்டரினு ஒரு ரிப்போர்ட்டைக் காட்டுறார். அமெரிக்காவைப் பொறுத்தவரை என்னோட மெடிக்கல் ஹிஸ்டரியை வாங்கணும்னா, நானேதான் போயாகணும். என் கணவர் போனாலும் கொடுக்க மாட்டாங்க. பொய் யான ஒரு கோர்ட் ஆர்டரைத் தயாரிச்சு, பொய்யான ஒரு ரிப்போர்ட்டை ரெடி செய்து இருக்கார். அவருக்குத் தைரியம் இருந்தால், உண்மையான மெடிக்கல் டெஸ்ட் எடுக்கட்டும். பத்திரிகையாளர்கள் முன்னிலையில் மெடிக்கல் டெஸ்டுக்கு நான் தயாரா இருக்கேன். அவர் வர்றாரானு கேளுங்க. கேஸைத் திசை திருப்ப, எனக்கும் லெனினுக்கும் தப்பான உறவு இருக்கு, எனக்கு அந்த நோய் இருக்கு… இந்த நோய் இருக்குன்னு கதை சொல்லிட்டு இருக்கார். என்னைப்போல ஏராளமான பொண்ணுங்களை வேட்டையாடிய மிருகம் அவர். கண்டிப்பாக அவரை நான் சும்மா விட மாட்டேன்” என்றார் கோபத்தோடு.



இதுபற்றி, லெனினிடம் பேசினோம்.

”இத்தனை நாளா நான் நித்யானந்தாவுக்கு மரியாதை கொடுத்துட்டுத்தான் இருந்தேன். இனி கொடுக்க வேண்டிய அவசியம் இல்லை. ………..க்கு மட்டும்தான் மத்தவங்க யாரையும் நல்லவங்களாப் பார்க்கத் தோணாது. அவர் காவி உடை அணிந்த காமக் கொடூரன். என் உடன்பிறவாத சகோதரியாகத்தான் ஆர்த்தியை நினைக்கிறேன். நித்தியானந்தா போல முறைதவறி நடக்கும் பழக்கம் எனக்குக் கிடையாது” என்று காட்டமாகச் சொன்னார்.

நித்தி தன்னை எப்படி எப்படியெல்லாம் தன் இச்சைகளுக்குப் பயன்படுத்திக்கொண்டார் என்று கண்ணீரும் கம்பலையுமாக அவர் விவரித்ததைப் பார்த்த பெண்கள் கண்ணீர்விட்டு அழுதனர். ஆன்மீகத்தையே ஆபாசமாக்கிவிட்டாரே என ஆண்கள் கொந்தளித்தனர். இப்படி கர்நாடகாவையே அதிரவைத்த இந்த ஆ

நித்தியின் இன்னொரு முகத்தை தமிழக முதல்வர் ஜெயலலிதாவிடம் தெரிவிக்க இரண்டு மாதங்களாக முயற்சி செய்து முடியாமல் போன ஆர்த்தி ராவை நக்கீரனுக்காக நாம் சந்தித்தபோது, மளமளவென தன் மனதில் இருந்ததையெல்லாம் மடைதிறந்த வெள்ளம்போல் கொட்ட ஆரம்பித்துவிட்டார்.


இதோ நித்தியால் சீரழிந்த அவரது வாழ்க்கை…

‘நான் ஆச்சாரமான பிராமணக் குடும்பத்தில் பிறந்தவள். மெக்கானிக்கல் என்ஜினியரிங் படிச்ச நான், மேற்படிப்பை ஸ்காலர்ஷிப்பில் அமெரிக்காவில் படிச்சேன். அங்கேயே வேலை தேடிக்கொண்டேன். அங்கு நான் காதல் திருமணமும் பண்ணிக்கொண்டேன். அமெரிக்காவில் பரபரப்பாக வாழ்க்கை போய்க்கொண்டிருந்தது. இந்த நிலையில் என் மனம் அமைதியைத் தேடியது.

