Yesterday, 14 Feb 2014, the Minister of Educatoin issued a notice to Nithyananda Gurukul, ordering that the Gurukul be closed within 7 days and all the children be sent to nearby schools. And in his usual style, Nithyananda or his group refused to rceive the notice from Ramnagar official yestarday, following which the officials pasted the notice on the main entrance gate and wall! But what is worse is - Nithyananda now responds with absolute & blatant defiance of the Govt. of Karnataka's order to close his illegal Gurukul, which has been running without any permission for last 8 years. Nithyananda has replied to the govt. by claiming that he does not need the permission from any govt to run his Gurukul!! It is obvious from this response that Nithyananda has utter disregard for the law of the land, and sheer contempt for any kind of authority!!!! Where on earth does Nithyananda think he is living?! His own la-la land where he creates all the rules maybe?!

ಬಿಡದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಗುರುಕುಲಕ್ಕೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆದಿಲ್ಲ. ಕಾನೂನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆಯ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ಮೊಕದ್ದಮೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತಕ್ಕೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೌಢಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಖಾತೆ ಸಚಿವ ಕಿಮ್ಮನೆ ರತ್ನಾಕರ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ತರಗತಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲು, ಆ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ಐಷಾರಾಮಿ ಬಂಗಲೆ ಅಥವಾ ಹೋಟೆಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆಯಲೇಬೇಕು. ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅದು ಅಪರಾಧವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಂತಹವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ಮೊಕದ್ದಮೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಬಹುದು. ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದನ ಗುರುಕುಲವೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸುದ್ದಿಗಾರರಿಗೆ ಗುರುವಾರ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಬಿಡದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಗುರುಕುಲ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿವರ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಲು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದೆ. ಅದರಂತೆ ರಾಮನಗರದ ಎಸ್ಪಿ, ಉಪ ವಿಭಾಗಾಧಿಕಾರಿ, ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಗುರುವಾರ ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಕಾನೂನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುಕುಲ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ಮೊಕದ್ದಮೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವರು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
ಈ ಗುರುಕುಲದ ಮೇಲೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮುನ್ನ ಎಲ್ಲ ರೀತಿಯ ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಇದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರು ವಿದೇಶಿಯರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಆತ್ಮಾನಂದ, ಶಿವಾನಂದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಆನಂದ ಸೇರಿಸಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಒದಗಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಅವರ ಮೂಲ ಹೆಸರೇ ಬೇರೆ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಮೂಲ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಮುಚ್ಚಿಡುವುದು ಕೂಡ ಅಪರಾಧ. ಇದು ಒಂದು ರೀತಿಯ ವಂಚನೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆಯೂ ಗುರುಕುಲಕ್ಕೆ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಪೋಷಕರಿಗೆ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಆದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹಿತರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಕೆಲಸ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅಗತ್ಯ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ನೀಡಿ, ಎಲ್ಲ ರೀತಿಯ ಕಾನೂನು ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನೂ ಕೈಗೊಂಡು ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಂತೆಯೇ ಈ ಗುರುಕುಲ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ನಿಭಾಯಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಆದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಕಿಮ್ಮನೆ ರತ್ನಾಕರ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಕಾನೂನು ಚೌಕಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ಜಾರಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ರೀತಿಯ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಪೂರೈಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಮುಗಿಸಿ, ಕಠಿಣ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು.

Education Minister, Mr. Kimmane Ratnakar orders action to be taken against Nithyananda Gurukul, whic has been running without any permission from State or Central govt. for last 8 years. The minister enquired about the status of the Gurukul in a meeting at the Vidhan Soudha today, with the Ramanagar DC, SP, Commisisoner, etc, and said that action will be taken as per law.

Nithyananda Gurukul Illegal: Education Dept says it will be Shut Down!

