படுக்கை அறை காட்சியை எடுத்தது ரஞ்சிதா தான்: நித்தியின் வழக்கறிஞர் ஸ்ரீதர்

2010 மார்ச் முதல் வாரத்தில் வெளியான நித்யானந்தா - நடிகை ரஞ்சிதா சம்பந்தப்பட்ட வீடியோ காட்சிகள் பெரும் அதிர்வை உண்டாக்கின. இதையடுத்து நித்யானந்தா தலைமறைவானார். பின்னர் கைது செய்யப்பட்டார். ஜாமினில் வெளியே உள்ள நித்யானந்தா கடந்த 13.07.2011 அன்று சென்னையில் பத்திரிகையாளர்களை சந்தித்தார்.

அப்போது பேசிய நித்யானந்தா நக்கீரன் உள்ளிட்ட சில ஊடகங்கள் வழக்கறிஞர் ஸ்ரீதர் மூலம் பணம் கேட்டு மிரட்டியதாக பொய் குற்றச்சாட்டை கூறினார்.

இதையடுத்து, 'நக்கீரன் வெளியிட்டது உண்மையான வீடியோ காட்சிகள்தான் என்பதில் உறுதியாக இருக்கிறோம். சட்டப்பூர்வமாகவும் இதனை நிரூபிப்போம். வீடியோ காட்சிகள் போலியானவை என்று சொல்லும் நித்யானந்தாவும் ரஞ்சிதாவும்  நீதிமான்கள், சட்ட வல்லுநர்கள், தொழில்நுட்ப வல்லுநர்கள், தடயவியல் நிபுணர்கள், பத்திரிகையாளர்கள் உள்ளிட்ட 100 பேர்  முன்பாக  இந்த வீடியோ காட்சிகள் போலியானவை என்பதை நிரூபிக்கத் தயாரா என்று நக்கீரன் பகிரங்கமாக சவால் விடுகிறது.

இந்த சவாலை எதிர்கொண்டு, தங்களின் பரிசுத்தத் தன்மையை நிரூபிக்க நித்யானந்தாவும் ரஞ்சிதாவும் தயாரா?' என்று நக்கீரன் கூறியிருந்தது.

இந்நிலையில் சென்னையில் 18.07.2011 அன்று செய்தியாளர்களை சந்தித்த நித்யானந்தாவின் வழக்கறிஞராக இருந்த ஸ்ரீதர்,

எனக்கும் நக்கீரனுக்கும் எந்த தொடர்பும் இல்லை. நித்யானந்தா தொடர்பான வழக்கை நான்தான் நக்கீரன் மீது தொடர்ந்தேன். நான் எந்தக் கட்சியையும் சாராதவன். நித்யானந்தா எனக்கு வந்து ஒரு கிளைண்ட்.

நித்தியானந்தாவுக்கு யாரோ தவறான ஒரு அட்வைஸ் கொடுத்திருக்கிறார்கள். தேவையில்லாமல் அவர் நக்கீரன் மற்றும் சில ஊடங்களை மட்டும் குற்றம் சாட்டியிருக்கிறார். அன்றைக்கு ஆளும் கட்சி, எதிர்க்கட்சி உள்பட அனைத்து ஊடங்களும் நித்யானந்தா பற்றிய செய்திகளை வெளியிட்டது. யாரும் நித்யானந்தாவை மிரட்டவில்லை.

இந்த சிடி விஷயம் பற்றி தெரிந்தது 5 பேர்தான். நித்யானந்தா, ரஞ்சிதா, லெனின் தர்மானந்தா, ஆர்த்திராவ். நித்யானந்தா என்னிடம் சொல்லும்போது, சிடி உண்மையானது என்றார். அப்போது அட்வைஸ் பண்ணினோம். உண்மையான சிடியாக இருந்தால் தாமதப்படுத்த வேண்டாம். கன்சல்டிங் பாட்னர் என்று சொல்லிவிட்டு கேஸில் இருந்து தப்பிக்க பாருங்க. அதைவிட்டுட்டு ரொம்ப டீப்பா போனீங்கன்னா டிரபுள் வரும். அதற்கேற்ற மாதிரி அவர் ஒத்துக்கிட்டார்.

இதையடுத்து ஆங்கில பத்திரிகை ஒன்றுக்கு பேட்டி அளித்தார். அதில் சிடியில் இருந்தது நான்தான் என்று ஒப்புக்கொண்டார். அப்போது யோக நிலையில் இருந்ததாக கூறியிருந்தார். அதைப்போல ரஞ்சிதாவும், ஆமாம் நான் சாமிக்கு சேவை செய்வேன் என்று பேட்டி கொடுத்தார்.

தற்போது சிடி பொய் என்று கூறுகின்றனர். இது வழக்கை திசை திருப்பும் செயல். அந்த சிடியை பார்த்தால் நித்யானந்தா எழுந்து கையை நீட்டி அங்கபாரு என்று சொல்லும்போது, ரஞ்சிதா அதுவெல்லாம் ஒன்றும் இல்லை படு என்று சொல்லுகிற மாதிரி இருக்கும். அதை உன்னிப்பா கவனித்தால் தெரியும். கண்டிப்பா ரஞ்சிதா படுக்கை அறை காட்சியை, போக்கஸ் லைட் நடுவில் எடுத்திருக்காங்க அப்படியின்னா வேர்க்க விறுவிறுத்துதான் எடுத்திருப்பாங்க.

அப்போது நான் வழக்கறிஞராக சொல்லிவிட்டேன். ரஞ்சிதாதான் எடுத்திருக்காங்க. ரஞ்சிதாவிடம் சரண் அடைவதுதான் பெஸ்ட். ரஞ்சிதாவுக்கு பணத்தை செட்டில் செய்து நித்யானந்தா அந்த அட்வைஸை மட்டும் கரெக்டா செய்துவிட்டார் என்று கூறினார்.

Nithyananda wins a round in HC

In a relief to self-styled godman Nithyananda, the High Court on Monday dismissed the petition by the Crime Investigation Department (CID) to cancel his bail.
Justice K N Keshavanarayana dismissed the plea of the agency investigating the case against Nithyananda and has also granted him permission to visit Manasarovar and other places till Dec 31.  The CID had approached the court stating that Nithyananda, the accused No 1, and his close aide Bhaktananda, a co-accused who are out on bail, are now violating the bail conditions. It also alleged that the two were intimidating and threatening the witnesses of the prosecution in the matter. The court refused to buy the argument of prosecution that allowing Nithyananda to travel abroad would result in influencing the witnesses residing abroad and allowed the petition by Nithyananda and Bhaktananda, seeking extension of time to visit Manasarovar and other places. “He has been granted the extension of time till December 31 to visit Manasarovar and other places. He should  return the passport and appear before magistrate on or before December 31,” the court said. The court also took note of  the lower court’s warning earlier to Nithyananda that it would take serious action if he doesn’t appear before the court on or before July 21, even when the High Court had allowed him to travel till July 31. It said that such threats were uncalled for. The High Court also made it clear that allowing Nithyananda to travel did not mean only places on the way to Manasarovar, as contended by the prosecution. Meanwhile, the court also relaxed conditions in the bail granted to wife of Nithya Sachitananda, allowing her to visit US. On Sunday, Lenin Karuppan, the ‘whistleblower’ in the Nithyananda sex scandal case said he and 10 others were being served with ‘legal threats’ over the past several months.  Karuppan, also known as Dharmananda, claimed that of the 10 cases lodged against him, eight in Karnataka and two in Tamil Nadu, none were true. “These cases against me were never filed before the charge-sheet against Nithyananda was filed. They are all false cases,” he said. The former devotee told themedia that Nithyananda and his followers had filed false cases against him and 10 other key witnesses in the sex scandal case.   “By making legal threats to two key witnesses based in United States of America (USA), he is forcing delays in the trial which he faces in the sex scandal case. The two witnesses, including a woman, have been slapped with serious charges in California and thus, not allowed to leave the country to testify before the CID here in India,” he said. Karuppan further accused Nithyananda of stalling the legal proceedings against him by refusing to appear for a medical test, despite being summoned four times by the CID on the matter. Responding to questions posed by the media on Nithyananda’s body parts being that of a ‘child’, Karuppan  quipped: “It is all evident in the video whether he is a six-year-old boy or a 34-year-old man.”

