Ranjitha appears before Ramanagara court

Actress Ranjitha today appeared before a court hearing her complaint against a former disciple of self-styled godman Nityananda over a sleaze video purportedly showing her with the controversial ascetic.

Ranjitha, in her complaint, had charged Lenin Karuppan, who had claimed to have shot the video, with criminal intimidation, attempted rape and criminal conspiracy and had said that the footage was morphed.

She appeared before Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Roopa in nearby Ramanagara and made a sworn declaration in connection with her complaint filed on December 30.
Since the statement was not completed, the Judge posted the case to February 19.
Ranjitha had also accused Lenin of attempted extortion and acts intended to insult the modesty of women.

She had alleged that Lenin made sexual advances towards her. When she threatened to complain against him to Nityananda, he displayed on his laptop "a few poorly shot videos of his molestation of two women Brahmacharis" and warned that she would see her own image in such videos if she dared to complain, Ranjitha had claimed.

The actress, who has starred only in Tamil films so far, alleged that she was unable to stay in Nityananda's ashram 'Dhyanapeetham' because of the sexual harassment and so she had to return to Chennai.

On February 2 last, while she was in Kerala for a film shoot, she was told by an ashram resident that an accomplice of Lenin had shown him certain photographs in which Nityananda was portrayed in a compromising position with her and sought Rs 20 crore for not releasing them to the media, she said.

She had also alleged that the purported video was "expertly-crafted to give no indication about its morphing."

Nityananda, who went into hiding in Himachal Pradesh, after TV channels aired the sleaze video in March last year was arrested later on various criminal charges, including rape.

Actress claims morphing!!!!! (CID confirms no morphing)

Her acting prowess never really hit the right note, but her infamous raunchy video with Nithyananda put her firmly in the limelight. Now, dusky actress Ranjitha has realised the importance of image building it seems, deciding to speak for the first time about her guru, devotion and the ‘lies’ that have destroyed her life. “My life has changed since the controversy. It has been destroyed by lies and viciousness,” she complains. 

Not one to give up, Ranjitha says, “I drew a lot of strength from my family and god above. I have an unshakable faith in spirituality.” So does she now feel she could have done things differently? “No. I did not do anything wrong. If anyone is wrong, it is the peeping tom who spilt so-called romantic liaisons. It is utterly false and the video was doctored to look like we were engaging in an indecent act.” Lambasting the maker of the video, Lenin, she says, “He should be ashamed of himself. It is shameful to be so voyeuristic.” 

Although she had the opportunity to comment when the news broke, Ranjitha chose instead to go into hiding, so naturally the question is, why speak up now? “No one contacted me for my side of the story. They just sensationalised it. Every channel and media person had my contact details but no one called me,” she says.

Asked if there is any other credible explanation for the hiatus, she cites the safety and security of her family. “The situation was highly volatile and I am an ordinary woman, with my own fears and vulnerabilities,” she says, adding that she did what she thought was right at the time. “Maybe I should have faced the media then, but I was broken,” Ranjitha adds. “People had directed their anger towards me and were making insulting remarks everywhere. It isn’t easy to deal with so much hatred and animosity.”

So, has she been in touch with Nithyananda? “Yes. I even met him on January 1. I continue to be his devotee and seek his blessings.” Laying bare her pain, she says, “It is sad that people choose to believe edited footage and negative people over the truth. Machines have more credibility than human beings.”

When asked if she has any plans to re-conquer celluloid, she responds “Not sure yet. I am in Bengaluru and am working on some legal stuff to clear my name. I would definitely be back to movies if and when something interesting comes up.

Ranjitha was in Swami Nithyananda video, says CID

Bangalore, Jan : Bangalore, Jan 4: After the Sandalwood actress Ranjitha, now it's CID's turn to rock the Nithyananda sex video scandal. 

CID, in its new revelation, claimed that Ranjitha was present in the video. According to CID, during the investigation in 2010, the god-man himself admitted about his intimate relationship with Ranjitha.


CID on Jan 4, stated that during investigation in Apr 2010, Nithayanada admitted, during her (Ranjitha's) stay at his (Nithyananda's) Bidadi ashram for more than a year, he had close proximity with Ranjitha.
 
The whole controversy of the sex scandal gained a new power when Ranjitha on Dec 31 once again claimed, "I am not the person in the tapes. I cannot go by a forensic lab report."
 
 However, CID claimed that during his interrogation on Apr 27, Nithyananda's recorded statement gave graphic details of his alleged affair with Ranjitha. CID also quoted the god-man as saying, "might have had sex with more than15 women."

Ranjitha on Dec 31, also claimed that Nithyananda's former driver Lenin, who disclosed the sex video among the media, allegedly tried to rape her (Ranjitha).

But contrary to the South Indian actress' statement, CID claimed on Jun 4, "She could have told us while we were recording her statement in Chennai. She had never said anything against Lenin then."

CID, in its statement also confirmed that the images in the sex video are genuine and are neither morphed nor any body double has been used.

