Dear Friends,
many of you have followed Nithyananda blindly, accepting whatever he had to say and giving up your life and wealth to him and his mission. Fortunately, Dharma came across evidence to show that he was not what he claimed to be. His entire self and mission were built on lies, and now lie in ruins.
Now knowing these facts, many of his senior acharyas, organizers and also ordained brahmacharis and sanyasis have moved away from him, both in India and USA, because they have lost faith in him. Nithyananda should be called Mithyananda, because whatever he said and did was based on falsehood. Because of him, many people have now lost faith in the Vedic tradition and the entire concept of Self Realization or Enlightenment. What he has done, claiming to be an enlightened being, is unforgivable and has traumatized many people.
Here is a biography of his lies.
1. Rajasekaran the fiction writer
There are very few people who start their life with a lie and as a lie. Rajasekaran is such an evolved person that he was born at different times or perhaps at no time at all.
He claimed to all his disciples that he was born on 1 January 1978. So says his biographer. So says his ashram that celebrates 10 days in honor of his coming each year!
Rajasekaran claimed in his biography that he was born in the month of margazhi, in chitra nakshatra and ashtami tithi, which all came together for him on this unholy day of 1 January 1978.
All you need to do is to google the Vedic Panchang to find this out to be lie. 1 January 1978 is the month of margazhi no doubt, but not chitra nakshatra or ashtami tithi. So Rajasekaran had a virtual birth!
None of his astrological details match this date also. So it was a fictional date and a fictional birth. The problem is that the Government of India can prosecute him for false date of birth given for passport and he can be barred forever from USA and other countries.
What about the prediction by his family astrologer that he will be a raja sanyasi? If he is still alive we can talk to him.
Nithyananda says in his biography that based on these very auspicious signs of his birth, he is an incarnation. He has claimed to be an avatar. Why would an avatar lie about his birth?
Now his ashram inmates are circulating nadi, or palm leaf, predictions, to prove his avatarhood. Trouble is that these nadis are all being manufactured by local entrepreneurs in Vaidheeswaran Koil. SUN TV which broke his mission also carried a documentary on the palm leaf predictions. Those too are mithya!
2. Nithyananda's basis for his spiritual quest was the 'enlightenment' at the age of 12 following an initiation by Annamalai Swamigal in Thiruvannmalai. If this was true, it must have left a deep impression on Annamalai Swamigal. But the detailed biography of Annamalai Swamigal by David Godman makes no mention of any child prodigy who met him. It was all in the mind of young Rajasekaran.
3. Nithyananda has spoken with tears in his eyes about his encounter with Arunagiri Yogeshwara, a fellow avatar. It is true that Ramana Maharishi had made references to Arunagiri Yogi. Perhaps Nithyananda's fertile imagination built a fairy tale around this reference along with the banyan tree, which we shall touch upon later. Nithyananda says he was given a saffron robe by this avatar and that no laboratory could analyze this fabric. The Police, we are sure, will be quickly able to do a forensic analysis and determine its miraculous origin.
4. Nithyananda has claimed that he was in parivrajaka or monastic wandering for nine years till his enlightenment. Parivrajaka means that one cannot stay for more than 3 days in any one location. When questioned, his ashram inner circle clarified that he started this at the age of 12 after his 'enlightenment' experience. Given that his age is a lie and the experience at 12 is another lie, is this also a lie?
Surely. Ramakrishna Ashram has records to show that a young Rajasekaran was with them for 4 years from 1996 till 2000. Till 1996 he was in a polytechnic studying. He claims to have become enlightened on Jan 1st 2000! It must have been a very powerful parivrjaka indeed, perhaps wandering in his school, college and later in an ashram. We have a different name for such wanderers.
The fact that he was asked to leave the Ramakrishna Ashram as an unsuccessful brahmachari finds no place in his biography. In fact, this served as a great motivation to declare himself to be a paramahamsa. Who needs an institution to certify, when one can do it oneself?
Rajasekaran became enlightened at 12! At 14 he finished school. At 17 he became an engineer. Just to complete the process as an adult, he wandered several tens of thousand miles around India before he enlightened himself again at 22!
Problem though is that school and college records show different years. During the period he claims to have wandered the length and breadth of India, records at Ramakrishna ashram show him to be a student. But then Rajasekaran was an astral traveler as well. His frequent flier mileage required only delusionary imagination. There was no need to move.
5. Now the bomb. Nithyananda says he was enlightened on 1 January 2000 in the forests of Omkareshwar after 6 days of intense unclutching from Christmas day when he walked across the raging Narmada river.
If he was in Ramakrishna Ashram, did he have another body? Or was this 'enlightenment' another hoax? Or was he studying tantric sex somewhere?
None of these details are my creation. Factual records are available to support each point. But then, Nithyananda will say that his version is truth, not fact. That is why he is Mithyananda.
6. Rajasekaran the Paramahamsa
Rajasekaran invoked the authority of the Paramahamsa Upanishad to justify calling himself a Paramahamsa.
The Paramahamsa Upanishad in the Sukla Yajur Veda states:‘The Paramahamsa has no home. He should not accept anything made of gold or the like. He should not have a body of disciples, or accept wealth.’
The gold referred to here has always been linked to women as well. Kancana and kamini were treated as unsuitable for any monk, especially a Paramahamsa. But then, Rajasekaran had his own rules. When this skin is not mine, he would ask, what does it matter if gold forms another skin? I am not real, he would say, therefore, these disciples are also not real!
A virtual man, a virtual Paramahamsa, living in a make believe world, with make believe disciples was our dear make believe Rajasekaran. In legal terms, such behavior is classifies under IPC 420 or Fraud.
7. Let us now come to the foundation of his mission in 2002 or 2003. It is all about a poor banyan tree. Nithyananda says he had a vision to establish his mission and ashram under a banyan tree. His true Hanuman, read Danasekaran, then identified the tree in Bidadi. Nithyananda claimed that the Bidadi banyan tree is 650 years old. Problem is that the Police found the guy who planted this tree in Bidadi and he is only 70 years old! Perhaps the tree suffered from progeria like Amitabh Bachan did in Paa!
8. Nithyananda also said that the muneeswara buried under this tree came in the dream of the land owner and told him to gift the land to him. But a little bird told us in our waking state that Danasekaran alias Ayya paid cash to 'buy' the land but show it as gift. Convenient for both parties. Perhaps something here for tax people.
The Muneeswara became a swayambu linga, which in turn became Anadeshwara that in turn became the marble statue of Mithyananda!
9. Nithyananda claimed he was spreading the Vedic mind through his yogic body by establishing temples all over the world. Good thought and also very profitable. With his henchmen in Chennai and Thiruvannamalai, he created temple material and exported them at a huge margin through his private company Nithyananda imports & exports. Who ran this company? His brother!
You may not know that running a temple is very good business but Nithyananda and his brother knew. It is also the best way to launder black money and also if needed to create cash. The Vedic mind was very sharp!
10. All what is outlined till now is a fairy tale compared to what he did once the mission was established.
We have documents from 2005 that ashramites were made to sign for living and learning with the master. The voluntary signatories of these documents,which are semi-legal contractual agreements preventing those who signed from disclosing anything, agree to have sex with the master and others designated by him. The process will also include photography, videography etc guaranteed to provide spiritual ecstasy through sexual tantric practices. We are informed that in addition to the master, some key disciples may also enjoyed his privileges.
Contents of these documents have been published in English and vernacular newspapers and blogs. The documents are also with the Police.
Nithyananda's modus operandi was simple. Once he identified an attractive woman, or less often a male, one of his key disciples would send the girl to his inner chamber, ostensibly to massage his legs. The contact became closer after that. He would tell them that he was an avatar, a Shiva, a Krishna, and through union with him they would experience enlightenment. In technical terms, this was rape, since the woman was in no position to resist the sexual advances of the man who she had till then considered God. It was a hypnotic union. Once the job was done, the key disciples would ensure that the victim signed the non disclosure documents, in case that had not happened yet.
A very simple, but effective strategy, that some times was repeated several times a day. Several dozen women were victims and are still traumatized.
Was Nithyananda running an ashram or a perverted school for prostitution? What were the ashramites thinking when they signed these documents? Were they even aware of what they were signing? What would you do if your daughter, sister, wife, mother or friend was in the Nithyananda ashram?
Nithyananda also ran a gurukulam school for young children inside the ashram. Does your mind boggle?
12. Nitty claims to be a more prolific speaker and writer than Osho, who on certain days he admires and on other days denounces. Anyone who has analyzed his speeches would find great similarities between Nitty's talks and Osho's discourses. Time and again, Nitty told his publication team to copy Osho material without hesitation. He had copies of all unpublished works of Osho. In fact his Dhyanapeetam logo was a blatant copy of the Osho logo.
What a fraud!
11. People ask Dharma why he has not gone public with information about other women or even men who had relations with Nithyananda the same way as SUN TV publicly displayed the Ranjitha videos. (Incidentally Nithyananda had told many senior followers who he called up from hiding to confirm that the SUN TV videos were true, while his ashram henchmen were still in denial mode.)
Dharma is silent because he has related to these women and men as sisters, brothers and friends, whom he respects and cares about. There is no reason why they should suffer more than what they have suffered in the hands of Nithyananda. It is up to them as individuals to go to the Police if they wish to.
Would you have done differently if you were related to these victims, even if your blood boiled?
12. Nithyananda went into hiding once the videos were aired. Why, if he was innocent, he ran away like a common criminal, fearing for his life? When some senior religious leaders advised him to go on a true parivrajaka, he said, “Do you want me to die? Do you think I will survive?”
When arrested he had enough money that would have kept an ordinary man in comfort for 5 years. He owns for-profit companies in many countries.
Do you still believe him? Do you still believe that all the Kalpatarus at Rs. 1000 ($250 in US) and Pada pujas at Rs. 25000 ($2000) and house visits at one lac rupees ($5000) had any truth or sanctity behind them. With great difficulty his mission's spin doctors found twenty people to give testimonials about these hyped up events. For every person who believed to have benefited, a hundred people were cheated.
If you were one of them who gave away money and feel cheated please stand up and complain to the Police. Cheating and defrauding people of money, even if it is only Rs 1000, based on false promises to provide wealth, health, relationship, success or peace is a crime, punishable under Section 420 as a cognizable non-sbailable offense.
13. Schizophrenic or Enlightened master?
It has been studied and published that Nitty has high frontal lobe activity and produces dopamine. It was said that this proves his divinity. On the contrary, studies with schizophrenics have shown these to be classic symptoms of mental disorder.