சாமியார் நித்யானந்தா. தானும் ரஞ்சிதாவும் சேர்ந்திருக்கும் வீடியோ காட்சிகள்  ‘மார்ஃபிங்’(போலியாக) செய்யப்பட்டவை என்றும், இதனை வெளியிடாமல் இருப்பதற்காக தங்களை மிரட்டியதாகவும் நித்யானந்தாவும் ரஞ்சிதாவும் பேட்டியளிக்க, நித்யானந்தா ஆசிரமத்தைச் சேர்ந்த நித்ய ஆத்ம பிரமானந்தா, இது தொடர்பாக நக்கீரன் மீது சென்னை காவல்துறை ஆணையரிடம் புகார் கொடுத்திருக்கிறார். 2010 மார்ச்  முதல் வாரத்தில் வெளியான நித்யானந்தா-ரஞ்சிதா சம்பந்தப்பட்ட வீடியோ காட்சிகள்  பெரும் அதிர்வை உண்டாக்கின. பல்வேறு ஊடகங்களுக்கும் செய்தி நிறுவனங்களுக்கும் இந்த வீடியோ பதிவு டி.வி.டிகள் அனுப்பிவைக்கப்பட்டிருந்தன. உலகெங்கும் கிளைகள் கொண்ட அமைப்பின் துறவியான நித்யானந்தா, இப்படி ஒரு முரண்பாடான காரியத்தில் ஈடுபட்டதை வெளிச்சத்துக்குக் கொண்டுவர வேண்டும் என்ற சமூக அக்கறையுடன்தான் நக்கீரன் இதனை வெளியிட்டது. இதற்காக நக்கீரன் மீது புகார்  கொடுத்துள்ளது நித்யானந்தா ஆசிரமம்.     அந்தப் புகாரில் நக்கீரனுடன் மேலும் சில நிறுவனத்தைச் சார்ந்தவர்களின்  பெயர் களும் இடம்பெற்றிருப்ப தோடு, நித்யானந்தா வின் வக்கீல் ஸ்ரீதர் பெயரும் இடம் பெற்றுள்ளது. அவரைப் பற்றித் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள புகாரில், 17.2.2010 அன்று  கோவையில் நித்யானந்தா இருந்த போது, அவரைப் பார்ப்பதற்காக ஒரு துண்டு சீட்டுடன் வக்கீல் ஸ்ரீதர் வந்தார் என்றும், அவரை நித்யானந்தா பார்க்க மறுத்து விட்டார் என்றும் தெரிவிக்கப் பட்டுள்ளது. இதன்பின், 21.2.2010 அன்று நித்யானந்தா ஆசிரமத்தைச் சேர்ந்த நித்ய பிராணா னந்தா என்பவரிடம் வக்கீல் ஸ்ரீதர் பேசுகிறார். 22-2-2010 அன்று நித்ய பிராணானந்தா, சதானந்தா, பக்தானந்தா ஆகியோர் தி.நகரில் உள்ள ஒரு ஓட்டலில் வக்கீல் ஸ்ரீதரை சந்திக்கிறார்கள். பிப்ரவரி 22-ந் தேதி முதல் 26-ந் தேதிவரை பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடக்கிறது. அப்போது வக்கீல் ஸ்ரீதர் 60 கோடி ரூபாய் பணமும், ஹைதராபாத் மற்றும் சென்னையில் சொத்துகளும் கேட்டு பிளாக்மெயில் செய்தார் என்று நித்யானந்தா தரப்பின் புகா ரில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டிருப்பதுடன், வக்கீல் ஸ்ரீதர், நக்கீரனில் செய்தி வெளியிடுவேன் என்று மிரட்டிய தாகவும், நக்கீரனும் நித்யானந் தாவை பிளாக்மெயில் செய்ததாக வும் புகாரில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. நடிகை ரஞ்சிதா தந்துள்ள புகாரி லும் நக்கீரன் பிளாக் மெயில் செய்த தாகத் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. உண்மை என்னவென்றால், நக்கீரன் மீது சென்னை 15-வது சிட்டி சிவில் கோர்ட்டில் 3.3.2010-ல் நித்யானந்தா தரப்பிலிருந்து வழக்குத் தொடரப்பட்டது. இந்த வழக்கில், நக்கீரனுக்கு எதிராக, நித்யானந்தா சார்பில் ஆஜரானவர் இதே வக்கீல் ஸ்ரீதர்தான். வழக்கு பெண்டிங்கில் இருக்கும்போது, நித்யானந்தா சார்பில் ஜூனியர் விகடன் மற்றும் குமுதம் ரிப் போர்ட்டருக்கு பேட்டி தந்தவரும் இதே ஸ்ரீதர்தான். 2010 மார்ச் 4-ந் தேதி நித்யானந்தா ஆசிரமத்தின் சார்பில் பிரஸ் மீட் கொடுக்கப்பட்டது. ஆசிரம நிர்வாகி ஆத்மா பிரபானந்தாவுடன் (படம் வெளி யிட்டுள்ளோம்) வக்கீல் ஸ்ரீதரும் இருந்தார்.  மார்ச் 3-ந் தேதி தொடங்கி 19-ந் தேதிவரை தினமும் கோர்ட் டில் வாதங்கள் நடைபெற்றன. அதிலும், நித்யானந்தா தரப்பு வழக்கறிஞராக,  ஸ்ரீதர் தொடர்ந்து ஆஜரானார். உயர்நீதிமன்ற மதுரைக் கிளையில் டி.வி. நிறுவனம் கொடுத்த உத்தரவாதத்தைத் தொடர்ந்து, சென்னையில் போடப்பட்டிருந்த வழக்குகளையும் 19-ந் தேதியன்று, தானாகவே  வாபஸ் வாங்கிக் கொண்டது நித்யானந்தா தரப்பு. இதில், நக்கீரன் எந்த உத்தரவாதமும் அளிக்கவில்லை. நித்யானந்தா தரப்பும், இந்த வழக்கு விசாரணையின்போது எந்த ஒரு தருணத்திலும், தங்களை நக்கீரன் பிளாக்மெயில் செய்ததாகத் தெரிவிக்கவில்லை. ஸ்ரீதர் என்பவர் நித்யானந்தா ஆசிரமத்திற்கு வேண்டியவ ராகவும் அவர்களுக்காக வழக்கில் ஆஜராகக்கூடியவராகவும் இருந்திருக்கிறாரே தவிர, அவருக்கும் நக்கீரனுக்கும் எந்தத் தொடர்புமில்லை என்பது நீதிமன்றத்தில் யாருக்காக ஸ்ரீதர் ஆஜரானார் என்பதிலிருந்தே தெரிகிறது. இதன்பின் மீண்டும் 4.4.2010-ல் உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் ஒரு சிவில் வழக்கை நக்கீரனுக்கு எதிராகத் தாக்கல் செய்தது நித்யானந்தா தரப்பு. இந்த வழக்கு தற்போது 5-வது விரைவு நீதிமன்றத்தில் விசாரிக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. இந்த வழக்கிலும் ஒவ்வொரு வாய்தாவின்போதும் நித்யானந்தா தரப்பிலிருந்து நித்ய ஆத்ம பிரபானந்தா ஆஜராகிறார். ஒரு முறைகூட, நக்கீரன் பிளாக்மெயில் செய்த தாக நீதிமன்றத்தில் தாக்கல் செய்த பிரமாண வாக்கு மூலத்திலும் தெரிவித்ததில்லை. இந்த வழக்கு விசாரணை நடந்துகொண்டிருக்கும் நிலையிலேயே, நக்கீரன் மீது 10 நீதிமன்ற அவமதிப்பு வழக்கு களை நித்யானந்தா தரப்பு தொடர்ந்தது. அந்த வழக்குகள் தள்ளுபடி செய்யப்பட்டன. இதில் எந்தவொரு வழக்கிலும் ப்ளாக்மெயில் என்று இதுவரை தெரிவிக்கவில்லை. அதுபோலவே, நடிகை ரஞ்சிதா கடந்த 2010-ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் மாதத்தில் கர்நாடக