நான் இயல்பிலேயே ஆன்மீக நாட்டம் கொண்டவள் என்பதால், நித்யானந்தாவின் ஆசிரமத்திற்கு 2004-ல் கர்ப்பிணியாக என் கணவர் சகிதம் வந்தேன். என்னை நித்யானந்தா அபார்ஷன் பண்ணிக்கச் சொல்லிவிட்டார் .நித்யானந்தாவிடம் நேரடியாக தியானப் பயிற்சி எடுத்துக்கொண்ட ஆனந்த ஸ்பூரணாவின் முதல் குரூப்பில் நானும் என் அப்பா ஸ்ரீதர் ராவும் இருந்தோம். நித்யானந்தா, எனக்கு ஆசிரமத்தில் முக்கியமான இடத்தைக் கொடுத்தார். அவரது பர்சனல் விவகாரங்களை பார்த்துக்கொள்ளும் பொறுப்பையும் ஒப்படைத்தார்.

இந்த நிலையில் ஒருநாள், என்னிடம் நித்தி, « குரு சிஷ்ய உறவு முறையில், ஜீவமுக்தியை அடைய ’மதுரபாவா’ என்ற வழியில் இறங்கலாம். நான் கண்ணனாகவும் நீ ராதையாகவும் பாவித்துக்கொள்வோம். உன்னைத் தவிர வேறு யாரோடும் இந்த முறையைக் கையாண்டதில்லை. கையாளப்போவது மில்லை’ என்றபடி, மெல்ல மெல்ல என்னை தன்வசப் படுத்தி உறவுகொண் டார். 2004-ல் இருந்து 2009 வரை என்னை தொடர்ந்து பயன் படுத்திக்கொண்டார். அவர் போகிற இடங்களுக்கும் அவரோடு செல்லும் என்னை பயன்படுத்திவந்தார்.

ஒருமுறை கும்ப மேளாவிற்குப் போன போது, அங்கு கூடா ரத்தில் ஓய்வெடுத் தோம். திடீரென என்னை அழைத்தார். ஓடிவந்த என் காலெல்லாம் ஒரே சேறாக இருந்தது. அந்த நேரத்திலும் என்னை அணுகினார்.

‘காலெல்லாம் சேறாக இருக்கிறதே’ என்று நான் தடுத்த போது, ‘இப்படி இருந்தாதான் பிடிக்கும்’ என்றபடி என்னை வளைத்துப் பிடித்தார். அப்போது 16 வயதே ஆன ஒரு இளம்சீடர் அங்கே வர, ‘இங்கெல்லாம் நீ வரக்கூடாது’ என அவரைத் துரத்திவிட்டுவிட்டு உறவு கொண்டார்.

ஆசிரமத்தின் முக்கிய பொறுப்பில் இருந்த லெனின் தர்மானந்தா ஒருமுறை நித்தியோடு உள்ள உறவு பற்றி என்னிடம் கேட்டார். எல்லாவற்றையும் சொல்லிவிட்டேன். அவரும் அதிர்ச்சியானார். நாளாக நாளாக ஆசிரமத்தில் நித்தியோடு பல பெண்கள் தொடர்பு எங்களுக்கு தெரியவந்தது.

இருந்தும் எனக்கு குழப்பம். ஒருநாள் நித்தியை கவனித்துக் கொள்பவரிடம் அவர் அறையில் ஒரு ரூம் பிரஷ்னெர் வைக்க அனுமதி வாங்கினேன். பின் அதில் ஒரு சீக் ரெட் கேமரா வைப் பொருத்தினேன். அது சின்ன அசைவு தெரிந்தாலும் உயிர்பெற்று படம்பிடிக்கக் கூடிய மோஷன் ஆக்டிவேட்டட் கேமராவாகும்.

அதை அவர் ரூமில் வைத்து விட்டு இரண்டு நாள் கழித்து அந்தக் கேமராவில் பதிவான காட்சிகளைப் பார்த்த நான் அதிர்ந்துபோய்விட்டேன். என்னால் அதை நம்பவே முடியவில்லை. ரஞ்சிதாவுடன் அவர் அசிங்கமாய்… ச்சே… என்னை ஏமாற்றி நாசப்படுத்தியது போலவே அவர் எல்லோரையும், ஒருவருக்குத் தெரியாமல் ஒருவராக நாசப்படுத்திக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார் என்பதைப் புரிந்துகொண்டபோது என் தலையே வெடித்துவிடும் போலிருந்தது.