நித்யானந்தா சாமியாருடன் படுக்கையறையில் நெருக்கமாக இருப்பது போன்று வெளியான வீடி யோவால் நடிகை ரஞ்சிதா பரபரப்பாக பேசப்பட்டார். பல மாதங்கள் தலைமறைவாக இருந்த அவர் தற்போது கோர்ட்டில் ஆஜராகி வீடியோ சி.டி.யை வெளியிட்ட லெனின் கருப்பன் மீது புகார் அளித்துள்ளார். பத்திரிகைகளுக்கு பேட்டியும் அளித்து வருகிறார். வீடியோ பட சர்ச்சையால் நித்யானந்தாவை விட்டு ரஞ்சிதா விலகி விடுவார் என எதிர்பார்க்கப்பட்டது. ஆனால் சமீபத்தில் அவருக்கு பாத பூஜை செய்து நெருக்கத்தை வெளிப்படுத்தினார்.

இதுபற்றி ரஞ்சிதாவிடம் கேட்டபோது அவர் கூறியதாவது:-

நித்யானந்தா தொடர்பை நான் முறிக்கவில்லை. ஜனவரி 1-ந்தேதி அவரை சந்தித்தேன். நித்யானந்தா பக்தையாக தொடர்ந்து நீடிப்பேன். அவர் ஆசீர்வாதத்தை எப்போதும் போலவே பெற்றுக்கொண்டு இருப்பேன். வீடியோ சி.டி. என் வாழ்க்கையையே மாற்றிப் போட்டு விட்டது. பொய், துரோகங்களால் நான் அலைக்கழிக்கப்பட்டேன். குடும்பத்தினரும், கணவரும் பக்கபலமாக இருந்தார்கள். கடவுள் நம்பிக்கையும் இருந்தது. நான் எந்த தப்பும் செய்ய வில்லை. யாராவது நான் தவறு செய்ததாக கூறினால் அவர்கள் தேவை இல்லாமல் மற்றவர்கள் விஷயத்தில் மூக்கை நுழைக்கிறார்கள் என்றுதான் அர்த்தம்.

வீடியோ படம் பொய்யாக தயாரிக்கப்பட்டது. கட்டுக் கதை. வீடியோ படத்தில் இருப்பது நான் அல்ல. இதை வெளியிட்டதற்காக லெனின் வெட்கப்பட வேண்டும். இவ்வளவு நாளும் பேசாமல் இருந்து விட்டு இப்போது பதில் அளிக்கிறீர்களே என்று என்னிடம் கேட்கிறார்கள். நிலைமை கை மீறி போனதால் என்னால் எதுவும் சொல்ல முடியவில்லை. உடைந்து போய் இருந்தேன். என் குடும்பத்தினரின் பாதுகாப்பு முக்கியமாய்பட்டது. மக்கள் என் மீது கோபமாக இருந்தார்கள்.   எங்கு பார்த்தாலும் என்னைப் பற்றி தவறாகவே பேசினார்கள். அதனால்தான் எதுவும் பேச முடியாமல் இருந்தேன்.

ஒரு விஷயம் மட்டும் என்னை மிகவும் வருத்தப்படுத்துகிறது. மனிதர்களை விட மெஷினை நம்புகிறார்கள். பொய்யாக உருவாக்கப்பட்ட வீடியோவையும் தப்பானவர்களையும் நம்புகிறார்கள்.   சினிமாவில் மீண்டும் நடிப்பது பற்றி இன்னும் முடிவு செய்யவில்லை. என் மீது ஏற்பட்டுள்ள களங்கத்தை துடைப்பதே இப்போதைய நோக்கம்.

சட்ட ரீதியாகவும் இதிலிருந்து மீள முயற்சித்து வருகிறேன். நல்ல கதையம்சம் உள்ள படங்களில் நடிக்க வாய்ப்பு வந்தால் நடிப்பேன்.

Ever since the controversial actress Ranjitha has come out of her hiding after the sensational Nityananda sex scam, many have been curious to know about her next move. While some said that she is getting back into movies, here is the latest update we have received from a source close to her.


It is heard that Ranjitha has decided to make a film on Nityananda.


Apparently, many are trying to make films on him and the sex scandal so instead of others she wants to come up with her own venture to clean her image. Those who heard this say that it is good in business point of view as well.


Given the fact Ranjitha is keen on making her comeback into the cine circuit, many analysts say that perhaps making a film on her own story would be the best way to restart her career. NITHYANANDA CREATES TROUBLE IN TIRUVANNAMALAI

Nithyananda is currently visiting Tiruvannamalai for his grandmother's death ceremony, and staying in his ashram there. Trouble broke out when a foreign national from Canada took some pictures of Nithyananda. Nithyananda objected to it and immediately his disciples and devotees attacked the Canadian and damaged his car. A complaint has been filed against Nithyananda, and there is a request to even cancel his bail.

This incident clearly shows (once again) how aggressive and intimidating Nithyananda and his disciples/devotees are! So much for a spiritual master and spiritual discisples!

திருவண்ணாமலை : திருவண்ணாமலையில், நித்யானந்தா ஆசிரமத்தை, வீடியோ படம் எடுத்த, கனடா நாட்டைச் சேர்ந்த சுற்றுலா பயணியை, ஆசிரம நிர்வாகிகள் தாக்கினர். இதனால், பெரும் பரபரப்பு ஏற்பட்டது.