மாநிலம் ராம்நகர்  ஜுடிஷியல் மாஜிஸ்ட்ரேட் கோர்ட்டில் அவர் தாக்கல் செய்த பிரைவேட் கம்ப்ளைண்ட் டில் தர்மானந்தா, ஆர்த்திராவ், வக்கீல் ஸ்ரீதர் ஆகியோர் மீது புகார் தெரிவித்திருந்தார். இதி லும், நக்கீரன் தன்னை மிரட்டிய தாகக் கூறவில்லை. பின்னர், கர்நாடக உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் 28.2.2011 அன்று ஒரு ரிட் பெட்டிஷன் தாக்கல் செய்தார். அதில் கர்நாடகம் மற்றும் தமிழகத்தில் உள்ள 39  பத்திரிகைகளில் தன்னைப் பற்றிய செய்திகள் வெளியிடுவது தொடர்பாகத் தெரிவித்திருந்தார். அந்த வழக்கிலும், நக்கீரன் தன்னை பிளாக்மெயில் செய்வதாக ரஞ்சிதா தெரிவிக்கவில்லை. ஆக, முதலில் நக்கீரன் மீது நித்யானந்தா வழக்கு தொடுக்கிறார். அதில் எந்த  இடத்திலும் நக்கீரன் பிளாக்மெயில் செய்ததாக சொல்லவில்லை. அடுத்து சதானந்தா பெயரில் நக்கீரன் மீது ஒரு வழக்கு தொடுத்தார்கள். அந்த வழக்கிலும் நக்கீரன் பிளாக் மெயில் செய்ததாக சொல்லவில்லை. கடைசியாக நித்ய ஆத்ம பிரபானந்தா என்பவர் சதானந்தாவின் ஏஜெண்டாக நீதிமன்றத்தில் கொடுத்த பிரமாண வாக்குமூலத்தில் நக்கீரன் பிளாக்மெயில் செய்ததாக எந்த இடத்திலும் சொல்லவில்லை. தற்போது நித்யானந்தாவும் ரஞ்சிதாவும் நக்கீரன் பிளாக்மெயில் செய்ததாக பேட்டி அளித்திருப்பதுடன் அவர்கள் தரப்பிலான புகாரிலும் அதனைத் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர். இந்தப் பொய்க் குற்றச்சாட்டை நக்கீரன் சட்டப்படி எதிர்கொள்ளத் தயாராகவே இருக்கிறது. நித்யானந்தாவையோ ரஞ்சிதாவையோ நக்கீரன் தொடர்பு கொள்ளவேயில்லை. வீடியோ காட்சிகள் அப்பட்டமாக இருந்ததால், அவர்களின் கருத்தைக் கேட்க வேண்டிய தேவைகூட ஏற்படவில்லை. உண்மையை  உலகத்திற்குத் தெரிவிக்கவேண்டும் என்ற நோக்கத்தில் அவற்றை வெளியிட்டோம். அண்ட புளுகுணி ரஞ்சிதா 12-07-2011 அன்று பத்திரிகைகளுக்கு கொடுத்த பேட்டியில் நித்யானந்தருடன் இருப்பது நான் அல்ல அது, மார்ஃபிங் முறையில் சித்தரிக் கப்பட்டது. எதுவுமே நடக்கவில்லை என்பதுதான் உண்மை(?) என்று சொல்லியுள்ளார். ஆனால் 14-03-2010 அன்று வெளியான குமுதம் ரிப்போர்ட்டரில் ""சுவாமி நித்யானந்தாவின் காலைப் பிடித்து விடுவதும், மாத்திரை கொடுப்பதும், சாப்பிட உணவு கொடுப்பதும் ஒரு பணிவிடைதான் அதைத்தான் நான் செய்தேன்'' என்று பேட்டி கொடுத்துள்ளார். இத்தனை யையும் மறைத்து அண்ட புளுகு ஆகாச புளுகு அளவுக்கு பொய் சொல்லியிருக்கிறார் ரஞ்சிதா. நித்யானந்தா-ரஞ்சிதா பேட்டி களில் நக்கீரனை நோக்கி வைக்கப்பட்ட மற்றொரு குற்றச்சாட்டு, தங்கள் பெயரைக் கெடுக்கும் வகையில் மார் ஃபிங் வீடியோ வெளியிடப்பட்டது என்பதுதான். நித்யானந்தாவும் ரஞ்சிதாவும் நெருக்கமாக உள்ள வீடியோ காட்சிகள் உண்மையானவை யா, உருவாக்கப்பட்டவையா என்பதை தடயவியல் அறிவியல் சோதனைகள் தெளிவுபடுத்தியுள்ளன. நித்யானந்தா மீதான வழக்கை விசாரித்துவரும்  கர்நாடக மாநில போலீசின் சி.ஐ.டி. பிரிவின் டி.ஐ.ஜியான ஐ.பி.எஸ் அதிகாரி கே.எஸ்.ஆர்.சரண் ரெட்டி, இந்த வீடியோவின் உண்மைத் தன்மையை அறிய டெல்லியில் உள்ள தடய அறிவியல் ஆய்வகத்துக்கு அனுப்பினார். மதுபான் சவுக், செக்டர் 14, ரோகினி, டெல்லி- 110 085 என்ற முகவரியில் உள்ள இந்த ஆய்வகம் தேசிய அக்ரடிஷன் கமிட்டியின் அங்கீகாரம் பெற்ற அரசு நிறுவனமாகும். கர்நாடக சி.ஐ.டி அனுப்பிய ஆவணங்களை 27-7-10 அன்று பெற்றுக் கொண்ட தடய அறிவியல் ஆய்வகம், 12.11.10 அன்று தனது பரிசோதனை அறிக்கையை கொடுத்துள்ளது. பரி சோதனைக்கு எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப் பட்டவை எவை எவை, அவற்றை எந்த முறையில் ஆய்வுக்குட்படுத்தினோம், அவற்றின் முடிவுகள் என்ன என்பது தான்  இந்த அறிக்கையின் சாராம்ச மாகும். ஆய்வுக்கு அனுப்பப்பட்ட பொருட்களுக்கு குறியீட்டு எண் கொடுத்தது  தடய அறிவியல் ஆய்வகம். Exhibit-1 என்ற குறியீடு கொண்ட  வீடியோவில் இருந்த ஆணின்  முகம் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட பதிவுகளுக்கு Exhibit-QMFI  என்ற குறியீடும், அந்த ஆணுடன் நெருக்கமாக இருந்தபடி, ஸ்பை கேமராவை  அட்ஜஸ்ட் செய்யும்  பெண்ணுக்கு Exhibit-QFFI என்றும் குறியீடு கொடுக்கப்பட்டது. (ஆண் என்பது நித்யானந்தாவையும் பெண் என்பது ரஞ்சிதாவையும் குறிக்கும்).  இதுபோல,  Exhibit-2   என்ற குறியீடு கொண்ட வீடியோவிலும் இதே போல ஆண், பெண் உருவங்களுக்கு குறியீடுகள் கொடுக்கப்பட்டன. Exhibit-3 என்ற குறியீடு கொடுக்கப்பட்ட, மோசர்பியர் டி.வி.டியில்  போட்டோக்களும் வீடியோக்களும் ஃபைல்களாக இருந்தன. அவற்றிலிருந்த பெண் உருவத்திற்கு Exhibit-SFFI எனக் குறியீடு தரப்பட்டது. (அதாவது, அந்த டி.வி.டியில் இருந்தவை  ரஞ்சிதா சம்பந்தப்பட்ட பழைய போட்டோக்களும் வீடியோ காட்சிகளுமாகும்.) Exhibit-4    என்ற குறியீடு கொடுக்கப்பட்ட மோசர்பியர் டி.வி.டியில்  இருந்த போட்டோ மற்றும் வீடியோ ஃபைல்களில் இருந்த ஆண் உருவத்திற்கு Exhibit-SMFI என்ற குறியீடு கொடுக்கப்பட்டது. (இந்த டி.வி.