Modern psychiatry differentiates between schizophrenia and multiple personality disorders in this way. Schizophrenia is a disorder that one is usually born with. It is characterized by extreme delusion and hallucination. Schizophrenics exhibit increased frontal lobe activity with higher dopamine release. Multiple personality disorders are developed traits resulting from trauma. One individual can exhibit 100 different personalities. It may seem as if the person has no personality at all.
Rarely do these disorders go together. In Rajasekaran aka Nithyananda they do!
Rajasekaran has proudly displayed the videos of neurologists to show that he has a hyperactive ‘D’ spot. He also morphs into multiple personalities of men and women, and when it suits him a transgender.
Is he a genius or a mad man? Or is he as he claims, an enlightened one? Buddha and Ramana will be turning in their samadhis at this claim.
14. No man, no woman?
Nitty has claimed many times and on video that he is not a man, nor a woman too. Please ask Karnataka Police. They have conclusive proof that he is a man and capable of doing all that several women have accused him of.
15. After Nitty was released from jail, his efforts have been to secure all the cash reserves, both in India and abroad. He and his team are misusing laws of the land to keep control over large sums of money stashed away in various Life Bliss Foundations. Once Nitty's hold on these funds is removed, all his followers will also disappear.
Please stand up for Dharma, the truth! When Dharma exposed him his henchmen denounced Dharma as a Christian and that the Church funded him. Neither is true. Dharma is a devoted and deeply religious Hindu, named Lenin by his father who was a believer of communist ideology. He has had no connection with any Church till now. Infact, he was associated with the Ramakrishna Mission in Chennai for 10 years before he met Nithyananda. He always had a deep respect and love for Hindu dharma, Hindu saints and especially sanyas tradition. His grandfather Lakshmnan and father Karuppanan were both chief trustees of their village temple, just like their ancestors. Dharma has proof for all this.
Even if 10 people stand up and complain about how they were defrauded and abused by Nithyananda, he can be put away. He will not have the chance to ruin the life of another wife, daughter, sister, mother or friend.
If after all this, you still believe that he is an enlightened being and god, it is your decision. But to us and many others who have studied the evidence against him, he is just a fraud and sex maniac. He needs treatment in a correctional mental asylum.
He is an ordinary man, who fooled people by pretending to have some powers. Now he has been exposed and the law will follow its course. If he had been anything more special, nothing like this would have happened. If he was truly enlightened, he would not be acting out of vengeance, instigating his followers and disciples to file cases against Dharma! If he was a real enlightened being he would not plan violence like third rate politicians. Many people may have been afraid of him so far. There is nothing to be afraid of a common criminal.
Please stand up and do what you believe as dharma! That will help this Vedic religion of Hinduism. To all Hindu leaders and the wise readers, please stand by the truth, stand up for Dharma, stand up for truth! SATYAMEVA JEYATE!!