கிரிவலப்பாதையில் உள்ள நித்யானந்தா ஆசிரமத்தை, ரோட்டில் நின்றவாறு வீடியோ எடுத்துவிட்டு, நடந்து, ஒரு கிலோ மீட்டர் தூரத்தை தாண்டி சென்று கொண்டிருந்தார். அப்போது, நித்யானந்தா ஆசிரமத்தை சேர்ந்த நிர்வாகிகள் மற்றும் பத்துக்கும் மேற்பட்டோர் கொண்ட கும்பல், திடீரென்று டாடா சுமோவில் துரத்திச் சென்று, வீடியோ படம் எடுத்த ஹென்றிபோர்டுவின் வீடியோ கேமராவை பறித்து, அவரை சரமாரியாக தாக்கியது. இதில், அவரது வலது கை முறிந்தது.இது குறித்து ஹென்றிபோர்டு, திருவண்ணாமலை தாலுகா போலீசில் புகார் செய்தார். போலீசார், நித்யானந்தா ஆசிரமத்தை சேர்ந்தவர்களை அழைத்து விசாரித்தனர். ஹென்றியிடமிருந்து பறித்துச் சென்ற வீடியோ கேமராவை மட்டும் மீண்டும் வாங்கிக் கொடுத்தனர்.

போலீசார் புகாரை பெற்றுக் கொண்டதற்கான, அத்தாட்சி கடிதத்தை ஹென்றிபோர்டுவிடம் கொடுக்காமல் திருப்பி அனுப்பினர். ஆசிரமத்தை சேர்ந்தவர்கள் மீது எந்தவித நடவடிக்கையும் எடுக்கவில்லை. உயிருக்கு பயந்த, ஹென்றிபோர்டு, புதுச்சேரிக்கு சென்றுவிட்டார். இது குறித்து போலீஸ் தரப்பில் கேட்டபோது, "பாதிக்கப்பட்ட சுற்றுலா பயணி எங்களிடம் புகார் எதுவும் தரவில்லை. அதனால், வழக்கு பதிவு செய்து நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க முடியவில்லை' என்று கூறினர்.

Bangalore court grants stay on complaint against Nithyananda's former disciple...dharma(lenin)

A court today stayed proceedings in a case filed by a devotee of self-styled godman Nithyananda against his former driver K Lenin, accusing him of offences including trespass and distribution of obscene information.
Lenin, who had shot the controversial video purportedly showing Nithyananda in an intimate position with a Tamil actress, had earlier this week moved the court in Ramanagaram, 40 km from Bangalore, seeking quashing of the private complaint.
Nithyananda's US-based devotee Anjula Jackson, wife of Hari Jackson of St Petersburg in Florida, had filed the complaint against Lenin on August 28.
In her complaint, Anjula had alleged Lenin committed various offences under provisions of the IPC when making the video purportedly involving Tamil actress Renjitha and Nithyananda, who is facing charges including rape.
Lenin, she said, had violated the Indecent Representation of Women Act and the Information Technology Act and had also tresspassed into private property when shooting the video.
She also accused him of distributing obscene information, making inciteful statements, furnishing false information among others.
Anjula's complaint against Lenin followed the recent filing of two separate complaints against him by two other women devotees, including Renjitha.

Lenin moves court against complaint by Nithyananda devotee

Bangalore, Jan 12 (PTI) K Lenin, former driver of self-styled godman Nityananda, today moved the Karnataka High Court against a complaint filed against him by one of the devotees of the swami.
Lenin prayed for squashing the complaint and granting an interim stay. The case will come up for hearing on January 15.

Anjula Jackson, in her complaint, had claimed that Lenin committed various offences under provisions of the Indian Penal Code when making the purported sleaze video allegedly involving Nityananda and an actress that kicked up a storm when aired on television.
Lenin, she said, had violated the Indecent Representation of Women Act and the Information Technology Act and had also trespassed into private property when shooting the video.

BJP plans film on Nithyananda

Rejecting Tamil actress Ranjitha's claim that she was not the woman in a video which showed self-styled godman Swami Nithyananda in a compromising position, Bharatiya Janata Party's Cultural Cell on Thursday said it was making a film to ‘expose’ the controversial spiritual leader.

Titled 'Satyananda' (A true story of Nithyananda), the film will go on the floor this month. Nithyananda had admitted during our custodial enquiry of his physical relationship with Ranjitha as well as 15 other women as a confession. He also said that he became horny during Full moon and New moon days and needed a woman's body. We have the evidence.

Now Ranjitha has charged Lenin Dharmananda with wrongful behavior when he was in the ashram. After Lenin Dharmananda left and Nithy Ranjitha CD  came out, on June 21, 2010, we interrogated Ranjitha in Chennai. She did not say anything about Lenin Dharmananda threatening her or torturing her. She also said that she was in contact with Nithyananda and that he told her not to talk to media. We knew from all this, based on evidence that Ranjitha and Nithyananda had a close relationship and she did all that Nithyananda asked her to.

Who are the women who Nithyananda related with? When we enquired we found one more famous actress, other than Ranjitha.

In Avadi, Chennai in 2008, a 4 day Nithyananda Spurana Meditation Camp was held in an ADMK MP's college campus. After the program was over, Nithya spent the night at Tamilnadu Dhyanapeetam Treasurer Ramanathan's house. Ramanathan has a history. From 2003 till 2008, he exported deity statues through his own company Electralindia. After this Nithy started exports through his brother Nithyeshwar. After the night stay at his house, Ramanathan drove Nithy in his Hyundai car, with 2 other cars as back up, to Besant Nagar beach at 8 am.