டியில் இருந்தவை, நித்யானந்தா சம்பந்தப்பட்ட பழைய போட்டோக்களும் வீடியோ காட்சிகளுமாகும்.) இந்தக் குறியீடுகளின் அடிப்படையில் ஆய்வுகளை மேற்கொண்ட  தடய அறிவியல் ஆய்வகம் உருவங்கள் பற்றிய ஆய்வு மற்றும் ஒப்பீடுகள் தொடர்பான ஆய்வில், Exhibit-QMFI  எனக் குறியிடப்பட்ட  (ஆண்) உருவமும், Exhibit - SMFI எனக் குறியிடப்பட்டுள்ள (ஆண்) உருவமும் ஒரே (ஆண்) உருவம்தான் என்பது கண்டறியப் பட்டுள்ளது. (அதாவது, ரஞ்சிதாவுடன்  வீடியோவில் உள்ள நித்யானந்தாவின்  உருவம், டி.வி.டியில் உள்ள நித்யானந்தாவின் பழைய போட்டோ மற்றும் வீடியோக்களுடன் பொருந்துகிறது. Exhibit-QFFI  என குறியிடப்பட்டுள்ள (பெண்) உருவமும், Exhibit-SFFI என குறியிடப் பட்ட (பெண்) உருவமும் ஒரே (பெண்) உருவம் தான் என்பது கண்டறியப்பட்டுள்ளது. (அதாவது, வீடியோவில் நித்யானந்தாவுடன் உள்ள ரஞ்சிதா வின் உருவம், டி.வி.டியில் உள்ள  போட்டோ மற்றும் வீடியோக்களுடன் பொருந்துகிறது.) -இதுதான் டெல்லியில் உள்ள தடய அறிவியல் ஆய்வகத்தில் பரிசோதனை நடத்திய டாக்டர் சி.பி.சிங்கின் அறிக்கையாகும். தடய அறிவியல் ஆய்வகத்தின் முடிவுகள் மிகத் தெளிவாக உண்மையை விளக்குகின்றன. வீடியோ காட்சிகளைக் காணும்போதே சாதாரண மக்களால் இந்த உண்மையைப் புரிந்துகொள்ள முடியும்.  உண்மை களை உரக்கச் சொல்வதுதான் நக்கீரனின் வழக் கம். பிரேமா னந்தா, ஜெயேந்திரர் ஆகியோர் தொடர்பான புலனாய்வு களிலும் அதிர வைக்கும் உண்மைகளை வெட்ட வெளிச்சமாக்கியது நக்கீரன்தான். ஆன்மீகப் போர் வையில் நித்யானந்தா மேற்கொண்ட செயல்பாடு களையும் அதுபோலவே அம்பலப்படுத்தியது நக்கீரன். இதற்காக நக்கீரன் மீது நித்யானந்தாவும் ரஞ்சிதாவும் பாய்கிறார்கள். இந்தப் பாய்ச்சலுக்கோ பூச்சாண்டிகளுக்கோ நக்கீரன் பயந்துவிடாது.  அணிந் திருக்கும் காவி உடைக்கான கண்ணியம் சிறிதுமின்றி, அறிவார்ந்த பத்திரிகையாளர்கள் நிறைந்திருக்கும் அரங்கில், நித்யானந்தா காறித் துப்புகிறார் என்றால், அவர் மல்லாந்து படுத்துக்கொண்டு எச்சில் துப்புகிறார் என்றுதான் அர்த்தம். இதெல்லாம் ஒரு பொழப்பா என கேட்கிறார் நித்யானந்தா. நெற்றிக்கண் திறப்பினும் குற்றம் குற்றமே என்ற தாரக மந்திரத்தின் அடிப்படையில் சமூகத்தில் மதம் மற்றும் ஆன்மீகப் போர்வையில் ஒளிந்து கொண்டு மக்களை ஏமாற்றி பொழப்பு நடத்தும் காவி உடை தரித்த இவர்களை போன்ற மோசடிப் பேர்வழிகளை அம்பலப்படுத்துவதையும் அப்புறப்படுத்துவதையும் நக்கீரன் பொழப்பாக கொண்டுள்ளதால்தான் லட்சோப லட்சம் வாசகர்களுடன் இன்றும் கம்பீர மாக பவனி வருகிறது நக்கீரன். இதுதான் எங்கள் பொழப்பு! நக்கீரன் வெளியிட்டது உண்மையான வீடியோ காட்சிகள்தான் என்பதில் உறுதியாக இருக்கிறோம். சட்டப்பூர்வமாகவும் இதனை நிரூபிப்போம். வீடியோ காட்சிகள் போலியானவை என்று சொல்லும் நித்யா னந்தாவும் ரஞ்சிதாவும்  நீதிமான்கள் -சட்ட வல்லு நர்கள் -தொழில்நுட்ப வல்லுநர்கள் -தடயவியல் நிபுணர்கள் -பத்திரிகையாளர்கள் உள்ளிட்ட 100 பேர்  முன்பாக  இந்த வீடியோ காட்சிகள் போலியானவை என்பதை நிரூபிக்கத் தயாரா என்று நக்கீரன் பகிரங்கமாக சவால் விடுகிறது. இந்த சவாலை எதிர்கொண்டு, தங்க ளின் பரிசுத்தத் தன் மையை நிரூபிக்க நித்யானந்தாவும் ரஞ்சிதாவும் தயாரா? -ஆசிரியர்  அண்டப் புளுகு...! நக்கீரன் மிரட்டியதாக பொய்க்குற்றச்சாட்டு சுமத்தும் நித்யானந்தா, தனக்கு எதிராக வழக்கு தொடுத்து, ஆசிரமத்து விஷயங்களை வெளியே கொண்டுவந்த லெனின் தர்மானந்தாவிடம்  போனில் மிஞ்சியும் கெஞ்சியும் பேசியதையும் அதை லெனின் தர்மானந்தா டேப் செய்திருந்ததையும் ஏற்கனவே நக்கீரன் வெளியிட்டிருக்கிறது. "ரஞ்சிதாவும் நானும் ஒண்ணா செக்ஸ்ல இருந்தோம். இதிலே என்னடா தப்பு?  புரிஞ்சுக்கடா தர்மா.. தயவு செய்து புரிஞ்சுக்கடா தர்மா. எவ்வளவு பணம் வேணும்னாலும் தர்றேண்டா... உன் உயிருக்கு யாராலயும் எதுவும் நடக்காதுன்னு ரிட்டனா எழுதித் தர்றேன் தர்மா' என்று  நித்யானந்தா அதில் பேசியிருந்ததையும் வெளியிட்டிருந்தோம்.  நித்யானந்தாவின் கெஞ்சலுக்கும் மிஞ்சலுக்கும் பணியாத லெனின் தர்மானந்தா, நக்கீரன் மூலமாக, "அந்த வீடியோவில் இருப்பதை நித்யானந்தா பொய் என நிரூபித்தால் என்னைத் தூக்கில் போடுங்கள்' என்று ஓப்பனாக சொல்லியிருந்தார். தன்னுடைய நிலையில் இப்போதும் உறுதியாக இருக்கும் லெனின் தர்மானந் தா நம்மிடம், ""வீடியோவில் இருப்பது நித்யானந்தாவும் ரஞ்சிதாவும்தான் என்பது உறுதியான விஷயம். நித்யானந்தாவால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பெண் பக்தர்கள் பல பேர் இருக்கிறார்கள். சாமியார் என்ற போர்வை யில் உலவும் மோசமான வேடதாரி.  அவரை நம்பி இனி எந்தப் பெண்ணும் ஏமாறக்கூடாது என்றுதான் உயிரைப் பணயம் வைத்து ஆசிரம ரகசியங்களை அம்பலப்படுத்தினேன். கர்நாடகாவில் வழக்கு நடக்கும் நிலையில், அங்கிருந்து இங்கே வந்து, பொய்க் குற்றச்சாட்டுகளைக் கூறுகிறார்.  இந்துமதத்தின்  பாதுகாவலர் போல பாவ்லா செய்கிறார். அவர் எந்த விதத்திலும் இந்து மதத்திற்கு பயன்படவில்லை. அவர் சொல்வது எல்லாம் பொய் என்பது இங்குள்ள ஆட்சியாளர்களுக்கும் தெரியும் என்று நம்புகிறேன். நித்யானந்தாவை யாரும் ப்ளாக்மெயில் செய்யமுடியாது. அவர்தான் எல்லோரையும் ப்ளாக் மெயில் செய்வார். அதற்குப் பயந்து பல பெண்கள், உண்மைகளைப் பேசாமல் இருந்திருக்கிறார்கள். நித்யானந்தா பற்றி நான் அம்பலப்படுத்திய அனைத்தும் உண்மை. இப்போதும் சொல்கிறேன், அதை பொய் என்று நிரூபித்தால், தமிழக மக்கள் என்னைக் கல்லால் அடித்தே கொல்லட்டும்.''