Nithyananda, who was taking different tactics to regain his downfall which was caused by video, case and arrest, is trying to get back his lost power in Tamilnadu too. The law enforcement division of Karnataka who is following Nithyananda’s activities says that Nithyananda invited a few TV actress to his Karnataka ashram and performed some pujas. He is now trying to get a few known people from Tamilnadu and planning a comeback strategy.
As part of this plan, initially S.V.Sekar, a comedy Actor and an MLA was invited to the ashram recently. As a next step, Hindu organizations of Tamilnadu are being contacted/ invited to talk in support of Nithyananda. For the past one month many people are visiting ashram in this connection.
Suresh, a Karnataka DMK representative gives a shocking information which is: Nithyananda ashram is planning a ratha yathra to cober entire Tamilnadu. They plan to create religious commotion/pandemonium during this yathra and during Ganesh chathurthi yathra.
Recently many people belonging to Hindu organizations. Some of them who frequent the ashram are sivsena policy propaganda secretary , Thanga muthukrishnan who belongs to Nagoor, Chandrasekar from Palani, Sasi from Tanjore to name a few.
With Nagoor Thangamuthu Krishna as head a party called ‘Hindu rapid action force ’ has been formed for this purpose. The plan is to implement the ratha yathra program With the help of this organization. The Initial plan was to have this program from Kumbakonam to Thruvannamalai. Now the plan is to have this yathra in whole of Tamilnadu lasing for a month.
For this Nithyananda ashram has bargained to pay Rs. 25 lakhs. So far 18 lakhs have been paid. Nithyananda ashram has planned to create havoc in certain areas. The plan is to create law and order problem for the DMK government. They are preparing to synchronize this hideous act with the coming elections. Not only this: On Vinayaka chathurthi there is a plan to have a procession in Chennai and create disorder and unrest by this group.
Mr. SURESH was asked as to how from where he got all these information.
He said, if you scrutinize all the emails that are sent from Nithyanandda ashram, anybody will come to know of all these. All their plans, the amount that has been paid by the ashram everything will be revealed/proved. Mr. Suresh further adds “We started receiving E-mails from swami Pranananda. Then only we became alert and started following it up.
When we came to know that such a cunning hideous ghastly act is being planned against the DMK government, we informed Mr.Periasamy, Karnataka DMK head and assistant minister. Also we have sent emails to TAMILNADU DISTRICT COMMISIONERS. We are doing this as we are concerned with the law and order maintenance and we against allowing this kind of law and order problem to be created.
We contacted Mr. Thangamuthu Krishnan who belongs to Nagoor regarding his involvement Iin nithyananda’s rathayathra program. When he heard us he said, ’Yes: soon we are going to have rathayathra in the entire Tamilnadu. Now a situation is being created where all Hindu saints/ sanyasis are being looked upon as fraud. We have planned this rathayathra just to change this opinion. I have experience of having conducted two rathayathras. We plan to have this rathayathra for 42 days. We haven’t fixed the dates yet. Its true that a group named ‘Hindu rapid action force ’ has been formed. I am the head of this group”.
We asked Mr. Thangamuthu Krishnan for clarifications for the following information that we have received complains from Karnataka DMK heads:
•That the whole rathayathra has been planned only for the benefit of nithyananda
•That Rs.25 lakhs have been paid for this rathayathra by nithyananda
•Through this rathayathra there is a plan to create panic in the entire tamilnadu
He said, ”right now I am taking to you from Bangaloreonly. I was in Nithyananda ashram for the past 4 days. People like chandrasekar of palani have already visited the ashram before my visit. We will start the rathayathra only after Vinayaka chathurthi”.
He further said,” but before vinayaka chathurthi we plan to install ‘Nnithyananda vinayaka’ murthyy (statue) in public places for their worship. No problem will be caused by this yathra. We are planning to collect funds for this rathayathra by begging people( alms)”.
When we enquired the ashram authorities/circle , we were told that” initially the case was filed in Tamilnadu only and later it got transferred to Karnataka and led to the arrest of nithyananda. Its all because the case got filed in tamilnadu. Hence we are going to fight /revolt against DMK government.
It seems like Nithyananda’s adamant /headstrong attitude has not been humbled. ( even after such a shameful exposure)

நித்யானந்தாவுக்காக ரதயாத்திரை நடத்தப்போகிறார் என்று சொல்லப்பட்ட நாகூர் தங்க.முத்துக்கிருஷ்ணனை தொடர்பு கொண்டோம். விஷயத்தை கேட்டதுமே, ""ஆமாம்... விரைவில் தமிழகம் முழுவதும் ரத யாத்திரை நடத்தப்போகிறோம். இந்து துறவியர்களே மோசம் என்பது போன்ற நிலைமை உருவாக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. இதை மாற்றவே ரத யாத்திரைக்கு திட்டமிட்டிருக் கிறோம். நான் ஏற்கனவே இரண்டு முறை ரத யாத்திரை நடத்திய அனுபவம் உள்ளவன். 42 நாட்கள் இந்த ரதயாத்திரையை நடத்த திட்டமிட்டிருக்கிறோம். இன்னும் தேதி முடிவு செய்யவில்லை. இதற்காக இந்து அதிரடிப்படை என்கிற அமைப்பு உருவாக் கப்பட்டிருப்பது உண்மைதான். நான்தான் அந்த அமைப்புக்கு தலைவர்'' என்ற முத்துக்கிருஷ்ணனிடம்,