Nithy usually walked on the beach, enjoying the scene. He talked on his cell phone for 5 minutes laughing often. Then he got into he car saying, let's go, and instead of returning to Ramanathan's house went to another apartment n Besant Nagar.   

Usually there will always be a big crowd wherever Nithy went. People would welcome him with poorna kumba into their houses. Here there was no one, no reception.  The follow up cars stopped outside the gate. Only Ramanathan's car went in. Ramanathan parked the car inside, came out and chatted with the others.  They were confused, 'Where is Swami? He normally does not go alone to anyone's house?'

After 45 minutes Nithy came out bubbling with joy, laughing.  No one escorted hm out. The disciples who wondered why Nithya was there alone, suddenly remembered..It was a New Moon day!

Another such incident.

In 2009 at Tambaram, Nithy had another program in another college. The organizers stayed usually on site. Here next to Nithy's room, rooms were given to 3 famous actresses including Ranjitha.. Of the other two, one was divorced. The other woman's husband had died after they had reunited following a separation. Both were involved in social activities and took part in TV shows. 

 

After the first day class, god knows what experience these two women had, but both left in the morning bidding goodbye to Ranjitha, 'we don't want such a meditation program. we are leaving.' Who knows about other days, but on Full Moon and New Moon days,  people around him waited nervously how and when the horny Nithy would pounce and on whom..

பிறந்த நாள் அன்று நடக்கும் விஷேச பாத பூஜை யின்போது.... நித்தி யின் பிரதான சிஷ்யர்கள் மட்டுமே அவரை நெருங்கிச் சென்று பூஜை பண்ண முடியும்.  நித்தி ஆன்மீக பிஸ் னஸுக்கு வந்த இந்த 7 ஆண்டு களில்... முதல்முறையாகவும் பகிரங்கமாகவும்... நித்தியின் பிரதான சீடர்களையெல்லாம் பின்னுக்குத் தள்ளிவிட்டு..... தானே முதல் ஆளாக பாதபூஜை செய்து... தான் முதலாவது இடத்துக்கு வந்துவிட்டதை ஆசிரமத் தரப்புக்கு அப் பட்டமாக உணர்த்தியிருக்கிறார் நடிகை ரஞ்சிதா.

அதோடு நித்யானந்தாவை கடவுளாகவே பாவித்து... பரபர நிலையில் அவருக்கு ரஞ்சிதா தீப ஆராதனை காட்டி வழிபட... அந்தக் கண்கொள்ளாக் காட்சியை நித்தியின் பக்தர்கள் தரிசித்து மகிழ்ந் தார்கள்.

"நித்யானந்தாவோடு ஆபாச சி.டி.யில் இருக்கும் பெண் நானல்ல'’என வெளியே சொல்லிக் கொண்டிருக்கும் ரஞ்சிதாவோடு... எதைப்பற்றியும் கவலைப்படாமல் ஆசிரமத்தில் ஆனந்தமாய் சஞ்சாரம் செய்துகொண்டிருக்கிறார் நித்தி.  இது அவரது நெருங்கிய சிஷ்ய கோடிகளுக்குத்தான் கொஞ்சம் நெருடலை ஏற்படுத்தி யிருக்கிறது.

இன்னொன்று... லெனின் தர்மானந்தா ஆசிரமத்தில் இருந்த காலகட்டத்தில்.. தன்னிடம் தப்பாக நடக்க முயன்றதாக ரஞ்சிதா இப்போது திடீரென குற்றம் சாட்டியிருக்கிறார். லெனின் தர்மானந்தா ஆசிரமத்தில் இருந்து வெளியேறி... நித்யானந்தா ரஞ்சிதா தொடர்பான சி.டி.யை. வெளியிட்டபிறகு...  2010 ஜூன் 21-ல் சென்னையில் வைத்து நாங்கள் ரஞ்சிதாவை விசாரித்தோம். அப்போது அவர் லெனின் தர்மானந்தா தன்னை மிரட்டியதாகவோ... தனக்கு டார்ச்சர் கொடுத்த தாகவோ எங்களிடம் சொல்லவே இல்லை. அதே சமயம்... நித்யானந்தா என்னோடு பேசிக்கொண்டு தொடர்பில்தான் இருக்கிறார் என்றும்.... மீடியாக்களிடம் பேசவேண்டாம் என்று அவர் தன்னை கேட்டுக்கொண்டிருக்கிறார் என்றும் எங்களிடம் ரஞ்சிதா  தெரிவித்தார். ஆக நித்யானந்தாவுக்கும் ரஞ்சிதாவுக்கும் இடையில் நெருக்கமான உறவு இருப்பதையும்... நித்யானந்தா சொல்வதையெல்லாம் அப்படியே கேட்பவராக ரஞ்சிதா இருப்பதையும் நாங்கள் ஆதாரப் பூர்வமாகத் தெரிந்துகொண்டோம்''’என்று முடித்துக் கொண்டார்.