தோல்வியில் முடிந்த நித்யானந்தாவின் நிகழ்ச்சி!

ஆபாச வீடியோ குற்றச்சாட்டால் சரிந்துபோன தனது செல்வாக்கை சரிசெய்ய, தியானத்தில் இருப்பவர்களை 'குண்டலினி சக்தி'யின் மூலம் அந்தரத்தில் மிதக்க வைப்பதாக சவால் விட்ட நித்யானந்தாவின் ஆன்மீக நிகழ்ச்சி தோல்வியில் முடிந்தது.


பிடதி நித்யானந்தா தியான பீடத்தில், குரு பவுர்ணமி விழா கொண்டாடப்பட்டது. விழாவை ஒட்டி, 15.07.2011 அன்று காலையிலிருந்து சிறப்பு பூஜைகள் நடத்தப்பட்டன. விழாவை ஒட்டி, ஆசிரமத்தின் பிரதான வாயிலில் இருந்து, ஆனந்தேஸ்வரா கோவில் வரையிலும் நித்யானந்தா ஊர்வலமாக அழைத்து வரப்பட்டார்.


ஆசிரமத்திலுள்ள ஆனந்தேஸ்வரா சன்னிதியின் முன், பஞ்சதபா ஆசனம் போடப்பட்டிருந்தது. அதில், நித்யானந்தா அமர்ந்திருந்தார்.


இந்த குருபூர்ணிமா விழாவில் நடிகை ரஞ்சிதாவும் கலந்து கொண்டார். அவர் நித்யானந்தாவுக்கு பாத பூஜை செய்து அவரது முன் மண்டியிட்டார். அப்போது நித்யானந்தா ரஞ்சிதாவின் தலையை தொட்டு ஆசீர்வாதம் வழங்கினார். அவரைத் தொடர்ந்து பக்தர்களும், ஆசிரம பெண்கள் அனைவரும் வரிசையில் வந்து நித்யானந்தாவுக்கு பாதபூஜை செய்து ஆசீர்வாதம் பெற்றனர்.

சிறிது நேரம் ஆசி வழங்கிய நித்தியானந்தா பக்தர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் குண்டலினி யோகாசன பயிற்சி அளித்தார். புவிஈர்ப்பு விசைக்கு எதிராக பக்தர்களை தன்னால் அந்தரத்தில் மிதக்க வைக்க முடியும் என்று சவால் விட்டார்.


குண்டலினியை எழுப்பி, மந்திரங்களை ஓதி அவர் சைகை செய்ய எம்பி யெம்பி குதித்த பக்தர்கள் ஏமாற்றம் அடைந்தனர்.


சிறப்பு விருந்தினராக அழைக்கப்பட்டிருந்த நடிகை ரஞ்சிதாவும், நித்தியானந்தாவின் கட்டளையை ஏற்று அந்தரத்தில் மிதக்க முயற்சித்தார். ஆனால் தடுமாறி கீழே விழுந்த அவர் அப்படியே சிரித்தப்படி உட்கார்ந்துவிட்டார்.


கீழே விழுந்தாலும் மீசையில் மண் ஒட்டவில்லை என்று சிரித்த நித்யானந்தாவிடம் ஒருவர் சவால் விட்டார். தன்னை இச்சோதனைக்கு உட்படுத்திக்கொண்ட அவருக்கு எந்த மாற்றமும் ஏற்படாததால் வாக்குவாதத்தில் ஈடுபட்டார். வாக்குவாதத்தில் ஈடுபட்டவருக்கு பதில் சொல்ல முடியாமல் திணறினார் நித்யானந்தா. இதனால் அந்த இடத்தில் பரபரப்பு ஏற்பட்டது.