உடனே அந்த கேமராப் பதிவுகளை லெனின் தர்மானந்தாவிடம் கொடுத்துவிட்டு, ஆசிரமத்தில் இருந்தால் உயிரோடு நித்தி விட்டு வைக்கமாட்டார் என்று அமெரிக்காவுக்கே போய்விட்டேன் » என்றார் படபடப்பு மாறாதவராய்.

‘கர்நாடகா சி.ஐ.டி. போலீசாரிடம் ரகசிய வாக்குமூலம் மட்டும் கொடுத்திருந்த நீங்கள் இப்போது வெளிப்படையாக பேச என்ன காரணம்?’

‘என்னையும் என் குடும்பத்தினரையும் தொடர்ந்து மிரட்டிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறார் நித்தி. எங்களுக்கு பல்வேறு வகையிலும் அவரது ஆட்கள் மூலம் தொந்தரவு கொடுத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார். எனக்கும் என் குடும்பத்தினருக்கும் இவரால் என்ன ஆபத்துவேண்டு மானாலும் வரலாம். என் உயிருக்கே கூட ஆபத்து ஏற்படலாம்.

நித்யானந்தாவிடம் செகரட்டரியாக இருந்த நித்தியானந்த கோபிகா, இப்போது எங்கே இருக்கிறார் என்று தெரியவில்லை. பல ரகசியங்களைத் தெரிந்து வைத்திருக்கும் அவரை உயிரோடு விட்டுவைத்திருக்கிறார்களா இல்லையா என்று கூடத் தெரியவில்லை. அவர் என்னையும் இதுபோல் இல்லாமல் ஆக்கலாம். நித்தி என்ன வேண்டுமானாலும் செய்யக்கூடியவர் என்பதை புரிந்துகொண்டேன்.

நாளைக்கே அமெரிக்காவில் எனக்கு எதிராக அவர் ஒரு தீர்ப்பை வாங்கலாம். கர்நாடகாவில் இருக்கும் வழக்கைக் கூட டிரயலுக்கு வரவிடாமல் ஏதேதோ செய்துகொண்டே இருக்கிறார். அவர் ஜெயிக்கலாம். நான் தோற்கலாம். இல்லை அவர் என்னை சாகடிக்கலாம். எது நடந்தாலும் பரவா யில்லை.

இனி உண்மைகள் சாகக்கூடது என்பதால்தான் மீடியாக்கள் முன்பு வந்தேன்’ என்றார் கண்ணீர் பொங்க.

‘நீங்கள் நித்யானந்தாவிடம் கற்றுக்கொண்ட பாடம் என்ன?’ என்றோம்.

ஆர்த்தி ராவோ ‘கடவுளை மட்டுமே நம்ப வேண்டும். வாழ்க்கையிலும் வார்த்தையிலும் உண்மையை வைத்திருக்கும் உண்மையான குருவை நாடவேண்டும். படாடோபமாக வலம் வரும் போலிச் சாமியார்களை, ஆடம்பரமான ஆன்மீக வேட தாரிகளை நம்பக்கூடாது. இதுதான் நான் கற்றுக்கொண்ட பாடம். மனோவசியத்தால் என்னைப் போன்ற பெண்கள் பலரும் அந்த நித்யானந்தாவிடம் அடிமைப்பட்டுக் கிடக்கிறார்கள்.

தங்கள் பாதிப்புகளை வெளியே சொல்ல பயந்துபோய் அங்கேயே ஒடுங்கிப் போய்க் கிடக்கிறார்கள். எனது வார்த்தைகளைக் கேட்டு அவர்களில் ஒருவர் தப்பித்து வெளியே வந்தாலே போதும், அது உண்மைக்குக் கிடைத்த வெற்றியாக இருக்கும்’ என்று கண்ணீரோடு கைகூப்பி முடித்துக்கொண்டார்.