நித்யானந்தாவோடு தொடர்பு வைத்திருந்த பெண்கள் யார் யார்? என நாம் அவரது தரப்பிலேயே துருவியபோது... ரஞ்சிதா தவிர மற்றொரு பிரபல நடிகையும் அந்தப் பட்டியலில் இருப்பது தெரிய வந்தது. அவர் யார்?

நித்தியின் சீடர் ஒருவரே 2008-ல் நடந்த அந்த சம்பவத்தை நம்மிடம் விவரித்தார். அதன்படி...

2008-ல், சென்னை ஆவடியில் இருக்கும்.. அ.தி.மு.க. எம்.பி. ஒருவருக்குச் சொந்தமான கல்லூரியில் ‘நித்யானந்த பூரண முகாம்’ என்ற பெயரில் 4 நாள் தியான வகுப்பு நடந்தது.  நான்கு நாள் வகுப்பும் நிறைவடைந்ததும்... கடைசி நாள் இரவு... தமிழக தியான பீட பொருளாளர் ராமநாதன் வீட்டில் நித்தி தங்கினார்.

இந்த ராமநாதனுக்கு ஒரு மினி சைஸ் வரலாறு உண்டு. அதாவது 2003-ல் இருந்து 2007-வரை தன்னுடைய எலக்ட்ரால் இண்டியா பிரைவேட் லிமிடெட் கம்பெனி மூலம்தான் வெளிநாடுகளுக்கு கடவுள் சிலைகளை ஏற்றுமதி செய்துவந்தார் ராமநாதன். அதற்குப் பிறகு ‘நித்யானந்தாவே தன் தம்பியான நித்தேஸ்வ ரானந்தா மேற்பார்வையில் ஏற்றுமதியைத் தொடங்கினார்.

இது ஒருபுறமிருக்கட்டும். ராமநாதன் வீட்டில் இரவு தங்கிய நித்தி... அந்தக் காலை நேரத்தில் அங்கிருந்து ஹூண்டாய் அக்காய் காரில் கிளம்பினார். அந்தக் காரை ஓட்டியவர் ராமநாதன். இந்தக் காருக்குப் பாதுகாப்பாக 2 கார்கள் அதன் பின்னால் சென்றன. அந்தக் கார் சரியாக காலை 8 மணிக்கு பெசன்ட் நகர் பீச்சை அடைந்தது.

பீச்சில் வாக்கிங் போவதும்... கடலின் அழகை ரசிப்பதும் நித்திக்கு சுகமான விசயங்கள். அங்கு காரில் இருந்து இறங்கிய நித்தி... தன் செல்போனில்  5 நிமிடம் யாருடனோ சிரித்துப் பேசிக்கொண்டே நடந்தார். பின்பு உற்சாகமாக..’வாங்க போகலாம்’ என எல்லோரையும் பார்த்துச்சொல்லிவிட்டு.. தான் வந்த காரிலேயே ஏறினார். அங்கிருந்து கிளம்பிய கார் மறுபடியும் ராமநாதன் வீட்டுக்குப் போக வில்லை. அதே பெசன்ட் நகர் பகுதியில் இருக்கும்... ஒரு அபார்ட்மெண்ட்டுக்குப் போய் நின்றது.

பொதுவாக நித்யானந்தா யார் வீட்டுக்குப்போனாலும் அங்கு ஒரு பெரிய கூட்டம் திரட்டப்பட்டிருக்கும்.  பூரணகும்ப மரியாதை கொடுத்துதான் வீட்டுக்குள் நித்தியை அழைப்பார்கள். ஆனால் இங்கு இப்படி எதுவும் நடக்கவில்லை.

பின்னால் வந்த இரண்டு காரையும் கேட்டுக்கு வெளியே நிறுத்திக்கொள்ளச் சொல்லிவிட்டு... அவரது கார் மட்டும் கேட்டுக்குள் நுழைந்தது. ராமநாதன் உள்ளே காரை நிறுத்திவிட்டு... உட னடியாக வெளியே வந்து மற்றவர் களுடன் பேசிக்கொண்டிருந்தார். "சாமி எங்கே? அவர் தனியா எந்த வீட்டுக்கும் போகமாட்டாரே? யாரைப் பார்க்கப் போயிருக்கார்?'’ என சக சீடர்கள் குழம்பினர்.

ஒரு முக்கால் மணி நேரம் கழித்து... நித்யானந்தா சிரித்தபடியே பூரிப்பாக வந்தார். அவரை கார்வரை வழியனுப்பக் கூட அந்த வீட்டில் இருந்து யாரும் வெளியே வரவில்லை.

நித்தி அந்த வீட்டுக்கு ஏன் போனார் என்று யோசித்த அவரது பிரதான  சீடர்களுக்கு... அப்போதுதான் ஞாபகத்துக்கு வந்தது; அன்று அமாவாசை!
இதேபோல் இன்னொரு சம்பவம்.

2009 -ஜூனில் தாம்பரம் அருகே இருந்த ஒரு கல்லூரியில் தியான வகுப்பை நடத்தினார்            நித்தி. பொதுவாக இந்த வகுப்புகள் நடக்கும் இடத்திலேயே... பயிற்சியாளர்கள் தங்கியிருப்பார்கள். இங்கு நித்தி தங்கியிருந்த அறைக்குப் பக்கத்து அறை... நடிகை ரஞ்சிதா உள்ளிட்ட மூன்று பிர பல நடிகைகளுக்கு ஒதுக் கப்பட்டிருந்தது.