""நான் இப்போ பெங்களூர்ல இருந்துதான் உங்ககிட்ட பேசறேன். 4 நாட்கள் நித்யானந்தா ஆசிரமத்தில்தான் இருந்தேன். ரத யாத்திரையில் என்னோடு பங்கெடுக்க போகிற பழனி சந்திரசேகர் போன்றவர்களும் எனக்கு முன்பே ஆசிரமத்துக்கு வந்து சென்றிருக்கிறார்கள். வினாயகர் சதுர்த்திக்கு பிறகுதான் ரத யாத்திரையை தொடங்குவோம்.
ஆனால் வினாயகர் சதுர்த்தியின் போது நித்யானந்த வினாயகர் சிலையை உருவாக்கி சென்னையில் பொதுமக்கள் வழிபாட்டிற்காக வைக்கப்போகிறோம். இந்த ரத யாத்திரையால் எந்த பிரச்சினையும் வராது. ரத யாத்திரைக்கான செலவு முழுவதையும் மக்களிடமே கையேந்தி பெற இருக்கிறோம்'' என்கிறார் முத்துக் கிருஷ்ணன்.
ஆசிரம வட்டாரத்தில் விசா ரித்தபோது, ""தமிழகத்தில் தர்மா னந்தா (எ) லெனின் தந்த புகாரை வைத்து வழக்கு பதிவானது. இதன்பிறகு கர்நாடக மாநிலத்துக்கு நித்யானந்தா-ரஞ்சிதா சி.டி.வழக்கு மாற்றப்பட்டு நித்யானந்தா சிறைக்கு செல்லும் அளவிற்கு நிலைமை மாறியது. இதற்கு காரணம் சென்னையில் வழக்குப் பதிவானது தான். அதனால் தி.மு.க. அரசுக்கு எதிராகத்தான் நாங்கள் செயல் படுவோம்'' என்றார்கள்.

Nithyananda's devotees demand lodging of FIR against Lenin

Bangalore: Devotees and supporters of self-styled godman Nityananda on Tuesday staged a protest outside the office of a top police official, demanding that an FIR be filed against a former disciple who shot the alleged footage, showing him in a compromising position with an actress.
A press release from Nityananda's ashram at Bidadi near here said police had not taken any action against Lenin, despite being approached twice by devotees in August.
They had also submitted individual complaints against Lenin stating that he was continuing to 'abuse' Nityananda, his organization and ashramites in public and private, it said.
Earlier this year, Lenin had gone on local and national TV to level certain allegations against Nityananda, following which the devotees approached the Ramanagar SP for action.
The SP was 'unavailable' to meet them on Tuesday and an FIR could not be lodged, it said,adding that Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sri Bisanahalli had directed them to return to Bidadi police station on Wednesday.

This year was fun-filled for some of our self-proclaimed swamis; it seems they have drifted away from their ways of spirituality and were in the limelight for all the wrong reasons. The latest was the Swami Nityananda sex scandal who is said to have more than two million followers in 33 countries.
On March 4, a local Tamil TV channel played a video that showed him in a compromising position with two women.
After a month-long hunt on April 21, 2010, he was nabbed in Himachal Pradesh and was released on bail on 11th June.
I believe this is called ‘The Ultimate Godman’s power’.
Later on in an interview regarding his arrest, he said ‘I have not done anything against law’, and while stepping down, he made his driver a swami too.
These good-for-nothing swamis are good speakers who preach to people, play with their emotions and fool them in the name of God. They live on money from the unsuspecting devotee’s pocket, who’s more than willing to pay to compensate for his own sense of guilt.
For these so-called godmen, nothing is unattainable, forget nirvana; some of them are involved in the most heinous deeds possible such as kidnapping, murder and molesting kids, rape, spreading communal differences among people, and smothering harmony.
And if you think this was the first instance that rocked the nation, you are wrong. There have been numerous scandals that came into the limelight in the past but nothing has been done against them till now.
Hinduism already has more than 330 million gods, so then why do we need these self-made godmen in the way to get closer to our gods? And the worst part is, most of these godmen’s devotees are well-educated people of our society.
Isn’t it time to stop believing these fake godmen and find our own ways and means to God?

Cheating case against Nithy

Even when he is aware that his own Karmas are rising high against him, Nithyananda has started his dance/play thinking that he can get away from everything with the money power. This is statement from one of the CID’s enquiring Nithyananda’s case.
What the CID meant by play is the Guru Poornima hungama.
Nithy had made arrangements for the Gurupoornima program on a Sunday at the ashram. Gurupoornima is the day when the guru takes/ accepts the sins of devotees. For the guru who takes away their sins , devotees offer rice, dhal, and also currency, gold, diamond at gurus feet.
Before Ranjitha CD was released, 15 to 20 thousand people used to take part in this event [at Bidadi ashram]. At that time the offerings devotees made at Nithy’s feet used to amount to Rs. 50 crores. Nithyananda was basking in the grand celebration of this event. But this time, like political parties, he had to indulge in gathering people.
People were picked up in vans and other vehicles. People of Karnataka were paid and were picked up to attend this event. Communities like Vishwa Hindu parishad were also brought for the function. Even then then there were hardly 1500 people. The pada puja collection was also very dull. Though Nithy was very upset with this, he faked a joyful appearance.
Nithy was moving around in the ashram on a golden palanquin and was enjoying throwing chocolates at the ladies as usual.
The ashram’s mega lingam had kumbabishekam in 2009. After that, this Gurupoornima saw the kumbabishekam with 100 pots of milk and 100 pots of sandalwood water. All these were done to attract the media and they wanted this to be published in a big way.
Nithy’s disciples met the press in Chennai. At that time they were repeatedly saying that Nithy-ranji Cd was fake.
We (Nakeeran team) told the Bangalore CIDs that Nithy-Ranji CD is being denied by them on what grounds/ how dare?
CID says we met Ranjitha in Chennai and spoke to her for may hrs. It looks like she also got brainwashed from the ashram side . she kept repeating that its not her and she does not know about the CD and that she and Nithy had not done anything. But there is solid proof that the CD is original.
The CD will speak for itself in the court to prove that the disciples are wrong.
In the same way Nithy is repeatedly saying that, I have no property and business in my name: I am only a swami. All properties are in the ashram’s name’. ‘There are charges filed against Nithyananda in America’ said the CID.
We (Nakeeran team) again and again asked the CID for the details of the case filed in America. Nithyananda has two trusts in the name of Nithyananda yoga foundation and life bliss foundation. The amount that got collected got exemption from the tax as it was declared that the amount was for service.
Declaring himself as a sanyasi, he had fun with Ranjitha playing... and rolling with her in bed against sanyas principle. Same way he was declaring that he is a sanyasi and that there is no property in his name, no business in his name, everything is in the trust's name. But going against his own declaration, he was running a share market firm in America with some partners.
In the company named ‘ Nithyananda Capital Management’, Gopika’s husband Rajesh Krishnan was the MD and Shuping Lin is the partner. Along with them Nithyananda is also a partner with the name nithyananda swami. (please refer to the proof).
Like India’s share market fraud by Harshad Mehta, America’s ‘Nithyananda Capital Management’ where nithyananda is the manager, also is involved in too many frauds. The American police which has found this with all proofs is planning to bring Nithy to books/enquiry soon.
So, looks like Nithy’s worst karmas is not going to leave him easily.

ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை அந்த நிகழ்ச்சியை தன் பிடதி ஆசிரமத்தில் ஏற்பாடு செய்திருந்தார் நித்தி. குரு பூர்ணிமா என்பது பக்தர்களின் பாவங்களை குருவானவர் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளும் வைபவம். இப்படி தங்கள் பாவ வினைகளை ஏற்கும் குருவிற்கு, பக்தர்கள்... அரிசி, பருப்பு முதலான தானியங்கள் தொடங்கி, கரன்ஸிகள், தங்க, வைர ஆபரணங்கள்வரை காணிக்கையாக செலுத்தி பாதபூஜை செய்வார்கள்.
ரஞ்சிதா சி.டி. வெளியாவதற்கு முன்... இந்த நிகழ்ச்சியில் 15-ல் இருந்து 20 ஆயிரம்பேர் வரை கலந்துகொள்வார்கள். அப்போது காணிக்கையாக... அங்கு வரும் பக்தர்கள் அத்தனைபேரும் நித்தியின் காலடியில் கொட்டும் காணிக்கையின் மதிப்பு 50 கோடி ரூபாய் அளவிற்குக் கூட இருக்கும். இப்படி கோலாகலமாக குருபூர்ணிமாவைக் கொண்டாடி வசூலில் திளைக்கும் நித்யானந்தா... இந்த முறை... சில அரசியல் கட்சிகளைப்போல ஆள்திரட்டும் வேலையில் இறங்கவேண்டியிருந்தது.
வாகனங்கள் மூலம் அங்கங்கே ஆட்கள் திரட்டப்பட்டனர். கர்நாடகா வைச் சேர்ந்த கிராம மக்கள் பலர் கூலிகொடுத்துக் கூட்டிவரப்பட்டனர். விஷ்வ ஹிந்து பரிஷத் போன்ற இந்து அமைப்பினர் சிலரும் தருவிக்கப்பட்டனர். அப்படி இருந்தும் 1500 பேரைத் தாண்டவில்லை. பாதாபிஷேக வசூலும் ரொம்பவே டல்லடித்தது. இதில் ரொம்பவே நித்தி அப்செட் ஆனாலும்... அடிக்கடி தான் உற்சாகமாக இருப்பதுபோல்... காட்டிக்கொண்டார். தங்கப் பல்லக்கில் ஏறி ஆசிரமத்துக்குள் ரவுண்ட் அடித்த நித்தி.. வழக்கம்போல் பெண்கள் மீது சாக்லெட்களை வீசியெறிந்து ஆனந்தப்பட்டார்.ஆசிரமத்துக்குள் இருக்கும் மெஹா சைஸ் லிங்கமான வைத்திய சரோவர் லிங்கத்துக்கு 2009-ல்தான் கும்பாபிஷேகம் நடத்தப்பட்டது. இருந்தும் குரு பூர்ணிமா அன்றும் 100 குடம் பால், 100 குடம் சந்தனக் கரைசல் என பலவற்றாலும் கும்பாபிஷேகத்தை நடத்தினார்.
இதெல்லாம் பத்திரிகைகளில் பெரிதாக வரவேண்டும் என்பதற்காக நித்யாவின் சிஷ்யர்கள் சென்னையில் பத்திரிகையாளர்களைச் சந்தித்தனர். அப்போது நித்தி-ரஞ்சி சி.டி. போலியானது என்று திரும்பத் திரும்பச் சொன்னார் கள்.
நாம் பெங்களூர் சி.ஐ.டி. அதிகாரியிடம்... "நித்தி-ரஞ்சி சி.டி. காட்சிகளை மறுக்கிறார்களே... எந்த தைரியத்தில்?'' என்றோம்.
அவரோ, ""ரஞ்சிதாவையே சென்னையி லேயே வைத்து 8 மணிநேரம் விசாரித்தோம். அவர் ஆசிரமத் தரப்பால் சரி செய்யப்பட்டி ருக்கிறார். எனவேதான் "அந்த சி.டி. காட்சி பத்தி எனக்குத் தெரியாது... நானும் அவரும் எதுவும் பண்ணலை'ன்னு திரும்பத் திரும்ப சொன்னார். ஆனால் அது உண்மையான சி.டி.தான் என்பதற்கான ஆதாரங்கள் பலமாக இருக்கிறது. சிஷ்யர்கள் சொல்வது பொய் என்பது உரிய நேரத்தில் கோர்ட்டில் சி.டி. பேசும். அதேபோல் "என் பெயரில் சொத்துக்களோ பிஸ்னஸோ இல்லை. நான் வெறும் சாமியார்தான். எல்லாச் சொத்துக்களுமே ஆசிரமத்தின் பேரில்தான் இருக்கு' என அடிக்கடி சொல்லிக்கொள்ளும் நித்யானந்தா மீது அமெரிக்காவில் மோசடி வழக்கு பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டிருக்கிறது''’என்றார் அழுத்தம் திருத்தமாய்.
அது என்ன மோசடி வழக்கு என்று நாம் துருவத்தொடங்கி னோம்..
நித்யானந்தாவோ அமெரிக்காவில் நித்யா யோக ஃபவுண் டேசன், லைட் ப்ளஸ் ஃபவுண்டேசன் என்கிற பெயர்களில் அறக்கட்டளைகளைத் தொடங்கியிருக்கிறார். இந்த அறக்கட்டளைகள் பொதுமக்களின் சேவைக்காக என்று சொல்லி... அறக்கட்டளைக் குக் குவியும் நிதிகளுக்கு வரிவிலக்கும் பெற்றிருக்கிறார்.இது ஒருபக்கம் என்றால்... தன்னை சந்நியாசி என்று சொல்லிக்கொண்டு எப்படி ரஞ்சிதாவை படுக்கையில் உருட்டி விளையாடி... சந்நியாசத்துக்கு எதிராக நடந்துகொண்டாரோ... அதேபோல்... ‘"என் பெயரில் எந்த சொத்துக்களும் நிறுவனங்களும் இல்லை. எல்லாமே ஆசிரம அறக்கட்டளையின் பெயரில்தான் இருக் கிறது. நான் ஒரு துறவி'’ என்று எல்லா இடங்களிலும் தன்னைப் பற்றி சுத்தமானவராக அறிவித்துக்கொள்ளும் நித்யானந்தா... தன் அறிவிப்பிற்கு மாறாக அமெரிக்காவில் ஒரு ஷேர் மார்க்கெட் நிறுவனத்தையே பார்ட்னர்களுடன் சேர்ந்து நடத்திக்கொண்டி ருக்கிறார்.