பெங்களூர்: நடிகை ரஞ்சிதாவை அந்தரத்தில் மிதக்க வைப்பதாக பிடதி ஆசிரமத்தில் நித்யானந்தா நடத்திக் காட்டிய வித்தை படுதோல்வி அடைந்தது. வெளிநாட்டு சீடர்கள் உட்பட அனைவரும் ஏமாற்றம் அடைந்தனர். மக்களை  ஏமாற்றுவதாக நித்யானந்தாவுக்கு எதிராக ஒரு நிருபர் ஆவேசமாக கூச்சல் போட்டார். இதனால் அங்கு பெரும் பரபரப்பு ஏற்பட்டது.

ரஞ்சிதாவுடன் நித்யானந்தா நெருக்கமாக இருந்த காட்சிகள் உலகம் முழுவதும்  பத்திரிகைகள் மற்றும் டி.வி.க்களில் வெளியானதால் நித்தியானந்தாவின் உண்மையான முகம் மக்களிடம் அம்பலமானது. இந்து மதத்துக்கு அவமானத்தை  ஏற்படுத்திய ஆபாச சாமியாரை தண்டிக்க வேண்டும் என நாடெங்கும் குரல்கள் எழுந்தன. இதையடுத்து நித்யானந்தா கர்நாடகா போலீசால் கைது செய்யப்பட்டு இப்போது  ஜாமீனில் வெளியே வந்திருக்கிறார். ரஞ்சிதாவும் இதுவரை தலை மறைவாக இருந்தார். மக்களிடம் மதிப்பிழந்த நித்யானந்தா, சிலரது தூண்டுதலின் காரணமாக சமீபத்தில் ரஞ்சிதாவுடன் சென்னை வந்து பிரஸ் மீட் நடத்தி செய்தி நிறுவனங்கள் மீது பொய் மூட்டைகளை அவிழ்த்துவிட்டார். அதை  தொடர்ந்து அடுத்த காமெடி கலாட்டாவை தனது பிடதி ஆசிரமத்தில் அரங்கேற்றியுள்ளார்.

 நேற்று முன்தினம் குரு பூர்ணிமா பூஜை நடந்தது. ஆடம்பரமாக கொண்டாடினார் நித்யானந்தா. ரஞ்சிதா உள்பட ஏகப்பட்ட பெண் சீடர்கள், வெளிநாட்டு கோஷ்டிகள் அவரை சுற்றி அமர்ந்திருந்தன. அப்போது தான் ஒரு வித்தை புரியப்  போவதாக நித்யானந்தா அறிவித்தார். குண்டலினி சக்தி மூலம் புவி ஈர்ப்பு விசைக்கு எதிராக உங்களை அந்தரத்தில் மிதக்க வைக்க போகிறேன் என்றார்.

 ‘அந்தரத்தில் மிதப்பது எல்லாம் ரொம்ப சிம்பிள். பிளாங்க் செக் கொடுத்து ஏழையை பணக்காரனாக்குவது போன்றதுதான் அது. குண்டலினியில் ஈடுபட்டு இந்த சக்தியை அடைவதற்குள் உங்களுக்கு வயதாகிவிடும். அதனால் நானே உங் கள் குண்டலினி சக்தியை உடனடியாக எழுப்பிக் காட்டுகிறேன்!’ என்று நித்யானந்தா சவால் விடும் தோரணையில் அறிவித்தார்.

இதையடுத்து ரஞ்சிதா உள்பட அங்கிருந்த சிஷ்யகோடிகள் அனைவரும் அந்தரத்தில் மிதக்க தயாராயினர். சிம்மாசனத்தில் அமர்ந்து கையில் வாள், கேடயம் போன்றவற்றை வைத்துக் கொண்டு நித்யானந்தா ஏதோ மந்திரம் முணுமுணுத் தார். பிறகு வாயை குவித்து காற்றை ஊதினார். நடக்கட்டும் என்பது போல் கைகளை அசைத்து எல்லோரையும் குதிக்க சொன்னார். குதித்து கொண்டே இருந்தால் ஒரு கட்டத்தில் சர்ரென மேலெழும்பி அந்தரத்தில் மிதக்கலாம் என்றார்.

 இதையடுத்து எல்லோரும் சம்மனமிட்டு உட்கார்ந்தபடியே குதிக்க தொடங்கினர். விநோத ஒலிகளை எழுப்பிய வண்ணம்  அவர்கள் குதித்தது ஒரே நேரத்தில் ஏராளமான தவளைகள் தாவி குதிப்பதை போலிருந்தது. எங்கே அந்தரத்தில்  பறந்துபோய் கீழே விழுந்தால் அடிபட்டு விடுமோ என்று சிலர் ஹெல்மெட் வேறு போட்டிருந்தனர்.
 ஆனால் ஜன்னி வந்தது போல எல்லோரும் குதித்ததுதான் மிச்சம், யாரும் மிதக்கவில்லை. சிரித்தபடி பார்த்துக் கொண்டிருந்த நித்யானந்தா, ரஞ்சிதாவை பார்த்து, Ôம்...நீயும் குதி...Õ என்பதுபோல சைகை காட்டினார்.

 அடுத்த நிம¤டம் தனது டிசைனர் சாரியை இடுப்பில் செருகிக் கொண்டு உட்கார்ந்த இடத்தில் இருந்து சர்வாங்கமும் அதிர குதிகுதியென குதித்தார் ரஞ்சிதா. இதை பார்த்த ஒரு நிருபர், Ôஎன்னையும் மிதக்க வைக்க முடியுமாÕ என்று கேட் டார். நித்தியானந்தா சளைக்கவில்லை. அவரையும் குதிக்க சொன்னார். ஹெல்மெட் மாட்டிக்கொண்டு நிருபரும் உட்கார்ந்த இடத்தில் இருந்து துள்ளி குதித்தார்.
ஆசிரமம் முழுக்க இப்படி ஒரே துள்ளலாக இருந்ததே தவிர யாரும் அந்தரத்தில் மிதக்கவில்லை. தீவிரமாக குதித்த ரஞ்சிதா மல்லாந்து விழுந்தார். ஆனாலும்  சிரித்தபடி எழுந்து உட்கார்ந்தார். கடைசிவரை யாரும் எழும்பாததால் அனைவ ரும் ஏமாற்றம் அடைந்தனர்.

நித்யானந்தா மீண்டும் தன் வேஷம் கலைந்து விட்டதை திசை திருப்ப, அசட்டு சிரிப்புடன் விளக்கம் கூற முயன்றார். ஆனால் சும்மா குதித்து அவமானப்பட்ட நிருபர், நித்யானந்தாவுடன் வாக்குவாதம் செய்தார். ‘‘மக்களை முட்டாளாக்கும்  விதத்தில் இன்னும் எத்தனை காலம்தான் இப்படி வித்தை காட்டுவீர்கள்?’’ என்று கோபமாக கேட்டார். வெளிநாட்டு சீடர்கள் சிலரும் ஆத்திரத்துடன் கேள்வி எழுப்பினர். அவர்களை லோக்கல் சீடர்கள் அழுத்தி உட்கார வைத்தனர்.