ரஞ்சிதா அல்லாத அந்த இருவரில் ஒருவர் கணவரை விவாகரத்து பண்ணியவர்.  இன் னொருவரோ... பிரிந்த கணவரை சேர்ந்த நேரத்தில்... அவரை காலனிடம் பறிகொடுத்தவர். இந்த இரண்டு நடிகைகளுமே தங்களை  சமூக சேவைகளில் ஈடுபடுத்திக்கொண்டி ருப்பதோடு.. சேனல்களிலும் தலைகாட்டு     பவர்கள்.

முதல் நாள் தியான வகுப்பு முடிந்து அறையில் தங்கிய இந்த இரண்டு நடிகை         களுக்கும் என்ன அதிர்ச்சி அனுபவமோ தெரியவில்லை... மறுநாள் காலை... ரஞ்சிதாவிடம் "எங்களுக்கு இப்படி ஒரு தியான          கிளாஸே வேண்டாம். நாங்கள் வருகிறோம்'’       என குட்பை சொல்லி விட்டுக் கிளம்பிவிட் டார்கள்.

மற்றநாட்களில் எப்படியோ... ஒவ்வொரு அமாவாசை பௌர்ணமி நாட்களிலும்... முறுக்கேறி நிற்கும் நித்தியைப் பார்த்து...  .  மிரட்சியில் கைபிசைவார்கள்... எந்த நேரத்தில் வேட்டை மிருகம் பாயுமோ என்று.

HC stays FIR against Nithyananda

The High Court on Thursday stayed an 2 FIR filed against Nithyananda and his followers by Lenin Karuppan, following a fracas at the Press Club on December 10.

NithyanandaHearing the case, Justice V Jagannathan stayed the FIR and further investigations into the case.

The FIR had been lodged at the Cubbon Park police station by Karuppan, after some Nithyananda followers allegedly interrupted his address to the media.

Complaints were lodged against Padmini, Preethi, Pranava, Priyananda, Prananda, Shantananda and Nithyananda.

CID: Ranjitha was in Swami Nithyananda Sex Video

Breaking News! In a significant revelation, the CID claimed that the Tamil actress Ranjitha was indeed in the Swami Nithyananda sex video. The video footage that was aired on many channels, had ruined the god status of Swami.

However, the actress had been claiming that the face the footage was showing with Swami was not her face. She told that her face was morphed. But the forensic reports showed that it was Ranjitha who was in the sex video.

The CID has checked many times the genuinity of the video clip and finally landed up the conclusion that the actress was in the sex scandal in 2010 with the god like man Swami Nithyananda.

The CID said that as per the actress's claim, they had sent the photographs to the Forensic Science Labs (FSL) at Hyderabad and Chandigarh separately. The forensic labs also confirmed that the images are genuine and the woman present in the video with Swami was the actress Ranjitha.

Lenin Dharmananda: These people cannot trouble me. A 430 page charge sheet has been filed by the Police CID in Karnataka Court.The charge sheet contains the  official Forensic laboratory Report from Delhi and Hyderabad that the CD, which Nithy claimed was false, is indeed genuine and features both Nithy and Ranjitha in bed, nailing Nithy. The charges sheet has strong evidence to show that Nithy has indulged in sexual acts with women and homosexual acts with men. Now that the case is going against Nithy, Nithy and Ranjitha have conspired to damage my credibility through these obscene complaints. Ranjitha has come out of hiding only for this.

நக்கீரன் : ரஞ்சிதா இத்தனை நாள் தலைமறைவு நாடகமாடி போக்குக்காட்ட என்ன காரணம்?

N: Why was Ranjitha underground for so long and carrying out this drama? 
லெனின் தர்மானந்தா :  ரஞ்சிதாவின் வாயைப் போலீஸ் திறக்க வைத்துவிட்டால்... தன்னால் தப்ப வே முடியாது என்பதால்... அவரை பதுங்கியிருக்கும்படி பார்த்துக் கொண்டார் நித்தி. இதற்காக பல கோடிகள் வரை கைமாறியதாக எனக்குத் தகவல். இப்போது நெருக் கடி முற்றிவிட்டதால் ரஞ்சிதாவை தன்னிடம் அழைத்துக்கொண்டிருக் கிறார். 31-ந் தேதி மடத்தில் நித்தி யுடன் நீண்ட நேரம் ரஞ்சிதா பேசிக் கொண்டிருந்ததாக ஊடக நண்பர் கள் மூலம் தகவலைத் தெரிந்து கொண்டேன். மீண்டும் நித்தி ஜோதியில் ரஞ்சிதா ஐக்கியம். அவ்வளவுதான்.

LD: Nithy hid Ranjitha knowing that if she opened her mouth to the Police, he will be in deep trouble.  I understand reliably that crores of rupees changed hands for this purpose. LD: If i had tried to rape her, she would have had serious injuries. Was she hiding so long to get over these injuries? I have not done anything wrong. I am wiling to undergo any medical test. is she ready? I challenge her. Let her prove injuries due to rape. Let me tell you a truth. Nithy will never allow women close to him to even talk to others. No one can meet them alone without his permission. There are cameras everywhere watching. How can any rape attempt work?