Chennai: Nithyananda’s devotees from Tamilnadu have appealed to the police and the government should help them in getting back their social security and the religious rights that they have lost.
The following is the content of the appeal from Tamilnadu dyanapeetam devotees:
Nithyananda is not an individual. He is the life force of millions of families. What has happened is a religious war waged against us. Without any human compassion emotional murders have taken place.
We have been put through lots of suffering because of the scheme of anti social elements. Both Nithyananda and Dyanapeetam devotees are being commented in an untruthful manner which is a torture. This has to be stopped.
Our children and ladies are not able to walk on the road. Even at the work place we are put to lots of troubles.
Our basic rights like Yoga, meditation, puja, wearing mala and kappu (bracelet) have been taken away from us. Since we belong to a minority group, we are dying every day. No one has the right to snatch our spiritual/ religious rights.
The statement which had no evidence , of Lenin Karuppan who had an arrest warrant years back, was given unsolicited importance on a war footing. Even though there was no evidence, Innocent Nithyananda is being made to look at as criminal.
These two are tearing away our hearts. We want our lives back which is centered on Service and spirituality.
Millions have been affected by this. Because of this modern violence millions who follow ahimsa (non violence) have been affected. Our divinity has to be told to the world again.
We suffer whenever our guru is disrespected/offended.
We request the police and government to help back out religious rights. Our enemies should be torn and we should be helped to live. We strongly oppose for violation against our religious rights.
We will not tolerate disrespect to our guru and disrespect to our community.
ஒவ்வொரு வினாடியும் துடித்துப் போகிறோம்-நித்யானந்தா பக்தர்கள்
சென்னை: நாங்கள் இழந்த சமூக பாதுகாப்பையும், மத உரிமைகளையும் மீட்டுத்தர காவல்துறையும், அரசும் உதவ வேண்டும் என்று நித்யானந்தாவின் பக்தர்கள் கோரிக்கை விடுத்துள்ளனர்.
இது குறித்து தமிழ்நாடு தியான பீட பக்தர்கள் வெளியிட்டுள்ள அறிக்கையில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளதாவது:
நித்யானந்தர் ஒரு தனி நபர் அல்ல, பல லட்சம் குடும்பங்களின் உயிர்நாடி. எங்களின் மீது நடந்தேறியிருப்பது மாபெரும் மதத் தாக்குதல் . மனிதாபிமானம் துளியும் இல்லாமல் கொடூரமான உணர்வு படுகொலைகள் நடந்தேறியிருக்கிறது.
நித்யானந்தரையும், தியான பீட பக்தர்களாகிய எங்களையும் உண்மைக்கு புறம்பான முறையில் ஒட்டு மொத்த சமூகமும் விமர்சிக்கும் அளவிற்கு சமூக விரோதிகள் செய்த திட்டமிட்ட சதி எங்களை பலவிதமான சித்ரவதைகளுக்கு உள்ளாக்கியிருக்கிறது. இது தடுக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
எங்களின் குழந்தைகளும், பெண்களும் சாலையில் நடக்க முடியவில்லை. நிம்மதியாக பள்ளி சென்று திரும்ப முடியவில்லை. வேலை செய்யும் இடங்களில் கூட நாங்கள் படும் கஷ்டங்கள் படுமோசமானவையே.
யோகா, தியானம், பூஜை, மாலை, காப்பு அனிதல் போன்ற எங்களின் அடிப்படை உரிமைகள் பறிக்கப்படுகின்றன. நாங்கள் மைனாரிட்டியாக வாழும் சமூகம் என்பதால் ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் நாங்கள் செத்து பிழைக்கிறோம். எங்களின் மத ஆன்மீக உணர்வுகளை பறிக்க யாருக்கும் உரிமை கிடையாது.