Today the Education department after a detailed discussion with authorities in Ramanagar, including the District Collector (DC), Ramanagar Police, Child Rights Protection group, etc has announced that Nithyananda Gurukul is illegal, and legal action will be initiated against the Gurukul. Criminal case will be file against Nithyananda, as he has been running the school for last 8 years, without any permission from State of Central govt, the school is not following any recognized syllabus like CBSE or state board, and the children coming out of this school will not have any recognition as they cannot take the board exams of any board! There are serious concerns about the future of 99 children who are in that ashram. It is a crime that Children's names have been changed to nithya or ananda something. 

Nithyananda has been given 7 days time within which Nithyananda must close the gurukul and have the children removed from his ashram. Also, the Ramanagar authorities have 7 days time to make enquiries into the details of each child, their real identity, their original address, their parents details, etc. The parents of the children will be called during this time and counseled on the danger to their children's future by being in this school, and they will be advised to remove their children and admit them elsewhere.

Samaya, as a true champion of the people, raises very pertinent questions regarding this issue, such as these:
When Nithyananda is facing very serious allegations (such as rape, etc), can he be allowed to keep such young children, especially girls in his care & custody, until he is proven innocent through a trial in a court?
If the parents of the gurukul kids tell the authorities that they have put their children in the gurukul knowing fully well about the riskts and they want their kids to continue, then can the authorities take any action?
Even if Nithyananda decides to close the gurukul within 7 days adn send the kids away, will the govt. then become silent again?

It is correctly explained that even if the parents have willingly put their children in Gurukul, NOBODY has the right to run a school for 8 years without proper license or permission from the govt. Nithyananda has already committed violations by running a school without permission, and he is answerable for this offence. So even if he closes the gurukul now, he will still have to face the law.

Kudos to the education department for taking the right action promptly, as this is an issue of very grave concern, since it involves protecting young innocent children, from being brainwashed into child soldiers for Nithyananda under the disguise of Hinduism, gurukul, etc!!

Nithyananda disciples try to grab carving laborer’s house: Outcry in Kumbakonam

Nithyananda’s disciples caused an uproar in Kumbakonam when they attempted to take over Rs. 20 lacs worth house and property of a sculpting laborer. Mohandas belongs to Kumabakonam Mukkannar Street. His son Karthi (age 30) and he are both sculpting laborers. For past few years, both have been staying in Nithyananda ashram in Bidadi, Karnataka to make silver items.Karthi returned to Kumbakonam recently.

 

Nithyananda disciples Rishi Shambavananda, Rishi Devaja, and Kalaiselvan came to Karthi’s house in Kumbakonam yesterday. It is told that Karthi handed over his house documents to them, and at that time he screamed that Nithyananda disciples are threatening him, trying to grab his property and have vandalized & damaged his house. On hearing this, lawyers, Hindu organizations and Karthi’s relatives gathered there.

Regarding this, Karthi told, “I and my father have been going to Nithyananda ashram for last 8 years. Past 1 year we made & gave silver statues, simhasanas (throne), plates, etc in the ashram. Because they demanded that the work should be completed fast, I took 65 people to work with me from Kumbakonam, Tarasuram, Tiruvalamsuzhi, Swami malai, Kovilpatti and Madurai. We did the work on contract basis. All contracts were in English. On the instruction of ashram administrators ¬I signed the documents. I know only Tamil. I and the laborers made 235 kilos of silver statues, plates and other such items and gave them and tried to return to Kumbakonam last January. At that time, ashram officials told me not to leave. I told them that my marriage has been fixed. They said, “Conduct your marriage in the ashram itself, we will find a girl for you”, but I refused. Then I left my father there and came back. Today (yesterday) the disciples who came from ashram told that in the items that I made silver was mixed with some other metal and that I had stolen the silver worth Rs. 30 lacs, and they threatened that I should give them my house and property as compensation for the loss.”

Regarding this, Nithyananda disciples Rishi Shambavananda& Rishi Devaja said, “items are stolen from ashram, further when statues were made they were mixed with cheap metals. At that time, Karthi had said that he will give his house as a compensation for the stolen articles. So we went today (yesterday) to see the place he promised to give, and to check the documents.”

Regarding this, Mohandas’ wife Shanthi gave a complaint in Kumbakonam East Police Station. Inspector Rajmohan and other policemen are conducting enquiry with both parties. This incident has created a huge outcry in Kumbakonam.