LD: What is she, an heiress, to have so many crores in the ashram?  She onl has what Nithyananda needed. This allegation of money demand is a false claim.

LD: Is she saying hat the woman with Nithyananda is another woman? Nithyananda himself admitted to Police during enquiry that  he had sex many times with Ranjitha. he also admitted to having physical relationship with more than 15 women. I have secure proof of his telephone conversation with me pleading, ' I am an adult (Major). Ranjitha is also an adult. What is wrong if we had sex?'

லெனின் தர்மானந்தா : எனக்கு ரெண்டு மாதங்களுக்கு முன்னதாக... 2006-ல் நித்யானந்தா ஆசிரமத்தில் சேர்ந்த பெண் சந்நியாசினி அவர். ஆசிரமத்தில் தமிழ் பப்ளிகேஷன் வேலைகளை பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருந்தவர். இந்த சுப்ரியானந்தாவுக்கும் நித்திக்கும் எவ்வளவு நெருக்கம் என்பது ஆசிரமத்தில் இருக்கும் அனைவருக்குமே தெரியும். நித்தியின் அறைக்கு எந்த நேரத்திலும் சென்று பர்சனல் சேவை செய்யும் பத்துப் பெண் களில் முதல் இரண்டு, மூன்று இடங்களில் இருந்தவர் இவர். ஆசிரம அலுவல்கள் தொடர்பாக இயல்பாக மற்றவர்களைப்போல் இவரைச் சந்தித்துப் பேசியிருக் கிறேன்.

LD: She is a sanyasini (female monk) who joined the Nithyananda ashram a few months ahead of me, in 2006. She worked in Tamil Publications. Everyone in the ashram knew how close she was to Nithy. She was amongst the top 2 or 3 women, out of about 10, who did personal duties for Nithy. I met her only for ashram related work.
நக்கீரன் : அவரது முகத்தில் மயக்க ஸ்பிரேவைத் தெளித்து நினைவிழக்கச்செய்து... அவரை உங்கள் செல்போன் மூலம் நீங்கள் ஆபாசப் படம் எடுத்ததாகவும்... அந்த சமயத்தில் யாரோ அங்கு வந்ததால் அந்தப்பெண் தப்பித்ததாகவும்... இந்தப் படத்தைக் காட்டியே நடந்ததை வெளியில் சொல்லக்கூடாது என்று நீங்கள் மிரட்டியதாகவும் சுப்ரியானந்தா புகார் சொல்லியிருக் கிறாரே?

N: She has complained that you sprayed something to make her unconscious, you took obscene pictures of her on your cell phone and she escaped because someone happened to come there and that you had threatened her not to disclose any of all this.. 

லெனின் தர்மானந்தா : 2009-ஜூன், ஜூலையில் இது நடந்ததா அவங்க சொல்றாங்க. நித்தியின் பர்சனல் சேவகிகளில் நம்பர் 2-ஆம் இடத்தில் இருந்த சுப்ரியா என்னைக் கண்டு பயப்படத் தேவையுண்டா? அப்படி நடந் திருந்தா ஆன்மிக ஜாம்பவானான நித்திதான் என்னை விட்டு வச்சி ருப்பாரா? ஒன்றரை வருடங்களுக்கு முன்பு நடந்ததா இப்ப சொல்ல வேண்டிய நிர்பந்தம் என்ன? தனக்கு நெருக்கமான பெண்களை... தனக்கு அடிமையா மூளைச்சலவை மூலம் மாற்றக்கூடியவர் நித்தி. அவர் ஏவிவிட்ட மனித வெடிகுண்டு போல யார் மீது வேணும்னாலும் இப்படிப்பட்ட பெண்கள் பொய்ப் புகாரோடு பாய்வாங்க. இவங்கள்லாம் பரிதாபத்துக்குரிய நித்தியின் கைப்பாவைகள்.

LD: She has said this all happened in June, July 2009. Being number 2 of Nithy's personal  caretaker, would she be afraid of me? Had this happened, would  the spiritual veteran Nithy let me live?  What is her compulsion to say this now after a year and  a half? Nithy has brain washed every woman around him to a salve. Like  a human bomb, he sends them with complaints against any one. There are pitiable puppets of Nithy..

லெனின் தர்மானந்தா : டிசம்பர் 30-ல் மட்டுமல்ல... அதுக்கு முன் கடந்த 15 நாட்களாகவும் நான் சென்னையில்தான் இருந்தேன். இதை சி.பி.ஐ. மட்டுமல்ல; இண்டர்போல் போலீஸ் வேணும்னாலும் வந்து விசாரிக்கட்டும்.

இது ஹைடெக்னாலஜி உலகம் என்பதை நித்தி அறிந்திருக்க வாய்ப்பில்லை. ஒருத்தர் யூஸ் பண்ணும் செல்போன்களை வச்சே அவர் குறிப்பிட்ட நாளில் எந்தப் பகுதியில் இருந்தார் என்பதை கண்டுபிடிக்கக் கூடிய அளவுக்கு விஞ்ஞானம் முன்னேறியாச்சு. அன்று சென்னையில் நான் இருந்ததற்கும்... அன்று யார், யாருடன் தொடர்பு கொண்டேன்.... யார், யாரை சந்திச்சேன் என்பதற்கும் ஆதாரம் இருக்கு. இதில் புகுந்து நித்தி சித்து விளையாட முடியாது.  பாவம்... நித்தியின் விளையாட்டெல்லாம் அப்பாவி பெண்கள்ட்ட மட்டும்தான் எடுபடும். 