Will take legal acton against media - Nithy

Maha acarya Nithya Gyanananda and Tamilnadu organiser Nithya sarvananda (Dr. Chandran) gave an interview to the Chennai media. the following is the content of the interview:
On 25th July, thousands of people had come to the ashram for gurupoornima and had taken the blessings of Nithyananda. For the past few months, Nithyananda and Dyanapeetam is being discussed negatively.
We were being peaceful because of the one word our master told , which is to follow ahimsa (non violence) and truth as truth will surely win.
But in one of the private TV channels, Nithyananda was projected as a fraud swami which was very hurtful to our master. Actress Malavika who took part in gurupoornima with her family was commented upon badly. We strongly object to this.
Don't project us as business people. All allegations against Nithyananda is affecting our lives directly. We are getting ready to take legal actions against people and media who talk ill of Nithyananda.
We are going to take strong action now. we are consulting the legal authorities now for the same.
Question from the reporters and the answers by the disciples:
1) The video showed Nithyananda and Ranjitha having sex. Is this protecting our culture and Hindu dharma?
Ans: Its a complete lie. The case is in the court. so we can't comment on it now.
2) If the video is a lie, then why did Nithyananda abscond?
Ans: At that point our situation was like a 'saree caught in the thorn bush' [a metaphorical expression in Tamil to indicate an extremely delicate situation that needs to be handled very carefully]. We had to remove it carefully. Even then Nithyananda sent many cds explaining his situation to the media.
If you serve people [as a service organization], you have to face lots of problems. Many great people have gone through that. Nithyananda also went through that.
3)When did Ranjitha visit the ashram last?
Ans: We saw Ranjitha in the ashram this January
4) If Ranjitha comes to the ashram again , will you accept her? Where is she now?
Ans: At the moment she is not in the ashram. If she comes back, we will happily allow her in.
5) What about the news that said that Nithyananda is not a man but he is involved in sex research?
Ans: There is no truth in these statements. The cds which were released by Nithyananda did not say a word about these.

Bangalore: A criminal complaint was on Monday filed against Karuppa Lenin, who claimed to have shot a sleaze video purportedly featuring self-styled godman Paramahamsa Nithyananda and an actress. Police registered the complaint after receiving Nithyananda’s approval
K Yogesh, an advocate and devotee of Nithyananda, lodged the complaint with the Bidadi police, accusing Lenin of trespassing into the godman’s spiritual headquarters, Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam, in Bidadi.
Lenin had on March 4 this year lodged a complaint against Nithyananda with the Chennai police commissioner, accusing his former spiritual leader and employer of several criminal acts, including rape. Lenin was previously working as Nithyananda’s driver.
In his complaint, Yogesh said Lenin’s actions amounted to an “offence against the society” and forgery under Section 39 of the Criminal Procedure Code and Section 456 of the Indian Penal Code, respectively. The complainant further said that the former driver, being an offender himself, had no locus standi to lodge a complaint against Nithyananda.
Lenin had earlier claimed to be behind capturing the controversial visuals, using a hidden video camera in Nithyananda’s bedroom. The visuals were telecast by a private television channel on March 2.
Incidentally, the Bidadi police had initially refused to register the complaint on Saturday. After Yogesh had approached them, the police reportedly contacted the ashram. Nithyananda had earlier told the police that he would protect his interests, and his devotees need not be entertained in the controversial case.
Following the police’s denial to register the case, the advocate approached the director-general of police, Ajai Kumar Singh, and senior officers in Bidadi, including the deputy superintendent and the superintendent of police.
Several city-based advocates too supported Yogesh.
The police registered the complaint only after receiving expert legal opinion, which ran into 20 pages.
With the complaint being registered, Lenin would now face investigation, and perhaps, even arrest.
“It is practically impossible for the law to forgive Lenin for his act of criminal trespass. Since Lenin himself has admitted to the same, nothing remains for the police, except to arrest him, record his statement and prosecute him for his acts,” Yogesh, a resident of Byadarahalli, told this newspaper.

Nithyananda Guru poornima chaos

இந்நிலையில் பவுர்ணமி பூஜைக்கு நித்யானந்தா பக்தர்களை அழைக்கும் வகையில் அவரின் படத்துடன் சேலம் புதிய பஸ் நிலையம், பழைய பஸ் நிலையம், பழைய கலெக்டர் அலுவலகம் உள்பட பல இடங்களில் போஸ்டர்கள் நேற்று ஒட்டப்பட்டு இருந்தன.
இந்நிலையில் தலித் மக்கள் இயக்கத்தை சேர்ந்தவர்கள் வக்கீல் முத்துசாமி தலைமையில் நேற்று சேலம் பழைய கலெக்டர் அலுவலகத்திற்கு வந்தார்கள். அங்கு நித்யானந்தாவிற்கு எதிராக அவர்கள் கோஷம் எழுப்பினார்கள். மேலும் நித்யானந்தாவின் போஸ்டர்களை கிழித்தனர்.
அப்போது அங்கு பாதுகாப்பு பணியில் ஈடுபட்டிருந்த டவுன் போலீஸ் இன்ஸ்பெக்டர் கண்ணன் மற்றும் போலீசார், போராட்டத்தில் ஈடுபட்டதாக 17 பேரை கைது செய்தனர்.

A cd was released recently caused a great commotion where Nithyananda was found with a famous Tamil actress in a compromising position. since then Nithyananda was absconding. leter he was spotted in Himachal pradesh and was arrested and was in prison for 50 days. Now he has been released on bail. Now he has started his meditations ( dyana) at the Bididi ashram.
Posters/cutouts with Nithyananda photo were pasted /mounted on walls of salem ( Tamilnadu) at the old bus stand, new bus stand, old collector's office and many other places, inviting devotees for guru poornima puja. People belonging to Dalit ( a community )headed by Mr. Muthuswami, a lawyer,assembled in front of the collector's office and raised slogans against Nithyananda.
They also tore away the posters. Inspector Kannan and his assistants who were on duty at that time, arrested 17 people among those who were involved in the rebellion.