குருபூர்ணிமா போன்ற புனித நாளில் இதுபோன்ற காமெடி கலாட்டாவை  அரங்கேற்றி இந்து மதத்தின் பெருமையை குலைக்¢கும் விதத்தில் நடந்துகொண்ட நித்யானந்தா மீது மடாதிபதிகள் கடும் அதிருப்தி அடைந்துள்ளனர். ஆபாச சாமி யாரின் மற்றொரு புரட்டு அம்பலமாக குரு பூர்ணிமா பூஜை உதவியது என மக்கள் கூறினர்.

கர்நாடகாவில் குருபூர்ணிமா விழா மிகவும் பிரசித்தி பெற்றது. ஆடி மாதம் பவுர்ணமி தினமாக குருபூர்ணிமா கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது. அன்றைய தினம் ஆன்மிக பெரியவர்கள், குருமார்கள், ஆசிரியர்கள் ஆகியோரை அணுகி வாழ்த்து பெறுவது வழக்கம். சிறப்புமிக்க இந்த தினம், பிடதியில் உள்ள நித்யானந்தா ஆசிரமத்தில் கேளிக்கை விழாவாக நடந்துள்ளது.

அமைப்பின் தலைவர் பகவான் அளித்த பேட்டியில், ‘‘உலகம் முழுவதும் குருக்களுக்கு மாணவர்கள் மரியாதை செலுத்தும் விழாவாக குருபூர்ணிமா கொண்டாடப்படு கிறது. இந்த புனித நாளில் நடிகை, பக்தைகளை ஆட வைத்து, அதை அலங்கார தேரில் வலம் வந்து நித்யானந்தா ரசித்துள்ளார். மூட நம்பிக்கையை ஒழிக்க வேண்டிய கால கட்டத்தில், அவற்றுக்கு மக்களை மீண்டும் அழைத்துச் செல்லும்  முயற்சியில் நித்யானந்தா ஈடுபட்டுள்ளார். ஆன்மிக புனிதர்கள் பலர் வாழ்ந்த இந்த புண்ணிய பூமியில் நித்தியானந்தா போன்றவர்கள் இருப்பது கர்நாடகாவின் கவுரவத்துக்கு இழுக்கு. எனவே, அரசு அவரை மாநிலத்தை விட்டு வெளியேற்ற வேண்டும். இல்லாவிட்டால், போராட்டத்தை தீவிரப்படுத்து வோம்’’ என்றார்.

Paramahamsa Nithyananda Swamy cannot commit rape: counsel

On Thursday, a medical document submitted in the high court certified that self-styled godman Paramahamsa Nithyananda Swamy could not have committed rape.

A medical doctor has certified that his ‘bodily features’ resemble those of a child between one and six years old. The state government had filed an appeal in the high court seeking cancellation of the conditional bail granted to Nithyananda Swamy on June 11, 2010.

Following an appeal, bail conditions were later relaxed.In its appeal, the state government said that the godman should be committed to judicial custody until the conclusion of the trial, as he was calling press conferences and participating in debates on television, making unwarranted comments on the criminal investigation.

The state government said that he had claimed to be the victim of sexual abuse, causing witnesses to fear making submissions against him.

Counsel for Nithyananda Swamy, CV Nagesh, argued that Nithyananda wanted to go on pilgrimage, but even after bail conditions were relaxed, he was not given his passport. Nagesh also presented an argument that was buttressed with medical documents in a sealed cover.

The documents attested that the godman’s body was like that of a child between one and six years old, and that he could not have forced anyone to have sex with him. Justice KN Keshavanarayan posted the case for orders on July 18.

Hop turns flop at Bidadi ashram

Self-styled godman Nithyananda’s invitation to watch the miracles of meditation did not actually set the Bidadi ashram ablaze on Friday. As the media and onlookers watched, the demonstration of levitation turned out to be his devotees trying to hop up from wherever they were seated.

Nithyananda had invited mediapersons along with many of his disciples to his ashram to convince them that he is seriously working to scientifically explore the benefits of his way of meditation or what he called ‘Kundalini awakening’.

He chose Guru Poornima to show his so-called spiritual prowess. Flanked by many of his disciples, Nithyananda took out a ‘grand procession’ from the main gate to the temple.

Later, the procession converged on the main hall where Nithyananda was supposed to show results of his stream of meditation including levitation.

But what was apparently visible throughout the show was that the self-styled godman mistook levitation for hopping.
 

Nithyananda’s instruction to his disciples was to levitate and dictionaries say levitation means, ‘to rise or cause to rise into the air and float in apparent defiance of gravity’.

However, instead of levitating, his disciples were seen merely jumping up and down on the stage as well as off it.

Among the hoppers were some female foreigners seated in the audience.
Some wore a helmet-like contraption said to help raise their Kundalini. Many of the women just swayed about, with their hair loose, as if in a trance.

The show-stopper, of course, was Tamil actress Ranjitha, who too tried to hop about, but the effort looked more out of a Kollywood movie, than a spiritual effort, the frequent loud exaltations by Nithyananda making it more so.

A local mediaperson answered Nithyananda’s exhortations to the media to try the Kundalini experiment. He was asked to jump from where he was seated. He told the Ashramites that he wouldn’t do so since that wouldn’t amount to a miracle.

In a press release, Nithyananda later claimed that his “global message was accompanied by a scientific presentation and live demonstration of Kundalini-awakening and levitation”.

He went on to claim that his demonstration was part of an ongoing scientific study by a team of international researchers on the effects of Kundalini-awakening on physical health, mental clarity and altered states of consciousness.

Nithyananda complains against SUN TV to hide his own sexual indulgence

English translation:

Nithyananda Dyanapeetam head , Nithya Sarvananda, (FYI: Sarvananda tried to get an anticipatory bail before Nithyananda was arrested) has filed a complaint with the Tamilnadu police commissioner requesting action against SUN TV director Dayanidhi Maran and Hansraj Saxena.

The petition says that SUN TV deliberately telecast Nithyananda's sexual acts with a Tamil film actress Ranjitha with an inner motive of defaming Hindu religion.

The petition further says, on 2nd March 2010 at 8-30 pm, our spiritual master Nithyananda was portrayed as if he was in a sexually compromising posture with a Tamil film actress, Ranjitha in a very obscene manner. These 'morphed' videos was telecast in SUN TV as a special program.This was carried out with a clear motive to defame HINDU religion.

THINK OVER: Dirty Nithyananda, using the opportunity of the arrest of SUN TV director for some scam, has given a complaint against him so as to cover up his sex act and cheating (a cunning fox)!

Bangalore and Hyderabad laboratories have time and again proved that Nithyananda-Ranjitha sex videos are original and NOT MORPHED.

Now Nithyananda files a false complaint against SUN TV saying that HINDU religion is being tarnished because SUN TV telecast his sex videos.Obviously Nithyananda is trying to divert the whole issue bringing in the HINDU religion.

As we are aware in few places the ashram posters were torn and a glass was broken in the ashram by the hurt ex devotees. Now Nithyananda says all his ashrams were attacked and ransacked by the the DMK gondas.

Nithyananda, a spiritual businessman, a womaniser, took beatings with slippers from the people. Will the law give Nithyananda the same slipper treatment! We have to wait and watch!

சரி... நித்யானதா அவ்வளவு புனிதர் என்றால், 'சாய் பாபா' அஞ்சலிக்கு சென்ற நித்யானந்தாவை, சுற்றி சுற்றி அவமானப்படுத்தியது ஏன்?