Nithy does not know  that this is high tech world. From one's cell phone it can be found out scientifically where a person was at a given date. There is evidence forw here i wa sin Chennai, who i spoke to and who i met. Nithy cannot lay with these facts. Poor man, he can only play with innocent women.
நக்கீரன் : இன்னும் இரண்டு சாமியாரினிப் பெண்களை நீங்கள் பாலியல் பலாத்காரம் செய்து... அந்தப் படத்தைக் காட்டித்தான் ரஞ்சிதாவையும் சுப்ரியாவையும் நீங்கள் கெடுக்க முயன்றீர்கள் என்று அவர்கள் கூறியிருக்கிறார்களே?.

N: Ranjitha  and Supriya have said hat you used pictures of sexually assaulting two other sanyasi women to forcibly rape them?

லெனின் தர்மானந்தா : மேலும் இரண்டு பெண்களைக் கொண்டு நித்தி எனக்கெதிரா வழக்குகளைத் தயார் பண்ணிக்கிட்டு இருக்கார் என்பதையே இது காட்டுது. நான் இப்படி ஆசிரமத்தில் பெண்களிடம் புகுந்து விளையாடினேன் என்பது உண்மையானால்... கடவுள் அவதாரம் என்று சொல்லிக் கொள்ளும் நித்தியின் ’ஞானக்கண்களுக்கு அது எப்படி தெரியாமல் போனது? அதுசரி.. அவரால் அவர் பெட்ரூமில் வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்த கேமராவையே கண்டுபிடிக்க முடியாதபடி அவரது கண்களை காமம் மறைக்கும் போது.. அவர் என்ன பண்ணுவார் பாவம். இப்போதும் சொல்கிறேன்.... இவர் இன்னும் எத்தனை பொய்ப் புகார்களை எனக்கு எதிராகப் புனைந்தாலும்... அவற்றை சட்டத்தையும் சத்தியத்தையும் நம்பி சந்திப்பேன்.

LD: this just shows that Nithy is preparing 2 more women to file cases against me. If i had indeed played with women in the ashram, how come Nithy, who claims to be God,  with his super sight  did not know/ Ok. He could not even find out about the camera in his own bedroom. What could he do? However many false claims he makes against me,  i trust in law and truth to face him.
 நக்கீரன் : நித்தி ஆசிரமத்துக்கு ரஞ்சிதா  போய்விட்டதாகவும், இருவரும் விரைவில்  திருமணம்  செய்துகொண் டாலும்  ஆச்சரியமில்லை என்றும் சொல்லப் படுகிறதே?

N: It is said that Ranjitha has gone to Nithy's ashram and it may not be surprising of they marry soon? 
லெனின் தர்மானந்தா :  நித்யா னந்தா, நானே கடவுள் என்று  எங்களை நம்ப வைத்தவர். பெண்ணாசையே கூடாது என்பவர். நான் முற்றும் துறந்த ஞானி என்பவர். இதனால்தான் ஆயி ரக்கணக்கில் பக்தர்கள் அவரை வணங்கினார்கள். இவர் ரஞ்சிதாவை திருமணம் செய்துகொண்டு குழந்தை களைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்டு  ஊருக்குள் வந்தால் இவரை யார் கேட்கப்போகிறார்கள். தடுக்கப் போகிறார்கள்?

LD: Nithyananda made us believe he was God. He warned against lust. He said he was a pure sanyasi without desires. This is why thousands of people worshipped him. If he marries Ranjitha and has children, who is going to stop him? who is bothered?

Nithyananda had sex with Ranjitha, CID cites Swami

Bangalore, Jan 4: After the Sandalwood actress Ranjitha, now it's CID's turn to rock the Nithyananda sex video scandal. CID, in its new revelation, claimed that the god-man himself admitted that he had sexual relationship with Ranjitha.

CID on Jan 4, stated that during investigation in Apr 2010, Nithayanada admitted, during her (Ranjitha's) stay at his (Nithyananda's) Bidadi ashram for more than a year, "he had sex with her many times."

The whole controversy of the sex scandal gained a new power when Ranjitha on Dec 31 once again claimed, "I am not the person in the tapes. I cannot go by a forensic lab report."


However, CID claimed that during his interrogation on Apr 27, Nithyananda's recorded statement gave graphic details of his alleged affair with Ranjitha. CID also quoted the god-man as saying, "(I) might have had sex with more than 15 women."

Ranjitha on Dec 31, also claimed that Nithyananda's former driver Lenin, who disclosed the sex video among the media, allegedly tried to rape her (Ranjitha).

But contrary to the South Indian actress' statement, CID on Jan 4 claimed, "She could have told us while we were recording her statement in Chennai. She had never said anything against Lenin then."

CID, in its statement also confirmed that the images in the sex video are genuine and are neither morphed nor any body double has been used.