Why you should NOT sign-off your life to Nithy
There are many reasons why we should not be fooled by fraud godmen and dangerous cults. One that is cheating personally is cheating all the way around... what purity can come from one that is morally bankrupt. If you are thinking of signing off your life to Nithy.... here are some things to think about:
1. Number one reason he is NOT Enlightened...
2. He has Lied Lied and Lied again embellishing his path and making up story after story to suit the crowd he is speaking to at the moment. (For a biography of his lies click here)
3. He gives out practices that can bring extreme imbalance.
4. He has abused the robes of the renunciate by making contracts and having sex with the devotees under the admonition of it being tantric and spiritual.. It's NOT.. (Click here to read more about the sex contract, or click here for other related articles)
5. His actions are those of a calculated business man.
6. He has cheated many out of lands and monies on a grand scale
7. The ideas contributed to him actually have come from other Guru's which his books have plagerized.
8. Before giving Satsang they show videos to pump up the crowd to show basically an infomercial about him being a Paramhamsa --- a Genuine Paramahamsa would NEVER Ever resort to such a carnival practice of hawking.
Just because he is charismatic and presents the look and external demeanor that people THINK is what a Guru should look like and be like - CLEARLY his actions belie that and have uncovered what is
really running the show... Maybe he is sincerely deluded in thinking he has come to the end of the path (achieved enlightenment) but rest assured he has very far yet to go. Sorry to put a damper on your seeking, he may be a successful teacher... but if you are so convinced that he is a paramahamsa, a satguru, an avatara purusha (incarnation of God) or a real enlightened master then what can be said - you will chase him and when clarity comes and the disappointment over rides the fantasy notions about him then hopefully you will move forward to find a genuine Guru that is giving the real unvarnished and unpolished path to Realization.

Now swamis are becoming hi tech. they have their own website, like pop songs every now and then they release cds, have land rower vehicles, blackberry mobiles, their discourse will cater to the modern times.
fakes attract useless men and jobless disgusted women.
now some people have realised that they have followed the wrong person and regret. others are trying to justify their mistake asking 'what is the big deal mistake he has made'....hahaha..very easy question.
they are saying , he taught us about yoga, chakra meditation and athama stuff.
we have seen all that in the cd..( mockery)
in a place where Vivekananda, vallalar and ramana lived why are people going to the fakes for spiritual guidance.
Al these fakes conduct guru puja, discourse, they hire some hall and conduct programs of darshan charging rs. 5000/-. Apart from these they sell photos, cds, pens, books everything with their picture on it. They also insist that men and women should wear the pendent with their face picture on it. ( these women don’t even carry their husbands photo), bracelet and the business list goes on.
Where are you all going in search of spirituality???
If you have any common sense ask yourself.
1) Why does a guru require a hi tech throne and expensive cars
2) When he is preaching spirituality , why should he insist on praying and puja of his own photograph
3) Why so much of publicity like a movie star
4) What is attracting you? he is not going to teach you anything new apart from what the world offers. Then why are you getting attracted to him?
The true spirituality is some where lying calm. All these fakes are only trying to get money out of you and surely not spirituality.

'Sex Swami' Nithyananda lectures on self-restraint
Bangalore: Swami Nithyananda's disciples were back to their trademark robes on Sunday, which they had abandoned after their guru was arrested when a video that allegedly showed him with a Tamil actress was aired on national television.
The mood at the swami's ashram Dhyanapeetham, where he delivered his discourse following his release, saw disciples who had taken to wearing jeans and T-shirts back to the ashramites' trademark white and saffron robes.(Watch: Nithyananda's 1st sermon after release)
Among other things, Swami Nithyananda, who chose freedom as the topic for his first discourse after he was released on bail, dwelt on principles like non-violence, and self- restraint while defining freedom.
"We had to dress casually, after Swamiji was arrested. We were afraid that the public would attack us," explained a disciple. "The public was so mistaken that in their eyes, it became a matter of shame to be Swami Nithyananda's disciples. The police were also monitoring us. We did not want to get into trouble. But now with our guru out, we have changed to our old robes."
Explaining the dress code at the ashram, Maa Shantananda, the spokesperson of the ashram, said the ashram did not impose any dress codes on the general public. "I am not aware if disciples had taken to wearing jeans and T-shirts when swamiji was away.
Regular disciples wear white, bramacharis, who observe celibacy, sport either yellow or orange shawl on their white dress. The sanyasis, who are called swamis, wear saffron," explained Shantananda.
Following a scuffle with media persons, Nithyananda's administrator Swami Bhaktananda fell on the feet of reporters, who were at the ashram to record his discourse.
Reporters annoyed by the strict security at the ashram decided to boycott the coverage of the programme, when Bhaktananda fell at the feet of the reporters. The embarrassed reporters quietly went back to their seats

Bangalore, July 1 (PTI): Self-styled godman Nityananda on Thursday moved an application before the Karnataka High Court praying for prosecuting his former disciple K Lenin, accusing him of filing a ''false'' complaint that he had indulged in sleaze activities.
Nityananda, facing rape and other criminal charges filed against him based on Lenin's complaint, sought a direction to the police to file an FIR against Lenin for providing them with "false" information.

In his petition, Nityananda submitted that the conduct of Lenin was an offence under section 182 of the IPC. "He has provided false information to police investigators which he knows and believes is false and intends to cause injury and annoyance to the petitioner. He, therefore deserves to be prosecuted for the wrong done by him to the judicial system in general and the petitioner in particular," he said.
"These actions, therefore need to be dealt with appropriate prosecution by the state authorities," he said. Claiming that the CD was "nothing but a fabrication done by Lenin with the help of his known and unknown accomplices", Nityananda said Lenin "had recorded the alleged scene and telecast it on March 3, 2010 with the deliberate and malicious intention of outraging the religious feelings of the Hindus, in the world at large and the class of citizens who follow the religious sect initiated by the petitioner."
The prosecution has overlooked this aspect and was carried away by media publicity and did not take any action to "arrest the outrage" at the initial stage itself, by invoking powers under the Code of Criminal Procedure, he contended.
Nityananda argued that the registration of case under section 295 (A) of IPC (deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings of any class) against him, his arrest "without preliminary inquiry" and continued incarceration was "nothing but an abuse of the process of law, violating the Fundamental Guarantees of Article 21." After hearing the submission by counsel for the petitioner, Justice Arali Nagaraj adjourned the hearing to July 15 and directed the Investigating Officer K N Yogappa of the CID Police to be present with all the material pertaining to the case.

Bangalore, July 1 (PTI): Self-styled godman Nityananda on Thursday moved an application before the Karnataka High Court praying for prosecuting his former disciple K Lenin, accusing him of filing a ''false'' complaint that he had indulged in sleaze activities.
Nityananda, facing rape and other criminal charges filed against him based on Lenin's complaint, sought a direction to the police to file an FIR against Lenin for providing them with "false" information.