அஞ்சலி செலுத்தும் போதும் அதன் பின்னரும் 'நித்யானதாவை' ஓட ஓட விரட்டி அவமானப்படுத்தியது ஏன்?

ஏனென்றால் நித்யாந்தா ஒரு 'போலி துறவி' என்பது யாவர்க்கும் தெரிந்த ஒன்று.

C.I.D closed 4 false complaints against Lenin (Dharmananda)

Four devotees of Accused no. 1 Nithyananda had filed criminal complaint of trespass, etc against Lenin (Dharmananda). The four devotees Ms. Lori Alice Espersen, Mrs. Rajeshwari Gunasekaran, Mr. Vijay Venkatraman and Mr. Surya Prakash filed a private complaint with the Ramanagar court. 

The court directed the complaints to be investigated. The C.I.D. after thorough investigations confirmed that these complaints were false and instigated by the accused no. 1 Nithyananda. Hence the four criminal complaints were closed.

(Accused) Nithyananda allowed to travel - only to Manasarovar

Bangalore, June 23, DHNS :

A court in Ramanagaram has granted permission to Nithyananda to make a pilgrimage to Mansarovar, on the condition that he return his passport to police by July 27.

Nithyananda had requested the court to allow him to visit Mansarovar, saying that he made an annual pilgrimage to the holy shrine in Tibet. He had pleaded the court to allow him to use his passport. The CID police have impounded Nithyananda’s passport.

Following the court order, Nithyananda’s close aide Swamy Sachidananda landed up at the CID office and submitted an authorisation letter, and collected the passport.

Nithyananda tried to copy Ramdev, faces surgery

Bangalore, Jun 14: Swamy Nithyananda, who always remains in controversies, underwent a surgery for a fracture in his forearm in a hospital in Bangalore on Tuesday, Jun 14.

Sources reported that the accident happened when the self-styled godman attended his regular yoga and exercise session in his ashram. However, hospital authorities informed, "He has suffered a simple fracture in his right forearm and is being operated for the same."

After citing Nithyananda's willingness towards yoga and exercise, many started speculating that the Swamy might have been inspired by Baba Ramdev who is also well-known as yoga guru.

State appointed C H Jadhav in Nithyananda case

BANGALORE: The State Government has appointed former public prosecutor C H Jadhav to represent the State in the cases filed against self-styled godman Nithyananda in Bidadi Police Station.

The government, besides appointing Jhadav as the Special Public Prosecutor in Crime No 141 of Bidadi police station through a notification issued on May 30, has stated that Nithya Dharmananda alias K Lenin should bear all the remuneration and salary of Jadhav. Incidentally, Jadhav has appeared for Lenin in the petitions filed by him.

Godman Nithyananda's case stuck as files move between courts

The case against the controversial godman Swami Nithyananda still waits to be committed to trial after the CID filed the chargesheet in November 2010.

The delay is due to case files being shuffled between the Ramanagaram court and the High Court.

A recent application by the special public prosecutor seeking a direction for the medical examination of Nithyananda under section 53 (A) of the CrPC, has been challenged by Nithyananda. The Ramanagaram court is unable to dispose of the application as the case files are in the High Court.

The prosecutor said that the report received from the forensic expert on the video-recording was positive and that the image found in the video was conclusive of the presence of Nithyananda.

“Medical examination of the accused in a case of rape is mandatory. When he was arrested, this examination could not be conducted as there was no victim then. Subsequently, a victim from the US approached the CID and gave a statement. Now, the accused has to go through the medical examination,’’ special public prosecutor K. Janardhan said.

Nithyananda challenged the application for his medical examination and moved another application stating it would be breach of privacy. The Ramanagaram court could not dispose of this application as the files relating to the case are in the High Court.

Moreover, the prosecutor said that the case was yet to be committed to trial as there have been several applications filed before the Ramanagaram CJM court on the chargesheet filed by the CID.

“Accused number 5 in the case (Maa Sachidananda alias Ragini) was denied court permission to travel to the US. But, accused number 2 (Nithya Bhaktananda alias Gopala Seelam Reddy) went to the US and had to return on May 12. He did not return and, through his advocates, moved another application seeking extension. The CID submitted an objection to this in a sealed envelop and stated that the accused were travelling to the US to tamper with the evidence and the only victim who lives there" Mr Janardhan said.

The Ramanagaram court refused to grant the extension sought. The CID stated that the accused who went to the US have lodged several complaints against the victim in an attempt to threaten her.

The CID has examined 101 witnesses spread across the country and even abroad and submitted a 430-page chargesheet against Nithyananda and others.

The CID stated in the chargesheet that during the investigation a woman from the US appeared before the CID and deposed that she was repeatedly raped by Swami Nithyananda not only at his ashram in Bidadi, but in other parts of the country.

The swami allegedly told the victim that if she subjected herself to his sexual demands she would achieve enlightenment and that sex with Swamiji was the path to moksha.

The CID also placed before the court agreements signed between the devotees and ashram authorities taking the consent of the devotees for partaking in tantrik sex.

Cults vary in how much financial and political power they wield. Some are local phenomena with only a dozen members. Others have thousands of members, operate multinational businesses, and control complex multimillion- if not multibillion-dollar organizations.

Modern-day cults and thought-reform groups tend to offer apparent utopias, places where all humankind's ills will be cured. The cults' lure is, if you just come along, all will be fine, and everyone will live happily ever after.

Since the 1960s, there has been a burgeoning of independent entrepreneurial groups that go into the mind-manipulation and personality-change business. Myriads of false messiahs, quacks, and leaders of cults and thought-reform groups have emerged who use Orwellian* mind-manipulation techniques. They recruit the curious, the unaffiliated, the trusting, and the altruistic. They promise intellectual, spiritual, political, social, and self-actualization utopias. These modern-day pied pipers offer, among other things, pathways to God, salvation, revolution, personal development, enlightenment, perfect health, psychological growth, egalitarianism, channels to speak with 35,000-year- old "entities," life in ecospheres, and contact with extraterrestrial beings.

There is truly a smorgasbord of spiritual, psychological, political, and other types of cults and cultic groups seeking adherents and devotees. Contrary to the myth that those who join cults are seekers, it is the cults that go out and actively and aggressively find followers. Eventually, those groups subject their followers to mind-numbing treatments that block critical and evaluative thinking and subjugate independent choice in a context of a strictly enforced hierarchy

The wisdom of the ages is that most manipulation is subtle and covert. When Orwell* drew on this wisdom, he envisioned the evolution of an insidious but successful mind and opinion manipulator. He would appear as a smiling, seemingly beneficent Big Brother. But instead of one Big Brother, we see hordes of Big Brothers in the world today. Many of them are cult leaders."


* In 1949, George Orwell wrote about the negative utopia he feared would evolve, perhaps by 1984.

Orwell's genius was in sensing that combinations of social and psychological techniques are easier, more effective, and cheaper than the gun-to-the-head methods of coercion. Social and psychological persuasion is also less likely to attract attention and thus is less apt to mobilize opposition early and easily from those being manipulated. Orwell reasoned that if a government could control all media and interpersonal communication while simultaneously forcing citizens to speak in a politically controlled jargon, it could blunt independent thinking. If thought could be controlled, then rebellious actions against a regime could be prevented. Not only in his book Nineteen Eighty-Four but also in his essays on politics and the English language, Orwell emphasized the power of words. Words represent thoughts, and without the capability to express thoughts, people lose access to their own thinking.