கும்பகோணம், பிப்.12–
கும்பகோணம் முக்கண்ணர் தெருவை சேர்ந்தவர் மோகன்தாஸ். இவரது மகன் கார்த்தி (வயது30). இவர்கள் இருவரும் கடந்த ஆண்டு பெங்களூர் அருகே உள்ள நித்யானந்தாவின் ஆசிரமத்திற்கு வெள்ளி பொருட்கள் தயாரித்து கொடுக்க வேலைக்கு சென்றனர்.
அப்போது 235 கிலோ வெள்ளியை கொடுத்து சுவாமி சிலைகள், தட்டுகள், சிம்மாசனம் செய்து தரும்படி கேட்டுள்ளனர். மோகன்தாசும் தனது உறவினர்கள், நண்பர்கள் என 65 பேரை அழைத்து வேலை செய்து கொடுத்துள்ளார்.

ஆனால் வெள்ளியில் உலோகம் கலப்படம் செய்து ரூ.30 லட்சம் வரை மோசடி நடந்ததாக கூறப்படுகிறது. எனவே இங்கேயே தங்கி பணத்தை கட்ட வேண்டும் என ஆசிரம நிர்வாகிகள் கூறியுள்ளனர்.

இதற்கு ஈடாக தன்னுடைய வீட்டினை எழுதி தருவதாக ஆசிரம நிர்வாகிகளிடம் கூறிவிட்டு கார்த்தி கும்பகோணத்திற்கு வந்தார்.
இந்நிலையில் நித்யானந்தா சீடர்கள் ரிசி சாம்பவானந்தா, தேவஜா, கலைச்செல்வன் ஆகிய 3 பேரும் கும்பகோணத்தில் உள்ள கார்த்திக் வீட்டிற்கு வந்தனர். அவர்களிடம் வீட்டில் உள்ள பத்திரத்தை கார்த்தி கொடுத்ததாக கூறப்படுகிறது. வீட்டையும் காலி இடங்களையும் ஆசிரம நிர்வாகிகள் சுற்றி பார்த்தனர்.

அந்த சமயத்தில் கார்த்தி தன் வீட்டை அபகரிக்க நித்யானந்தா ஆசிரம நிர்வாகிகள் வந்திருப்பதாகவும் வீட்டை அடித்து நொறுக்கி சேதப்படுத்தியதாகவும் கூச்சலிட்டுள்ளார்.

இதனால் அக்கம்பக்கத்தினர் வக்கீல்கள், இந்து அமைப்பினர் அங்கு கூடினர். பின்னர் கும்பகோணம் கிழக்கு போலீசில் மோகன் தாசின் மனைவி சாந்தி புகார் கொடுத்தார்.

ஆசிரமத்தில் நடந்தது பற்றி நித்யானந்தா சீடர் ரிசிசாம்பவானந்தா விளக்கம் அளித்தார். இன்ஸ்பெக்டர் ராஜ்மோகன் மற்றும் போலீசார் இருதரப்பினரிடம் விசாரணை நடத்தினர்.

Nithyananda Gurukul - New Developments

People's Champion Samaya TV has once again raised very important questions to the govt. about why there has been no action against Nithyananda''s illegal gurukul, which is running without any proper license or permission from the govt for the last 7 years?! Why have the authorities remained silent even after this has come to their attention? What are they afraid of?

The Karnataka State Child Rights Protection members visited Nithyananda's Bangalore (Bidadi) ashram in Oct 2013 for inspecting the Gurukul after receiving a complaint about it. But to everyone's shock they were insulted and thrown of the ashram. Not only that, after that Nithyananda launched an abusive campaign against them on TV, calling them names, even going to the extent of saying they are anti-Hindu elements who had nothing to do with the govt, they are their own "self-styled" group, whose only aim is to harass Nithyananda and abuse Hinduism!!
The members of Child Rights Protection had file a complaint with the Ramanagar police against Nithynanda ashram for preventing them from ding their duty. An FIR was registered for the complaint about a week ago. Today the SP of ramnagar has stated that investigations are complete and charge sheet will be filed within a week. Also minister of Woman and Child Welfare has stated that she has briefed the home minister Mr. George and the matter will be looked into very soon.
