நடிகை ரஞ்சிதாவுடன் இருப்பது போன்ற ஆபாச வீடியோவை காட்டி தன்னிடம் பணம் கேட்டு மிரட்டியதாக முன்னாள் சீடர்கள் லெனின் கருப்பன், ஆர்த்திராவ் ஆகியோர் மீது சி.பி.சி.ஐ.டி. போலீசில் நித்தியானந்தா புகார் செய்திருந்தார்.

எனவே, அவர்களை போலீசார் தேடி வந்தனர். இந்த நிலையில் லெனின் கருப்பன் சி.பி.சி.ஐ.டி. போலீசில் சரண் அடைந்தார். பின்னர் அவர் கைது செய்யப்பட்டார். இதைத் தொடர்ந்து ஆர்த்திராவை போலீசார் தேடி வந்தனர்.

இந்நிலையில் முன் ஜாமீன் கேட்டு சென்னை ஐகோர்ட்டில் ஆர்த்திராவ் மனுதாக்கல் செய்திருந்தார். மனுவை விசாரித்த நீதிபதி சைதாப்பேட்டை மாஜிஸ்திரேட்டு கோர்ட்டில் நேரில் ஆஜராகி முன்ஜாமீன் பெறும்படி ஆர்த்திராவுக்கு உத்தரவிட்டது.

அதன்படி இன்று காலை சைதாப்பேட்டை 11-வது கோர்ட்டில் மாஜிஸ்திரேட்டு முருகன் முன்னிலையில் ஆர்த்திராவ் சரண் அடைந்தார். பின்னர் நிபந்தனை ஜாமீனில் அவர் விடுதலை செய்யப்பட்டார்.

Nepal Required for sex test, Nithyananda heads to Kailash

He is required to appear for medical tests in Bangalore on Monday in connection with a two-year-old rape case. But self-styled god man Nithyananda is heading to Mount Kailash in Tibet via Nepal.

As police officers wait for him, the controversial guru is in Nepal on way to a 15-day  Kailash-Mansarowar ‘yatra’ leading a group of  international devotees on spiritual pilgrimage.

The 34-year-old is accused of raping a Tamil actress and since Nithyananda had claimed that he was “not a man”, the CID sleuths want to conduct a potency test on him.
As the god man has failed to appear earlier for such tests, the police had obtained a court order for the same in June and sent a notice to him this month asking him to appear for the test on July 30.
But a release by PRWeb and a news item in www.nithyananda.org, confirm that Nithyananda is on way to Mount Kailash and Mansarovar Lake, two of the most sacred sites for Hindus and Buddhists, located in Tibet.
“Paramhamsa Nithyananda is in Kathmandu at present and will be traveling to Kailash from there. But I have no idea where he is staying,” said an employee of the Bangalore-based Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam over phone.
En route to Kailash, the group will be visiting the sacred Hindu temples of Pashupatinath and Muktinath, the site states while adding that the god man will return to India in August.
Nithyananda hit the headlines in 2010 when his former associate made public a CD where he was shown with the actress. The god man has maintained that he is impotent.
The CID branch in Karnataka has formed a panel of medical experts and asked Nithyananda to appear before it at the Victoria Hospital in Bangalore on Monday to undergo tests.
Last month, Nithyananda had spent a night in jail after some of his followers attacked journalists at a press conference.

Tamil Nadu News Magazine in its issue dated 29-7-12 has explained about the Nithyananda case in U.S.Court. In a petition filed by Popatlal Salva at the California Court in USA, the court has given a judgment against Nithyananda Foundation and has termed it a fraud foundation.

In its judgment dated 19th july U.S.Court says Nithyananda Foundation must return the amount of 8.5 crores which was received from Popatlal Salva. Moreover Nithyananda foundation should return the expense amount which Salva incurred in this case that will also amount to several crores.

Some of the devotees of Nithi told that Nithi is not having favourable time now. There are also several cases pending against him with Karnataka CID police and others. So at present Nithyananda is thinking of going to Kailash Mountain on July 27th and from their he may go to Nepal to stay their permanently to avoid in getting complications in India. In the name of Jeevan Mukthi Nithyananda has spoiled the carriers of several educated girls in India.

Kailash-bound Nithya may skip potency test

Swami Nithyananda is at it again. He is now trying to avoid the potency test despite a court order directing him to undergo the same on July 30. He has filed a petition in the Ramanagaram court expressing his inability to subject himself to the test and sought a fresh date.   In his petition, Nithyananda has said he is travelling to Kailash Manas Sarovar on the day. CID authorities have decided to file an objection. A CID officer told Bangalore Mirror it’s a ploy employed by him (Nithyananda) to skip the test.   “The CID will be filing its objections in the court in a day or two asking the court not to consider alternative dates,” said an official.   The court hearing Nithyananda’s case had recently given CID the go-ahead for carrying out medical and voice tests on him after the investigating agency said they were crucial for investigations and that Nithyananda had been avoiding them despite repeated notices.   Victoria Hospital top-brass had been asked to set up a medical board to conduct medical and voice tests and set a date for conducting them. A team of five doctors was formed and July 30 fixed as the date. Experts, however, said Nithyananda can move higher courts if the CID’s plea prevails in the Ramanagaram court. “He can move the High Court or Supreme Court. If the grounds are genuine, then he will get relaxation,” said a legal expert.
